little bit, although still in the 70s for a lot of folks. fire danger for the northwest and upper midwest. fire danger exists, especially with the warm temperatures and dry conditions. here are potential record highs for parts of the northeast and stretching to the southwest and plain states, especially the upper midwest. wisconsin 86. denver 83. parts of wyoming in the 70s, feeling more like june. this is the big story this week is the temperatures and we'll break records across the plain states in toward the northeast on thursday and friday, so wildfire danger for a lot of folks. if you like it warm, we're getting a taste of that. >> todd: i have never seen a wildfire warning in a state i lived, shocking to me.

look at last season, 722 fewer home runs in 2022 than in 2021. that is the second biggest drop in dingers in major league history, did climate change take off last year? this laughable study doesn't mention impact of several major league ballparks moving in their fences. citi field 108 home runs hit in 2011, now 155, nearly 50% more. 500 more home runs were hit because of climate change? maybe the balls are juiced, that leads to home runs, maybe ballparks are smaller, maybe there is more dome stadiums, better conditions, better results. i played baseball in high school, i'm revealing now. maybe players take better care of themselves.

so i don't see how we wouldn't want to get involved from congressional oversight perspective. doesn't work for the d.a. anymore. wrote back about the fact that alvin bragg didn't want to bring charges against trump and all the things we want to ask questions. it alvin bragg is trying to prevent that individual from testifying. what exactly is he hiding? >> ashley: he calls it unconstitutional attack on him being bragg even calling jordan's move brazen. and that's a quote brazen. what exactly does he think his move to indict trump was, normam normal? >> exactly. you are going after a formal president. unprecedented never happened in the history of our country over a crime that is not a crime. legal scholars after legal scholars all sorts of constitutions under the sixth amendment. statutory issues. under lying crime where he changed business records is technically a business record.
