activities. when you look at the suspicious activity reports it is rare for a company to get one in its lifetime. we are talking about over 170 reports on only two members of the biden family and yet when we look at those reports, there are multiple -- several members of the biden family of all ages that are involved in the scheme. is it pay to play? you look at the records from the white house and over 80 visits when biden was vice president from these companies and colleagues of hunter biden. it is very suspicious and should be investigated. d.o.j. should be looking into this right now. >> dana: we don't have enough time to talk about the complicated an complex and thorny and important topic of abortion. usa today has an editorial that says the republican party needs to listen to you. if the g.o.p. doesn't listen to nancy mason abortion the party can count on losing big in 2024. bill did a great interview with three republican members of

congress from florida and decided to support trump. one of the issues that i this i the republicans at large aren't talking enough about. you talked about it and asked by shannon bream, do you think that republicans are getting closer to being able to adhere to the principle of being pro-life but also figure out a way to address what america says it wants, more flexibility? >> we aren't there yet one of the reasons i've been so outspoken on this issue. i was encouraged this week to see our leadership in congress say they are going to avoid doing a national abortion ban. that's not where the country is right now. everyone knows donald trump and i have had our differences but even he this week has talked about this issue and being a vocal voice on this to show you can be pro-life and pro women. they're not mutually exclusive. we need to talk about birth control. adoption services, foster care, nurses to rural areas and midwives. all these things we can do for

good morning. >> you wonder, bill and dana, what is happening in society? there are all kinds of theories about the fact that we're all just on the edge. everybody's frayed nerves over the years of covid and the isolation and loss they suffered. a lot of young people live in a virtual digital world. have they lost the appreciation for real life and for life itself? we also have law enforcement officers stretched thin everywhere. we're asking them to do a lot more work in many cases with fewer people and fewer resources working a lot of overtime. then asking them as they do that job to potentially put together cases that prosecutors will not prosecute. there is a stew of all kinds of really difficult circumstances that have led us to where we are. >> dana: we want to get to the mayor of chicago's comments how he reacted but i think maybe our viewers would love to hear from you about how people should think about this moment overall

if they are faithful people and what do you pray for in terms of for this country? a lot of people are worried about where we're going. >> they are. a lot of people of hurting and brokenhearted. for me as a person of faith i put a lot of power in prayer. i believe god hears us. he is not a god of chaos. he wants people to have healing, to have acceptance, to have redemption and i think so many people are broken. their homes and cities are broken. their schools in some ways feel broken after a couple of years of kids being totally pulled out of their network of friends and people they trusted in teachers and that kind of infrastructure. for me i humbly say i'm not in charge and luckily there is something bigger and better that i believe can guide us. >> dana: brandon johnson, the new mayor of chicago. i'm not sure if this is a with a i to help prevent chaos. listen. >> demonizing children is wrong. we have to keep them safe as

keep a cease-fire so we can do it safely? >> well, one would hope so. neither of them have any -- there is no ill will toward americans, if you will. this is a fight between them over who is going to run the country and whether or not they obey an international plan to move to a civilian government. an american convoy was called on. the leaders were told to stop it. at this point the state department has the lead. d.o.d. will be in a position to support whatever way they can. it will be tough. sudan is a big country. international airport is currently closed and shelled in the past. this will be complicated and we'll see how it unfolds. >> dana: russia's group have been arming the militia leader battling sudan's army. russia has its own problems bombing its own city
