11:01 pm
we're glad you're here tonight. we are tracking multiple breaking stories, including bombshell new allegations from a former irs whistleblower about your president, joe biden ,hunter biden and at least one high ranking biden official . you will love this breaking news tonight. also, new information about the biden family syndicate you did not know about, along with an explosive exchange between congresswoman marjorie taylor greene and eric swalwell . that's all coming up. oh, and don lemon's latest public meltdown. and i'm saying don't fire don lemon because nobody will get lower ratings. >> keep them right where he is . all right. but first, a we start with this bit of news. i think you'll all like it. a big, huge loss in court today for manhattan d.a. alvin bragg, a huge win for the rule of law . and tonight, a court, a federal judge denied bragg's request to stop the house judiciary committee from issuing a subpoena to want to swarm of
11:02 pm
prosecutors. that guy that wrote the book, mark pomerance, now, barring any appeals, won't pomerance will be compelled to testify before congress and for good reason, particularly seem to like donald trump. and he recently worked under de bragg. now, get this. you may not know this. he was working for free because obviously he had an agenda. people should not be working for free to collect the paycheck while working on the case against donald trump. now, that should not be allowed legally in any way, shape or form. he later wrote this book about his desire to see donald trump behind bars. but don't let your heart be troubled. bragg swears that political bias has absolutely nothing to do with these, quote, pun intended, trumped up charges. we're going to get to my full monologue in mere moments, but let's give a warm welcome to our legal analyst joining us from outnumber, their co-host, emily companion. >> and author of the soon to be
11:03 pm
best sellers trial of the century fox news legal analyst jeffrey emily. >> crystal, why should anybody be able to work for free d.a.'s office knowing that they're there for one reason to go after one man, one organization and one family? that's absolutely right. and i love what happened today, sean. the judge just took bragg to school. she said you admitted you use federal funds. so absolutely, congress can investigate whether those funds were used appropriately. she said congress, yes, has broad and indispensable powers to investigate whether they are going to propose new legislation. and she said , what are you doing? trying to claim privilege now about a book that pomerance already published, that you had no problems with when he published it. and she said , finally, you know, you are engaging in exactly the kind of political theater you claim to fear. so, yes, we will see pomerance tomorrow at 10:00. >> and yes, we will deny your motion. >> i agree on all sides. let's get right. garrett involved. greg, what do you. well, as i predicted in
11:04 pm
two columns in on your air, this was doomed to fail. it was a desperate bid by alvin bragg to cover up and conceal his own wrongdoing by bringing an indictment against trump that is unsupported by the law, contradicted by the facts and politically driven. >> and the judge saw right through it, she said , are you kidding me? >> there are several federal matters that justify a congressional investigation. >> you used federal funds to investigate trump. >> the net effect of your indictment interferes in an upcoming federal election. >> but it was always so stupid and ludicrous for that guy on the screen, alvin bragg, to say, oh, if you make pomerance my assistant testify, he'll have to disclose highly sensitive, secret, confidential information. well, i mean, that's so laughable because he already did that in a three hundred page book that was little more than a personal
11:05 pm
and venomous screed against donald trump and disclose openly admitting that they brought the case for political reasons. they hated trump personally and they despised his policies. and the judge actually went so far as to say today that pomerance has placed himself in criminal liability. so to morrow, is he going to take the fifth? >> is he going to claim some privilege that has already been waived by his book? >> stay tuned for that. is there any other penalty or any other remedy? you know, and i go back to this point, emily answered this question. i do not believe you can have people volunteer to investigate one person, one organization, one family. there's something corrupt about that practice that seems to need to come to an end. greg jaret. yes. and there's a lot more . i'm reminded of nifong, the district attorney in north
11:06 pm
carolina brought the phony case against the duke lacrosse players by conspiring to withhold, exculpate hawary evidence showing the defendants were innocent. you've got a key witness who testified before the grand jury that alvin bragg did that and nifong ended up disgraced, disbarred and briefly behind bars held in criminal contempt of court. in my judgment, not only should bragg face disbarred proceedings, but the judge should seriously consider a nifong like criminal contempt charge against him. >> the judge said a valid point ,a valid legislative purpose as it relates to bragg showing up because using federal funds . now, the issue is , can the republican congress fund any money going to the manhattan d.a.? would they be able to isolate that money? >> well, they absolutely could, because the power of the purse
11:07 pm
is solely within congress. i fear that as of now, they can't claw back any funds that have already been distributed, but they can certainly, which is what they're doing, investigating improper use of it. and that is what they're doing in part. exactly. here. in addition to , again, proposing potential future litigation. so this doesn't happen again. but look for there to be pressure from all sides to greg's not only from congress power of the purse, but also the criminal liability for that. and this pressure coming from the state courts to say we don't want this d.a. here. and this is why he is a blatant perversion of justice, frankly. and as a new yorker that lives here now, seeing that my tax dollars. >> i'm so sorry to hear that. yeah, i'm sorry to see the waste of my tax dollars. i'm heartened by today's hearing that at least on the federal side, they're looking to be appropriate stewards of such. >> these are the only normal people in new york . hi, neal. thank you. thank you. all right. now we go to a fox news alert. this is breaking tonight. >> a government whistleblower
11:08 pm
has shocking allegations about joe biden, your president now chuck todd, fake jake tapper, rachel maddow, they're all huge conspiracy theorists, liars, especially on the phony trump hoax that never happened. so let me repeat this very slowly so even they can understand there is a new government whistleblower that has really serious allegations against joe biden, your president. remember, you all love a hearsay whistleblower. remember in the case, ukraine against donald trump, who was only asking president zelenskyy to please be responsible with taxpayer dollars. all right. all of the so-called journalists, there are none at my dnc and all the so-called journalists. there are none at fake news. cnn, you know, they revere government whistleblowers or so they said. at least they did three years ago. and yet somehow i think they're going to find a way to totally ignore this one . now, just the news.com broke this story.
11:09 pm
fox news.com has hit the wall street journal has it. a senior irs supervisor is now seeking official whistleblower protection. i'm sure these other networks will join me in saying that is the right thing to do now since 2020 this supervisor has been overseeing the ongoing and sensitive investigation of a high profile controversial subject. his name, zero experience hunter biden. now, remember, hunter is under federal investigation for money laundering, tax evasion, but according to the whistleblower ,hunter is receiving, quote, preferential treatment thanks to the big guy. that would be his dad, the guy that takes half his income pops . the unnamed irs supervisor is claiming to have evidence showing, quote, politics and properly infecting decisions and protocols that would normally be followed by career law enforcement professionals. in any similar circumstance if the subject were not politically connected. now, this evidence also
11:10 pm
purportedly contradicts sworn testimony from a senior biden official. in other words, hunter, now we can see we've talked about this a lot. hunter is above the law right? the administration has been lying to your face. i never once talked to a hunter about his foreign business dealings. that was a big lie. but it also proves and this should scare every american. i don't care if you're a liberal, conservative, democrat or republican . we need equal justice under the law, equal application of all laws. and sadly, i will report tonight equal justice and application of our laws is dead in the united states of america. listen to john solomon's interview with the attorney that is representing this really important whistleblower. >> take a look. he's been working diligently on a high profile case, and i can't even what case that is and for others to put together. >> but he was concerned that that things that he would
11:11 pm
attend meetings in this investigation and he was concerned about some statements by senior political appointees from the department of justice that contradicted what he knew to be the facts of the case. >> so don't make a mistake here. if hunter, was anybody in this crowd, any of you watching at home or, god forbid, one of the trump children, they'd probably be in jail right now or at least charged with a crime. but because his last name is biden, hunter pretty much does whatever he wants. he can skip out on paying taxes. he can lie on a gun application. he can we have evidence of him smoking crack cocaine in public and pay for any time he wants. there are no consett offenses at the last name is biden. now, this story really isn't about hunter. it's about his father, pops joe , the big guy, the sleazy, corrupt, pathetic excuse that is your president right now
11:12 pm
and the bureaucrats who have now turned our system of justice into a political charade by weaponizes the doj, because the fbi has been politicized. if you are a democrat, if your last name is biden, if your last name is clinton, the law simply don't apply to you. but if you are a republican and you have the last name trump, you better cross every t and dot every i because we are now currently in this country every single day with unequal justice. under the law, we are shredding our precious constitution. we're destroying this great democratic republic. >> with democrats in charge, it will only get worse. here with the full report, editor in chief of just the news.com, john solomon, john , thank you. >> and welcome back to the program. good to be with you. all right. we've been through a lot of investigations. you were part of our unsolved small ensemble cast. we got the russia collusion hoax. right. the rest of the mob in the media got it wrong. okay, tell us about this whistleblower.
11:13 pm
>> when will we hear from them and what do they know? so this i began working on this in december and for the last four months we've put together all the different pieces. so this is a senior criminal investigation agent. he supervises other agents. he supervising the team assigned to the delaware u.s. attorney to investigate hunter biden in last fall, he came to learn that two appointees of joe biden, two u.s. attorneys in two different cities, declined to bring criminal charges that were recommended by the investigators, by the us attorney, weiss, and green lighted by the tax division inside the justice department. so everyone's on board except the two political appointees. and their unwillingness to bring these charges have brought the case to a standstill. in the course of that conversations, he learned that the u.s. attorney in delaware had told his team, hey, i'm getting blocked and i've gone to the justice department. it has to be upgraded to be a special counsel. and i was told no. he then watched as attorney
11:14 pm
general merrick garland testified before senator grassley, a few weeks ago and said, senator , u.s. attorney , delaware has the authority he can do anything. there's no political interference. the whistleblower knew that that was a false statement and he went to the treasury inspector general, then to the justice department inspector general. and today, his lawyer, mark leidel, who you just played some comments from from my interview, sent a letter to congress saying he's prepared to give what he gave to the inspector general to congress. this man doesn't just have eyewitness accounts. he has emails, government memos, summary memos. he has all the receipts chronicling what has gone on and his own lawyer calls political interference and preferential treatment in the hunter biden case. >> solomon, correct me if i'm wrong. i thought democrats loved whistleblowers. >> do they not love them anymore? well, they have. they've fallen out of favor in this day and age. we'll find out very quickly. what's really interesting about this whistleblower is he doesn't want to just hang out
11:15 pm
with republicans. he wants to face the music. he wants to look democrats and republicans and independents in the eye. so he sent this letter to the democratic side. he sent it to the republicans. he's not afraid to confront the atom shifts in the eric swalwell and all the jokesters who gave us all the bogus stories of the last four years . he's the reason he's so confident. he has the receipts. he has contemporaneous documents. it's not going to be in doubt what he provides to congress because he's already provided the ig, the justice ig has a very extensive investigation going on right now. >> let me ask you, john , this is really important information. now, you reported earlier in the week that congress had testimony that the biden campaign was behind that letter. >> now, everybody may remember fifty one former intel people saying before the twenty twenty presidential election that, oh, no, it had all the earmarks of being russian disinformed. >> all right. so you you put out this week that congress had the testimony that the biden campaign was
11:16 pm
behind that letter information that the fifty one intel officials calling the laptop disinformation. okay, here's my question. do you know who in the biden administration is responsible because you didn't say that part? >> yes, i've been working on it since the last time i reported . by the way, that information came from jim jordan on the record. no doubt about it. he was very clear . we have learned in the last twenty four hours that secretary of state anthony blinken was the person who called mike morell and encourage mike morell, the former deputy cia director , one of the organizers of letters, one of the signatories of the letters and said, i need you to get this done. that information is likely to become public in the next week. when some information is transmitted to other bodies. i want to be clear . so wink in. tony blinken, you are telling you are telling this audience this is important. you are telling them that he was given the job to get former intel officials to sign a letter saying that the hunter
11:17 pm
biden laptop was likely disinformation when none of them had any information independent information that would have corroborated that is that we are saying that this was a political operation led by one of joe biden's closest allies that eventually become secretary of state. any chance of a quid pro quo on top of that? so. well, listen, at the time, this is going to go back and look at the articles. it is floated at that time that mike morell was on the short list to be cia director . he's organizing this letter in the context of those discussions. he ultimately gets bumped from that list. but what i'm saying, i'll be very specific, as jim jordan used the word political , this was a political operation, an intelligence operation. what mike morell testimony is , according to u.s. intelligence officials who briefed me on it in the last 24 hours, is that anthony blinken called him and got him involved in getting this letter out there. and then a second person, nick shapiro, former assistant to john brennan, the former cia
11:18 pm
director , he was involved in distributing it to the media. so these testimonies are going to become public. we're going to see them are going to be able to watch what nick shapiro and mike morell told the committees. but u.s. intelligence officials today who are briefed on this matter know what mike morell told the committee confirmed to me today that he identified anthony blinken as one of the people who instigated and got him involved in this. and i'm going to add one thing to this. i want to know what joe biden knew and when he knew it. >> john solomon, great job. great reporting to right out of the fireworks on capitol hill today. where marjorie pellegrini humiliated fang fang to ex-boyfriend little eric swalwell during a hearing. >> take a look at this. mr. secretary, do you believe that all of us have a responsibility to elevate our rhetoric and to denounce anti-semitism and antipolice rhetoric in this country so that jewish americans and police officers can be safer? congressman, i do thank you. and i yield back the gentleman yields and now i recognize the gentle lady from georgia,
11:19 pm
miss green . >> that was quite entertaining from someone that had a relationship with a chinese by and everyone knows it, but they moved to take her words down. >> the gentleman will state the words that he wishes taken down everything that the gentle lady from georgia said . no, you need to be more specific accusations of an affair with a chinese spy. those are engaging in personalities. and they said those words should be taken down and the gentle lady should not be able to speak anymore. in this hearing, the chair recognizes the gentle lady from georgia and asks if she would like to retract those words. >> no, i will not. now, of for a little . eric swalwell is not the only democrat who benefited from china here with the very latest revelations. and he is making a ton of
11:20 pm
progress. his investigation into the biden family syndicate. he is the chairman of the very powerful, important house oversight government reform committee. >> and that would be james comey. welcome to the on . i'm going to give you the ball and let you run with it. we now have nine biden family members, six additional members now. so nine in total that we know benefited financially from the deals that hunter biden was involved. hunter biden implicates his own father in complains that he has to give half his income to perhaps he complains about paying for repairs. we know he was referred to as the big guy. so my question to you is this. now that we have all the biden family members implicated, now that you now have been able to follow the money and the suspicious activity reports, tell us where we are in this investigation. and what is it what where are we now headed? because what you said to me
11:21 pm
on radio this week was devastating for the biden. >> yeah, john , as you know, we went in to the treasury, assuming that there were four or five biden family members involved in this biden family. influence peddling scheme. we assume there were about a dozen banks. we assume there were a certain number of suspicious activity reports. what we quickly learned from going through the thousands of pages of bank violations that were this family was involved in. there are nine biden family members and counting on there at least two others that i would bet money on . will be implicated before long. there are many more banks that were involved. there were many more llc that were involved this was a family enterprise, but the llc, sean, they don't appear to be legitimate businesses. their sole purpose, from what my analysis is , as far as they were just used to try to disguise or launder however
11:22 pm
you want to describe it, where the source of the revenue was and the source was, you know, places like the chinese communist party places it, countries that honestly have worshiped since then, then china. and they went to great lengths to try to hide the fact that this money was coming in to the bidens. bye bye. transferring it to many accounts the banks picked up on this. that's why they filed bank violations and then they went directly to biden family members, personal accounts. it wasn't for seed capital like the biden lawyers are trying to claim. and when they talk about legitimate businesses, sean, i have yet to find a legitimate business. i found a lot of llc we continue to find more . but, you know, sean, you and i can form an llc and call it hannity and colmer energy. that doesn't mean we're in the energy business. we just have an llc with the word energy in it. and we haven't found any legitimate business. by the way, hunter biden
11:23 pm
himself went on "gma" and he was asked, do you have any experience in oil, gas, coal, energy? >> nope, nope, nope, nope. you have any experience with ukraine? no. why do you think they pay you all this money? >> i don't know. and they go and then the interviewer says, maybe because your daddy was the vp in charge of ukraine policy. and he goes, probably. so the question is here we're talking about some of our biggest geopolitical foes. we're talking about russia, talking about china. and you said over a dozen countries and how much money we know how much money in business the biden family did with hostile regimes and how much money they put in their pocket at the end of the day. and my last question is part of a long question is , do you believe the president of the united states is compromised by these countries? that we know hate our guts? >> i'll answer the second question. >> i don't see how joe biden could not be compromised. i mean, this these family members aren't energy experts.
11:24 pm
>> they weren't on boards, at least with briskman. hunter actually sat on a board . there are no other boards that we can find that these family members said and certainly not the grandchildren and the nieces and nephews and the in-laws and things like that. so what were they doing? why were they getting this much money at all points back to joe biden. and we're going to continue until we get the truth to the american people. but i can say this shot the walls are closing in on the biden family. carville, appreciate you being with us. thank you. coming up, we're going to get to the bottom of the endless covid lies. senator marco rubio introducing a bill to hold the cdc accountable. >> he will explain when we come back . straight ahead, thanks to your this friday jimgriffin security position from writer

11:29 pm
fast. small business loan go to on deck .com and if approved, get your funds as soon as the same day your loan is on deck. >> tonight, new details about that infamous lab in wuhan tasked with studying gain of function research in coronaviruses before the pandemic. now, this is amazing. judicial watch. i have the paper right here in front of me. i put it on "hannity" .com. you can read it yourself. center it for the audience at home. >> now, they released a trove of documents related to an organization named the ico health alliance. you've heard me talk about this before. it details its role in funding the research with the help of, of course, the guy running the nih. that would be your friend, dr. anthony fauci, and our very own federal government. now, according to one document, a specific aim of the research, i'm not a scientist. i'll let you interpret it.
11:30 pm
the specific aim was, quote, testing predictions of virus interspecies transmission. hmm, very interesting. they mentioned the word human as well. i'll get to that. and it said , quote, creating mutant viruses to identify how significantly each would need to evolve to enter human cells. what could possibly go wrong with this science right now? >> of course, we all know what went wrong. now, we did reach out to the eco health alliance for comment. they denied the judicial watch report and told us that they did not support afunction research in bujon and that the research that did not happen there could not possibly have started to covid really anyone here believe that? >> joining us now with all florida senator marco rubio is now legislation to hold the government accountable for its role in this disaster. senator , i have the what the what the people, the ico, how the lines put out.
11:31 pm
they say they didn't support gain of function research. okay, i'm not a scientist, but i will say this. why, in fact, did the nih get a penny, a single cent from for a human virology lab in china? our number one geopolitical foe ? number two , it sounds like they're playing with fire. when you read the actual document and the the drop by judicial watch and three, you know, i believe that we were lied to from the very beginning that anthony fauci, the people were telling us that this was a wet market issue and virology lab issue were lying to us. what do you say? >> well, we're actually going to have more information. we're finishing putting the finishing touches on it to build on the report that was released yesterday. was actually even more evidence of the fact that something was going on in china and we're going to put this out there. we've got to get it cleared that put it out that something is going on . china, well, before it was even
11:32 pm
acknowledged that there was there, that there was anything going on . and i think it adds credence to this whole lab leak theory. and it's not just a wuhan institute of virology. remember, there's a second place there called the wolfhound institute. health, and which is also involved in this. this is a place that's had repeated accidents in the past. and so i think there's every reason to suspect that these two labs working on this kind of stuff also happen to be in a city where it began and have had accidents in the past. i think the likelihood that i agree with the fbi on this one , i agree with the department of energy on this one . the likeliest outcome here is that this was a lab accident covered up by the chinese that, of course, have destroyed the world. and i don't want to make one other point, because i think you talk about the experts in general. you were talking earlier with john solomon about these intellects. these are former intelligence officials because we have these industries now, a former officials, particularly in intelligence, but also on health, who after they leave government service, go out there and offer up these opinions and rally together for political causes. sometimes they're paid to do it, sometimes are doing to help a candidate, and they are undermining confidence. and all of our government institutions, we saw that
11:33 pm
on health care with covid. we've seen it with intelligence, with some of the political activities that happen in 2020. senator , let me read to you, because we're talking about american tax dollars here in their initial application for federal assistance, the eco alliance put out there that they wanted to propose to examine the transmission dynamics of that coronaviruses across the human wildlife interface and how this process is affected by corvids. or coronaviruses, evolutionary potential and how it might force its evolution and quote, we will assess the nature and the frequency of contact among animals and people in two critical human animal interfaces. now, it sounds to me like they're playing with fire here . and again, we're talking about american tax, millions of them going with anthony pouches approval.
11:34 pm
he's running the nih through this eco alliance group. they say they're not involved in gain of function. but that sounds to me like they are playing a very, very dangerous game. and we now know the result of that game, don't we? yeah. so they can call it whatever they want. they can deny it's gain of function. here's what that means. in english, which you just read . it means this. it means these are people that are saying we wonder what would happen if this virus mutates into something that's infectious in humans. and they would argue we need that, because if we can predict how it's going to mutate, we can actually create a vaccine ahead of time. so to do that, you have to mess with the virus. but what happens if someone is messing with it, messes up and gets infected by it and they go home and they give it to a bunch of people and it spreads like wildfire? wait a minute. isn't a lot like what happened in one senator? didn't anthony fauci say at the time and didn't know? government officials say at the time that it most likely came from a wet market where they sold bats and other exotic animals. yeah, but here's the thing. and sars and murres and all these other outbreaks, they've been able to produce the animal within three , four or five months.
11:35 pm
they've been able to say, here's the animal. here's the infection we tracked down to date. to this moment, they have yet to come forward and say, here's an animal infected with this exact virus. they've not done that. this is the first time. and all these other zoonotic infections, this is the one where they can't do it. and so you add that up with all these other things and you start to conclude that, in fact, this probably was a lab leak accident. someone got infected. it now has spread across the world and at the talton communist government in china doesn't want the world to know about it. and the american taxpayer, at least part of the bill, that is some of our scientific community have actually gone along with not getting out there because frankly, they agree with this sort of research. they think it's a risk that we have to take 2024 . anthony fauci said that he supported a gain of function research, even resulted in a worldwide pandemic that tells and this was 2013, the first initial application by health alliance, according to time. >> then he was ahead of his time. he predicted the future right there by june. >> all right, senator rubio, please show us all a favor,
11:36 pm
the country a favor. >> please get to the bottom of this. we appreciate next week. all right. straight ahead, joe biden's economic policies are wreaking havoc on you, the american people that did not stop him from trying to actually tout his economy in a well, joe biden typical blunder filled speech earlier today. >> we've got the lowlights, larry kudlow right in studio straight ahead. this is how it feels to do more with less asthma. thanks to do picks, do picks, and just not for sudden breathing problems. it's an add on treatment for specific types of moderate to severe asthma. and can help improve lung function for better breathing. in as little as two weeks. do picks and helps prevent asthma attacks and can even reduce or eliminate oral steroids. imagine that.

11:41 pm
during a big speech in maryland today. he actually got on a plane. he went really far , maryland . and by the way, it did not go well. >> what a shock. he always does so well when he speaks. take a look. >> four hundred billion dollars . four hundred billion dollars. not just because i grew up with you all, because it's true when i speak to the business roundtable and the muckety marks are good. >> a lot a lot of decent people, the very all the business enterprises, they look at me like, hey, guys, don't jump. okay, well, growing up, i didn't see a whole lot trickle down on our three bedroom house with four kids in my dad's kitchen table. have that happen? i'm pleased. i mean, deadly earnest. you have to be a rocket scientist to figure this out. how did that happen? okay, well, guess what, you're now you're now paying thirty five bucks instead of five hundred bucks a month for that and so on . >> god love you 80%.
11:42 pm
anyone down on top of that brilliant plan. biden also wants to hike fees on your mortgages for homebuyers with good credit scores in order to give discounts to people with bad credit scores. okay, sounds like a housing crisis in the making. and by the way, in the green new deal paradise of california . now, utility customers, they're going to start paying the amount of their bill based on their income, not usage. the more you make, the more you pay, the less you make, the less you pay. >> here with more is the number one host, along with stuart varney on the fox business network. >> larry kudlow. all right. so 70% of americans can't stand the what the situation with the economy. >> we have nearly two thirds of
11:43 pm
the country living paycheck to paycheck. we now have 25% of the country. they can't put food on their table and they need assistance for that. that's a lot of people on top of it. he's raised taxes on oil, gas, coal, pensions and corporations that put those taxes on to we the people. the consumers are. i don't see how we ever get out of this, larry, because he's not changing anything. >> but he's not going to get us out of it. >> i mean, grown ups have to come and get us out of that. he's but i just want to say today you had this great contrast. >> kevin mccarthy, who is one of the best politicians in the country, gave a very good talk on the floor of the house with a good plan to raise the debt ceiling and most importantly, to cut the budget in order to curb inflation and promote growth and help middle income families. now, he put that out there. biden comes in with this marilyn speech, unserious,
11:44 pm
whining, complaining all this stale maga stuff that nobody even knows what he's talking about and has no meeting and then starts launching into class warfare about tax cuts, which, by the way, the trump tax cuts were enormously successful for middle income people. >> it was, look, this is this is going to this debt ceiling stuff is going to be a front page story. >> we're running short of revenues. the day is coming when the treasury department cannot stop borrowing anymore. so joe biden has gone now. >> what did you say? seventy six . they will not talk about. he will not talk to . i mean, they should have a cup of coffee, a diet coke, go to a drive in movie, do something for christ's. >> he won't do it. so it's utterly irresponsible. and they just want to say, carthy speech, just hang on one second. >> mccarthy speech. right. so put's caps on spending,
11:45 pm
which is so important. okay, opens the spigots for fossil fuels, puts work requirements back on to social benefit programs. stops the student loan forgiveness plan and basically says no more bureaucratic regulations without a congressional vote . these are constructive, positive, pro-growth things. >> and biden refused to answer any of them. he had an unserious speech. he is not a real president right now. he is losing badly in the polls . okay, so i'm going to add the political component and give you the last 30 seconds. >> and the political component is simple. all two hundred and twenty two republicans need to get behind that plan and they need to not budge. if joe biden won't meet with them, won't compromise, won't adapt, won't adjust, and they're going to tell us . but the full faith and credit of the u.s. government is in jeopardy. well, joe biden should have met with kevin mccarthy for
11:46 pm
seventy five straight days. >> of course he should have. by the way, they'll get their 218 votes. you know, this whole thing you mentioned fannie mae and freddie mac. if you have a good credit score and you had a good down payment, you get penalized. but administration in order to give money for those who can't quite afford it. we had this crisis in 2008 and they're going to repeat that. this is another example of biden punishing success instead of rewarding success. and this country is made up of people who should be rewarded for their greed. >> well said . the last year to save all of this is rooted in their climate alarmists. religious cult. yes. and the fact that they have unilaterally disarmed on the issue of the economy because we stopped domestic energy independence. that is the biggest factor. >> but have probably ten . we're going to end the internal combustion engine without a vote in the house or the senate. now, i ask you that is not
11:47 pm
a good thing. we should open the spigots, return to energy independence and global influence once larry kudlow, the vague promise from really got under his skin as a few sparred on cnn. we're going to show you the highlights and the back will join us straight ahead here. david , koresh had been preparing his followers for just such a battle. we anticipate safely executing a search warrant and seizing machine guns. atf didn't anticipate even one shot being fired. the branch davidian, we're expecting it was going to be all out war. the shockwave and fallout from this deadly confrontation can still be felt today. scandalous waco screaming now on fox nation. >> were you were trinary. did you see all the time

1-800- five one nine two one four three now or visit us myself. >> fun .com. all right, here this morning. 2020 four republican presidential candidate vache ramaswamy sat down with an interview with fake news. >> cnn's don lemon. don't worry, nobody was watching. so we'll show the world what happened. and the two sparred over
11:52 pm
a number of topics, including the second amendment. needless to say, don lemon did not maintain his composure. he has issues with impulse control. take a look. to say that black people today, compared to 1964, 1965, haven't made progress in part because of the freedoms we secured. >> and the second amendment was i can't keep a thought if you guys talk to me in my ear. so hang on one second. so to say that black people say what you said again, black man insulting that you regarding you here as a fellow, you're willing to hear whatever ethnicity you are explaining to me, whatever it is like to be black , whatever ethnicity i'm on, are what i am. i'm an indian american. i'm proud of it. but i think we should have this debate. black , white, doesn't matter. >> i think we should have the content of the idea to do it. you should do it in an honest. all right. here with reaction is twenty twenty four gop presidential candidate vache ramaswamy, how are you? >> john ? how are you? all right. we did such good work. nobody watch that. i want other people to actually
11:53 pm
see that go down. i think don is clearly past his prime and the reality is it is actually kind of fun. i'm going to admit that. but i think that beyond just the fun aspect of defeating don lemon in the debate, i think the more important part of this is we have this culture in our country that says, well, i'm sure you know, yes, you're so i think it was i think it's really a sad state of affairs where people feel like they can't speak their minds freely because of the color of their skin. what don lemon told me was that i couldn't say something because i was black . >> i reject that. we need to speak truth. no, matter our skin color. >> and i think that, you know what? when we learn about our history, we're a little bit better off. the second amendment was crucial to securing civil rights in this country, and that's what i taught him today. and i hope more americans can learn it regardless the color of their skin. >> my my belief in god , my faith teaches us that we

were all created by the same god. we all have the same father, and we have a choice between good and evil in our lives. >> and you make choices every day. and that would be the brotherhood of christianity. that i believe in. i thought it was a powerful point, but fake news. cnn is out there telling the world that they are fair, balanced and objective. and he claims to be a journalist. does he sound like a journalist to you? he sounds like a talk show host to me. >> well, look, i that journalism has gone down the tubes in the mainstream media, but that's a big part of why i'm making it a point in this presidential campaign to go to the other side's turf and to win. i travel college campuses across this country and i'm actually hopeful. sean, forget the media hosts and mainstream media. when i look at the next generation of americans , many of them think they adopt these policies. >> but when i talk to them across the country, what i see is they're hungry for purpose and meaning and identity. and we in the conservative movement, the pro-american movement, can give that to them . >> they may ask you, the tv
11:55 pm
hosts, but i actually have hope for the country. >> everybody knew donald trump before he ran for president . not many people knew you. what makes you think you can beat the top names in the republican party and grab that nomination? >> well, sean, we were starting at zero point zero percent. now we're polling at about three percent nationally about exactly where donald trump was when he came down that escalator. i do think everybody knew donald trump. nobody i did not know you. >> that's exactly true. well, ahead, i have heard of you, but, you know, you are. so you really think you're right. you're in this to win this nomination. i want to be clear about yes, i am in this to win this nomination, to take america first agenda to the next level. i've got fresh legs. i'm the first millennial republican ever to run. and i want to reach that next generation and i think we can do it. listen to the point you're making. i agree with anybody. we wish you luck. great job this morning. appreciate you being with us. they were more "hannity" coming up straight ahead as we continue ron desantis tried
