are fleeing new york, new jersey, california, illinois. these liberal states. there is a reason to million americans left america's big cities just in the last two years. high income taxes, high property taxes, punitive regulations and for what? the roads are covered with potholes. the streets are littered with tons of trash. the homeless crisis is worse than ever. the public school systems are in disaster. by the way, for example, look at baltimore. 23 baltimore city schools, zero students. not one is proficient in math. 23 schools. not the single student. that is what $1.6 billion or 20 grand per student or the taxpayers of baltimore. forget about public safety. here is what public safety looks like in chicago. mob beatings in broad daylight. last weekend hordes of teens taking over the streets, smashing cars, assaulting pedestrians and breaking

windows. in a statement chicago's radical incoming mayor responded, quote, it is not constructive to demonize youth who have otherwise been starved of opportunities in their own communities. what? okay, the murder crisis in chicago is even worse. cnn would have you believe that guns magically walk down the street and act on their own and commit these acts of violence all by themselves. they almost never attach a human bin to the violent criminals or actually committing the crimes. that is because the violent offenders are walking the streets thanks to democratic policies and democratic da's where killers get a free pass. in fact, the majority of murders in chicago do not result in charges. meanwhile here's what is happening in california. the golden state is now being wrecked by looters. take a look there. that's a local gas station in compton, california. the problem is statewide and nationwide and in many blue

areas. for example, the whole foods store in san francisco are closing down. why? because of the horrible conditions in the city and of course new york city is also suffering from a crime wave. robbie, grand larceny is way up. acting manhattan da alvin bragg vowed not to prosecute the to establish, quote, raysal equity. if you are a criminal you can steal whatever you want. don't go to jail and meanwhile felony assault is up 15%. there is a police officer getting attacked in broad daylight on monday for no reason at all whatsoever. look at this new video also from new york where a driver is plowing through an outdoor dining space striking police officers during a pursuit. naturally aoc had to weigh in. she is very angry. what is she angry at? the police. take a look. >> you are talking about funding violence prevention outside of the police. and yet erica adams has just

increased police wages by 28%. is that misplaced? >> i think so. we are defunding safety, defunding our public schools, defunding our public pools, defunding our parks, defunding our libraries and we are taking all of those resources and demanding that every single department except the militarized one be cut to. we are sending a message about who and what we care about. >> one new york city attack victim who lost an eye because a be random beating at the hands of a maniac on a subway platform just responded to aoc. here is what she had to say. take a look at this. >> i believe safety comes with police officers. once there is police officers, people feel safer to go more places. they wouldn't be scared to go to school or a public pool. they wouldn't be scared just going to work on the train station. there is a time and place for

everything. once you put safety first, everything else will go right after it. i cannot call a teacher if i need help if a man is running me down. i cannot call a teacher. i have to call the police. i will be praying for police, not a teacher. >> there is no doubt police lay a critical role in public safety. democrats don't care. to them, political messaging virtue signaling is way more important. now the left defund, dismantle and no bail laws are destroying major cities and not protecting the innocent. it is impacting the entire country. it is not a mystery why americans are now fleeing blue state's and blue cities. it law-abiding hard-working taxpayers getting fleeced by democrats spending their hard-earned tax dollars on far left pet projects. government handouts, billions and billions of dollars on new green deal initiatives. and of course massive payouts to public-sector unions who collude

with democrats to steal money from american workers. who can look at new york city second avenue subway, for example. you have three stations in just over a mile of new track that cost taxpayers a whopping $4.5 billion and took 45 years to complete. if it wasn't so pathetic, it is laughable. it is now filled with human waste and a lot of homeless people. this is not a good life for workers and their families. now they are voting with their feet. who can blame them? here is reaction. arkansas senator tom cotton said people are moving to your state for these very reasons. we see it all over the country and nobody seems to want to do anything about it. why? these democrats have the ideology that says every criminal is also a victim. a victim of the racial criminal justice system or a rotten country that has been a source of discrimination and oppression from the beginning.

you heard it best with the mayor elect from chicago. you had teenagers rampaging in the street looting and beating people. he said we shouldn't criticize the youth lost opportunity. sean, these are not second graders. these are 16 and 17-year-old adolescence. if 16 and 17 -year-olds commit violent crimes, then we should lock up those punk kids. >> the answer from the left is to take away people's gun rights, go after the second amendment. when are they going to realize that we need police to do their job of keeping people safe? that is not that complicated to me. >> no, it is not complicated at all. and, the victims of these crimes often times in poor and minority neighborhoods are the ones who are most supportive of having a stronger police presence. the simple fact is if you have more police on the beach, you have less crime. democrats have been trying to defund the police for years. even when they have police

presence they will often not charge these criminals. alvin bragg as the u.s. attorney and district of columbia won't. because they are worried that the racial disparities and the condition of these crimes and charges of them. even if they get charged and convicted the criminals often know they're not going to go to jail and do heart time. >> do you think the migration out of blue cities and state's will continue? i don't see any end to it. >> i certainly know a lot of people who have left a blue state's and cities often times moving to the sunbelt where there is more economic opportunity and more public safety, lower taxes and a more business friendly environment. i do worry that it makes those areas even more blue and it leads to the election of even more radical ideologues. look at what has happened in chicago. if you thought lori lightfoot the current mayor of chicago is bad, wait until you see her replacement, the guy who is defending teenagers rampaging the streets and luding it as

underprivileged youth. >> let me ask you about liberal lawlessness, if you will. we know that tony blinken was actively involved in getting 51 intel agents to say that the hunter biden laptop was probably not real and a russian disinformation campaign. that was completely untrue. tony blinken lead that lying effort. we know the laptop is very real. should there be consequences for tony blinken? >> yeah, i mean it's just another example of how joe biden, tony blinken and all the democrats in washington are willing to take whatever steps necessary to hold on to power. tony blinken should answer for this and answer in front of congress. i am pleased we have jim jordan in charge of the house judiciary committee who will get to the bottom of these matters. the american people deserve to hear the answers they didn't get from the last campaign before the next campaign. >> what about the irs

whistleblower who wants protection, that is claiming that in fact hunter biden is getting special treatment. and in fact the ag lied under oath when asked about this. how serious is that to you? >> it is very troubling allegations, sean, not just what hunter biden has done but the political higher-ups in the department of treasury and department of justice may be trying to suppress the information and prevent charges from being brought to hunter biden. the democrats always praise whistleblowers in the trump era especially during the first impeachment of president from. i am share the democrats that include joe biden will defend this whistleblower who is saying that he is not allowed to do his job and that prosecutors and department of justice are sitting on information that would lead to criminal charges against hunter biden. >> that sounds like liberal lawlessness to me. senator cotton, thank you. more on that later in the program.

i have patrolled. they built townhouses. but you don't stop the problem just by taking somebody from the 20th floor and give them a two family house. it's the stability of the family. we have to eliminate the dysfunction and we have to preach respect for the police and not the gang bangers. to the alderman who is a moderate them a crack, the last time i was with you i started the ronald reagan club to bring moderate democrats, republicans and independents together to fight aoc and the socialists who want to disrespect the police, who want to defund the police and teach our young people to look up to gang bangers instead of police officers. i want to join you in solidarity. i want to help you take back the democratic party. it used to be the democratic party of my mom and dad and grandparents. that's a fight for what we know what is right. let's improve and not move south. >> we just played tape of a cop getting attacked in broad

the whistleblower's attorney also says this client has information that will contradict the testimony of a senior official who we now know is the attorney general merrick garland. according to one report, there is growing frustration within the fbi that hunter biden has not been charged with anything despite the fact that evidence shows that he could be hit but at least tax evasion, failure to file his taxes, lying on a gun application form. we are also hearing tonight that hunter biden's attorneys our meeting with doj officials next week including the u.s. attorney for delaware who is overseeing the tax case. this isn't the first time that someone in joe biden's orbit covered for hunter. we know that secretary of state tony winking lincoln was instrumental in crafting the famous letter denouncing hunter's laptop as russian disinformation. 51 former intel guys. apparently if your last name is biden you get a free pass no

how real is that charge in your view? >> well, this is obstruction of justice by the department of justice. obstruction in the criminal code says corruptly impeding and influencing a legal investigation. that's what the whistleblower describes. two u.s. attorneys appointed by joe biden answerable to merrick garland came forward and stop to the criminal prosecution of hunter biden over his influence peddling schemes that implicate the president of the united states. that is if it's done for a corrupt purpose, political favoritism. political interference. that is obstruction of justice. >> do you see this going anywhere, larry? >> i do. this is not the only whistleblower. they are going to be several going forward. whether or not the non-fox media will give a rip. the answer is they won't. cnn and msnbc, i watch it often.

history. we are apprehending more people on the terrorist watch list than in our history. those are all indisputable facts. none of that happened under president trump. we had the border secured because we had the proper policies and programs. by the way, sean, policies and programs don't cost the american public a dime. all we have to do is implement the proper laws and we will be able to shut the border down. but we cannot do it under this administration because they want the chaos. >> sarah you reported on drugs, human trafficking and sex abuse a lot on this program. how bad is it for people that don't know? >> it is horrific, sean. some of these children, we have more than 20,000 children in mexico that have completely disappeared. that is before they even make it to our border. inside the united states we have people that abuse them. these children are trafficked. i have seen pictures which we cannot show on the show.
