7:00 pm
tuning in, thanks to sean for letting me sit in his seat. jason in the house, and you will find it. sean will be back next week -- next week, thanks, have a wonder full st. patrick's day. "the ingrahm angle" is up next. >> laura: i'm kayleigh, and this is a special edition of the ingraham angle live from new york city tonight. all week, the house oversight chair has been dropping bread crumbs. tuesday after being hit with years of stonewalling, congressman james comer revealed that the treasury department was giving him the first suspicious activity report related to hunter biden and the biden family foreign business dealings. book about a payment
7:01 pm
made by cefc, a chinese energy firm. so, hunter biden's business associate rob walker. and then comer took it a step further noting that the money was then sent directly to accounts associated with the bidens. you think that would be the end of major bombshells for the week, but it wasn't. the one that was dropped wednesday, you simply won't believe. >> at the end of this i think we are weeing to say there are probably six or seven biden family members that were involved in various business schemes around the world. >> wow, well we knew about hunter, we knew about joe's brother james. but comer revealing it could be six or seven biden family members is massive news. and last night, we learned the identity of one of the unknowns who got this money from china. widow and hunter's ex-girlfriend holly biden. there
7:02 pm
are four more payments from 2017 to an unknown biden. the payments range from $5000 to $25,000 each. the oversight committee's checks move might put us closer to finding out who that is. rob walker, the guy shuffling all of this money around to testify under oath in front of the committee. so, how is joe biden handling this? knowing that the entire thing is starting to unravel. we got a reaction from him late last night. >> family dealings. >> hunter biden's business associate sent over a million dollars to three family members. >> that's not true. >> well that was just hours ago. your son's own attorney admits this is true. hunter biden a
7:03 pm
private citizen with every right to pursue his own business in deaf ares seeking a joint venture with a privately owned, legitimate energy country in china. hunter received his good faith effort seed funds, with whom he was involved with at the time and sharing expenses. joining me now is, could res man james comer chairman of the house oversight committee, thanks for joining me, congressman. >> thanks for having me. >> what is your response to the president of the united states who denies these payments ever took place, you have bank records. >> well, the president must watch the washington post every other network in the world did. and we have bank records to prove that at least three, if not four of his family members received a direct payment from a european -- from a chinese entity that was directly linked to the chinese communist party.
7:04 pm
now, the lawyers came out today and admitted that. but they said that the biden family used it for seed capital for an energy venture. we are going to bring rob walker to talk to the committee and see if he can verify that. what it looks like to us, they took the money and stuck it in their pocket. >> so you have invited him, you said the committee invites to you participate in a transcribed interview with the committee staff. the deadline is march 24th, will you subpoena him? >> yes., yes. we want him to come. is he a person of interest. because we have his bank records. we answered a lot of questions and the first question was was the president being truthful when he said his family never took money from companies directly linked to the ccp. we know the answer is yes they did and the president was not being truthful. so, we have a lot of questions about what did the bidens do to deserve
7:05 pm
over $1 million from a chinese energy company. i mean, what did they bring to the table? i assume that china wanted a return on that investment, was that something that joe biden did as vice president, was that something they thought joe biden could do in the private sector? or was it because of hunter biden and jim biden and hunter biden's girlfriend at the time experiencing energy. they had no experience in energy. we have a lot of questions and it's of the upmost concern. this is an issue of national security. if china has something on the bidens, then i think the american people seed to know that. >> so, congressman, a lot of questions about services provided no doubt. those payments then a million, a million happened in 2017, but curiously there were payments in 2015 when president biden was then vice president biden. there is a nexus here because you have hunter walker who is going to hopefully come be and testify,
7:06 pm
he was married to a woman, who is working for jill biden in the white house, i was unable to confirm exactly what dates she was working in the white house. theoretically possible, the payments went to hunter walker and disbursed to his private account and disbursed to hunter biden. will you be exploring any next us between working in the white house on the part of his wife at the time these payments went to hunter biden? >> absolutely. because remember, this is an investigation of joe biden. and this deal was set up during 2015 and 2016 when joe biden was squarely seated in the office of vice president. so, joe biden was involved. we know that he met with many of these people who were linked to this chinese communist party backed energy company. we know joe biden took his son to china. we
7:07 pm
know that joe biden entertained the associates, the other two associates that were involved in this so called business deal. so, joe biden's fingerprints are all over this deal. another thing i want to remind everyone, this is just one deal. we think there are 13 different deals from various countries around the world, mainly china, that we are going to look into. so, we've gotten one set of bank records. we have another 12 sets to go. this is in the beginning stages, what we've already seen and with the clip that you just played, the president is not being truthful with the american people about this. that right there raises a red flag. >> final he request, i only have 20 seconds here. we certainly want to hear from rob walker, dhr partnerships, the chinese state firm that at one point hunter biden had a 10% percent share and his lawyers say he is divested, online records suggest that might not be the case, the white house equivocated as well.
7:08 pm
not giving us clear answers. will you be pursuing a line of questioning to see if hunter biden still has a stake in the partners? >> from what we've seen thus far, we've never seen evidence he has divested that stake. that is one many things that we are looking into, the important thing there is something there there we are getting started, we are having great success in getting whistleblowers to come in and getting people to comply with our subpoenas and give us actual bank records. >> well, thank you congressman, well i can't await that march 24th deadline for mr. walker. congressman byron donald, along with forest cooper, co-chair of project 21. byron, one thing i hear often is why should this matter to the american people, your thoughts on that? >> oh, it's very simple. joe biden setting policy here domestically and internationally. a lot of it
7:09 pm
around energy. obviously foreign policy entanglements in china let's not leave joe biden out of this, because he is the big guy. if him and his family are actually benefiting from previous deals with the chinese government, chinese businesses, and maybe the party itself, that does have in my view influence on his decision-making as commander in chief. the american people should know what's going on here. and let me show you how much the white house is concerned, ian sames, he is their person on oversight he was haves, he is tweeting back at committee oversight members on the republican side of the aisle, we should have supported joe biden in the chip sack, this is how much they are fighting back thes allegations. >> to say that whom anyone attacks, that is the last line of defense when you don't have
7:10 pm
facts on your i side. donald mention the bike guy, we have that, we'll put that up, we remember is may 2017 an e-mail james giullier, 10% for the big guy. there is a may 2017 text message bob lin ski. don't mention joe being involved, it's only when you are face to tase face, i know you know that. no question democrat will answer for me, if joe is not the big guy then who is. who is the joe? >> this president assured the american people when he campaigned that he was not involved in any of the businesses of his son and that any claims about either ukrainian influence, russian influence or china influence had
7:11 pm
absolutely no truth and was some sort of propaganda. what we just have heard, and it is occurring, it is coming out little by little by little, but it appears that there are at least a minimum of a dozen of these allegations showing suspicious activity reports, actual transactions. if the ccp is giving you money and you are telling the american people that there is no truth to it, it is incumbent of congress to find out. it looks like what we have here is the addams family of corruption. you got uncle fester, you got lurch, hands taking in money. now it's two, three, according to today's
7:12 pm
statement, it could be as many as six or seven family members taking these payment. we absolutely got to get to the bottom of this and absolutely owe the american people transparency. >> we do. i would love to know who lush lurch is in that biden equation. that addams family comparison. congressman, the media, you know, remarkably the first prebriefing after the news broke there was not a single question asked about this from at least what i saw, while so many publications have verified the laptop, the one they called russian disinformation, abc news has not reviewed, nor verified the contents of the laptop or hard drive as of today, congressman, i find that remarkable. >> well, it's not remarkable to me at all. look, a lot of big media is in the tank for the joe biden, the democrats, this is why the ratings for most big
7:13 pm
media is in the toilet when you poll american people how they feel about major media in this country. with he have to get passed this. it is time for the news media to do their job which is call balls and strikes, let the american people know what is true or not, not covering for an administration or going after an administration like they did for your bus, the 45th president of the united states. they can do their own home wash if they want to, come into committee with us whenever they want to, look at our notes and information, we will be happy to share our only request is report the facts. just that simple. >> we will be looking very closely on all of that information, congressman horrace, thank you. >> lit's zero in on hunter biden, remember when we were told this. >> was that your laptop, there could be a laptop, it could be i was hacked, it could be that it was russian intelligence. >> so no one ever really believed that he did not know.
7:14 pm
and we really didn't believe this was russian disinformation, that was always a crock. but tonight hunter is passively admitting 2.5 years after the fact, that laptop, it's mine, he is suing the laptop repair shop owner, john paul mc isaac claiming privacy violations of the founder president of the article 3 project. mike i think admit, he is not admitting when you read the words. johnathan turley called this the weirdest filing in he has seen in some time. you are saying you stole my content, my lap tap, my information, that might not be mine because you read footnote 42 of the filing, this counter suit, here is what it says. this is not an admission by mr. biden that mc isaac or others possess any particular laptop containing electronically stored data belonging to mr. biden, mrs
7:15 pm
that he obtained data, convoluted saying, it's my laptop, but it's not. is this the weirdest filing. >> both legally and politically to me because first of all, in order to have a reasonable expectation of privacy in your property, it has to be your property and he is not admitting this laptop is his property. maybe this computer repair shop owner should file a motion to dismiss on the pleadings on that very grounds. if -- hunter biden is going to open up the biggest can of worms on discovery because he is going to have to show how he was damaged. so, even if he can get passed the motion to dismiss, he has to prove his damages, how was he damaged, reputation damaged by this supposed invasion of privacy? the computer repair shop guy saying that international hadder abandoned the laptop because the contract
7:16 pm
says if you don't pick it up in 90 days it's abandoned. hunter who is an attorney says he didn't read that or he didn't understand that and there was a contract adhesion. this is a bizarre filing, hunter got his dad's friends, abbie lowell, a high profile democrat attorney to file this lawsuit on his behalf, it is a very bizarre lawsuit, it's probably going to backfire on international hadder. >> another bizarre part of this, we know the media came around very late saying this wasn't russian disinformation, we verified this. hunter's lawyers say this, we can pull it up. mro story mr. biden denies any "new york times" story confirmed, denies any washington post story confirmed the validity of the expose. how many facts will need to come out before he can verify
7:17 pm
that has hundreds of pictures of him, texts that are actually in fact his. >> what is so bizarre about this, he is suing for invasion of privacy but not admitting it's his laptop, he is going to have to admit everything on his laptop is true, that is very damaging for his father joe biden, it shows that the biden family was illegally taking ukrainian and -- money. hunter biden, but -- what do you expect. >> really quite something but it is hunter biden. thank you very much. mike. middle class joe, bailed out silicon buddies bank accounts. what foreign adversaries could be benefiting from this. marsha blackburn andh tulseri gabbard react next. andh

and i in consultation with the president determine that the failure to protect uninsured dep others would create systemic risk and significant economic and financial consequences. >> well who else gets protected with the move to save silicon valley bank? joe's friends in china. >> been reported publicly that svb had a large number of chinese investors that are there including some that were companies directly connected to chinese communist party. my bank in oklahoma make chinese investors whole. >> uninsured investors will be made whole in that bank and i suppose that could include foreign depositors. >> well joining me now, someone who got to grill secretary
7:24 pm
yellen yesterday, tennessee senator marsha blackburn, welcome, senator. >> good to be with you, thank you. senator blackburn, why should a community bank in gatlinburg, your state, bail out chinese investors, rather depositors. >> they should not be bailing out chinese depositors, investors or shareholders the and it is of great concern to us that when you look at what it would cost to ensu in -- insurel of these deposits in the country. yellen has not run the numbers on this and have not quantified the cost and i asked her to do that. but you should never put a small community bank, u.s. taxpayers, and have them responsible for paying back
7:25 pm
people from the chinese communist party. kayleigh, i have to tell you, when you look at what happened with this bank, first of all, they are so given to woke policies in dei and esg that they are not watching the books. they are not watching their liquidity. and basically what joe biden and janet yellen have said is, look, you go ahead and you stay loyal to these principles of dei and esg and we are going to cover you. but it is unseemly that they have started on this path. it is the path to nationalizing our banking system. i have talked to -- >> senator we have that sound by, it e, here is you grilling the secretary. >> sure. >> do you see this as a step to nationalize the banking system? >> absolutely not. i see this as a step toward stemming contagion
7:26 pm
that could -- from the failure of these banks. >> were you satisfy weekend that answer? >> oh, not at all. because we all know if you're going to insure all deposits in all banks and say some banks are systemically significant and important, and others are not, that it is going to be tough on your small banks, your community banks, they are going to try to drive deposits into four or five national banks. and this will be the end of the banking system as we have known it. and you see that there was bad management. you look at who the board was with svb and have you to look at what happened here. they went to goldsman to see if they could raise the money, find a buyer, they couldn't get it through on auction. finally, joe biden conducts joe biden's big bank bailout and to all of his
7:27 pm
friends and all of these tech companies, green energy companies, democrat donors, they go bail them out to the tune of millions of dollars. billions of dollars, and then you have no back stop because you're not holding the banks responsible, you're basically saying, you keep going with dei and esg and help us with this and we've got you covered. >> yeah, somehow i don't think if this were a community bank in montana they would have gotten the same treatment. thank you, senator. is there any institution americans can trust not on behalf of powerful interests. joining me now, tulsi gabbard, hawaii governor, hello, tulsi, welcome. that is it seems as if the little guy, if you will, always is responsible for
7:28 pm
the big guy, the big guy always get the preferential treatment whether it's bailing out a chinese investor, whether it's the community banks bail out silicon valley, why is that? >> there is this revolving door, kayleigh, i know you are familiar with, constantly we see how for example members of congress who are supposed to be regulating big pharma don't, and then they go and leave congress and get a payout from big pharma. we see it with the military industrial complex, secretary austin, then general austin, retires to the military, now goes back as a secretary of defense and seeing the billions of dollar that is going towards the military industrial complex. we see it with financial regulators, people in position to do their job to protect the little guy, to protect our small and community banks but instead what are they doing? they are looking for the payout where they can go and work for the big banks that they are allowing off the hook. it's this incredible
7:29 pm
abuse of power that voids that trust that you are talking about here. and frankly, this is the thing that needs to be fixed. i look back to the declaration of independence where our founders very correctly recognized the propensity for abuse of power for those who start to get some. those in power derive their power from the consent of the governed, that's where we look at, how do we fix this mess, where is there hope to be found everyone of us have an incredible responsibility to oversee those who we place in power, hold them accountable when they are abusing those positions and elect, serving the american people, upholding the constitution, putting the interests of the american people first. >> so, you say consent of the govern, they don't seem to have much consent at the moment, we have the numbers, we'll pop it
7:30 pm
up for you. the level of trust in united states toos is remarkably low. u.s. government gop 30% trust. congress 40%, republicans 54 democrats. as you can see there is definitely falling trust among republicans specifically. but even wall street, democrats 46%. there is distrust broadly. >> yeah. there is. for me i think one of the only institutions i think we can trust right now is the supreme court serving as a check on a lot of this abuse of power. ultimately what it comes down to, the only we can really trust is god. and once again. >> amen to that. >> our founding fathers recognize this and put these systems in place specifically for we the people to ensure that this country belongs to us and that we do have the opportunity and that responsibility to ensure that our government is of, by and for the people. the
7:31 pm
erosion of trust in the numbers you cited comes from the fact that we have far too many corrupt politicians, unelected bureaucrats we don't know what their names are, but they are operating behind, you know, in the dark behind the curtains in the shadow, essentially changing laws and making decisions that effect us in our every day lives, with he have no way to hold them accountable. so, we do this by taking action through those who we choose to hire and fire through this system that our founders created for us, which is still the best system in the world. >> i couldn't agree with you more especially when it comes to god. just a few moments here, it's ironic someone who you can trust is being run out of society, he was integral to our founding, separation of church and state, found nowhere in our founding documents of the it's been utilized to create a religion of secularism. in a way perhaps founders never intend.
7:32 pm
>> there is no question about it, kayleigh. you see this erosion of this spiritual foundation of our country as a direct consequence of those who are trying to erase god from just about every facet of our public lives. this is one of the main reasons why i chose to leave the democrat party, i saw increasingly how not only were they trying to erase god or any mention of god or attacking people of faith, attacking people of spirituality, especially christians, you see the attacks and consequences in the direction, unfortunately that much of our country is headed in, and the damage it's causing to families, to children. >> so true. >> to communities. to our policymakers. many of whom think they are god and trying to control us in every possible way. >> it's so true. tulsi so much wisdom from you. coming up, we are getting reaction to the week's craziest stories from sean duffy and ekpunobi, you

>> so, we want to have a little fun this friday night, i'm bringing in sean duffy, the bottom line on weekdays at 6:00 p.m. and amala, i have a lightning round of topics, so we are going to jump right in. let's start with biden's yearly mention of his irish heritage. >> i may be irish but i'm not stupid. >> there are so many, actually weren't in jail. i'm the only irish that has never had a drink. >> i'm irish, i don't have family members in jail, i know you're irish, too. >> i'm irish and people in jail, but we have a drink. he is the president of cultural police and making offensive comments towards the eyish are. we have

7:40 pm
>> one time she called us, what's wrong, did you get in an accident, someone gave me a thumb's down. >> amala, i'm not understanding this point from genz. >> it's social media where we're liking and disliking in real time as we are driving. i think if people spend as much time to control their anger we would be better off. >> the thumb's up, they call it rude and hostile. what is that? >> by the way, this is like the gama boyfriend ration, the great offense is the bird. if someone gives me the thumb's down i am too old school, okay, great, i don't care. the bird, that is offensive. i will get anger reflected back in my response bird. >> well, i am a millenial, i am not a passage ma girl. >> a new california law might
