2:01 pm
today the sheriff is taking on some of the liberal idea blaming guns for the murders. here's what he had to say. >> i'm just a simple man. i look at things simplistic as possible. i don't believe since and being politically correct or holding back. people think we, like myself are hard. we have heart. i have kids and i understand in these scenarios but the fact is, as we dance around the real issues, we want to focus on one thing that has no capability. i'm here to tell you the gun didn't knock on the door, walk in the room and say look, let's go kill somebody today. they made a conscious decision and the failure here is the fact that we do not get to the root cause. family, our schools and even ourselves out here in society. we are enabling everything in

trigger, that may or may not be true. the 17-year-old said he wanted to make sure one was dead so she wouldn't snitch on him because he didn't want to go to prison for life and made sure he took a life and goes to prison for life so it tells you he understood the consequences of his actions and should go to prison for life so when we look at this, i want to know, where are the parents? i don't know the situation, some maybe living with elderly grandparents, i don't know but if any of these kids with their parents, their parents should be held responsible for allowing these children to do this. that's what the sheriff was saying and the truth of what's wrong with our country. >> we are the parents and all of this, how do you allow your kid to go down that path? out to play some sound, i've been listening to clips of interviews and his press conferences, let's listen to this and then cheryl, i'll get to you on the other side. >> still again, a group comes together and tries to sue pounding on his chest saying i'm better than you, going back and forth. it's there, don't deny it. face it, embrace the stop and deal with it. a clear message sent to clear individuals like this but there's no accountability.
2:04 pm
unfortunately, and it breaks my heart, it's a 12-year-old involved as well. his life is over. one decision. one decision, his life is done. he knows it. i'll stand on that line by myself because i'm tired of hearing the rhetoric around the nation, and tired of hearing this -- and nobody wants to stand up. we sit back in the shadows and just accept it or tolerate it. i'll be there and i encourage people to join me. >> that was him on kudo live earlier today, speaking so much truth. as always effort to blame the guns, these kids aren't old enough to own guns, yet that's where the blame lies instead of looking for the. >> now the debate is already happening, even as we still don't have one of the suspects in custody of the three, whether
