will: happy to have you with us if this morning. we start in nashville, tennessee where vice president kamala harris made a visit. she didn't make a visit with the direct message for the covenant christian victims but made a visit in support of what is being dubbed the tennessee three, the three tennessee state legislators, two of which have been expelled from the house for rioting on the floor of the tennessee legislature. rachel: kamala harris had this message to give about guns. >> i want to start by recognizing the tennessee three. they chose to show courage in the face of an extreme tragedy. which is that 11 days ago, six people, three educators, and three babies, 9 years old, were

murdered. senselessly. due to gun violence. part of the underlying point is let's not fall for the false choice, which suggests you are either in favor of the second amendment or you want reasonable gun safety laws. we can and should do both. joe: reasonable gun safety laws. i'm heartbroken no one had an opportunity to ask what those with the. what are those gun laws that keep someone who has never done anything wrong in their life by the law at least from going and deciding today's the day i snapped, today's the day i become a murderous villain and take the lives of innocent people. i wish i knew what those gun laws are. if i ever find them i will advocate for the. they want universal background

don't see any corporate solidarity with christians this weekend. i don't see anybody calling for their social media profile change to change to across this weekend. i don't see anyone talking about the fact that christians are being targeted across this country, whether they are pro-life or children whose parents took them out of the public school system and put them in a school to protect them and the killer came into their own school. we have a woman in oregon who was denied the ability to adopt a child because she wouldn't sign a conscience out of her own religious conscience, wouldn't sign a document saying she agreed with the trans movement and gender ideology, christians are under attack and they want to change the conversation, don't want to talk what the trends movement is about or the attacks on christians because these two ideologies are clashing.

hunt for 1/3 suspect in teen on teen murders that of two juveniles in handcuffs, 3 dead and one on the run in marion county, florida. >> you know where he is and you need to turn him in. i will get him, i will find him. justice will be complete. rachel: 60-year-old layla silver, unidentified 7-year-old 17-year-old male, he was found shot on the side of the road late last month, she was taken to hospital where she later died half a mile away, police discovered a 17-year-old boy with a fatal gunshot wound. the next day day 1/3 victim was located in silver nails car that was partially submerged in a lake. police say at one point suspects were in the vehicle before they shot the victims. the sheriff has not decided if he will charge the suspect as adults or not but he believes they deserve the maximum

penalty, the youngest now in handcuffs was just 12 years old. will: the 12-year-old is one of the alleged murderers. he wasn't just with the crowd. still in the realm of allegations, not proven but horrendous. joe: the question is what we will do about society. what do we do about teenagers that want to kill or parents that aren't raising their kids? don't know anything about this 12-year-old. hard to believe he comes from a house where mom and dad pay attention to him. we can't make people raise their kids, but as a society we can have consequence and judgment. we can make people understand the shame and consequence of not raising your kids. when i hear about a mass shooting of a teenager, the

culpability is with them and when it comes to something like this, where are these kids parents, what do they do, where's the trauma in their lives? if you beat your wife in front of your kids, you ought to go to jail whatever senior kid commits, that's how i feel about it. i don't know if that is the case here but i could make an educated guess a lot of things are happening for him or her to get to that point. rachel: what are you talking about their? >> there are individuals out there that includes some of you who want to blame the one thing that has no ability or the capacity to commit the crime itself. that is the gun. these individuals committed a crime. >> the suspects got a hold of a weapon.

into the prison i try to help rehabilitate a lot of them who committed their crimes into a 13, 14, 15 years old, many of them murdered. i do have some love for them, understanding the vast majority of them are in some harsh, unimaginable environments. they couldn't have fathers in their home but environments people taught them to use a gun is a normal way of defense, you have a child this younger possessed with these evil demons in their mind they are capable of anything. the sheriff is right, we should start holding these children accountable and the department of justice put out numbers that showed arrest for violent crimes went down 67%, the only reason they did is when you go to these communities, they

be held accountable. you have kids who are 12, 13, 14 years old, when they are fighting, you see things on social media, the situations we had in florida, you have diversion programs that aren't diverting them. the ones the programs we have in florida that work are the programs that get to the kid at a younger age. you cannot wait. you have a responsibility from the school districts to report these things. when these things are not reported they can't work. the schools have to take responsibility but the schools are held accountable that means these kids will be put in the juvenile justice system and these kids will be forced to

they stormed into our event and vandalized all of the materials we had, all our signage, didn't allow the speaker to speak. it wasn't that they were trying to engage in a productive conversation. they shut down the event. rachel: the activists even ate the free pizza, perfect. from turning point. the speaker came to speak about free-speech dying on college campuses and they made the point. how did the school handle this? >> the school knew ahead of time that protests were planned and they did a bad job preparing for that protest. they sat a couple officers, nowhere near enough but after the protest happened they moved us to a different room for security concerns because they were concerned for our member safety.

they have not had much response at all. they did nothing to stop it. will: you see the activists doing conga line, cultural appropriation for sure. my concern is this. this is not just something happening on college campuses but moved off of college campuses. we see corporations stifling free speech, in the state house of these kinds of riots trying to stop free-speech, what's your concern as a young person moving into the world. >> it to nationwide issue. as time goes on free-speech gets more limited especially on college campuses, nationwide among other businesses as well. don't want to live in a future where, there's a productive
