why donald trump? and you know, donald trump has been saying this is about -- you are getting into a presidential election year. this is i think what people are seeing this for. especially when the case is like it is. >> ashley: speak to us on the significance that this was leaked? we still haven't seen anything happen. >> yeah. that's again, it just plays into this political motivated narrative of a political prosecution in which you are going after someone you don't like. remember, allen bragg has made it no secret he doesn't like donald trump and not prosecute or went forward on other issues he had before him. again, this leaking, this saying we are going to go meet with the law enforcement officials. we are going to put up barriers out front, i mean, i'm a lawyer as well. i mean, this is pretty unprecedented for what has been described as misdemeanor case or at best a stretch a low level felony case in which the feds by the way the very predicate of the issue, the federal department of justice did not decide to prosecute.
