we have our first set of bank records and led to the second set of bank records which i hope to get my hand on the next few days. the second will lead to the third set. and in the meantime, we were able to prove without a shadow of a doubt to the treasury cabinet that, look, we need those bank violations because obviously, this family has taken over $1 million from a chinese communist back energy company for no apparent reason. so, we need those bank records. we have one set of bank records and all the bank violations. it looks like a lot more than 150 than previously reported. we will continue to follow the money and try to get the american people the proof they deserve about this family occupying the white house. >> ashley: congressman what about that one account titled biden? who could that be? >> we could be anybody. i've been involved in banking

most of my life. i've seen a lot of bank wires. bank wires are like checks. you put the name, address, dollar amount and then there is a memo at the bottom just like a regular check. and all of the bank wires at this robinson walker account had ten over 10-year plus period would always have the memo listed except on the ones they sent to the bidens. that would be obvious first step to determine what the bidens did to get over $1 million from this company that just received a wire and 24 hours earlier from china. not only did this one way or not list the memo, but it just listed their last name, just like they were trying to hide it. they were obviously trying to hide something as to what the purpose of the wire was. on this particular wire not only the purpose of the wire but the first name of the wire. so we are trying to figure out what account that went to.

dollars? should this really rely on american people in illinois who can barely pay their bills to fit the problem that california has created? >> look come i live in california, but this is not right and not fair to anybody across the nation to bail out the failures in california. but the truth is, newsom is a very political animal. he still considered the presidency but does he have something over biden, look, go ahead and bail us out and i won't run against you. there is a lot of back talk going on. but newsom went to biden to ask for a bailout on the banking issue. don't be surprised if he comes in the future asking for a bailout of his planned reparations plan. >> ashley: gavin newsom tweeted this back in 2020, "dr. should be able to write prescriptions for housing the same way they do for insulin or

antibiotics." please make this make sense to me because the logistics of that does not make sense. >> absolutely pure there is no way he can do this without a prescription pad but only political muscle. but if anybody thinks this would only be for six months even at high state for the nation as well as every californian number remember two weeks of flattening the curb, there is no such thing as a temporary government program in six months will become a year and then permanent. this is something that newsom hopes will bail him out so nobody across the nation will see how failed the california state is when it comes to homelessness, drug addiction, to crime and to the lack of mental health. this is on newsom, not on the taxpayers. >> ashley: gloria, how else will newsom tech with homeless crisis? right now we have countless people in the program actively trying to help to get people off of the streets and out of homelessness.

they say people keep throwing money at this problem. if it was money that solved it, it would be sold now so what else should he be doing? >> absolutely, he has to stop throwing money at the issue. this is not a housing issue when you look at it honestly. this is about drug addiction. it is about mental health. yes, there is housing but the reason so much money is put into housing is because follow the money. that is where the big bucks pay off. it is oftentimes called the homeless industrial complex because of the lucrative contracts that can be made in this area with no demonstrable change in the reduction of the homeless population. some other things have to be done but simply by taxing the taxpayers now across the united states of america to try to bail out this problem, newsom who has been promising, by the way, to end homeless

stephen smith my classmate of alex murdaugh's older son, buster found dead in the middle of south carolina road on july 8, 2015. his body was discovered 3 miles from where his car had run out of gas. the police and south carolina originally considered stephen smith's death the result of a hit-and-run. something his mother sandy smith never accepted. and the case reopen in june 2021 based on information brought to light in the investigation into maggie and paul myrdal's murders. one day after buster spoke out about his empire involvement after hbo and tied him to the specials on his father's murder trial. buster writes, "these baseless rumors of stephen's death are false. i have to publicly deny any involvement in stephen's death and my heart goes out to his family." ." but attorneys for smith's family say this is not about the

>> ashley: knowing that you heard her voice, do you think that she is still alive? >> it is 42 days today. obviously, i'm hanging onto that whole that she is. >> todd: why do you think your mother was kidnapped? did she have any enemies? >> no, that is one of the test she has a u.s. citizen and she went back to this small town of 200 people in the town. i honestly think she was just targeted. >> , >> ashley: do you think she was targeted because she is an american citizen? >> i think it is a comment that they go back to mexico, they want to retire there and people probably assume they have more than them but the reality is they don't. >> todd: can you share any more details about how this kidnapping went down?

>> yeah, it was afternoon and she was watering her plants. she loved watering her garden, cleaning the house. dad drove in with 45 individuals, two mast came in and they were just some kind of a struggle and exchange of words. there were witnesses and she was crouched down on the floor. they picked her up and one of them got out of the right off the bat and covered her mouth and pulled her into the van and drove away. >> ashley: zonia, had your mother ever ever said anything to you about someone following her or feeling uneasy about any situations? b: no, not at all. she actually in the property, there is a large gate and had it open all the time. that is how comfortable they were. there was never any red flags or any kind of signs of danger, any

>> todd: a drug counselor and activists in seattle leaving tags saying "not trash" discarded items including needles like this. they reportedly meant to tell cruz not to clear anything that could be someone's belongings. portland drug counsel shared that photo with us and joins me now. kevin what message are these activists trying to send? >> the message is stay away from all homeless, all homeless camps, and all formally homeless camps. basically a void in the area where even almost five years ago. >> todd: why, aren't the activists interested in getting help? >> that is not what i've seen. i have been participating multiple trash picks in seattle and portland to try to restore our cities. what we find is when we show up to the parks and pick up trash

from abandoned camps, activists will show up and berate us often times for hours. and they will oftentimes follow us on social media and know when we will show up so the day before, they will show up and add these tags, put up signs, warned the homeless we are there to pick up trash. what is frustrating for us is nine times out of ten, the very homeless that used to live there are the ones helping us pick up the trash because we involve them, right? we are not throwing away anyone's belongings. >> todd: oregon recording 72 opioid overdose is 2020, 745-2021 and so for 391 in 2022 and that number expected to be updated and of course, rise. when you see an image with this combined with experience trying to help these people and activists trying to literally do the exact opposite, do you wonder what is their vision for the city of portland? what is their vision for seattle? >> well, i believe their vision

is they want a dystopian society. they believe that capitalism is the root of all evil. and when we pick up trash, it goes against their narrative that our cities are crumbling and dying because of capitalism. and you know, one especially frustrating thing they do is after we do a trash pick they returned the trash to the parks, open up the bags and put the trash back out into public parks. so, it is just, it is just madness, really. but the thing is, they are part of the problem and we are part of the solution so we continued to go out there every day to do advocacy, outreach, the trash picks. most of the time as volunteers to just try to be a part of the solution to restore our beautiful cities. >> todd: it is sickening but commuters in portland on mass
