if a mug shot happens, he's not expected to be handcuffed as we have been reporting. he's still at trump tower. this morning he arrived monday afternoon from his home in palm beach. he's expected here sometimes after 1:00 p.m. this afternoon. the presiding judge ruled that trump's arraignment will not be televised but still photos. after the defense argued it would create a circus atmosphere. demonstrators are expected here outside the courthouse in the next few hours. they got one area designated for trump supporters and another one for his critics. they are close to each other. we'll see how that goes. new york city mayor adams asking the city to keep it
