like a start-up, you have to invest before you scale. so we're just in that investment mode now. honestly, we learned a lot in the first generation because we're number two in the country in ev, how to design a vehicle to be profitable. the key is scaling and getting the manufacturing facility more efficient. we make all full-size trucks in america and will bet on this electric ford and it will be built in tennessee and we'll continue to bet on america. we're in vestment mode, that is what you have to do to build a new business. >> brian: next gen truck is t-3. you showed me the lightning, the orders are backed up, what is the difference in the t-3 in layman's terms? >> jim: it is more capable. most important thing, two cool

and you told our producer, a lot of people ask, as a woman of color, why would you be against this? what is your answer to that? >> because this is not what you typically think of as ethnic studies. you think you will learn beauty of different ethnicity and when we learn differences, it brings us together when we learn about common humanity. i want people to hear the specifics of this bill, not just talk in generality. they talk about how we're stratified by race and race is connected to your place in society like a cast system. they have definition of anti-racism, which is actually racism and how they want to redistribute among racial groups, which means take from the white and give to people of color. they will not take from nigerian and asians, who typically make more and give to white people.

the definition of institutional racism and how it chronically favors whites and harms the poor and another definition says kids of color have been erased and harmed by school. all this does is group kids and pit them against each other and we need kids to become friends, visit each other's home and eat each other's food. this will pit kids against each other. >> brian: do you believe this is just an example of somebody intentionally doing this to keep division or do you think they are sincerely thinking they will make things better by presenting it in this way, what do you think the intent is behind it? >> i don't know. i don't know, i think i'd like to presume the best of people and they think it will bring people together, logically, i don't see how you can teach kids

in kindergarten their skin color is most important thing about them and telling kids of color white people are trying to take from them, i don't think that creates unity. >> brian: i agree. >> some people get power from being a victim and they want to teach kids the same thing. >> ainsley: what does that look like if they learn that in kindergarten and first grade by the time they leave college, they have been indoctrinated for years, what will society look like at the end of that? >> i don't know. i'm afraid people won't trust each other and that people will be afraid to talk to each other and we won't have unity. this is real stuff, starting in 2025, they will start making this mandatory in ninth grade, kids will have to take a course and be tested on this crap, which is somebody's opinion and

in 2027, they will bring it to elementary and middle schools, i'm afraid it will create division in society. if we get our kids out of school, you have the rest of society where kids are indoctrinated with these terrible falsehoods and it makes me mad. my mom was a crack addict, i had challenges in my life. right now, i have a son who is 19 with a disability, i was changing his diaper before i came here today. others have more challenges than i have. it makes me angry they are telling kids they can't succeed. there were 35 authors of this bill and 20 of them were people of color telling my kids they will not be able to make it through institutional racism when these people were voted in by majority of white people and they beat white people to win and they are telling white
