seemingly every week or month now. >> todd, the truth is we can't trust the fbi anymore. that's pathetic. this is an agency we need to have confidence in, and we don't. we have seen how corrupt they are, how politicized and weaponized. and this whole story, i mean, the "new york post" did a magnificent job on this story. and there is one particular piece of it where they say that there was an asian, african and just that one eye tells them that all about involved in this. it sounds like the beginning of a joke somewhere it's not a joke. this is serious. it shows that hunter biden was making and manipulating multi million dollars deals with the chinese communist party. if you made this into a movie, people would say, yeah, it's not credible. it's just -- there is too many twists and turns. you have got these chinese characters named ho and ye and israeli dr. luft who is

involved. gets charged with gun running even though he said he never dealt with arms. the u.s. puts him in prison for a while there are so many crazy things about how this is going down and the press, once again, i blame them, because they just turned, well, let me tell you this, they turn one eye away from the whole story. >> todd: nicely done. >> ashley: that was a good one. we are expecting the trump grand jury to reconvene today after manhattan alvin bragg abruptly canceled's today's hearing. pushback to indict trump the district attorney is having trouble convincing the grand jury on potential charges due to the weakness of the case. your thoughts, governor? >> well, if you can not get an indictment of donald trump in new york where they hate him, run by the most partisan left wing democrats, then maybe it's time for us to say let's move on to something else. here's the tragedy. we just have been talking about

serious criminal activity. what's donald trump doing, going after something like the most legal schorls there is nothing there. this is ridiculous. it's time for al village bragg to put up or shut up and also i wish some of those. >> todd: a huge embarrassment. >> i wish some of his people in the office would walk away. >> todd: got to run. "fox & friends" now. >> the ceo of tiktok set to testify. >> the lawmakers will grill him. >> it's not dance videos congress is concerned about. >> it eventually weaponized that data when they want to. >> the trump grand jury set to reconvene after bragg abruptly canceled the hearing. >> potential charges he is not going to bring the case the only thing that changes trump announces is he running for president. >> south carolina law enforcement reveals it's making progress in the death of stephen smith. >> initially ruled a hit and run his mom believes tha
