more stuff, we're doing well instead recognize that thatinstc those social institutions, that's actually where our prosperity and our liberty ultimately comes. osperityfrom. >> take the weirdest. just turn it down like three clicks or cass. ca very smart man. you can find that online right now at fox nation. we're going to have an exclusive look on this show tomorrow night. our brand new season of tucker carlson originals, beginning with our brand new documentary ,let them eat bugs right here on fox news. >> you can stream it immediately after that. is it for us ? 10 seconds late. our apologies to sean hannity and his friends who take over. it's actually 15 seconds late, but who's counting among friends? you know, by the people. >> what did you want to say? hey, hey. you go to this party shop, we throw a good party. anyway, tucker, thank you. have a great night. welcome to "hannity". yes. we are back with a live
11:01 pm
audience. welcome , all of you. thank you for being here. coming up, cormoran secretary rick perry will weigh in on biden's obsessive, dangerous push for electric vehicles that none of us want. and later, one of the previously expelled tennessee lawmakers is now in hot water. tonight, we've got video and we've got details. >> but first tonight, we start with a fox news alert. earlier today, the fbi arrested a massachusetts air national guardsman in connection with the classified documents leak. our very own kevin burke has the very latest. kevin , this is a really serious leak for a lot of reasons. >> we'll get into the details in a minute. absolutely. sean, you're right about that evening to you, my friend. the fbi arresting twenty one year old jack douglas tachira following the leaks online of classified documents that frankly embarrassed washington with its allies around the world. the 21 year old member of the u.s. national guard was apprehended near his home about 50 miles west of boston. now, the leak of documents
11:02 pm
posted largely on social media sites was believed to be the most serious security breach since the wikileaks scandal of 2010. in the newest leaks revealing that the war in ukraine is going badly for the ukrainians, that the u.s. spies on several allies and that several other u.s. allies not only spy on us, but they partner with the russians in various ways and in some cases even actively work against american and u.k. interest is by getting over a billion dollars a year in aid from the u.s. to share. >> for his part, faces years behind bars for these leaks. but what's getting far less attention is the fact that "the washington post" and the "new york times" actually helped the fbi find the alleged leaker the very same fbi, which is yet to identify the dobs decision leaker from the supreme court or released the manifesto of the transgender shooter at the nashville shootings john . >> all right, kevin , we want that manifesto. the american people have a right to see it. thank you for that report. let me be very clear here tonight.
11:03 pm
this is a big deal . no one , all of us , all of you have been lied to by joe biden and the biden administration and their inability to safeguard this country's most sensitive secrets. this is a clear and present danger, a major threat to our national security, by the way, a major threat to our allies, national security by the way, it gives vladimir putin i know the biden family syndicate loves to do business with russia and putin. it gives them critical intel chance that they would not have otherwise had. and worst of all, it exposed that joe biden authorized putting us special forces on the ground in ukraine and lied to the american people. we should have known about some of this. they should have at least gone through congress. and this needs to be gotten to the bottom of these documents exposed our entire ukraine war strategy, our level of involvement. it revealed that there are other special forces stationed at the embassy in ukraine. >> they gave the location of
11:04 pm
where our forces are. well, that means that makes them a target of vladimir putin . they uncovered information of u.s. spies that they have obtained about russia and the uae strengthening relationship with russia. by the way, saudi arabia, egypt, the uae, they have all abandoned the coalition under donald trump and they are betting on china, not on the united states , to be the world's largest superpower. but while the fallout continues, what's joe doing? what's your president doing? well, he's out there touring ireland, joking about wishing that he didn't have to return home. >> joe , you can stay there as long as you want. you can move into an irish pub as far i'm concerned. stay there. we will be better off when asked about the leak today, your president literally just brushed it aside, added a bizarre comment about why i got to go plant a tree. and this should worry every american because this is a serious, significant, dangerous
11:05 pm
intelligence leak that never should have happened. but it did. they allowed it to happen. take look at investigation. just ruthless. yeah, okay. thank you. thank you. thank you. we plant trees. >> how concerned are you about this leak? are you concerned about the leak? the time to go. let's go . oh, we got to move. i'm not concerned about the i'm concerned that happens. i contemporaneous with the you know, joe is lying. >> he is wrong. our strategy for an ongoing war isn't contemporaneous. apparently protecting our nation's very sensitive intelligence is not a high priority for him. he's too busy planting trees and visiting castles in ireland. >> but we could have guessed
11:06 pm
that after all, he let that chinese spy balloon collecting intelligence and relaying it back to china in real time. fly all across the continental us , all over alaska, airspace, all over our sensitive military sites. but don't worry, let not your heart be troubled, because while our nation's secrets are being exposed to the world , what a great day in ireland. where he was chasing around at a youth sporting event yesterday, he took questions not from the press, but from children. and even there, his son , hunter, who shouldn't even be there should be in jail, had to save him anyway. and then he was barked at by the president of ireland's dog. i'm guessing the dog likely perceived that creepy joichi show up. it might smell his hair. and , of course, well, that all got lost multiple times when trying to pose for pictures. but somehow he also found the time in his busy schedule to make many bizarre, rambling,
11:07 pm
nonsensical, insane speeches that we've all come to admire so much that has now initiated and motivated our geo political foes to create alliances, to basically replace the u.s. as the world's leader. take a look at our story. >> reminds us of our ours, yours and mine. reminds us of the responsibilities we have and the president should be the president . our courage, our creativity, our loyalty, our tenacity, and our loyalty. again, what i bring to this career after my agent, as you can see, how old i am, was a little bit of wisdom. i come to the job with more experience than any president in american history. that make me better or worse. it gives me two excuses. i say, pop, what are you worried about? he said , you're too much. you're too much like that guy
11:08 pm
who led the revolution. he said , the guy who is a prime minister. i said he said , you got to be less like a military guy. they shot look at me say, don't remember. remember who you are. like you're a biden. like one of a biden, you know? i mean, i'm like, like, you know. anyway, thank you all. god bless you. let's go . let's go lick the world. let's get it done. that's your president right there. now, in fairness, joe did eventually address the dangerous to the us , including the most pressing threat that we now have, climate change. >> take a look. single existential threat to the world is climate change. we don't have a lot of time, and that's a fact. even recognizing finally, everyone's recognized in america. >> now, it's not the new axis of evil of china, russia, iran.
11:09 pm
it's not the fact that the saudis have joined with china, have made an alliance with the iranians, are making an alliance with the syrians. it has nothing to do with the fact that egypt is now aligned with putin, nothing to do with the fact that we discovered through the document leak intelligence leak that, in fact, the uae, they , too, have abandoned us . they're moving towards china. they think china is going to win this conflict because america doesn't have a president that knows what day of the week it is here with reaction, author of the upcoming book serenity in the storm, which means i need to breathe in and breathe out. outnumber co-host kayleigh mcenany and cuomo, michigan gubernatorial candidate tooter dixon is with us . so the economy, that's that's not the biggest threat we have. china, russia, iran, the saudis abandoning us now. also decreasing their output of oil by one point three million barrels a day. that's not the biggest threat. egypt now aligning with putin, the uae aligning with putin.
11:10 pm
>> those aren't the biggest threats. well, they should be . but look, we have a commander in chief who i'll quote him. exactly. said , let's lick, lick the world, whatever that means. so that's what china sees. it's absolutely asinine. he was asked what did he say? let's lick lick the world. that's what he that direct quote. i couldn't interpret it. so thank you for being here. you're welcome. it was transcribed on that. but look, when you're asked a question, what do you think about the biggest documents leak of classified material in decades? your answer should not be , i'm going to plant a tree. your answer should be i will get to the bottom of this. this is an excusable we will safeguard america's secrets, something like that. but as he's saying this, his official white house twitter account literally hosted a biden family tree. it ended with joe biden. i guess they didn't want us to track his family members down and all his business dealings. so the tree ends with biden. but these are not the kinds of signals you put out. as you point out, china's flexing their muscles. iran, north korea, all around
11:11 pm
the world. you don't talk about planting trees. you don't put family trees, you show strength. and we don't have a commander in chief who's doing. >> and it's not only foreign policy. tutor dixon, look at the economy now. we have even the fed predicting that we're heading into yet another biden recession. >> and as you pointed out, the rest of the world is looking to china right now. we see president macron meeting with china. we see china meeting with russia. these are dangerous times when we see people turning to china because they know china has that much power right now. and when we talk about joe biden being asked about this leak, i honestly looked at his face and thought, i'm not 100% sure he's been told about the leak. i don't know if he thinks it's the garden hose while while they're planting the tree. i'm not sure if he even understand it. but when you have a president who is clearly suffering from dementia, the rest of the world, you can even see the polish or the irish. >> your raising a very important point, because even democrats are now saying
11:12 pm
god bless senator dianne feinstein. i wish her the best of health, but she has been in a significant cognitive decline . it is an open secret in washington. so they now are saying it's time to go. who's going to be the first democrat that has the courage to say, joe , you're not up to the job. >> someone should look to his own wife. yes, his own wife. seriously, because the american people, i mean, their votes and they were asked, does he have the stamina and sharpness to be president effectively? that was a cnn poll. 32%. yes, 35% think he inspires confidence. i mean, these ratings are low. and rohana raised a really important point. he's a democrat. he said a paraphrasing here, if we have an elected official, you need to be able to actually represent and he was talking about fine. he was talking about feinstein. but it's time for someone to say that about president joe biden. >> i mean, the numbers reflect it. the numbers reflect, but most democrats don't want him to even run. and okay, robert f. kennedy, jr., we've invited him on the program. we'll give him a fair opportunity to , you know, put out his message. i know some people might agree
11:13 pm
with him. >> he was anti vaccine, for example. however, every other position, i think i'll probably disagree with him on . but some are thinking and are are believing that he could be a real challenge joe biden do you believe that? >> so i think the democrats have made it clear that once they choose a candidate, they choose a candidate and that candidate will be strong. and i don't see a lot of people coming around kennedy right now. i see what happened in 2020 happening again. if he chooses to run. but i think behind the scenes they are panicked, they are panicked. because you talk about joe biden, joe biden is a master at making it seem like he's fine, but she's not there right now. his son is clearly freaking out that his father has dementia. you could see in his face you could see the body language. >> i think men hoping he gets his pardon before. >> yeah, well, let me just ask you both this last question, because heading into 2020 four , i think the republican party has to change the way they look at elections.
11:14 pm
and by that i mean there has been reluctance, resistance towards voting early and voting by mail. that has to stop republicans. you've got to get over it, embrace it. that is a system we have. i prefer paper ballots. but until you win elections, you can't change the system. secondly, and more importantly, democrats don't run campaigns like they used to that they don't do media avails. they don't shake hands, do selfies, kiss babies, do town halls. they hide in their basement. they have hundreds of millions of dollars in negative ads. >> and then they do something called legal ballot harvesting and they are successful at it. republicans need to do it as well, if not better, if they ever want to win a state like you as a michigan ever again, it's more than that. it's more than that. they're going after the data and we're not doing that. we're running elections like it's twenty years ago. they are microtargeting people. they don't have to go out of their homes because they get the message you want to hear directly to you without you
11:15 pm
ever seeing your candidate you agree to ? i do entirely. >> desantis ran a great mail voting strategy. we need to emulate that. nader republicans. well, i'm not talking to them. they've embraced early voting and they have fixed their system need to do a nationwide. >> but to your point about democrats hiding from the public, i read reporting that biden is counting on not having to debate. he's counting on trump being the nominee, arguing with the presidential debate commission and not having to debate. we can't let that happen. the pressure needs to be on now. you must debate. you can't hide like democrats across the country, like john fetterman, like joe biden and katie hobbs, all exactly as everyone in the audience agree. clap if. all right. people that run the party better get your act together anyway. tune addiction. kayleigh mcenany, thank you very much. all right. we turn now to another bizarre story, and that is biden's obsession with electric vehicles. earlier in the week, the administration proposed the toughest auto emissions regulations yet, all in an effort to boost electric vehicle sales.
11:16 pm
but according to reports, the new limits on emissions could require more than two thirds of every car sold by twenty thirty two to be fully electric. but this now poses a major problem because a new ap poll shows that only four out of 10 adults would even consider buying an electric vehicle for the next are now. one major factor respondents cited is cost. by the way, take a look at your screen. it's easy to see why, according to newly released data from the kelley blue book. well, the average cost of a new non luxury car in march was just over forty four thousand, while a new electric vehicle on average is near sixty thousand. it's fifty nine thousand dollars. that is almost a 15 thousand dollar difference. and that's far too big of a stretch for most families. so make no mistake, this is a tax, just like when they raise taxes on oil, gas, coal and your pension plans and corporations that pass the cost on to you. this is another tax on the middle class and lower
11:17 pm
class in the country. and joe promise never to do that now, when nearly 60% are already living paycheck to paycheck under biden's economic and energy policies. it's a disaster. but the problems for biden electric vehicles don't stop there. take a look at your screen. these are all unique parts required to make an electric vehicle, just the battery alone on an electric vehicle is typically composed nickel, cobalt, aluminum and manganese, all of which need to be mined and pillaged from mother earth. they use heavy equipment that use fossil fuels, which requires fossil fuels to do all this. and then guess what? you still have 90% of our electric grid when you plug it in, except you can only plug it in during certain hours. during certain times of the year in california after they make it by the stupid car . it's all based on fossil fuels . so the push for electric cars also threatens national security experts warning now it will make us more dependent
11:18 pm
on china giving them more leverage over this country. now, gas powered cars, they are just the latest thing that they want to ban. remember, they want to ban your gas stoves. don't dare take my gas stove. they want to ban your refrigerator. they want to ban your air conditioner. they want you to change a washing machine, your light bulbs, your guns. by the way, they want to take away my jewel over my dead body at any attempt to regain our energy independence. anyway, all the name and joe's words, the real threat to the us climate change, anyway. here with reaction, former energy secretary rick perry is with us . >> governor , how are you living? the dream of rather living the dream because you're out of government. >> that's why you're living the dream and you're not driving an electric vehicle. i'm guessing most people can't afford this governor . >> and listen, in 2008, i told some folks when bail out the big motor companies, you're headed towards nationalizing the automobile
11:19 pm
industry and you it's taken a lot of years and people might not put these all together. but let me tell you, washington, d.c., telling you how to live your life, telling you what kind of car you ought to drive, whether you can use this type of lightbulb or whether you can use a gas stove. there's got to be a point in time for people to stand up and say is william buckley said , stand athwart history and yell, no, we had it with . and i think we're we're at that point, the idea that they're trying to force electric vehicles and listen, if people want to buy electric vehicles, that's fine. we're going to build some of them in the state of texas, which is great and good. but the fact is , it ought to be the consumers decision not forced upon them by government. >> listen, i have a buddy that has a tesla. he swears he loves it. he's happy. i've not driven it. maybe one day i'll take it out for a spin and see if i like it. but that's not the point. it's about freedom and freedom of opportunity. when you were energy secretary, you brought this country along
11:20 pm
with the president back to energy independence. the first time. seventy five years we were a net exporter of energy. now joe biden has abandoned those policies. now we're importing from from the likes of venezuela. and now we have saudi arabia aligned with china. and as soon as that alliance is made and aligned with iran, as soon as that alliance is made, they cut back by one point three million barrels of oil. in terms of production a day, do you think those orders came from china? >> because i suspect they might have. well, we tell the europeans from 2017 through 2020 one through 2020 that if you don't allow for american natural gas to be light in there and if you have to depend upon the russians at some point in time, they will use energy as a weapon. and we're seeing that today. and i my bet is that most of
11:21 pm
those europeans wish they had listened to us, wish that donald trump was the president of the united states . today, because they wouldn't be facing the horrendous effects of russia, not only going in, but also putting the world in jeopardy because america, who was energy independent and supplying our allies across the world with substantial, economical, clean burning american natural gas. and that's an extraordinary story. and one that we could get back to . and you talked about the rare earth minerals. we've got plenty of rare earth minerals right here in the united states that we can mined and mined environmentally safely. but this administration hates fossil fuels. they hate the mining industry. and i might add , it appears they hate the nuclear energy as well, because small modular reactors, if you want to have a transition sometime, in the future and then it's not going to happen anytime soon.
11:22 pm
but if you want to transition in our fossil fuels, do, in fact deplete, it's going to be nuclear power in those small modular zero emission, economical walk away safe reactors and this administration hates nuclear. i mean, help me find something that they do like other than telling you how to live your life. well, they like teaching crt and transgender issues to kids. they like that governor , in all seriousness, we could be an energy rich nation. we could be an energy dominant nation. it would make america rich . it would create great high paying career jobs. it would also be great for national security. it'd be great for our allies. and they're too stupid to follow. rick ? governor , good to see you. thank you. when we come back , donald trump back in new york today to meet with yet another law enforcement official that campaigned on taking him down. our legal expert, pam bondi, alan dershowitz, in studio right here next. >> what's this?
