had happened in nashville, tennessee. the victims as young as 8 years old. the shooter identified as 28-year-old audrey hale. chief correspondent jonathan hunt joins us live with the latest. >> good evening, jesse. police revealed in the last couple of hours that this appears to have been a well-planned attack by the 28-year-old shooter now identified by police as audrey hale, and officials say hale was transgender. >> she does identify as transgender, yes? she identify as transgender man or woman. >> woman. >> hale apparently at one point attended the covenant school a private christian academy for around 200 pre-k to sixth grade students. three children were killed in the shooting. identified as 8 and 9-year-olds, evely dieckhause, it scruggs and

kenny. an adult cynthia peaks 61, catherine coons 60 and mike hill 61. in the shooter's home police say they discovered clear signs that this was a premeditated attack any motive at this point? >> no. we have a manifesto. we have some writings that we're going over. that pertain to this day. actual incident. we have a map drawn out of how this was all going to take place. there's right now a theory of talk about later but not confirmed. we will put that out as soon as we can. >> identify [inaudible]] >> we can give that you at a later time. there is some theory to that we are investigating all the leads. once we know exactly we will let you know. >> was this a targeted attack.

>> it was. >> the shooter was armed with two assault style weapons. a rifle and a pistol as well as a handgun. that's according to officials at least two of those weapons were believed to have been obtained legally in the nashville area. president biden reacted to the shooting by once again calling on congress to take action. >> we have to do more to protect our schools so they aren't turned into prisons. you know, shooter in this situation reportedly had two assault weapons and a pistol. a k-9 7. i call on congress again to pass the assault weapons ban. it's about time. >> a lot more to learn here police say they will be processing the scene throughout tonight and tomorrow. officials said later tonight or tomorrow they will release individualsio of the shooting. we assume that that will be body cam video from police officers

who took the shooter down by the way within 14 minutes ever of the first shots being fired, jesse? >> jesse: thank you, horrible story, jonathan it's been six weeks since john fetterman checked himself into the hospital for depression. aside from a photo showing fetterman in the hospital quote unquote working. we really haven't heard from the senator. he has already missed over 08% of the senate votes. we he don't know what he has been up to until today. we're learning john fetterman has been fundraising. fetterman is fundraising from a psychiatric unit at walter reed. fetterman is still depressed, and hasn't been at work in six weeks but he is asking for money for his re-election campaign. his re-election campaign is in six years. we reached out to fetterman's office and asked what's the money for? they haven't gotten back to us. but we will keep you updated if they do. this is one of the most ghoul issue will things so far we have

how do you adjudicate something like this if there is no cameras on the slopes? >> i will tell you that i do not think this is something that happens often it. reminds me of these cases we used to study in law school about somebody in a baseball game getting hit by a foul ball. when you are skiing on a ski slope as i think virtually everybody knows it is a dangerous activity and there is some assumption of the risk. i don't know how it got this far. it certainly has not been -- it would not be showing the best side of the civil justice system. that's for sure. >> jesse: do people feel sorry for two rich people counter suing each other for damages at park city utah? >> i wonder -- i just wonder if your in that courtroom what the jury is doing. as you and i have talked on many trials. you have to wonder hot jurors are. it would strike me that they are

>> jesse: fox news alert. one of senator rand paul's staffers was stabbed in broad daylight over the weekend in washington. the senator released a statement saying quote i ask you to join kelly and me in praying for a speedy and complete recovery and thank the first responders and hospital staff and police for diligently actions. the suspect has been arrested and charged with assault with intent to kill. as you remember rand paul himself was brutalitily attacked by a neighbor he suffered broken ribs we don't know if this attack was politically motivated but we do know washington, d.c. is dangerous. america has always been a patriotic nation if runs deep back to the founding. we have always loved watching america win.
