love. you can ignore the noise because the people around you are way more important than the news media. that's what we've learned. we'll see you tomorrow night, the show that's the sworn enemy of lying, pomposity, smugness and groupthink, and with that we are honored to introduce our friend sean hannity who takes over. >> sean: wait a minute. so you're saying it's better to have time with the people you love, your friends, your family, and not the noise in the political world? really? >> tucker: i'm saying it's better than twitter, i'm just throwing that out there. [laughter]. >> sean: tucker thank you and welcome to hannity. what a night we have. coming up biden's far left war on women's sports. it is now ramping up big time. let me put it this way. title nine is officially in jeopardy as you have woke bureaucrats led by biden trying to cater to the trans community's pressure to allow biological men to play women's sports. we'll get to that. former kentucky swimmer reilly gaines will be here to respond to democrats that are trying so hard to erase female athletes.
6:01 pm
later more shocking video from the breakdown of law and order in america's major cities, it's happening everywhere, every place, every day. take a look. >> sean: as mr. rogers used to say just a regular day in the neighborhood. not really. this has to end. you're not going to believe how bad these far left hell holes have become. it is getting worse every day and we'll have more in a moment but first for many today represents one of the worst days of the year. it is the official deadline today, because the 15th fell on a weekend, to file your taxes. this year, you, the american people, you have already forked over more money to the federal government than ever before in history. now, even if you reside in a deep blue city and a deep blue state, the vast majority of your tax dollars being sent to the washington sewer and swamp, the average american household is

6:05 pm
oh, remember those cages for kids at the height of the covid pandemic? those are joe biden's cages. now, we all know that biden's border czar kamala harris was never going to lift a finger. so it really was up to secretary mayorkas to fix this dire situation but he has utterly failed and tries to blame the trump administration when we had very little illegal immigration. why? he enforced the laws of the country he didn't break it like mayorkas and joe biden are doing. he didn't reward the law breaking. you have a career lawyer and bureaucrat in mayorkas who has no idea what he's doing and frankly he should be embarrassed to even show his face in public. he has no business in this position. he's not keeping our country safe and secure. how many people have we already caught on the terror watch list? but even more importantly, how many people on that list have gotten through and come into our country to create terror cells right here in america? these people have no shame. and, sadly, it's not just the

border. it's not just mayorkas. get this. you're going to love this. here's biden's alcohol tobacco and by arm director making a complete idiot and fool of himself on capitol hill today unable to say what an assault rifle is because the alcohol tobacco and firearm director says i'm no expert in firearms. then why do you have this job. >> in 15 seconds would you define an assault weapon for me? >> i will adjust interrupt you. >> i will a go shorter than that because honestly, i do think that's -- if congress was to take that up i think congress would have to do the work but we would be there to provide technical assistance. i unlike you am not a firearms expert to the same extent you may be but we have people at atf who can talk about velocity of firearms, what damage different kinds of firearms cause so that whatever determination you chose to make would be an informed one. >> sean: we want to ban assault

6:08 pm
that i have as secretary of education make sure -- >> my question is not secondary it's very simple. what does hhs says the definition of a woman is? >> i lead the department of education and my job is to make sure that all students have access to public education, which includes co-curricular activity. >> sean: let's pause for a second, shall we? did you ever think this would be a real news story in the united states of america? did you ever think that? ideology always taking precedent in the biden administration? woke wins the day every day? now, here's another example. you thought i was done. i'm not done yet. secretary of state, winking tony blinken in japan today a few miles away north korea has been launching icbms right at japan for month after month after month. china is conducting hostile military drills in the pacific, the south china sea, the taiwan straits threatening to invade our us ally taiwan.
6:09 pm
and yet tony winking blinken was more focused on japan's green energy. take a look. >> this is a tremendously exciting day to have one of the most major embassies that we have anywhere in the world make this green transition really sets the example and sets the stage to do even more across the entire state department enterprise and as the ambassador said we're fulfilling an executive order by the president, but the fact that it's happening here in japan, tokyo, is very, very meaningful. >> sean: that guy a couple of weeks ago admitted they did abandon our fellow americans in afghanistan, 175 that he knows of, and that some of them are being held hostage. they are all completely out of their realm. they have no business being in charge of anything within our government. is anybody out there, any of you watching tonight, are you missing the guy that sent out mean tweets? especially taking on china that's trying to take over the

permit or a visa, that's taking longer than ever before. and somewhere tonight, as biden is fast asleep, he can't stay up and watch our show, kamala's cackling away and, you know, laughing and giggling as she always does, and mayorkas raging and blaming trump for the dog biting and the bee stinging. there's a little boy or girl being trafficked at the exact same time, being abused at our southern border by mexican cartels. no one in the white house seems to give a dam, and that should tell you everything you need to know about the people in charge. they're letting this happen. all of this is preventible. here with reaction fox news contributor charlie hurt former senior advisor to president trump stephen miller, outkick host tomi lahren. tomi i'll start with you and give you the choice of which one you want to respond to. i never would think i would have to ask a guest on this program to define a woman.
6:12 pm
maybe i'll pass on that and give that to stephen miller because he's the lucky winner. but maybe you can describe what an assault weapon is or their definition because clearly the head of ntf has no clue. >> you're right these people rend hired for that i expert tease but it stuns me how many liberals think ar15 stands for assault with won rifle. this person has even less knowledge than that. so where do we start? there's so many crisis biology up. joe was either in bed at a castle or licking an ice cream cone telling us to lick the board. i would like to talk about the border because i was there during the trump administration. the zero tolerance policy with child separation, it worked. that's why we saw record lows in border crossing during the trump administration because he did something. and now these people, who claim to care about migrants, as they
6:13 pm
call them, are asleep at the wheel because they see these people as pawns and future voters. they don't care about their well-being. i don't see aoc down there hugging a fence or hugging one of obama's cages as she did for the photoon op during the romp romp. it shows you how disengine with us from the border to gun control to the position on the world stage. they care about none of it. none of it. but climate change and rainbows. that's it. >> sean: i don't know what to say to that. stephen miller, i'll tell you what, i'm going to be a gracious host tonight and let you choose, you want to talk about how to define a woman? do you want to define what an assault weapon is? do you want to comment on the open borders and sex trafficking that is very real, over six million people illegally entering the country with biden and mayorkas. by the way they are aiding and abetting in that effort. or maybe you want to talk about winking tony blinken and how
6:14 pm
he's lecturing people in japan about green energy and north korea and china are creating nothing but a terror zone there. >> well, let's see if i can hit them all real quick sean. the national humiliation under joe biden never ends. we have an education secretary who doesn't know what a woman is. a homeland security secretary who doesn't know what a border is. and we have a secretary of state who doesn't know what national security is and we have an atf director who doesn't know what an assault weapon is, the very thing he's trying to ban. all common sense americans know what all of these things are. they know a border is a place, if you cross, they know that a semiautomatic rifle is a major prime weapon of self-defense in this country. they know that a woman is an adult human female that can get pregnant, that can give birth. and they know that national security is about having a strong military to protect this country not forcing a loser green agenda on foreign countries when we should be
6:15 pm
protecting this country by drilling here and drilling now as donald trump did, who brought our energy prices to record lows and our national security stronger than it had ever been before. >> sean: okay, so they can't define what an assault weapon is or what a woman is. they're not dealing with china and japan and the real threats that exist in the world today, charlie hurt. they're not dealing with the problem at the border, over six million illegal immigrants. and my question is, with joe biden, this checked out, i now see an alliance, i call it the new action is of evil, iran, russia, china. and now they brought in the saudis the egyptians, the uae. things i didn't see happening in our lifetime. and now the iranians and the saudis are aligned. soon our saudis will be aligned with syria. we are watching the reconfiguration of the world happen right before our eyes and joe biden is looking at castles in ireland.
6:16 pm
>> yeah. that's exactly what happens when the leader of the free world falls asleep and cedes all of american power and independence to tie rants around the world. this comes as no surprise. what's amazing, as you go through each of these buffoons in front of congress, what i think is most interesting about that is that every single one of them perfectly accurately reflects who joe biden is. you think joe biden could define for you what a woman is, what an assault rifle is? what the border is? he doesn't understand any of these things or purposely sticks his head in the sand because politically he believes it's better to weaponize all of this stuff. but the testimony that mayorkas gave today in the senate, you know, it's just further proof -- and i guess we've already had it, but it's further proof that
6:17 pm
these people will lie about absolutely anything. they will say absolutely anything in order to weaponize the catastrophes that they have created, and to try to weaponize them into some sort of political cudgle to win the next election. and honestly because these affect people voters in very real ways, democrats and republicans, i pray people wake up and the people who supported joe biden two years ago realize that this guy's going to destroy america. i mean, even if he has two more years he might destroy the country. >> sean: yeah. tomi, everything seems to be rooted in this green new deal, radical socialist agenda, this climate alarmist religious cult as i call it. the sad part because joe biden abandoned energy independence

6:19 pm
their green new jobs because we keep hearing about all these plentiful job opportunities and green energy but the people if my home state and the hard working americans out there that relied on those well-paying jobs in fossil fuels they have been left out to dry. same thing with the people in east palestine ohio the poor white trump supporters, the administration does not care about them. they learned they can weaponize this climate change conversation and it really really inspires young people to go out and vote when they're not on tik tok. that's why they continue to drive this home. because there's not really a solution to it. they just can talk about green energy and it makes they will feel like they've done something which is really the democrat agenda in a nutshell virtue signaling making people feel like they've done something and in reality they've done nothing but make everything worse. >> sean: you know, stephen miller the border problem preventible. the energy dependence probable preventible. a belief in our second amendment rights and punishing criminals that get ahold of weapons illegally like hunter biden lying on let's say a gun

application, would probably go a long way to preventing criminals from getting guns. now we have to define women and meanwhile the world is watching china aggressively create new alliances that, well, these are countries that used to like us. but they don't trust biden as president, do they? >> no. woke ideology is an ideology of national suicide. whether it's shutting down american energy to pray to the god of green energy or whether it's letting criminals who carry weapons free, go free, in our major cities like new york city again and again and again while trying to disarm law abiden citizens, or not having a border at all. and i give great credit to josh hawley today for pulverizing secretary mayorkas who along with joe biden has provided over an epidemic of modern day slavery for which they are solely and personally responsible and will be in ever lasting and eternal shame.
