see your into full size, but a full size handgun that's double stack that can accommodate a weapon license. you can identify your threat for shoot, which is very important, and be able to carry that comfortably and carry extra if need be , if the person wants to do that. so i created a holster dedicated appendix holster with a magazine to go with the gun and it would conceal a full sized firearm. and that product just took it took over. >> i mean, everybody makes a holster in that style. now, that kid is smart. >> sean hannity is next. >> in fact, he's right now. all right, everybody, what do you want to is tucker? they go, tucker, that's just for you anyway. great show. all right. thank you. welcome to "hannity". yes. we are back live with our great studio audience. how are you doing? thanks for coming tonight. in their first tv interview, two brothers that helped dealers, actor justin mellat,
11:01 pm
remember that carry out the most laughable hoax in american history. they will be here in studio. wait till you see the reenacts . >> and it is beyond anything you've seen. that's it right here in studio tonight. but first, we do turn to a far worse scandal, of course, involving biden, china and a ton of money. now, according to an oversight investigation on march 1st, 2017, less than two months after the then vice president biden left office. well, not one . not two , not three . but four different members of the biden family. they started receiving payments from an entity named robinson walker llc. now, joe biden's brother, james , received a whopping three hundred and sixty thousand dollars in incremental payments. >> zero experience hunter. you know, the author and artist that he is portraits of a crack addict. he got five hundred thousand. beau biden, beau biden's widow, haley, who was also hunter's
11:02 pm
lover at the time. no judgments, whatever . there's a messed up family anyway. he got she got thirty five thousand and an unknown. biden received seventy grand. now, we don't want we don't know what these various members of the biden family did to actually earn the money. but what we do know is where it came from. it came from the people's republic of china. now we're going to know a lot more when we get the suspicious activity reports. they've been very slow to hand them over to the committee. this is the house government reform oversight committee. but according to the ongoing investigation, prior to making the bulk of these payments, robinson walker llc, which is operated by a biden business associate, they received a three million dollar wire transfer from a major chinese energy company. but that's not all in 2015, when joe biden was still vice president , robinson walker llc
11:03 pm
,they received a wire totaling nearly one hundred and eighty thousand dollars from an unknown company with a foreign bank account. now, that was money that was divided between walker and members of the biden family. so again, we ask, what did the bidens do for all of this money? what did joe do for any of this money? what favors might be owed to the likes of china and russia and ukraine and all these foreign countries that they apparently made a lot of money with ? now, you think that joe wouldn't sell out the country to benefit his low class, money hungry family? let's follow the money, because that's where the answer will eventually be found. because it happened over and over again. look at the case of ukraine. zero experience. hunter goes on "gma". do you have any experience in ukraine? no oil, no energy, no gas? no coal? no. well, are you being paid millions?
11:04 pm
hunter biden literally said , i don't know. and to abc's credit , they said maybe because you your father's the vice president in charge of ukraine. probably. yeah, so it makes sense. how do you get all that money without any experience? anyway, in a statement, hunter biden spokesperson, they finally got back to us. glad to see that. they say they did not deny the payments. they called the investigation a wild and baseless right wing conspiracy. where have we heard that before? hunter biden, a private citizen with every right to pursue his own business endeavors, join several business partners seeking a joint venture with a privately owned legitimate energy company in china. it was all above board, according to hunter. now, thankfully, house oversight committee chairman james comey, he is following the money and he joins us now with more. all right. let me let's get to the facts in this case. and will, you're now beginning to follow the money. i understand that they finally at the treasury department have
11:05 pm
agreed to hand over the suspicious activity reports . in other words, the bank reports that went in about the bidens. where are we now? where did this money come from and what did they do to earn it? well, that's a great question, sean. that's a question that the the biden family has yet to answer. one thing that i noticed that was unique about these wire transfers is each transfer is like a check. you have the name, address, date, the dollar amount, and also the memo, which is what it's for every other wire transfer from robinson, walker had something listed in the memo except the one to the bidens. so if they had put in a memo, i might have had a little better idea of what the money was for that the biden received. but at the end of the day, what joe biden's defenders have said is this is a business deal . this is a business deal . well, what's the business, sean? there's no business. there's no business.
11:06 pm
they were influence peddling. they were it looks like they were getting money for some type of service. now, i don't think hunter biden could provide the type of service that would generate millions and millions of dollars from the chinese communist party. but i believe his father could . so when they say that joe biden wasn't involved, we don't know that. we just know that joe biden met with a lot of these people, that they ended up going in business with hunter or ended up paying hunter, rather, and the family. and that's another thing. they've tried to imply that there was only a couple of family members. but what we found is there are multiple family members and there's going to end up being between four and seven . biden's, who received significant amounts of money from communist china. let's focus on china first and let's look at what has been reported by peter schweitzer and other people as well. so hunter biden travels to asia with his father, goes to china
11:07 pm
,and ten days later, apparently does a deal with the bank of china for a billion later, that deal becomes a billion. five have you confirm that? yeah. i mean, none of this makes sense, john . the money is what we're following. we're following the money that ended up in the biden's pocket and the thing that every american should be concerned about is what exactly was the service to biden's were providing. because i can tell you what our whistleblowers have told us . they were trying to help, trying to do all the things that this congress is in a bipartisan way, trying to block china from doing. they were trying to help china get their foot in the door on american energy. but here's my question. interesting, driller's. but did that deal with the bank of china actually happen? peter schweitzer is convinced he did and that there's money, a money trail that shows that. hmm, we're going to do we're going to subpoena more bank records. we're going to do everything in our ability to follow every
11:08 pm
bank. this one deal with robinson walker. this is the first deal . there are at least ten or eleven more. and remember, none of those businesses ever materialized. so there was a lot of money that transferred from china to the bidens and what we want to know is what did china get in return? because i don't think china would would spend this much money on this many different members of the biden family if they weren't getting a return on their investment. that particular deal will be one of specific interest to us. we're going to continue to follow the money trail. and they're, as i said earlier, shown at least a dozen different money trail. and i assume you're looking into the one hundred thousand dollar hunter biden family shopping spree, the chinese national. i assume you're looking into the five million or no interest forgivable loan. i assume that's happening. what about russia? what about the oligarch, the former first lady of moscow and the three point five million dollars that has
11:09 pm
been reported frequently? and the potential that anywhere between one and two hundred million dollars she made in a real estate investment with hunter biden? >> is that true? well, it's something that we're looking into. but i can tell you that the bidens received a lot of money from russia, from those oligarchs and then mysteriously, those were the two oligarchs that weren't listed in the sanctions. joe biden put sanctions on just about every oligarch in russia after russia invaded ukraine. except the two that had paid the biden. so we're going to invest. it is not just the money trail, but what exactly did they get in return? and we're able to pinpoint several things, like with boris ,where joe biden held up foreign aid while he was vice president in exchange for obama terminating the special prosecutor. he is just getting verismo. okay, so hunter goes on "gma". no experience in anything, but he's being paid a fortune for
11:10 pm
him. >> charisma. joe biden is in charge of ukrainian policy, goes to ukraine, brags about in a speech later that he said , i'm not going to give you a billion dollars unless you fire the prosecutor. it turns out the prosecutor was investigating not only purisma ,but they were investigating his son being paid all this money, who admitted on national tv that he had zero experience . so why would they be paying the son of a vice president with no experience that kind of money? >> can you give me a reason? >> i can't, but it sure looks like a quid pro quo. i mean, the prosecutor said in an interview on oei in that he was told by the lidsky predecessor that he had to resign because they weren't going to get their foreign aid money because the vice president was holding it up because he was mad , because he was investigating his son . so there are a lot of areas of
11:11 pm
concern here where joe biden's actually done things in order for his family to receive this massive amount of money from adversaries around the world. we're on the money trail, sean. we've got treasury's finally giving us those bank violations. those bank violations will identify additional accounts, those activities subpoena. and we can look into. >> absolutely. all right. chairman coleman, we appreciate your time. thank you for being with us. we appreciate. all right. now to europe, where many of the wealthiest nations on earth, they are not paying their fair share to protect their own continent. and joe biden, he just keeps throwing billions and billions and billions of dollars at ukraine. and we're paying more than all of europe combined. >> that has got to end now. we all will admit that vladimir putin, you know, this is a hostile invasion of a sovereign country. >> it's now entering year to no end in sight. even biden said recently this this may go on two or three years. ukraine is a sovereign country
11:12 pm
. they are now fighting for their survival. the people have fought with valor and courage. and i really applaud their hard work. i do now. i'm going to show you the work of vladimir putin. this is a view warning. this is the reality, the horror, the evil of war. this is all caused by vladimir putin. when you look at those pictures ,that is evil in our time and the military is blowing up and targeting apartment buildings, leveling entire neighborhoods, murdering civilians on ukrainian soil. destroying infrastructure. every day we're talking about indiscriminate bombing and killing of innocent men , women and children daily. our hope has to be that vladimir putin is a hope. people around him are listening. remove him from his position. that would be the best solution by vladimir. it is absolutely in the world interest to stop evil when we see it. and that's what's happening in
11:13 pm
ukraine. and it's in the world's best interest to end the killing of innocents with funding. and by the way, weaponry to stop putin's bloodthirsty hostility right there in its tracks. now, right now in america, the american people are getting fed up. support is waning for this. and one of the main reasons is europe is once again relying on you, the american taxpayer, to pay their bill to cover their continent. they are not pulling their weight. >> instead, they are taking advantage of we, the american people, all while our president pretty much is asleep at the wheel and put handcuffs on . the ukrainians in the past has now past time for biden to demand that every single european country you need to step up and you either pay your fair share or it's time for biden to say no financial aid is coming from us . it will only be contingent on europe going all the way in to protect their own continent
11:14 pm
and fight to win. we don't we don't want to fight for a tie here. if you're going to fight, you got to fight to win. now, that also means joe biden has got to allow poland to send in fighter jets they allowed for. finally, he has denied them that opportunity over and over again. in other words, if you're going to engage in a war, take off the handcuffs and fight to win the war or go to the negotiating table and stop wasting our money and our time and creating yet another quagmire, how we not learned anything from afghanistan. have we not learned anything from iraq? you know, and unless and until western europe starts contributing their fair share and until biden commits to allowing ukraine to win until biden allows poland to give the 30 migs that they wanted to give ukraine, us aid has got to be stopped. in the meantime, they have got to do their job.
11:15 pm
they have got to contribute. we are paying three, four or five times more than all of western europe combined. that's got to stop now. today, poland did buck prior restrictions and they became the first nato member and they did send desperately needed warplanes to ukraine. that's a good start. let him send another ten thousand of them if they have them. joe biden, stop this numerous times. but for the first time, there will be mig . twenty nines handed over in the next few days, but they're going to need more than four europe. you've got to step up, protect your continent financially. milita early. and then when you do your part, we, the people of the united states , will gladly help you financially if you're in it to win. and that means win and defeat putin and then evil in our time. now, the only way to stop a bully in his tracks is to make him fear you beaten putin needs to know that he will not win the war in ukraine. he doesn't believe that right
11:16 pm
now. he needs to know that we will not put up with his hostile behavior right now. putin does not fear joe biden. neither does president xi. the does kim jong un . neither do the mullahs in iran. but white house doesn't you know, they don't even talk tough. they act. this is probably just a little accident, probably an untrained pilot. what happened when they what? not once or twice poured fuel on our drones? and then took it out of the sky? are you kidding me? that was an accident. putin's thugs now caught on tape downing a sophisticated us reaper drone. what did biden do? nothing. no one in this administration will even call it what it is . they are declaring war on the united states . if you take down our drone, i don't want war with russia. nobody wants war with russia. however, a message to putin needs to be sent. some people are pretending that it was just one big accident at
11:17 pm
the hands of these incompetent russian pilots. really, they were that incompetent. they were able to drop on a tiny drone fuel from their jets while they were flying the jet that doesn't sound like an accident to me. according to our sources, this drone was, in fact, targeted because of a direct order from moscow. that means it had vladimir putin seal of approval and get this right now, russian ships, not our ships, russian ships are in the black sea trying to recover our drone they took down. this is eerily similar to biden's cowardly action as a chinese spy balloon flew over us military and nuclear bases all the way from alaska to idaho. to montana to missouri to kansas to kentucky, to the carolina. that happened for a full week and biden did nothing. so what the world is seeing as the us president that is weak. he is cognitively compromised, inept, both at home and abroad. and frankly, the world's worst
11:18 pm
actors, all of this, and they are now taking full advantage, sadly, we, the american people, we're going to end up paying for all of this. and you're going to pay, by the way, for europe because they're not protecting their own continent. and you're going to be paying for biden's rich friends who deposited millions and that very liberal leftist elite silicon valley bank. and make no mistake, this is this is a biden billionaire bank bailout. you know, best question from james lankford today came in. well, if this happens to my constituents in oklahoma, they're going to get the same deal . janet yellen said nope. so why should we be paying for millionaires and billionaires out in silicon valley anyway? no matter how hard janet yellen tries to spin it, how hard she tries to sell it, it doesn't work. >> take a look. we worked with the federal reserve and fdic to protect all depositors of the two failed banks. >> on monday, morning,
11:19 pm
customers were able to access all of the money in their deposit accounts so they could make payroll and pay the bills. shareholders and debt holders are not being protected by the government. importantly, no taxpayer or money is being used or put at risk with this action. >> all right. it only gets worse from there because you are bailing out very wealthy americans . it's going to be your tax dollars or fees that you pay to banks as they raise these fees. >> but also chinese nationals who deposited money in cvb. >> well, guess who predicted all of this? it turns out if you go to 2016 ,then candidate trump. listen to what he said in a debate with hillary clinton. we have the worst revival of an economy since the great depression and believe we're in a bubble right now. and the only thing that looks good is the stock market. but if you raise interest rates even a little bit, that's going
11:20 pm
to come crashing out. we are in a big, fat, ugly bubble and we better be awfully careful. and we have a fed that's doing political things. this janet yellen of the fed, the fed is doing politically by keeping the interest rates at this level and believe the day obama goes off and he leaves and he goes out to the golf course, the rest of his life to play golf when they raise interest rates, you're going to see some very bad things happen because the fed is not doing their job . the fed is being more political than secretary clinton. >> here with reaction, fox news contributor kellyanne conway, florida congressman michael walts. kellyanne, let me start with you. first of all, i do not like to see this great country of ours that we all love, not respond when hostile actions are taken by china and russia. >> what should the reaction be ? sure. >> well, so much chaos and crisis going on .
11:21 pm
i think those are the two words that define the biden administration. and it's international. it's global. it's in i think the banks vulnerable. our bill seem insurmountable. the bailouts for all the above seem all but certain. >> but people should know the news today because the white house is not going to tell them. >> sean was revealed that china is sending body armor and other weapons of war to china. >> and we know what they're doing it, that they're killing ukrainians and even the german chancellor. i think the last day or so has warned china against sending some types of arms. >> but you're right, people in western europe should start paying up for the common defense in ukraine if they want ukraine, of course, to succeed and putin to fail. this reminds me of something else. president trump not just said , but did while he was president short in congress when he made sure that our partners in nato contributed more to
11:22 pm
the common defense. i watched him with some of those world leaders. they be in the middle of a conversation, the interpretively going back and forth. you're minding your business, taking notes. and all of a sudden in any language, it was you got to start paying . it says here you're paying point 5%. you're paying half present, you got to pony up. and he made that difference. people need to wake up. and i think folks are quickly the polling says that republicans and independents say the greatest country that's a threat to the united states is china, followed by russia. oh, they're right. it's the same for democrats. for democrats, they're only separated by nine points. republicans, it's eighty one to ten independents. china over russia, india pendants. it's 67% say china. and somewhere in the twenty say russia. but now they're in cahoots. look what china did last week. they're proud to broker a deal. they want to play peacemaker between iran and saudi arabia. >> let me bring in nervous for israel. michael walts no consequences
11:23 pm
for china and the balloon incident, no consequences for russia and the drone incident. and we should not you know, we should not be bailing out billionaires and millionaires, liberal friends of joe biden and the democratic party. why are we doing that? >> and how do you stop it? sean, to your first point, this is all you this is how you restore deterrence. president trump, discord, recurrence. restore deterrence because dictators are going to push until they meet steel. when the russians press too hard in syria, when they cross the red line, he bombed and killed three hundred russian mercenaries when the iranians shot down our drone over the over the arabian gulf, when they attacked our embassy, he took out sulimani. he took out their field, general. and guess what? it did all stop. final point on the one the europeans we contributed
11:24 pm
over 30 billion, i think rightly ukrainians, uk four billion, germany in less than three , italy at less than one . i've introduced a measure that they shoot at us dollar for dollar for euro like the european union is the same size as the united states . they've got to step finger in their chest demanding that they do or and instead of inviting them into this kumbaya session with the german chancellor, in the eu right now, 2% her defense budget. >> and then they break it up a little bit. but i will to thank you both. but i will tell you, if we don't defend this country, we need to let this continue. we're only going to have more when we come back . the brothers in the justice smollett race hoax right here in studio straight at just this moment, an actor who films
11:25 pm
the hit tv show empire full police. he's the victim of a hate crime . i've been truthful and consistent on every single level since day one . let me paint a picture for you. most folks aren't going out at 2:00 in the morning on the coldest night of the year. jesse hired them to beat him up. this is where we waited for justin to come. >> we were the ones that did it . >> yeah, it was a do you have trouble hearing conversation? >> are you constantly asking loved ones to repeat themselves? do you miss out on discussions or talking with friends? then you would benefit from neno hearing aids. don't waste thousands of dollars on expensive hearing aids or settle with the frustration of cheap amplifiers. right now, you can get to revolutionary nano cic, recharge hearing aids regularly . seven hundred and ninety four dollars for just two hundred ninety seven dollars or opt in to our payment plan of four easy payments.
11:26 pm
i love how affordable the nano hearing aids are compared to some hearing aids are as much as three, four , five thousand dollars. >> don't be fooled by higher priced hearing aids. the cic recharge is a true hearing aid, not an amplifier. it has rechargeable technology that many customers say is superior to more expensive models. all these nano hearing aids are fantastic. they're affordable. they're easy to fit into the ear. and what really impressed me is i'm hearing things i haven't heard in years. >> our friendly operators are standing by to take your order . eight hundred six seven seven nine eighty six hundred. the cic recharge offer superior noise reduction and a tiny in the ear canal design that is nearly invisible. first of all, they are incredibly affordable. and if you call now, we'll add a portable charging case and ship your order absolutely free. >> i love how they feel. they're very light. i don't even know that they're i've used other hearing aids before. they were bulky. these are light and easy to use to stop missing out on important conversations are
11:27 pm
wasting thousands of dollars on expensive hearing aids. order now and you'll get to see. i see recharge hearing aids and a portable charging case where just two hundred ninety seven dollars or opt into our easy payment plan and your order ships free supplies are limited, so don't delay. better hearing is just a phone call away. >> 877 nine eighty six hundred . >> again, that's eight hundred nine eighty six hundred. >> no problem. overgrown grass and wheat. the solution, hungry sheep our
11:29 pm
more to adopt us kids. dog. i was all a year go . remember after justice mullet was sentenced to one hundred and fifty days in jail for faking a hate crime against himself in downtown chicago. now that happened back in 2019. now, smollett claim that he was attacked on a freezing january night by two, quote, white supremacists wearing that shouted this is trump country and specifically targeted him because of his race and his sexual orientation. of course, we now know that all of that was false. smollett actually hired two of his associate to stage the attack and they are now telling their story of this side of the story for the first time in the new fox nation special anatomy of a hoax. >> take a look at this.
11:30 pm
so we got here with ten minutes to spare and we had to plan our escape route to survey the land. his building is actually right here, right above the stairs that we're going to attack him. and we made sure we got there at two a.m. sharp on the dot, on the dot. we had no phones because he did not want us to bring any phones, he said . so we don't lose. i don't know if that's really the reason that they have less . that makes them forget that he's been fast. come skiddle get that. >> and it scared them as we crossed the street, we say, hey, to get his attention. hey, nick , hey. he turned around, looked at us and that's when we started yelling. ah, the famous slurs. he wanted us to yell, hey, aren't you that empire empire nick . this man country. he said , what did you say to me? and that's when i threw the first punch at him. and then i threw him to the
11:31 pm
ground. and while i threw him to the ground, he had a bruise. i wanted it to look more real. so then i threw to the ground. >> after i threw him to the ground, i use my knuckle and gave him a nookie. so i went like this. why did i do that? to give him a scar. to give him marks, to make it look real. like he really did get his beat. all right. joining us now for the first live tv interview are those two brothers. >> ebola and ebola are in cairo . and their attorney , attorney gloria rodriguez, great to see you. >> wow. you ever think would become this big? >> no, not in a million years, no, sir. >> okay, so this thing begins to get into the public consciousness and people are rightly i mean, if that really happen, i'd be angry. >> i think most people deplore racism. most people deplore people that are anti-gay.
11:32 pm
>> they should mind their own business, my view. >> and so all of a sudden, this is viral believed. >> what are you guys thinking? before i allow my brother to answer that question, i suppose i want to apologize to everyone in the audience, the country and anyone who might have been affected by this directly. when we were asked to partake in this, we really didn't foresee the ramifications of what something like this could do to the country. you're sorry you participated in. yeah. yeah, we didn't. we allowed ambition to cloud our judgment. we're getting paid. it wasn't about the money. yeah, it was. what was it about for you that the opportunity, opportunity to . >> well, we were actors. so are we actors and just it. >> right. i'm acting as a talk. do you want to do a hoechst? i'm hoping one day maybe.
11:33 pm
so jesse was in a position where he could help us because in the acting world is who you know now, what are now. so us helping him out would have helped us . >> so. yeah, well, you're your attorney . you take on this case and it explodes. >> and you did a great job, by the way. congratulations. thank you. right. >> what was your initial instinct? >> because you have clients that might be legal jeopardy here. >> the whole world is watching. it gets tough in those moments. you know what i had been doing these kinds of crisis situations for ten years. by the time i had at the brothers. so my immediate thought wasn't, oh, my god, this is a national spotlight case. my immediate thought was, oh, my god, i have two innocent guys here that are being accused of doing horrific hate crime. and so my natural instinct really was to first, unlike a lot of the journalists that
11:34 pm
were out there reporting this, my my instinct is to first get a handle on the facts and that same night that i met them, i went by myself, had to cancel my plans with my wife and say, i've got to go down to the scene of the crime. and i looked around and i just remember thinking, it is dark, it is laid out, and there's nobody out here. it's super safe. it's this is ridiculous. this would have this particular night. it was freezing. no, no criminal would even want to work that night. >> right. that the night that paul , you know, take the night off. i'll get back to work tomorrow night stealing and robbing and you know, especially in chicago. >> all right. so you go through this, everyone. our audience was laughing because some of it's really funny. maybe really good actors. that's part of it. but there is a sad part of it here because there is this impulse among people that they want to believe the worst
11:35 pm
in human beings, that that people are racist and that trump supporters are sexist and racist and homophobic and xenophobic, islamophobic, trans phobic. i mean, as a conservative, i'm called these names all the time. none none of those allegations are true. i'm a christian . i believe in god . i think he created every man, woman and child on this earth. so that's where people are saying, wow, you're demonizing a whole group of people. have you gotten to know people now that are conservative and maybe realize that, wow, that could impact their lives? >> he hasn't trying to let your brother cover not only have we gotten to know people that were like that, our parents are pretty concerned, although they are democrats. but in their thinking, they are conservative and in turn we are conservative in the way we have conservative views. >> we have yeah, we have conservative views, more conservative views than
11:36 pm
liberal views anyway. >> so what are hard i republican my whole life proud of it. and you know, some of the local papers when i ran for a little local election, they were i had been running as a republican for over a year and they were still printing that i was a democrat because i'm a latina and i must be i must be a democrat. >> i want to support your campaign. so come on , i'll tell you the best thing. thank you for coming. >> i think people need to go to fox nation. watch this. it's really interesting. and the best thing that you both said is you apologized. and you know what? i saw sincerity. thank you for your time. thank you. thank you for doing this. great job for that straight. i have l.j. lawrence jones. he joins us with a shocking report on spring break. parents, you better know what kids are getting into. >> and tommy lourenco when we
11:37 pm
