instead, recognize that those social institutions, that is where our prosperity and liberty ultimately comes from. spin at the weirdest was to turn it down three clicks. warren kass, very smart man. you can find that online. we will have an exclusive look on this show tomorrow night of our brand-new season of tucker carlson originals beginning with our brand-new documentary, let them eat bugs right here on fox news. treatment immediately after. that is it for us. 10 seconds late. our apologies to sean hannity. >> it is actually 15 seconds, but who is counting among friends. what did you want to say? >> high talker! >> there you go. we throw a good party. tucker, thank you. have a good night. welcome to hannity. we are back with a live all
6:01 pm
lands. thank you for being here. coming up former energy secretary rick perry will weigh in on biden's obsessive dangerous push for electric vehicles that none of us want. and later, one of the previously expelled tennessee lawmakers is now in hot water tonight. we have video and we have details. first tonight we start with a fox news alert. earlier today, the fbi arrested a massachusetts air national guardsmen in connection with the classified documents a leak. our very own kevin cork has the latest. kevin, this is a really seriously for a lot of reasons. we'll get into the details in a minute. >> you are right about that. the fbi arresting 21-year-old jack douglas to shero following the leaks online of classified documents that embarrassed washington. the 21 euros member of the u.s. air national guard was apprehended near his home about 50 miles west of boston. the leak of documents posted largely on social media sites
6:02 pm
was believed to be the most serious security breach since the wikileaks scandal of 2010. the newest leaks revealing that the war in ukraine is going badly for the ukrainians. that the u.s. spies on several allies and several other u.s. allies not only spy on us, but partner with the russians in various ways. in some cases actively work against american and uk interests despite getting over a billion dollars a year in aid from the u.s. to sharra for his part faces years behind bars for the leaks. what is getting less attention is the fact that the washington post and the new york times actually help to the fbi find the alleged leaker. the very same fbi which has yet to identify the dobbs decision leaker from the supreme court or release the manifesto of the transgender shooter after the national shootings. sean? >> we want that manifesto. the american people have a right to see it. thank you for that report. let me be clear tonight.
6:03 pm
this is a big deal. number one, all of us and all of you have been lied to by joe biden in the biden administration and their ability to safeguard this country's most sensitive secrets. this is a clear and present danger, a major threat to our national security. a major threat for our allies national security. by the way, it gives vladimir putin, i know they love to do business with putin. it gives them critical intelligence they would not have otherwise had. worst of all, it exposed that joe biden authorized putting u.s. special forces on the ground in ukraine and lied to the american people. we should have known about some of this. they should have gone through congress. this needs to be gotten to the bottom up. these documents exposed our entire ukraine war strategy, our level of involvement. it revealed that there are special forces stationed at the embassy in ukraine. they gave the location of where
6:04 pm
the forces are. that means that makes them a target of vladimir putin. the uncovered information of u.s. spies they have obtained from russia and the uae's strengthening relationship with russia. saudi arabia, egypt, the uae have all abandoned the coalition under donald trump. they are betting on china, not on the united states, to be the worlds largest superpower. while the fallout continues, what is joe doing? what is your president doing? he is touring ireland and joking about wishing he didn't have to return home. joe, you can stay there as long as you want to. he can move into an irish pub as far as i am concerned. stay there. we will be better off. when asked about the leak today, your president literally brushed it aside and added a bizarre comment about why i have got to go plant a tree. this should worry every american. this is a serious, significant,
6:05 pm
dangerous intelligence leak that never should have happened, but it did. they allowed it to happen. take a look. >> to have an update on the leak investigation? [indiscernible] >> thank you, thank you, thank you. i'm going to go plant a tree. >> how concerned are you about the leak? >> are you concerned about our relationship? it is time to go. we have got to move. >> i am not concerned, i am concerned that it happens. but there is nothing contemporaneous that i am aware of. >> no, joe is lying. he is wrong. our strategy for an ongoing war isn't contemporaneous. apparently protecting our nation's very sensitive intelligence is not a high priority for him. he is too busy planting trees and visiting castles in ireland.
6:06 pm
we could have guessed that. after all he let the chinese spy balloon collecting intelligence and relaying it back to china in realtime fly all across the continental u.s., all over alaska airspace, all over our sensitive military sites. don't worry. let not your heart be troubled. while our nation's secrets were being exposed to the world, joe had a great day in ireland where he was chasing balls around at a youth a sporting event. yesterday he took questions from children. even there his son hunter who shouldn't even be there should be in jail had to save him. then he was barked at by the president of ireland's dog. i am guessing the dog likely perceived that creepy joe would show up and might smell his hair. of course, that all got lost multiple times when trying to pose for pictures. somehow he also found the time in his busy schedule to make many bizarre rambling
6:07 pm
nonsensical insane speeches that we have all come to admire so much. that has now initiated and motivated our geopolitical foes to create alliances to basically replace the u.s. as the world's leader. take a look. >> our history reminds us, yours and mine, reminds us of the responsibilities we have as the president. excuse me, the present. our courage, our creativity, our loyalty, our tenacity and our loyalty again. after my agent, as you can see how old i am. a little bit of wisdom. coming with more experience in any president in american history. it doesn't make me better or worse. pop, what are you worried about. you are too nice. you are too nice. like that guy who led the revolution.
6:08 pm
he said the guy who was the prime minister. he said you've got to be less like the military guy. they shot him. >> he looked at me and said joe, remember who you are. you are a biden. anyway, thank you all, god bless you all. let's go lick the world and get it done. >> that is your president right there. in fairness, joe did eventually address the dangers to the u.s. including the most pressing threat that we now have, climate change. take a look. >> the single existential threat to the world is climate change. we don't have a lot of time. that's a fact. even recognizing that everyone is recognizing america. >> it's not the new axis of evil of china, russia or iran. not the fact that the saudi is
6:09 pm
have joined with china and have made an alliance with the iranians and made an alliance with the syrians. nothing to do with the fact that egypt is aligned with putin. nothing to do with the fact that we discovered through this document and intelligence leak that the uae have abandoned us. they are moving towards china. they think china will win this conflict because america doesn't have a president that knows what day of the week it is. here with the reaction, author of serenity and the storm, that means i need to breathe in and breathe out. kayleigh mcenany and former michigan gubernatorial candidate judith dixon is with us. the economy, that is not the biggest threat we have. china, russia, iran, the saudi is abandoning us. now also decreasing their output of oil by 1.3 million barrels per day. that's not the biggest threat. egypt aligning with putin.
6:10 pm
the uae aligning with putin. those aren't the biggest threats? >> they should be. a commander-in-chief said let's lick the world whatever that means. that is what china sees. as absolutely asinine. he was asked, let's lick, lick the world. that's what he said, direct quote. >> i couldn't interpret it. thank you for that. >> it was transcribed. that's where i got it. when you are asked a question like what do you think about the biggest documents leak of classified material in decades? your answer should not be i am going to plant a tree. your answer should be i will get to the bottom of this. this is inexcusable. we will safeguard america's secrets. something like that. as he says this the white house twitter account literally posted a biden family tree that ended with joe biden. they didn't want us to track his family members down and all his business dealings. the tree and would biden. these are not the signals you put out as you point out china is flexing their muscles.
6:11 pm
iran, north korea, all around the world. you don't talk about planting trees. you show strength. we don't have a commander-in-chief doing that. >> not only foreign policy. look at the economy. now we have the fed predicting that we are heading into yet another biden recession. >> as you pointed out, the rest of the world is looking to china right now. we see president mccrone meeting with china. china is meeting with russia. these are dangerous times when we see people turning to china because they know china has that much power. when we talk about joe biden being asked about the leak, i looked at his face and thought i am not 100% sure he has been told about the late. i don't know if he thinks it's the garden hose while they are planting the tree. i'm not sure if he understands it. when you have a president who is clearly suffering from dementia, the rest of the world can see the polish or the irish. >> you are raising a very important point. even democrats, god bless
6:12 pm
senator dianne feinstein. i wish her the best of health. but she has been in significant cognitive decline. it's an open secret in washington. they now are saying it is time to go. who is going to be the first democrat that has the courage to say joe, you are not up to the job? >> someone should. >> how about his own wife? >> seriously. the american people have the vote in. does he have the stamina and sharpness to be president effectively. 32% said yes and 35% say he inspires confidence. these ratings are low. connor raised an important point. he's a democrat. if we have an elected officials you need to be able to represent. >> he was talking about feinstein. but it's time for someone to say that about president joe biden. the numbers reflect it. >> most democrats don't want him to even run. robert f kennedy junior, we have invited him on the program. we will give him a fair opportunity to put out his message. i know some people might agree
6:13 pm
with him. he was anti- vaccine, for example. however every other position i will disagree with him on. some are thinking and our believing he could be a real challenge to joe biden. do you believe that? >> the democrats have made it clear that once they choose a candidate they choose a candidate and that candidate will be strong. i don't see a lot of people coming around kennedy right now. i see what happened in 2020 happening again if he chooses to run. behind the scenes, they are panicked. they are panicked because you talk about jill biden. she is a master at making it seem like he is fine. she is not there right now. his son is and he is freaking out that his father has dementia. you can see in his face and the body language. >> he is hoping he gets his pardon before something happens. >> let me ask you both this last question. does heading into 2024, i think the republican party has to change the way they look at
6:14 pm
elections. by that i mean there has been reluctance, resistance towards voting early and voting by mail. that has to stop. republicans have got to get over it. embrace it. that's the system we have. i prefer paper ballots. until you win elections you cannot change the system. secondly and more importantly, democrats don't run campaigns like they used to do. they don't do media avails. they don't shake hands and do selfies and kiss babies and do town halls. they hide in their basement and have hundreds of millions of dollars in negative adds. then they do something called legal ballot harvesting and they are successful at it. republicans need to do it as well, if not better, if they ever want to win a state like michigan ever again. >> it is more than that. going after the data. we are not doing that. we are running elections like it is 20 years ago. they are micro- targeting people. they don't have to go out of their homes because they get the message to you without you
6:15 pm
seeing your candidate. >> do you agree? >> entirely. desantis ran a great mail-in voting strategy. >> i am not talking to florida republicans. they embraced early mail-in voting and fix the system. >> to your point about democrats hiding from the public. i read reporting that biden is counting on not having to debate. he is count on trumping the nominee and arguing with the debate commission and not having to debate. we cannot let that happen. you must debate. you cannot hide. >> like john fetterman, joe biden and katie hobbs did? does everyone in the audience agree? clap if you do. you people that run the party better get your act together. thank you very much. we turn to another bizarre story. that is biden's obsession with electric vehicles. earlier in the week the administration propose the toughest auto emissions regulations yet all in an effort to boost electric vehicle sales. according to reports, the new
6:16 pm
limits on emissions could require more than two thirds of every car sold by 2032 to be fully electric. this now poses a major problem because the new a people shows that only 4 out of 10 adults would even consider buying an electric vehicle for their next car. one major factor respondent cited is cost. by the way, look at your screen. it's easy to see why. according to newly released data from kelley blue book the average cost of a new non-luxury car in march was just over $44,000. while a new electric vehicle on average is near $60,000. $59,000. that's almost a $15,000 difference and that is far too big of a stretch for most families. make no mistake, this is a tax just like when they raise taxes on oil, gas, coal, pension plans and corporations pass the cost on to you. this is another tacks on the
6:17 pm
middle and lower class in the country. joe promised never to do that. when nearly 60% are already living paycheck to paycheck under biden's economic and energy policies, it's a disaster. the problems were biden and electric vehicles don't stop there. look at your screen. these are all the unique parts required to make an electric vehicle. the battery alone on an electric vehicle is typically composed of nickel, cobalt, aluminum and manganese all of which need to be mined and pillaged from mother earth. they use heavy equipment that use fossil fuels which requires fossil fuels to do all this. and guess what? you still have 90% of electric grid when you plug it in. you can only plug it in during certain hours during certain times of the year in california after they make you by the stupid car. it's all based on fossil fuels. the push for electric cars also threatens national security. experts warning now it will make us more dependent on china
6:18 pm
giving them more leverage over this country. gas powered cars are just the latest thing that they want to ban. they want to bend your gas stoves. don't dare take my gas stove. they want to ban your refrigerator and your air conditioner. they want you to change her washing machine and your light bulbs, you're guns. they want to take away my jewel? over my dead body. anyone attempting to regain our energy independence. all in the name in joe's words, the real threat to the u.s., climate change. here with reaction former energy secretary rick perry. governor, how are you? >> living the dream, my brother. >> you are out of government. that is why you are living the dream and not driving an electric vehicle, i am guessing. most people cannot afford this, governor. >> listen, in 2008 i told some folks when you bail out the big motor companies you are headed toward nationalizing the
6:19 pm
automobile industry. it has taken a lot of years. people may not put these altogether, but washington, d.c. telling you how to live your life, telling you how you can drive and whether you can use this light bulb or use a gas stove, there's got to be a point in time where people stand up and say, as william barclay said, stand up for history and yell no. we have had it. we are at that point. the idea that they are trying to force electric vehicles. if people want to buy electric vehicles, that is fine. we will build some in texas which is great and good. the fact is it ought to be the consumer's decision and not forced upon them by government. >> i have a buddy that has a tesla. he swears by it and loves it and he is happy. i have not driven a. maybe one day i will take it for a spin. that's not the point. it's about freedom and freedom of opportunity. when you were energy secretary
6:20 pm
you brought this country back to energy independence the first time in 75 years. we were a net exporter of energy. now joe biden has abandoned those policies and now importing from the likes of venezuela. now we have saudi arabia aligned with china. as soon as that alliance is made and aligned with iran, as soon as that alliance is made, they cut back by 1.3 million barrels of oil in terms of production a day. if you think those orders came from china, because i suspect they might have? >> we told the europeans from 2017 through 2021, through 2020, that if you don't allow for american natural gas to be laid in there and if you have depend upon the russians, at some point in time they will use energy as a weapon. we are seeing that today. my bet is that most of those europeans wished they had
6:21 pm
listened to us, wished that donald trump is the president of the united states today because they wouldn't be facing the horrendous effects of russia not only putting the world in jeopardy because america, who was energy independent and supplying our allies across the world with substantial economical, cleanburning american natural gas. that is an extraordinary story and one we can get back to. you talked about the rare-earth minerals. we've got plenty of rare-earth minerals in the united states that we can mind and mine environmentally safely. but this administration hates fossil fuels. they hate the mining industry. i might add it appears they hate the nuclear energy as well. small modular reactors. if you want to have a transition sometime in the future is not going to happen anytime soon.
6:22 pm
if you want to transition when our fossil fuels do in fact deplete, it will be nuclear power in the small modular is, zero emission, economical, walk away safe reactors. this administration hates nuclear. help me find something that they do like other than telling you how to live your life. >> they like teaching crt and transgender issues to kids. they like that. governor, in all seriousness, we could be an energy-rich nation and energy rich dominant. it would make america rich and create high paying career jobs. it would be great for national security and be great for our allies. they are too stupid to follow. rick perry, good to see a. when we come back, donald trump back in new york to meet with another law enforcement official that campaigned on taking him down. our legal experts are in studio here, next.
6:23 pm
there are some things that go better... together. hey! like your workplace benefits... and retirement savings. with voya, considering all your financial choices together... can help you be better prepared for unexpected events. for a brighter financial future. thanks. ahh, pretzel and mustard... another great combo. voya. well planned. well invested. well protected.

6:27 pm
new. former president donald trump back in new york city facing part two of what is the state's unhinged witchhunt against him. here is trump leaving trump tower on his way to a deposition with the office of the new york attorney general letitia james. take a look. >> i will never be afraid to challenge this illegitimate president when our fundamental rights are at stake. i believe the president of these united states can be indicted for criminal offenses.
6:28 pm
[indiscernible] >> that man in the white house who cannot go a day without threatening our fundamental rights. yes, we need to focus on donald trump and his abuses. we need to follow his money. we need to find out where he has laundered money. we need to find out whether or not he has engaged in conspiracy. spec it's important that the days of donald trump are coming to an end. i look forward and going to the attorney general every day suing him, defending your rights and then going home. >> now all of this is a political prosecution, actually a persecution. no one but two prosecutors. you have alvin bragg, letitia james. they brand on a promise. that was a campaign promise. that was during the campaign. she was making that promise. taking on one man, donald trump, one organization, the trump
6:29 pm
organization. that is not justice in america. it's not equal justice. its not equal application. show me the man and i will show you the crime. lady justice is not blind. here joining us a former attorney general pam bondi. thank you. this huge best-selling book, get trump. i've got my own copy here. what's great about this is it goes through every legal issue the president is now facing. you've got alvin bragg. we just played letitia james. this is what they are saying they are going to do as candidates. these are powerful positions. is this prosecutorial misconduct and selected prosecution? >> 100%. as a former state prosecutor what alvin bragg is and as former attorney knowing general what letitia james is, it is 100%. when you are a prosecutor of any kind, if there is an appearance of a conflict you get off the case. your office gets off the case.
6:30 pm
here it is an even an appearance. it is an inherent conflict. they are proud of it. not even 90 days ago when she was sworn in again she talked about protecting new yorkers from crime, from rapists, from anything. she talked about going after donald trump. not by name, but she talked about going after him. >> she actually wants the punishment to be, not only it's a civil case. it's not a criminal case. that he could never ever practice business again in the state of new york. that is what she is seeking. is this selective prosecution and is this prosecutorial misconduct if you run to go after one human being? >> if i have one goal in the next years of my life it's to get all the bar associations to make it unethical conduct for any prosecutor to run for office on the campaign pledge to get somebody. the title of my book, i didn't make it up. it is her campaign promise.
6:31 pm
get trump. it came exactly from her. it's her campaign promise. i borrowed it and probably owe her royalties. because that is what she promised. no prosecutor should be allowed to prosecute a case. the first motion i would make if i were trump's lawyer, get her off the case. get alvin bragg off the case. >> i don't believe in new york. when pam bondi was the attorney general of florida for two terms you did a phenomenal job. i interviewed you during that time many times. i do not believe donald trump can get a fair trial in new york state, never mind new york city. am i wrong? >> the whole country knows about this case. they know about the witchhunt. what is different here is she ran on the promise alvin bragg ran on the promise especially in manhattan of going after donald trump. he was elected on that process.
6:32 pm
that's the jury pool. >> the jurors are people that voted for bragg and want to help him take and fulfill his campaign promise. our only hope is that the large crowd we have here they are the only normal new york people. >> i would love them on my jury. there are problems with judges in new york. do you think any judge wants to be what they call dershowitz? people will look at them and say my god, that is the judge that freed donald trump. what they did to me when i defended him is nothing compared to what they would do to a judge eric totally ostracized. >> you were attacked with lies which you will sue a lot of people. >> it has cost me a lot of money and time to defend myself. all of it is the result of doing what john adams did 200 years ago, defending somebody who was unpopular. that's what american lawyers have to do. >> i believe this is a tsunami
6:33 pm
of legal issues that they are putting on trump. why are they doing it? democrats will say we think donald trump is the easiest to beat. on the other hand they are preventing him from running a campaign and most of them seem to want them in an orange jumpsuit. i would imagine they want to take him down, period, end of sentence. soon if this is a 1-2 punch by james and bragg. you have georgia and a special counsel. >> prosecutors, not people like you, not only can make witnesses saying, they can get them to compose and to create new lyrics and to make up stories. >> the lawsuit $500 million that trump is now suing michael cohen, will that be successful? does that have a chance at success? >> i don't know. i am glad he is doing it because he has to. he is standing up against himself. that is out the window. the professor and i were talking about that.
6:34 pm
attorney-client privilege has been thrown out the window because of donald trump. it's a shame. >> i have to give my clients miranda warnings. what you tell me may no longer be secure because of what these judges are doing. i am serious. i have to give that warning to my clients now. >> alan dershowitz, pam bondi, thank you. the book is right there, get trump. letitia james apparently gets royalties. up next we have pictures of the left's latest political darling during the 2020 blm rients. leo to .0, david webb weighs in when we come back. stay with us.
6:35 pm
6:36 pm
6:37 pm
6:38 pm
6:39 pm
it turns out that one of the so-called tennessee three that was briefly kicked out of the state legislator for leading a protest on the house floor is pretty much a professional protester. check it out. by his own count, state rep justin jones has been arrested a whopping 14 times for various protests including this 2020 incident where video of him shows him standing on the roof of a cop car and leading the crowd in protest before some of his fellow troublemakers start attacking it. we did reach out to jones for comment and his office. we did not hear back. i am shocked. he was briefly charged for the incident. then the charges were quickly dropped. jones has been reinstated as a member of the tennessee house by nashville officials. here with more is fox news contributors leo 2 .0 terrel and
6:40 pm
david webb are back. leo, how many millions of those hats have you sold? don't lie. i want a penny from every one. just kidding. you look at this guy. i will start with david webb. we have been friends a long time. you have all these hearings that go on forever about january 6th. the summer of 2020 we had 574 riots. we had dozens of dead americans. we had thousands and injured cops pelted with bricks, rocks, bottles, molotov cocktails and billions in property damage. we have all of this video like of this representative on tape committing crimes. none of them get punished. why? >> they don't get punished, sean, because they are the right people according to the wrong people in charge like merrick garland. the people at the top, the biden administration. this is all supported by the
6:41 pm
left. look at the prosecutors. the real fault there with justin lies in the prosecutor who drops the charges inciting to riot damage property and damage police property. this guy should have been charged and should have at least been put through a prosecution. when they let him go he doesn't care how many times he gets arrested. the other losers are the people in his district. if they agree with him, they are losers because in the end they don't get served and they don't get better. i looked at their districts. i will say this to the tennessee republicans. the mistake was not to throw out all three of them. both justin and gloria. i watched those hearings. they should have thrown them all out because they left open the door for this racism narrative which you and i have covered. the falsehood and the lies over all the years. >> she is survived by one vote. the argument was she didn't use a bullhorn. that's not a big difference to
6:42 pm
me. >> leo, let's get your take on this. more importantly, we still have within the time of statute of limitations we can go back to the summer of 2020. that is when kamala harris said they should not stop. we are not going to stop. and then of course tweeted out the bail fund of minneapolis. those people involved in the incident. my question to you is why don't we go back? you are a lawyer. look at the videotape and find all the rioters and punish them the way they punished the january 6th people. >> no argument from me. let me be clear. we will not get it with this false crime district attorney throughout the country. we need some type of federal invention. that is why we need trump in 2024 so we can take over the attorney generals office and prosecute some of these people for violations of what they did. here's the problem with that guy just in. is nothing more than an opportunist. he has no interest but himself.
6:43 pm
this guy has gone through 3 or 4 changes in life. this guy has nothing more than what he is using and is using his skin color for his own personal gain. and why he is a darling right now is because he fits the democratic narrative. he plays the race card. the main street media loves this guy. he is unproductive and does a disservice to his own community. >> he threw a traffic cone at a car during a protest. video of the moment was released. jones wrote in a tweet that it didn't show the whole incident saying, the man in the car yelled a racial slur. okay. he said they will try to push a false narrative portraying me as violent as a way to deflect from their own actions. let me ask this audience. anyone here think it's okay to throw a cone at a car? anyone here think it's okay to step on the roof of a car and jump on a police car? does everyone here agree that anybody involved in the rioting in the summer of 2020, and we
6:44 pm
have videotape proof evidence that we should prosecute them all? >> yes. david webb, we have 30 seconds each for closing remarks. david? >> my closing remarks are to the american people. look at what is going on in your states. look at the representatives. to the republican party and to those who are americans like myself, get better people in office. we are paying the price for their malfeasance and crimes. this guy is a criminal who has been elected to office. >> last word, leo terrel? >> very clearly black democrats exploit black americans. black democrats are not there to help black americans. they are heller helping white liberals. they are disservice to their own community. this guy is persona nongrata and should not be holding elected office. >> leo and david, thank you both. straight ahead, the loudoun county school district issues
6:45 pm
are over? no. they are making headlines again with left wing lunacy. wait until you hear what they allegedly want to do this time. also the latest on the bud light controversy. tommy and jimmy are right here in studio straight ahead.

for some reason loudon county, virginia has been at the forefront of the far left lunacy in american schools for several years. this might be their most insane idea yet. the district is reportedly considering the complete elimination of separate gender restrooms. boys room, girls room.
6:50 pm
