the plumbing in my house and get and all--house water felter? i don't know what that is. i drinking out of the plastic. if i'm feeling dangerous, i'm drinking out of the faucet. if i'm not here monday, you'll know why. that's it for us tonight. dvr the show and let me know what you eat on easter. tucker is next. i'm waters and this is my world. >> tucker: good evening. welcome to a special edition of "tucker carlson tonight." this is the saddest and at the same time the most hopeful day on the christian calendar. awhile back americans observed good friday. they went to church. it was part of their culture.
5:01 pm
it's no longer true. tonight how many americans know it's good friday? after hundreds of years, it's a non-christian country. it's not a secular country. people call it that, but they're wrong. there are no secular countries. every country has a religion because every person has a religion, even if it's atheism. everybody worships something. we're born that way. can't get away with it. what is american's religion now? we have video. this is from fargo, north dakota. taken april 2. the first sunday after the mass killing in nashville in which three adults and three children were murdered at a christian school. four being christian. in the old america, christian pastors would have preached about this. acknowledged the evil on display and prayed for those who had been killed. a form of that is still happening today but the roles have been inverted. in america's new religion, the victims are not the children that died in nashville.
5:02 pm
the victim is the woman who killed them. because audrey hale called herself transgender. he was by deanything a holy martyr. watch this passion or the in a formerly christian church who compared audrey hale to jesus. >> leaders were looking for any excuse, valid or not, to crucify jesus. they found that reason. it's baffling to me that someone's existence can be so threatening that people decide that they need to be controlled, that they need to have laws made against them or even worse, that the people that they find to be so threatening should die. >> tucker: so audrey hale's very existence as a transgender person was so threatening by authorities that they killed her just as the pharisees killed
5:03 pm
jesus. had nothing to do with the fact that she murdered six peek. that was in st. mark's in fargo. it's clear that st. marks lutheran church is no longer a christian church. it's a transgenderism church. that's the fastest growing religion. the theology features a transfiguration, the moment one person goes from one sex to another. they former identities no longer exist. their dead names. but here's one big difference. transgenderists believe that they themselves are god with the power to control nature. if you think about it, this should be a concern because it's a recipe for extremism. people who believe that they're god tend to react very badly
5:04 pm
when told that they're not. so if you're running the government and you want to prevent violence in your own country, you'd be very concerned about the growth of a cult like this. but the biden administration is not concerned at all. in fact, it's cheering this cult on. watch joe biden's spoke woman days after the massacre of children in nashville explain that when transgenderist fight back, she approved. >> 14 states have banned gender affirming healthcare and some are blocked by courts, this is a dangerous, a dangerous attack. this is awful news. let's be very clear about that. lgbtq i + kids are resilient. they're fierce, they fight back. they're not going anywhere. and we have their back. this administration has their back.
5:05 pm
>> tucker: they are fierce, they fight back, this administration has their back. so this is coming on the heels, just days after a massacre in which children were murdered apparently in response to laws against chemical and surgical castration of children. so the white house is not decrying that. the white house is endorsing as it possibly could. that's why nobody from the biden white house is visiting the grieving families. instead today, kamala harris went to nashville to promote three democratic party legislators that led a riot at the state house to promote the cult of transgenderism. consider the message here. we're on your side. not only are we on your side, you, the mentally ill are the victims. you are being genocided. your very existence is at stake. in other words, making paranoid people on the edge more paranoid.
5:06 pm
so fight back. you're fierce. this is not the message to give to religious nuts with weapons. particularly not this group of religious nuts with weapons, this is a group that has for years been committing acts of violence at rates much higher than you would expect across across section of the population. to give you a few examples, lastier a trans girl tried to assassinate brett kavanaugh at his home. another murdered five people at a california nightclub. in 2019, a trans teenager shot 19 people in a high school killing one in denver. a transgender shot up a rite aid distribution center in mare lands. that massacre killed four. you can see where this is going. you shouldn't be surprised by it. mental illness leads to violence. this is a species of mental illness and there's no mental illness greater than the delusion that you are god.
5:07 pm
that's exactly who this cult teaches its adherence. you're god. you can change nature with your will. biology. with the endorsements of the biden administration, the terrorism that is the result of this belief system is accelerating. police just arrested a man, a transgenderist and uses the name lilly in the state of colorado. apparently he had a kill list and a manifesto. he was planning to attack three schools and churches and talk show hosts, too. it would be nice to see this manifesto or the kill list. of course, you can't see it because the authorities are as they have in nashville hiding it. why are they hiding it? because they have to. when your religious i haves violate the unyielding laws of nature itself, you have no choice but to hide things. you have to. deception is mandatory. it will soon be reflected in the law. that is already happening in
5:08 pm
canada, which is in some sense the new california. if you want to know our future, look north, not west. in canada, transgenderists will be the justification for spending all freedom of speech, a new law will ban speech that offends transgenderists near drag performances. you can't complain. watch. >> the drag communities are done waiting for this government to take real action in effective ways and so is the intear yes mbp. the proposed legislation does two things. i'll go through them. it lets the da to make a zone within one 00 meters of the property, any homophobic, trans phobic, threat, offensive threats, remarks, protests, distribution of hate propaganda within the meaning of the
5:09 pm
criminal code. comes with it a penalty of $25,000 if prosecuted successfully. >> tucker: so here's a rule of thumb worth tacking on your refrigerator. if the people that claim to be victims are working to oppress you, they're not actually victims. they are oppressors. once again, with this cult specifically, that is inevitable. because add its core is approvable lie defied and revealed by the unchanging laws of science. we do not have the power to change our sex. it is in hour dna. it's in our bone structure. you dig up a fossilized skeleton thousands of years later and you can tell its sex. we can't change that. much as we might want to, much as we might feel deep sympathy, we still can't change it. that is true. so of course, they have to
5:10 pm
criminalize your observing that its true. because that is a challenge to the core of their faith. these are religious extremists. in order to win, they have to force everyone to lie, period. there's always a few that refuse no matter what to lie. one of those is riley gains. so last year riley gains was a collegiate swimmer at the university of kentucky. in an ncaa championship, she and her team mateds were forced to complete against a man called william thomas. there's a lot of news coverage of william thomas. but here's the truth. thomas was a male swimmer at the university of pennsylvania. he gave himself a female name and soon he started winning women's swimming competitions. so what do you call that? we call it cheating. that's cheating. thomas' cheating was not a secret. it was obvious to everybody. only riley gains was brave enough to say something about it.
5:11 pm
she came on our show last july. >> that night we watched leah thomas win a national title and blow all the other females out of the water. that next day we came back and the mood had shifted to where people were mad. the girls, you know, there were tears. these poor ninth and 17th place finishers that missed out on being named an all-american. extreme discovered in the locker room. kind of these grumbles -- >> is he wandering around the women's locker room? >> that's not something that we were forewarned about. changing in a locker room with someone who has different parts. >> you can tell from that clip that riley gains is not an ideolog. she's a college swimmer. assumed that she would be that, a college swimmer. she was forced into a place where she had no choice but to tell the truth. she was not going to violate her own conscious.
5:12 pm
the story she told was almost hard to believe in a rationale country. it was real. nobody had the courage to stop this trend before it accelerated, similar things began to happen and with predictable results. in november, the national hockey league sponsored an all trans draft tournaments. a male cross dresser was allowed to compete against women. what do you think happened? the man likely checked a woman in to the boards and gave her a concussion because he's a man, she's a woman. in october october, a north carolina high school volleyball player suffered a significant head injury after a man spiked a ball at her head. it's on video. it's awful. nobody should be surprised it happened. nine years ago a man called fallon fox declared himself a woman and competed in a mixed martial arts fight against a woman. in a total of 36 seconds on the mat, fox fractured the bones of her face and won the fight.
5:13 pm
as she put it, i've never felt so overpowered in my life. i'm an abnormally strong female. well, yeah. even an abnormally strong female is no match for a men. everybody knows that. we tonight need to guess. nobody at this point at this deeply contemptible point of cowardess in the west, nobody will say it. they're afraid. but gains went to san francisco state university to talk about her experiences in ncaa swimming. riley gains is not a hater. she's a measured, decent person that believes in logic and reason and finding common ground with people that disagree with her. she doesn't think she's god. but that fact that she does not believe she's god makes her a terrifying threat to the people that do believe they're god. so at san francisco state last
5:14 pm
night, a mob surrounded riley gains and prevented her from moving through the hallways. at one point the thugs said they wouldn't let her past. during the chaos, a man dressed as a woman punched her several times. they screamed threat and obscenities. here's what it looked like.
5:15 pm
>> tucker: that's the most dangerous extremist group in the united states. there's no mistaking it. riley gains is not and ideolog, a demagogue. she's a college swimmer that was cheated against and doesn't think that's fair. in the face of that, people threaten her life and scream transparently nonsensical thing. women are women and men are men. that's unalterable. if you think otherwise, you're deconclusional. they are delusional and dangerous. last night riley gains was silenced and assaulted at san francisco state. her most basic civil rights were stolen by a violent mob. the thing we're supposed to be on the lookout for. there it is. if there's such a thing as a hate crime, you just saw it. yet the biden administration and its thoroughly corrupt
5:16 pm
department of justice won't acknowledge that that happened because they endorse it happening. riley gains is one of the bravest people we know and grateful to have her with us tonight. thanks for coming on. was that as horrifying as it looked? >> i mean, it was terrifying for me. the police did not inform me of any sort of action plan. turning point usa invited me to the campus. i delivered a civil and respectful speech where i had great dialogue with protesters that were participating. after my speech, the room was stormed and the lights were turned off around i was rushed with no one there to escort me to a safe place. i was punched: i was hit multiple times. finally we exited the room. we couldn't leave because the protesters flooded the halls. i was pushed in a classroom where i was barricaded for three hours. >> tucker: three hours. why didn't someone with a gun
5:17 pm
come and bring you to safety? >> because they were terrified. they were scared to put their hands on these people because they know what they're capable of. these people yelled obscene violent vulgar things to both myself and the officers. the officers, i could tell, different feel comfortable putting them in a position that would mean that they do their job, which is a really scary, chilling thought. >> this is the most dangerous extremist movement in the united states right now. it's gaining steam, not losing it. the white house has endorsed it. what does this mean for you? i can't say it again since i happen to know you. >> laura: you are an inherently moderate person that means harm to no one. are you worried about your safety going forward? >> you know, i am worried about my safety. i have to now. we have people willing to do this -- we know why. they don't have reason. they don't have logic, science
5:18 pm
or common sense on their side. that's on my side. so they go with violence, whether physical or verbal. what this means for me, this does not deter me. this assures me that i'm doing the right thing. this will not silence me. it means i need to speak louder. >> tucker: really quick. did anyone in the state of california in authority, any political figure, for example, defend you? >> no. not the dean of students, not the campus police. i will say the city of san francisco police that stepped in, they did a phenomenal job escorting three hours later. but i will be pursuing legal action. i will ensure the people that physically assaulted me, put me in that position, they will face reperc repercussions. >> tucker: riley gains, glad
5:19 pm
you're still here. thank you. >> thank you so much. >> tucker: so during the last outbreak of arms extremism, which was the blm riots of 2020, former army sergeant called daniel perry was driving for uber in austin, texas. he was an uber driver. he's in his car and a mob of rioters surround him in the middle of the street and begin hitting his car. one member of the maybe was garrett foster. foster is a militant with a hisry of waving his rifled at people. he approached perry's driver side window with an ak-47. he raised the rifle and when he did that, perry shot and killed him in self-defense. the lead detective in the case and the austin police concluded it was a justified shooting. if that's not justified, there's no such thing. but because austin, texas the justice system was overseen by a soros funded d.a. perry was charged with murder for defending himself. tonight we are sad to tell you
5:20 pm
this man a military vet and driving and uber car was convicted of murder. that means in the state of texas if you have the wrong politics, you're not allowed to defend yourself. so this is a legal atrocity. so obviously unjust that tonight we extend an invitation to the sitting governor of texas, greg abbott to come on this show monday. we wanted to ask if he was considering a pardon for daniel perry. but for some reason, governor greg abbott's office said he can't make it and we should talk to the attorney general of texas, ken paxton, instead. that is greg abbott's position. there's no right of self-defense in texas. we're going to keep trying to reach the governor of texas, get his views on that and the attorney general for that matter. well, rioters including two elected democrats shut down the tennessee state house last week. looked like what they call an insurrection on cnn. so the republicans in the state house expelled the democrats that participated in this

house. they shut down the government in the name of child genital mutilation and gun seizures. some of the rioters attacked police officers. republicans held democrats to their own standard. this was an insurrection and that's not allowed so they expelled two democratic party representatives that participated in the insurrection. yesterday one of the lawmakers, justin jones, attacked a republican representative, of course, on the basis of his race. >> what i told you was what you just exhibited as the only member of their caucus that is not of the caucasian persuasion. >> the man he was attacking was representative kumar. he had a response to that. here it is. >> i'm an immigrant. everybody knows. i've been in this country for 53

years. i have never encountered a racial slur. i'm really not aware that any of that applies to me. i live a good life. yet you called me a brown face. you walked up to me, you had no business coming up to me, you were sitting a row or two ahead of me. you shove your finger in my face and said kumar, they will never accept you. you said it twice. it is disappointing that you have insulted this body. you have insulted your colleagues. you have insulted the house of representatives in the state of tennessee. you have insulted our speaker. you have personally insulted me. >> tucker: sabi kumar is a representative from the state of tennessee. he voted to expel justin jones.
5:28 pm
he joins us tonight. thanks for coming on. you said something poignant. you've been here a long time and you've never experienced a racial slur until this week. >> that is true, tucker. i have been here 53 years. i have practiced surgery, i've lived in tennessee 46 years and people have been extremely kind to me. i was really surprised. these things should not happen, especially in a place where people are constantly guarding the values in such a way that discrimination and racism does not occur. >> tucker: well, it sounds like they're creating it. the dispute that you're having with democrats has nothing to do with race that i can see unless i'm missing something. >> the problem really i think we have to consider in the context of what happened in nashville on
5:29 pm
march 27. you know, there was an unfortunate shooting at the covenant presbyterian church. six people died. it is the grace of the covenant presbyterian church that instead of saying six people killed and count the shooter and said seven people died. that is the community that we live in, the community that nashville is. and people included the shooter among the casualties. as important as time -- as it is for our community to allow for healing and understanding, before we move to plan on what can we do to avoid such violence within our society, these representatives took time to invite people, mobilize schools, bring thousands of children in and create a situation that it became about them. it was not about any solutions.
5:30 pm
it was not about sympathy and mourning and other things that needed to be done. it really -- they took it as an opportunity for political purposes to demonstrate and mobilize the people against the current administration. >> tucker: yes. >> in addition to that, not only whether they satisfied with making it all about themselves, they went on to basically commandeer the house. they walked in to the -- the main area within the house of representatives, disrupted the function, started mobilizing and shouting and creating chaos within the house of representatives to the point that business could not be conducted. they took the place hostage. and that is not the purpose. the idea was again to achieve
5:31 pm
the time of mourning a time of healing and go on to think solutions. it's a frequent thing. let's do something. okay. let us take time to do something. but not make it about themselves. >> tucker: of course. dr. kumar, your decency comes through the screen. so without knowing a lot of the details, i'm on your side in this debate and we appreciate you explaining this story to us. thank you very much. >> thank you. >> tucker: so the governor of washington state jay ensley ordered all small businesses to close down. but one brave barber, a rogue barber called bob martin stood up to the tyranny even after the government ordered him to pay $90,000. when that didn't work, the state said they would take his license
5:32 pm
away. 2 1/2 years later, we thought it's time to check in on bob martin. he joins us with a special guest. so you -- oh, wow. look at that. jason marantz. you bob, are still open despite clearly your threat to public health. but you've kept your doors open. how did you do that? >> i respect the fact that some of these things could have been contagious, but i question this one. i didn't believe it was true. turned out the hospitals were getting paid thousands to claim people died of covid when it didn't happen, it was not legitimate. so i talked to the sheriff about it. he said those edicts are not law. the mandates are not law. so i just figured i'm going to work. i don't care if they like it or not.
