and she sold it. she was under care of doctor's for emotional disorder. law enforcement knew nothing about the treatment she was receiving. her parents felt she should not own weapons. >> as we said last night, we have no idea what drugs she was taken or if she was not taking due to her emotional disorder. we'll not speculate until we know more. but, what is clear is in her final messages to a friend that hale was seriously disturbed. she wrote that i am planning to die today. you will probably hear about me on the news. she said in an instagram message, one day this will make more sense. i have left behind more than enough evidence. it is the evidence that could help prevent tragedies like this in the future. we have known since yesterday about the existence of a quote, "manifesto," i hate using that term.

for a lack of a better word, that's what we calling it. police revealed of parts of what's inside. >> manifesto several different writings of other locations. there was a map of the school, drawing of how potentially she would enter and the assaults that would take place. it is quite a bit of writing to it. i have not read the whole entire manifesto. >> as to the status of that so-called manifesto, the metropolitan national police department said they'll not release the manifesto during the investigation. don't we know who the killer was? the executive director of children's of lesbians and gays everywhere warned against publishing it saying we should focus on the guns instead. charles moran, says releasing

inside that school? >> hi, laura. i want mention the police. they finally took that person and the personnel. a lot of bad press from the police but yesterday, they did the right thing. yeah, i was one of the people argued for the manifesto for the uni-bomber to be published. we want to gather evidence and identify who that person was. no, we can't and other people will absorb these ideas or they'll adapt or etcetera and etcetera, i realized it is different in this particular situation. it is essentially the cases resolved in terms of identifying the person.
