crime. breath, grpbreath. donald trump will avail himself justice system. what will happen next, what should we watch after tuesday? >> well, you are going to see right off the bat a very serious defense by donald trump and his attorneys. there is no joking around right now. the conviction rate across this country is over 90% once you have been charged. so they have to take it inare yes yes diddably seriously, motion and several motions filed immediately i predict first motion is going to be a first motion to dismiss the case as being outside the statute of limitations. this a misdemeanor case well

his duty to never do something to manipulate the justice system in order to achieve a conviction. what we are seeing is that manipulation. we have crossed that line. that prosecutor is going to do everything they can to present a case and even in the number of counts, that is -- the objective in adding 30 counts, for example, will, is merely the optics to present to a jury that this is more serious than just the one issue with stormy daniels. this is a very serious matter with lots of criminal counts. send a message to the jury. it's unfair but it's within the bounds of the prosecutor's prerogative and many prosecutors do it wit. >> will: this is not about a porn star or extramarital affair or quote unquote hush money or

with local partners around the country on a daily basis so, for example, fryer tuesday, the secret service is paying close attention to the intelligence to keep an eye on potential protests disruptive activities and also for any specific and credible threats that may emerge based on the increased media coverage and the divisibleness of the decision to make sure that venue is safe and secure for the former president. protection detail which remains with the former president 24/7. they are the ones that will make the trip to new york and anywhere else the former president decides to go. the tip of the spear to keep the former president very safe.

script to have this fit this narrative. a group of trans activists in kentucky stormed a capitol building as well not just tennessee but kentucky. and, yes, this time there was even a trans shaman. >> shaman that's the word it was nurection. the word i was looking for earlier. in the same week a trans person shoots up a school in state buildings get stormed by trans shamans. how is the white house coping with this? they are in mourning but for the trans community. >> people don't want their freedoms to be taken. they want us to fight for their freedoms and so it is shameful. it is disturbing. and our hearts go out to those-out trans community as they are under attack right now but this is a president who has said many times before he has their backs.

in the general assembly if you are going to be wing that type of thing up and putting lives in danger. there are people who work in the capitol of all political stripes. they are good people. they don't deserve to be put in danger because you have a political gripe. >> will: what do you make of the hypocrisy. the images january 6th january h insurrection day and mirror image look at this movement on the floor of the legislature. on top of that focus on cbs news. i know very well the rules when the shooter in some type of horrific incident white lead with the race and lead with the manifesto. if it doesn't meet that, then it is hide the race or my the motivation. what do i do? what is the meaning of the hypocrisy? >> the democratic party they are the kings and queens of hypocrisy and projection. that is who they are now. it's the reason why you see no moderate democrat speaking out about this and saying hey, hold up a second. why are we putting out messages about trans people being the victims instead of these six innocent christians who were gunned down for their beliefs?

down the christian schools today good for those principles don't take any chances with our kids. christian kids are being targeted. you have to think if this had happened at a jewish school at a muslim school lgbtq center. there would be no question. we would say there is a hate crime and manifesto would be released and we would know that those people were targeted but if it's christian kids or christian pro-life center all those pro-life centers are run by christians. you know, pro-life centers, 70 attacks on pro-life centers and they still haven't put anyone, you know, charged anyone with those crimes. in fact, the fbi stole the surveillance video from the pregnancy centers, went to the fbi going here, can you figure out hot criminals are? and then they withheld them, those videos saying oh, yeah, we better hang on to these because we think they might be from
