well the fox news tonight common sense department is learning about a new twist in the san francisco reparations plan. it 'em sos before the plan is even approved the city's board of supervisors is asking for $50 million up front to establish an office of reparations. the office would then create a database to vet the eligibility of those who apply for reparations. and if you don't know, common sense would like to remind you the actual plan calls for giving each black resident of san francisco $5 million, eliminating their debt, giving them a guaranteed income of $97,000 a year, and providing them a house in san francisco for $1. the plan will cost more than $600 billion but no plan to pay for it. then again, math was not the strong suit of the reparations committee. in fact the committee acknowledges there was no mathematical base for
