[cheers and applause] i got another question. how many of you like to the interview tucker did with president trump, that you like that interview? eight interview. >> thank you come i appreciate that, have a great show. >> sean: welcome to

"hannity" -- we are back with a live audience. former ncaa swimmer rightly gains is here tonight and she is vowing to continue to fight to protect women's rights and the sports after being confronted after a speech she made at a college last week, here's a quick preview. [crowd chanting. >> sean: wow, she was held privately, she could get out of that university for three hours. also tonight an investigation we will expose house minority leader hakeem jeffries for his past anti-semitic and racist comments but first, joe biden is mumbling and fumbling his way through ireland looking at castles, on an adventure today, he stumbled through a speech in belfast and seemingly confuse the white house and the capital, take a look at this.
6:02 pm
>> it's hard to communicate how deeply invested in your success people across the united states are. those of you that have been there know it, i'm not making this up, this is real. people can taste it. as you walk into my office in the oval office in the united states capital. guess what? you know who founded and designed and built the white house? and irishman? not a joke. >> sean: not a joke, okay. u.s. president, that is a joke. he also repeated his favorite line telling people not to jump on multiple occasions, take a look. >> president biden: i want all of you to know especially the young people in the audience today -- don't jump. as my father would say, please excuse my back, i apologize. >> don't jump over me.
6:03 pm
don't jump, not now. >> sean: not funny. despite the white house claiming this is an official visit, i didn't spend most of the day going through castles and often looking dazed and confused as usual as he's being led here and there and everywhere. as usual he took no questions from the press as he sat down with the u.k. prime minister whose name he didn't seem to quite remember, take a look. >> heck of a view out there. >> we are good, we're going to walk out slowly. we are walking out of this way, locking out this way. we are walking out this way. we are moving. >> thank you so much. >> sean: let not your hearts be troubled, they eventually did

offer to take questions from group of children. he was distracted by one of the children's air force one toy before being redirected by his son, zero experience hunter and you can't make that up. this begs the question -- take a look at that. >> any of you guys want ask many questions? what do you want to ask me? look at this! air force one! right here! that's cool. what's your question? what's the key to success? >> the key to success.
6:05 pm
i knew jesse helms, he was a very conservative guy, not crazy about african americans. we always had fights. >> sean: the key to success for hunter's new business deals when your dad's vice president and have no experience needed and do millions and billions of dollars in deals which begs now another question, why was even on this trip? is it normal for a president to use taxpayer dollars to take someone under federal investigation by his own doj on a foreign trip? wounded have been nice to maybe have invited his 4-year-old granddaughter to the white house easter egg roll and hunt? joe and jill biden have never once acknowledge their own granddaughter. imagine for a second any conservative that was that cool, that's coldhearted who cares about -- no one cares about the circumstances surrounding her
6:06 pm
birth. it's a 4-year-old precious girl and their granddaughter and she has been shunned, that is pathetic and if it was a conservative you would hear about it every day. while we are at it, why is joe biden taking this trip? it seems like a taxpayer-funded vacation and even the media mob, they are confused. they're always confused but they are more confused than usual, take a look. >> at the days in intensive interactions with political leaders, there's a perception of the rest of this week is essentially a taxpayer-funded family reunion, what with the white house say to that charge, it's the president coming to rediscover his roots and there may not be much substance? >> i would not surprisingly dispute that characterization, the presidents today is going to have the opportunity to meet with the prime minister of the
6:07 pm
u.k. come i think the president feels there is very strongly benefit both here as well as in the united states to mark the anniversary of the good friday agreement. >> sean: joe is enjoying his irish vacation, the world is entering the most dangerous time in my view since world war ii. my father fought in the pacific for four years and that includes the cold war. a new axis of evil is now forming before our eyes. a new world order is taking shape and it is not one that you should be happy about. all of this is a direct result of joe biden's glaring weakness on the world stage and under his failed leadership, america has now abdicated its role as the world's leading superpower and of china are racing into fill the void to. just this week the chinese army released video on state television showing what an attack on taiwan would look like. by the way, this seems imminent to me. today china issued more warnings to the u.s., seems to be a

warning a day at least not to interfere with the territorial ambition amid the joint philippines and u.s. military drills. don't expect joe to hold any of them accountable, they sent a spy balloon all across the continental u.s. and alaska. it relates intelligence in real time back to china, joe did nothing when they threaten serious consequences over a u.s. warship in the south china sea, joe did nothing again. they have unleashed covid on the world, they construct a blatantly unfair trade deals, commit rampant intellectual property theft but your president does nothing. how many more threats is biden going to take in from china before he finally takes action? it's not just china getting a free pass. russia shoots a drone down out of the sky, what did joe do to respond? nothing. want to both countries have in common? millions and millions and millions of dollars in business
6:09 pm
dealings with the biden family syndicate. coincidence? i don't think so. with joe biden giving up our position as a dominant leader in the world, this new axis of evil is plotting to take over. last month china brokered that deal between saudi arabia and iran. now we see they are likely going to do the same thing with a saudi arabian deal with syria this time. if that happens that shows saudi arabia has made a decision. leaked u.s. intel is saying russian operatives are claiming new ties with the uae. in other words the coalition that donald trump built -- the u.s., israel, the saudis, the emirates, jordan, and egypt, now falling apart and crumbling before our very eyes. egypt is now given weapons to russia. we give them billions of dollars a year, it's time to stop giving them a penny. make no mistake these countries are making what is a calculated, deliberate decision to side with
6:10 pm
this new axis of evil. egypt, saudi arabia, the emirates, these countries that have bet on the u.s. when donald trump was in charge, allied with the u.s., they are now siding with china and russia and iran. they see america as weak and they want to join the winning side and they are betting in fact joe biden and the united states will lose. they are betting against america and they are betting on china. that is a clear and present danger to all of us in this country. not just our enemies picking up on joe biden's weaknesses, even our allies want nothing to do with him. present mccrone happy to throat joe biden under the bus saying we won't get involved if you invaded taiwan. before urging europe to reduce the reliance on the u.s. dollar, china desperately wants that to be the currency on top of that,
6:11 pm
dealing with multiple hostage crises all around the world. secretary state tony blinken confirming there's still 175 americans left behind in afghanistan and a number of them are hostages. joe promised he wouldn't abandon americans in afghanistan, he d did. a "wall street journal" reporter is being detained in russia and he did nothing wrong, how do we expect to lead to the world if we can't even take care of our own? our military is welcome, our economy is broken, we have zero leadership and courage and the world has taken notice and they made a decision, china in particular alina with russia and iran and now the saudis and now the egyptians, they think this is their moment to act and become the world's number one superpower. biden got a nice tour of a castle in ireland today.
6:12 pm
here with reaction, pete hegseth and former senior tripadvisor stephen miller. do you agree this new axis of evil and this new world order is emerging and emerging because of joe biden abdicating his role after the united states, the united states should be the world's only superpower. >> it's a self evident, at this point do you know what it takes to bring the sunni and the shieh together over 1300 years of conflict -- now you've got egypt and saudi arabia looking to iran, there about enemy alongside russia and china. you have to be incredibly bad at your job to drive former enemies into bed together to be against us. watch that in ireland -- i'm listening, blink twice if you hear me.
6:13 pm
what are the steps to success so we don't all get covid to? this is not about age. donald trump last ni night in ts interview with tucker, it's not about age, it's about ability. answers -- there is not a moment where joe biden is cognitively with you and in the moment you know what, foreign leaders know it and our enemies know it. his actions as a compromise leader on ukraine, on russia, on china sends signals now is the time to go. they are forming and access not just militarily but also monetarily to push the dollar out, bankrupt us with $31 trillion in debt, they are playing the long game and joe biden doesn't know what game he's playing or what day it is. >> sean: powerful, well said to. let me bring in stephen miller. let me read you some headlines -- chinese state tv shows chilling taiwan invasion
6:14 pm
puts video exactly how they're going to take out taiwan. it seems very convincing on paper. another headline -- china warns their carrier killer missiles will wipe out any u.s. naval force sent to defend taiwan. leaked intelligence showing their hypersonic missile could penetrate u.s. air defenses. china declares its military is now capable of smashing taiwan. we know that day after day, threat after threat they are saying to the united states if you dare lift a finger to help your ally, taiwan, that we will obliterate the united states and they are almost daring america to try. i think if joe biden were to do that i'm not sure he's capable of following through and winning that battle. >> it's exactly as you said to. joe biden's weakness, incompetence, his fear, his incapacity, his senility -- all
6:15 pm
of these things have caused our adversaries to go on the march and we are witnessing the demise of america as a superpower. we are witnessing the end of the era of american dominance on the world stage, all because of joe biden. he's doing it in two ways. he's destroying our economy at home. the whole world sees the u.s. dollar eroding, they see u.s. manufacturing base receding. they see the quality of life in our country going away and they see a military obsessed with wokeness over victory. abroad, they see indecision, paralysis. they see a complete inability to make and execute a decision with even a remote degree of competence, beginning with of course of the unfettered catastrophe in afghanistan. if we continue on this road, china will replace america as the dominant power in the world. >> sean: that's a scary thought to. it's happening right before our eyes and we don't have a president wise enough, smart
6:16 pm
enough, strong enough to make the right decisions at a very critical juncture in world history. pete hegseth, steve miller, thank you both. we turn to another breaking news story tonight. former president trump is now suing michael cohen for a whopping $500 million. [cheers and applause] alleging multiple breaches of his attorney-client relationship and falsehoods spread by michael cohen for the purposes of slandering donald trump. a disturbing report out of the manhattan d.a.'s office were another envelope containing white powder was sent to alvin bragg. thankfully the d.a.'s office confirmed that the powder was nonhazardous -- let me be clear. there's no place in this country, in our country for this type of behavior. i will tell you, i had the same experience myself. i had an assistant open up an envelope with white powder.
6:17 pm
the hours and hours of fear and torment and worry and concern and testing, it's not fun to say the least. these threats have got to end. no excuse for threatening a public official or somebody within the public eye. whoever is responsible -- either way must be prosecuted, to the fullest extent of the law. it is past time to end the insanity of no bail and defund the police movement, period, and of sentence. we are thankful everyone is okay and safe. i got a copy right here, author of the trial of the century soon to be released fox news legal analyst gregg jarrett and the author of you got it, alan dershowitz in studio. >> sean: we appreciate you being with us. i know you agree with me about the extremist on any side to. >> i got powder too, my

survives a motion to dismiss and he is going to be able to find out things the government and turn over to him in a criminal trial. >> sean: are you assuming he has preserved all this information and isn't it likely a lot of it doesn't exist? >> it's very hard for these days, if you get the right people you can get things people think they have hidden. i'm glad we are going to get to the bottom of this. is transparency is essential. >> sean: let's bring in gregg jarrett to. >> it's a legitimate suit, it's actionable in a court of law. it centers around the many lies of michael cohen. this is a guy who lied to the irs, lied to the u.s. trump claims in his lawsuit, he too as a victim causing reputational damage. on top of that what jumps out at
6:20 pm
me it claims that michael cohen committed theft, unjust enrichment by defrauding him over a phony business venture and pocketed an exorbitant amount of money over something that did not exist. on top of that there's also the breach of fiduciary duty which is clear and breach of contract. it's bad enough that prosecutors called him a greedy liar and the judge who sentenced him said he committed a smorgasbord of fraudulent crimes and deceit. can you imagine a district attorney using a guy like that as his star witness? the problem with liars is you never know when you are getting scammed and it's hard to tell the jury "believe this guy. he's told so many lies he would need a calculator to keep track of it.
6:21 pm
>> it raises ethical questions. a district attorney cannot put a witness on the stand who he reasonably believes may be lying to the jury. how can bragg put this man on the witness stand? and tell 12 people i vouch for him, now he's telling the truth. michael cohen wrote to me because i threatened to sue him because he told a lie about me. he had me on jeffrey epstein's island -- i never been anywhere with young people. him >> sean: you on orgy island? i'm just asking. >> that's what he said. i am threatening to sue him as well because when governments go after witnesses, they will do anything, they will twist, they will turn, they will threaten relatives, they will threaten everything, it's about time the defendant said i'm going to fight back. i'm going to sue the person and
6:22 pm
i'll get discovery too, let's even the playing field. >> sean: last question, will bragg's lawsuit against jim jordan hold up? >> it won't hold up, the judge will not grant a temporary restraining order. it is so amazing that alvin bragg said -- this is an unconstitutional attack on his unconstitutional indictment and then he said if i answer questions, it will disclose secretive confidential communications periods assistant wrote a tell-all book disclosing all the sensitive confidential information. this is a lawsuit that will not succeed to. >> sean: this book talks about all the cases that donald trump is facing. big applause for alan dershowitz
