center? what did you pull out of his office or the university of delaware, why have you not told us that? they might have an answer to the questions. >> steve: the senators led by marco rubio, they wanted director of national intelligence admiral haynes to give assessment of damage to national security. we heard documents at mar-a-lago were human sourced and those are the most secret things in the world and they found them at mar-a-lago. the question was, what was found among mr. pence's documents and mr. biden's documents. punch bowl this morning has a story they say the department of justice is now giving access to those classified documents to the gang of eight, the top intel committee members in both the house and the senate. they will be able to be look

5:12 am
>> steve: right. china made it clear, we'll do a three-day exercise, but the drills concluded yesterday, but they still have 26 chinese planes and nine ships around taiwan and apparently they are doing combat readiness patrol this morning. why would chinese keep those planes and ships around taiwan? i tell you why, starting today, the u.s. and philippines will be doing the largest combat exercise in decades with live fire drills, boat sinking rocket attacks. they will sink a 200-foot long target in the water across the south china sea and taiwan strait and it will enflame china. rather than take everything back to home base, chinese is leaving their assets for now out there. >> ainsley: did you see mark levin, he was fired up last
5:13 am
ni night. ships anden plas still around taiwan, china says they are responding. the president of taiwan was writing on facebook, i represent my country to the world, her visits abroad are not new and china used this to launch and cause instability in taiwan and the region. this is not a responsible attitude for a major country and region. china is furious because she came to the united states and met with mccarthy in l.a. mccarthy said china will not tell me who i can talk to, what i'm going to do in my own country. >> steve: you're not the boss of me. >> brian: not unusual for them to -- with all the great relationship president biden supposedly has with all the leaders, how come he doesn't speak to them, for example.

5:15 am
and have that meeting. >> ainsley: what should our response be after macron said what he did. >> brian: we should be blasting them and it should be public. how dare you sit there and say as a country with longest alliance with the u.s. say i'm going to be noncommittal on the relationship with taiwan and not follow the rhythm of the united states. you must love the rhythm of the united states, we put our armorment into u.k. to keep them from taking them over, you liked our armorment then. >> steve: former fire commissioner, don carmignani, put out surveillance video from his mother's house that shows him being attacked. we'll put it up. he's in the far right corner there. turns out the video shows him, he approached a group of homeless men and said, do you
