6:00 pm
>> have a sweet day. >> tucker: you, too. well we are out of time. unfortunately want to remind you we are speaking to the presidential front runner on the republican side. donald trump, it will be donald trump's first interview since arraigned in new york. back tomorrow and monday. in the meantime sean hannity right now. >> sean: i have a group of people with a message. >> hi tucker! >> tucker: i support your friends. >> sean: they support you. tucker, thank you. we are back with a live audience. these are the only normal people in all of new york city. i can tell you that. all right. but tonight we're tracking multiple major stories happening right now. you got two democratic state lawmakers, you see this videotape in tennessee? they have been expelled after
6:01 pm
disrupting an official deliberation at the state capital in what some are comparing to the insurrection, ignoring the 2020 riots, 574 that nobody wants to investigator arrest people for. anyway, a full report straight ahead also coming up, a big development from the beg us indictment on donald trump now breaking today, the house judiciary committee jim jordan issued a subpoena to a fanatical trump hating attorney who worked under alvin bragg under this case. pierce morgan interviewed stormy daniels for 90 minutes. and i have one big question for pierce. it's a big one. now he confronted her about the signed document, 2018 where she said it was not -- i took the money but i never had an affair. now, if you are on a jury and somebody
6:02 pm
signed that document and then says no, i didn't mean it, would you believe her then or now? who knows. also later tonight, giving into the woke crowd, nike and bud light are facing a wave of criticism after partnering with a woke trans activity that nobody heard of, i haven't and live reaction straight ahead. first, let's start with this, a date. august 29th, 2021. you might remember, joe biden probably does not recall, he does not know that today is thursday. but however, what happened on that day we will never forget. that is the day that the remains of 13 u.s. service members that were killed in that suicide bombing near the kabul airport arrived at dove are airport for a dignified transfer. joe biden was standing on the tarmac, checking his watch again, again, again, so insulting and embarrassing, disgraceful. it was a
6:03 pm
culmination of joe biden's disastrous withdrawal from afghanistan and one of the most shameful humiliating homes. chinese spy balloon and drone shot out of the sky. we'll get to that. despite the gravity of the situation the biden administration they waited until today, today for people that may not be of the christian faith is holy thursday, tomorrow is good friday. sunday is easter sunday. and now just before the east he were sunday weekend they release their assessment of what went wrong. and trying to bury the story not let us figure out what actually went wrong. they are not telling us the truth. the assessment from biden is so dishonest it's something that we have come to expect from all the administration because they pretty much lie about everything. if the dog bite, bee stings, feeling sad, who do you blame? donald. when you raise your kids, all kids do silly
6:04 pm
things, you get more mad of the mistake or get mad when they try to insult your intelligence and lie to you? well that and blame others for their decision and their behavior. well that defines joe biden and his entire administration. and all the hacks that speak for him. they blame donald trump for covid, bank failures, the ohio train derailment, gas prices, the border, the border, really? the national debt, inflation, the war in ukraine, spy balloons and so much more. nothing is ever joe's fault. just listen to this explainer from john kirby, take a look. >> nowhere in here does there appear to be any expression of accountability or mistake by either the president himself or others, is there any for what happened. >> i would argue that the very fact that we voluntarily, the agencies voluntarily decided to
6:05 pm
conduct after action interviews. >> who is going to get fired over this? >> peter, the purpose of the document that we're putting out today is to sort of collate the chief reviews and findings of the agencies that did after action reviews. it's not the purpose of it is not accountability. >> sean: according to biden, biden did nothing wrong. he accepts no responsibility frankly nor anything. now he has learned nothing at all also and it's really important, you know, not to assign blame here except for all the times that the report blamed donald trump, they kept blaming donald trump, he wasn't president during the chaotic withdrawal. not a single american was killed by the taliban in afghanistan, in combat in the last 18 months when donald trump was president.
6:06 pm
and meanwhile, joe biden had been sworn in for six months when he ordered this withdrawal. but according to the administration's findings it's all donald trump's fault. and during the transition from the trump administration, to the biden administration, the out going administration provided no plan for how to conduct the final withdrawal. in other words how could joe biden ever possibly come one his own plan before ordering the withdrawal, maybe that's too much to ask from your commander in chief. now the report also accuses trump of emboldening the taliban and not leaving enough troops for biden to pull out. joe, you could have put some back in. for the billions in military equipment that joe left behind, billions and billions of it for the taliban, well that's biden's fault apparently not. take a look. >> it doesn't seem to address the $7 billion left in
6:07 pm
afghanistan for the taliban. the president took office in january, the withdrawal hatched in august, does the president. >> do you know who is responsible for that equipment? the afghans. >> sean: the afghans ever responsible. maybe if you would have planned it properly, pulled them out and maybe 13 americans would be alive today, if you knew what day of the week it was, you came up with your own plan instead of blaming everybody else. you tell your kids don't eat the cookie, okay i'm not going to eat the cookie, you come back there is chocolate all of their face, did you eat the cookie? no, donald trump ate the cookie. because that's they take responsibility for popping. by the way -- john kirby just doesn't know what all the fuss is about today. he actually said that he didn't see, get this, any chaos at all during this withdrawal. let me
6:08 pm
remind him, take a look. >> and so for all this talk of chaos, i just didn't see it. not from my perch. there was an aircraft taking off full of people, americans and afghans alike every 48 minutes, not single mission is missed. i won't buy the argument of chaos. you would expect it to be, there was nobody at the airport. >> sean: nobody at the airport. oh, that looks like people at the airport to me. are you serious? the airport was surrounded by afghans and american citizens dying to get out, believing in the promise of their president that no american would be left behind. and you had isis linked terrorists all while the taliban fighters were running security at the checkpoints. and it took days for desperate americans and foreign nationals to even get inside the airport if they were lucky, and they were then on their own with many literally paying for private security to
6:09 pm
keep them alive during the entire ordeal. babies were being tossed, remember this, over airport walls. a mote of raw sue wing, dozens of afghans rushing the tarmac, john kirby said this doesn't happen, then they attempted to cling to the outside of a transport plane because they were that desperate to get the hell out of hell, are you kidding me? after days of all of this chaos, isis carried out a suicide bombing killing well over 100 afghans and 13 u.s. members. those who did manage to escape, they are packed in car go planes with no security whatsoever. john kirby, joe biden, just they are not able to see the chaos from that advantage point. apparently they don't pay attention if they'd only watch this show their iq would go up 100% immediately. now of course monday agree
6:10 pm
american citizens didn't make -- didn't get inside the airport before biden closed up shop, left them behind and abandoned our americans behind enemy lines days after vowing to stay until every single american was safely let out of the country. you might remember, joe ease promise to this day, americans are still trapped in afghanistan with some, according to even last week, secretary of state that he admitted over 175 americans are there and some of them are whose.at thats. take a look. >> mr. secretary, how many american citizens and licensed permanent resident the are in afghanistan today and are any of them currently being held hostage by the taliban. >> congressman there are several americans who are being detained by the taliban, we are working to secure their freedom. >> sean: he said several as 175.
6:11 pm
and i doubt that's a real number also. these americans now have been trapped for years behind enemy lines, some held hostage while biden does nothing to free them. sadly this display of weakness has very far reaching consequences, russia, iran, china, north korea, biden has abdicated america's leadership role on the world stage. that's why they are taking full advantage, little rock etiman is back shooting off his new missiles into the sea of yeah an. iran is enriching ukrainian faster than ever. china flew the spy balloon, collecting data on our nuclear and military sites and successfully we now know they did it successfully and transmitting that data back to china in real time. that's why russia, well they invaded ukraine, they didn't think that joe biden would do a thing.
6:12 pm
taking out an american drone over international waters, what were those consequences? consequences for the communist chinese? nothing, nothing and nothing. and now russia has detained yet another american, wall street journal reporter, i hope we pray for him and people stuck in afghanistan and praying for their safe return. in the past two years this world under joe biden has become a far more dangerous place and i fear it's only going to get worse, no wonder a third of americans think that joe biden deserves to be re-elected. fake news cnn poll they had to report at least part of the story. majority of democrats they don't want joe, they want another option. kamala harris, go right ahead. joining us with reaction, warm welcome to louisiana senator john kennedy. senator, 13 dead
6:13 pm
americans, we had john kirby at that podium lying through his teeth, you know, i didn't really care my kids, they got involved in a little bit of mischief, nothing like i did. that didn't bother me. if they said i didn't do it when i knew they did i got really angry about that part of it. in this case you have a president lying over and over again like he never once talked to hunter about his foreign business dealings, that was a lie, too. this was a lie that cost american lives and we now have hostages being held in afghanistan. >> president biden's report on afghanistan, sean, is a fable. the american people may be poorer under president biden but they are not stupid. president biden's approval rating ranks right up there with jock itch among american voters. and there
6:14 pm
is -- there's -- there's a reason for that. it's the president's in part his surrender to the taliban and afghanistan. now, that's not the only thing that the biden administration history screwed up, never one or two cockroaches. president biden has mismanaged congress, mismanaged covid, mismanaged the border, mismanaged crime, mismanaged the spy balloon, mismanaged the economy, mismanaged fentanyl and forfeited our energy independence. his surrender to the taliban in afghanistan was especially egregious because it telegraphed as you pointed out to china and russia and north korea and iran, that he, president biden intended to pursue peace through weakness.
6:15 pm
and peace through weakness never works. now, those are the facts. it gives me no joy to recite them but unless you're a woker or unless you have a neck tattoo or unless you have both, you're both, you know that i am correct. and the american people know that i'm correct. >> sean: senator we know about the economy, we know about border, we know about energy independence all lost, afghanistan, here is what scares me, number one geo political pho is china, number two russia, they have aligned with iran, they have aligned also with saudi arabia, china brokering a deal between iran and saudi arabia and saudi arabia and the syrians. you see their presidents in africa and latin america. what i see happening is because joe biden abdicated his
6:16 pm
role as a leader of the free world, they are enemies that don't have great intentions for the world are now taking full advantage. and i think this is now developing a new axis of evil, am i overstating the fact? >> no. think back. why did putin invade ukraine? why has china been so aggressive. during the first year of biden's term, he not only surrendered to the taliban, he removed sanctions on the nord stream 2 pipeline. he got rid of the china initiative. he showed every intention of trying to apiece both china and russia. and you mentioned what scares you, i will tell you what also scares me, president biden has another year and a half to discover new and innovative ways
6:17 pm
to suck. and it is a dangerous world out there. >> sean: senator kennedy. why a senator because i'm stuck in the city -- new york state, i am going to adopt you as my senator, if you don't mind. >> i would be honored. >> sean: thank you, senator. now to capital judiciary committee jim jordan issued a subpoena to a trump hating attorney, his name is mark pomerance worked under da alvin bragg in the case of donald trump. before acquitting and writing on a book on his desire to see trump behind bars. what could we learn if he flies with the subpoena? and what will happen if he doesn't comply? in other words, in my view, if he doesn't comply he needs to get the steve bannon treatment, we know what they did to steve bannon, he was arrested, he was arraigned. either way alvin bragg seems
6:18 pm
awfully nervous, accused jim jordan trying to intimidate and in fling on new york sovereignty. author of trial of the century coming out soon, legal analyst greg jerod in studio. author of the new best seller, get trump, harvard law professorial an, congratulations. excuse me, i thought congressional oversight was made just for things like this, am i wrong? >> absolutely. constitutional duty inherent in our constitution. pomerance writes this book amazingly openly admitting that they targeted donald trump because of his politics and evented openly how much he hated donald trump. and he had to be "stopped" because he writes this, trump posed a
6:19 pm
real danger to the country and the ideals that mattered to me. in other words, it's very personal with pomerance, we hate the guy, we don't like his ideas, his views, so we are going to target him specifically, we'll scour the books, we'll find some offense to pin on him. >> sean: we don't know yet, that hadn't been decided. >> that 'em fa sides the followly of the case against donald trump. pomerance is violating the cannon of ethics that govern the prosecutors, da's must never be influenced by bias, hostility or personal anonymous toward a potential subject, the kind of ethical standard when violated gets lawyers disbarred and they should be. >> sean: we talked about this last night, whether donald trump in a venue where democrats out
6:20 pm
number republicans 9 to 1, can he get a fair trial in new york city? and your answer is hell no. and you believe he will probably be convicted but it will be overturned. now this da ran on a platform. to get one man donald trump go after one organization, the trump organization and go after one family. is that posted photos can you toll -- prosecutorial abuse? >> there ought to be a law, there ought to be an ethics concept that no district attorney can ever run for office targeting a particular individual and promising to find a crime against that individual. if the da wants to do that he can move to the former soviet union, he can move to iran. but in the united states of america, prosecutors should not be allowed to target individuals and then rummage through the statute books. i want to make
6:21 pm
one more point about congressional authority, you remember the president of el salvador said that this decision to prosecute affects american foreign policy, he said, basically don't ever tell us anything about democracy anymore. if a third world country ever ever prosecuted the man running for president against the incumbent there would be no end of you lecturing us about that. you lost your credibility and your standing as a country to try to impose democracy on other countries. if there is ever an issue that congress is entitled to investigate it's whether a local da can destroy america's credibility abroad by essentially using tactics that have been used by banana republics by the soviet unit i don't know and other countries. i hope there will be questioned asked that. i'm pessimistic,
6:22 pm
whether a manhattan jury would a acquit somebody and have to bear the brunt of people saying oh, my god, that's the judge, that's the jury who let donald trump go free. in new york donald trump is public enemy number one. you cannot get a fair trial. >> sean: justice and our constitution are dead if we don't have equal justice, that's what you are saying, they need a change of review and i don't think that's going to happen. i will give it to you, greg, do you agree with the profess stor. >> i do agree, it will eventually be i can't.peeled. >> sean: overturned. this shouldn't be brought to file. the statute of limitations are done, he made up a law that they've never used against anybody ever before here. >> they have destroyed the presumption of innocence that every citizen. >> sean: nancy pelosi clarified that. >> you get to prove your
6:23 pm
innocence. >> no, she obviously slept through her civics class in 6th grade. >> sean: i think she slept through every day after. anyway, greg good to see it. professor, congratulations, get trump a top seller. hannity.com. bookstore the, major ones around the country. piers morgan sat down with form me daniels, going to show you the highlight the and i have one big question for piers straight ahead.

>> sean: very own piers morgan sat down with stormy daniels at the sent of alvin bragg's case of donald trump. if she wants donald trump to go to jail. >> would it give you any kind of closure with your time involving donald trump to see him in jail? >> specific to my case, i don't think that his crimes against me are worthy of incarceration. >> sean: okay, and piers asked stormy about this in famous. she signed her name to it. >> people point to the contents of this letter, well what changed? you couldn't have been more categoric. >> i was still under nda,
6:29 pm
michael cohen had me sign it. >> how did you sign your name? >> it doesn't look like my signature. >> i see. >> but you were signed the nda you felt on lined to do this. >> i had not been released from the nda. >> sean: piers welcome to the show, glad to have you back. so, i'm a fan -- >> by the way, great audience, sean. >> sean: they are great, they love you, too. >> i wish i was there, i wish i was in new york. >> sean: love to have you. all right. so, and we used to be competitors, you know. he once worked at fake news cnn. and he is glad -- >> he used to beat my. >> sean: you talked about
6:30 pm
america and guns, yes, they didn't want to be lectured by a brit about our gun laws, we believe in our second amendment. we became good friends. you know, i was thinking about this, your show is doing phenomenal, you had donald trump, boris johnson you had recently, john desantis, netanyahu recently. and now stormy daniels? i was a little surprised. but i'm curious about that because the issue of an nda is very specific. that somebody will agree to accept a certain amount of money and in exchange they say they will not disclose whatever the incident is about. whether it's true or not true, you know, i believe in the old fashioned way, a handshake is a deal. but i'm old school. so, did she agree to the nda or not, did you get that out of her? >> well, i think it's complicated and it's very interesting and let me just say
6:31 pm
at the start, donald trump as i said in the course of the interview, emphatically denied any affair. emphatically said there was one. there was of course undeniably this nda which was agreed between them before the 2016 election. all those things are as they are. but the question is, was she released from the nda and before she was released was she compelled to deny the affair? she said very strongly in the interview that in january of 2018 when the wall street journal, washington post, whichever one it was break the story about this deal they had done before the 2016 election, she said she was under pressure from michael cohen, that she had to go along with denying affair otherwise she would be in breach of the nda and pay $20 million and she believed that. i think that is probably true. very quickly after that she sued to be released from the nda. and
6:32 pm
donald trump because he hadn't signed the nda himself, it was done by others including michael cohen, he in that process when she sued released her from the nda. effectively i didn't sign it and no longer has to abide on that. on the back of that she did interviews, anderson cooper, cbs and others, donald trump has taken no legal action and networks as a result of her talking about the affair. that's the con ology here, what is interesting, my take away is what she then said about this whole case. because it doesn't really matter who you believe about the affair. that's not what this court case is now about. the court case is about whether there was some kind of coverup, what the $130,000 was all about, that is at the center of what happened in manhattan this week. it's a massive
6:33 pm
overreach. i think stormy daniels believes. she shares the view this is all a bit over the top. i are we really going to see an american president brought down and put in prison because of a relationship with a porn star, it seems absurd. putting it in context, stormy daniels is entitled to her opinions. donald trump, ultimately she shares the view of what i think most people think which is this is a huge overreach going on in this case in manhattan. >> sean: there is a time line problem. she signs the nda, fine. election happens, the alabama regas is donald trump wanted michael cohen to do this even michael cohen himself and lawyer did it without the knowledge of the trump campaign
6:34 pm
or the trump organization. the time line is money paid to michael cohen listed in the indictment all happened in 2017. okay. so, that would have been after michael cohen agreement with stormy. but the problem for them becomes 2018 in february when michael cohen's lawyer write as lawyer to the fec saying that the trump organization, the trump campaign had nothing to do with this deal, this was between michael and stormy. i think they have a big time line problem, do you see that? >> well, listen, it's very complicated. no question -- >> sean: it's not that complicated. you got -- in 2017, in 2018 they denied any payment was ever made by the trump organization or the trump campaign. >> yeah. no, what i'm -- i am not talking about the intricacies about what happened in manhattan, i'm talking about the time line stormy daniels sues to be released from the nd
6:35 pm
aws and donald trump allows her to be released from the nda she takes to why she was allowed 0 speak that is probably accurate. >> sean: generally speaking. >> of the time line you talk about that is a different issue senator sean if an nda people enter into an nda should that be respected, you make a deal, you sign your name at that point you accept money. why shouldn't that be a valid legal document? >> well it absolutely should be. but bear in mind, sean, she did actually win that case. it was dismissed. she was declared the in wither in fact all the money that she owes donald trump when she sued him for defamation actually some of the money won't be paid because she is owed that by the trump side for the nda case she fought when she was deemed to be the successor on. i think she was entitled to go and tell her story albeit i don't
6:36 pm
know if the story that she tells is the true one. >> sean: piers morgan, phenomenal interviews, great to see you. up next, nike and bud light are in hot water after partners with a trans activist, biden is doubling down on his woke transgender policies. by the way, he wants no age limits for that operation. we'll explain. and two tennessee lawmakers have been expelled for what some are calling an insurrection, we have that report, glad you are with us. introducing astepro allergy. now available without a prescription. astepro is the first and only 24-hour steroid-free spray. while flonase takes hours, astepro starts working in 30 minutes. so you can [ spray, spray ] astepro and go.
6:41 pm
alert, great state of tennessee just voted to expel two democrats after they joined in mass anti--- johnathan hunt has the details. >> sean, good evening, what began as a rally has cut short the careers of two tennessee state lawmakers. democrat representatives justin jones and just join pearson were expelled by republicans who hold a super majority after joining a protest on the floor of the statehouse last week. that came in the wake of the covenant school shooting in nashville in which six people including three nine year old children were killed. joined by their colleague, gloria johnson, pierce and ann jones used a bull horn to join those gun control protesters. the lawmakers' actions broke house rules of decorum and the three democrats were called insurrectionists by
6:42 pm
republican house speaker. jones and pearson are now former representatives. johnson who did not use the bull horn survived by 1 vote. the exampled lawmaker are eligible to run again in a special election which has to be held to fill the now open seats. sean. >> johnathan, thank you. >> sean: corporate woke insanity as both bud light, i like bud light, do you like -- anyway, no? all right, i'm older, trying to keep that waste as flat as possible. nike's womens workout wear announced partnerships with a trans tiktok influencer. whatever the hell that is. dylanmulvaney and the companies bending, travis at this time and others said they no longer will be drinking any

anheuser-busch products. i don't call for boycotts, firings, cancellation on this program, i never have and i never will but you do have to wonder why are corporations so eager to wade into politics, anybody can buy any product, why upset any customer base? and what is it all about? by the way, i know a lot of conservatives that love bud light, i like it. i'm telling if they want to be fair i will put a can right here on my desk, free can to everyone in the crowd, and we'll advertise for bud light right on this show and on my radio show. of course you will meet the woke crowd and meet normal americans. anyway, maybe because the joe biden white house keeps tell us us this is what they said, allowing kids to permanently alter their body chemistry is a civil rights issue. and when asked jean pierre said joe biden does not
6:44 pm
have an age limit, it doesn't matter how young you might be you should be allowed to have the gender changing surgery. >> does the president have a position what age these therapies and surgeries. >> that is something for a child and their parents to decide, it's not something that should be decided by legislators. so, i will leave it there. >> sean: leave it there, no age limitsment biden's department of education announced it will not permit blanket bans on biological men playing womens sports in school. here with reaction, tomi, i want to get this straight. joe biden supports zero age limits for that type of surgery, your reaction. >> it makes no sense. this is what happens when you bow to the
6:45 pm
rainbow mafia, that's what i call them. when you are trying to play kate and apiece a certain segment of the population, using these people as pawns, they do it with every single minority group that feels disenfranchise, it goes against common sense, science and biology which they baum to be about. i liven the state of tennessee, and we don't allow that in tennessee. other states would do well to follow our example. if you are in a state, come to a great red state and enjoy freedom and child protection. >> sean: and hanging out on music row. no age limits for life altering surgery, i don't think any child is in a position mentally, spiritually, psychologically to make that kind of decision at that age. >> the mistake you are making, sean, you are applying morals and logic to this entire conversation when what we are dealing with here is the latest
6:46 pm
wave of cultural marxism. marxists have gone right for children, targeted them, get them young and you have an ideological standing army for the rest of their lives. this whole transgender agenda is another iteration of that. they are weaponizing the trans conversation. we've allowed the inmates to run the asylum on this whole discussion for far too long, lost pastime that people like you and me and the red states now start to dominate this conversation because we are talking about children. if you're an adult and not comfortable in your own skin and you went to transition, you will get the support you need when you are talking -- it is holy immoral and i think it's also long pastime we use the word evil to describe what is happening here. >> sean: when our kids can't read, wright, math, do history,
6:47 pm
some are better at computers, but why a computer. but what has happened here? why do teachers feel they can circumvent the value of the parents and have drag story hour. transgenderrism or feel they can talk to kids without parental consent on these issues. >> its as normalizing this, it's child exploitation and sexualizing young people. putting this soft porn in childrens books, drag queens to story hours, you are trying to normalizing discussing sex with children, it's evil, disgusting and we will be judged as christians by how we stand up against this. let's not miss the mark. >> sean: we are losing our country if americans that have common sense, they have to vote in the next election. the only answer i see. good to see you

[applause] >> sean: all right, the green new deal, climate alarmist religious cult has once again found a new household item to target, this time a "washington post" columnist is advocating for americans to ditch toilet paper just to save a few trees. now, how about this? leave my gas stove, my air-conditioner, my lightbulbs, red meat, suv and especially my toilet paper alone.
