payne will all be here. we want to be part of it? go to hannity.com for free tickets. unfortunately that is all the time we have left tonight. please set your dvr so you never ever miss an episode of hannah. let not your heart be troubled. here is laura. have a good weekend. i am laura ingraham and this is "the ingraham angle" insight into why the manifesto from that nashville shooter is being withheld. we will bring you those details in a few moments. but first, this is not an exaggeration to say this past week has probably been the most monumental in politics since the start of the year. just think the 2024 election cycle hasn't even begun yet. every major player was on the move or invite in's case, on the

shuffle. huge developments here and abroad that could jumble the race in ways we don't even understand yet. after we left the studio here in new york last night with all the breaking news that we covered, i got to thinking. no, we have been framing this hunter biden laptop story all wrong. there is no hunter biden scandal. everyone knows he's a sad, pathetic, sleazy guy that probably would be running a strip club on the outskirts of vegas if not for his last name. [indiscernible] >> what creeps me out every time. this scandal isn't about joe's ne'er-do-well son. this is now and always has been a joe biden scandal. it doesn't matter how much the
7:02 pm
media tried to ignore it or bury it are downplay it. the congressional investigation led by jim jordan is now confirming what most of all suspected. we all suspected that powerful forces were at work to deflect culpability away from joe biden to conceal the true beneficiaries of hunter's business deals. >> when the story came out on october 14th, 2020 about the biden business operation he was then vice president joe biden. there was concern that he was. quickly it turns into a political operation. the letter that became the basis for suppressing the story and keeping it from the american people days before the most important election we had. >> the only reason anyone pays hunter for anything is so they can have influence with his dad. the only skill hunter has that is worth millions is the ability to lobby his father. the fact that hunter is so rich tells us all we need to know
7:03 pm
about how corrupt this dynamic is. and because joe and his handlers are most comfortable playing the deflect and distract the game, news conveniently dropped last night that biden is planning on announcing his reelection bid next week. gotta get the news out there. swamped the old news. with rfk junior siphoning 14% of voters after his announcement, people are starting to wonder if biden really is the only one out there for the democrats. if biden seems mortally wounded, could any other democrat jump in? the big question now beyond that , who the republican nominee will be. let's start with who it won't be. mike pompeo is out before he was in. it will not be nikki haley. life in the bush lane has wrote to political nowhere. it's hard to see any conceivable path for mike pence as earnest as he is. and while tim scott does have a compelling story, it doesn't add
7:04 pm
up, i don't think, to a groundbreaking, or shattering political movement. i know larry elder has thrown his hat into the ring. but you don't go from losing the governorship in california to winning on the national stage. so unless something really bizarre happens, it's going to be trump versus desantis. there is no denying that trump has strong early momentum. this past week has been his best since alvin bragg announced his absurd indictment from the endorsements he has racking up with key florida legislatures to the solid lead he is showing in new hampshire. the former president is clearly a political force to be reckoned with. he has not let up on some of the more off the mark attacks on desantis record. >> i think he gets good publicity. although people are now starting because i am putting out the covid numbers. he did not do good on covid. he had more deaths than almost every country in florida.
7:05 pm
i hate to say it because florida is my state. but he did not do well. i don't want to knock anybody, but the thing he did well on his public relations. this strikes me as pretty weak criticism since trump remembered when governor kemp decided to reopen georgia first. this afternoon the former president released a long statement. it was wild and kind of trashing the entire state of florida. trump said desantis made florida one of the least affordable states, raise taxes by $1.51 billion of the worst states to work, retire, raise kids. it's bad for the state of crime and bad to be a cop in derek bad to teach in and pay energy bills. that's quite a laundry list. why are all these people moving to florida? i wonder how the congressional delegation from florida has to run for reelection thinks of this? they just endorsed trump. desantis has an approval of nearly 60% in his state as
7:06 pm
governor. again, the criticism seems misplaced. interesting to see where the regime media seems to be lining up on all of this. they enjoy it, it looks like, all the sense that desantis was struggling this week. >> he's like the political version of a kid that cannot get his shoes and socks. he's an autocrat and waiting. his campaign sucks. tunic desantis is slipping and falling and cannot get up. >> getting the putting squeezed out of him by donald trump when it comes to florida endorsements. >> the same people he is depending on to get the bills to his desk, those same people are kind of over eight. >> after making the argument for years that trump is the enemy of democracy, why would the press now seem to be rooting for trump? to be fair, desantis rough week was not a mirage. charlie gasparino talk to him and is reporting that major gop operative and donors with ties
7:07 pm
to desantis are conceding presidential ambitions of his trouble with unforced errors. they are saying desantis needs help and need someone with the gravitas to come forward. desantis is hoping to build some gravitas by heading overseas soon with a full schedule of meetings with our allies. that is customary for presidential hopefuls. anyone who tells you how they know this will all end up, i think they are lying to you. this will arguably be the most important election since 1980. that's a big one. we are ready and honored to cover every moment. joining me now is charlie gasparino, foxbusiness senior correspondent and sean duffy co-host of the bottom line on fox news news business. is it normal for business donors who seem to be freaking out a bit this early? >> on desantis? yes. it does. excuse the language. stack that is harsh language on a friday. >> it is friday night.
7:08 pm
look at it this way. i have spoken to a lot of gop donors and listen to a lot of political consultants. i said, what is going on with ron desantis? he is making every rookie mistake you can make. he's getting involved in unforced errors and stuff he doesn't need to be involved in. he did not have to do the abortion thing. that was an unforced error. it will not gain any votes on the trump base. trump is all over on abortion. he's like a yoga teacher when it comes to abortion. >> he also is the most pro-life present we had. >> when you nail him down personally, i agree with this. when you nail him down personally he doesn't go out there. politically it was seen as an unforced error. what i am hearing from the same people as he doesn't have anyone around him to tell him to shut up sometimes. he does not have a team. the question is, is it over for him? >> before it begins? >> is it over?
7:09 pm
i am hearing that they think if you get some smart people in there, he's got about a month. and then maybe he has a shot again strum. >> i think it's smart. you are not running in the general. the conservative base is a pro-life base. you have to play to them. ron desantis went to the hill and is trying to garner support from members of congress. listen, it speaks volumes what kind of member he was and what kind of relationships he had in congress. you go to the hilt and no one wants to endorse you. he is not a congenial fellow. people who meet ron desantis versus donald trump, they want to go out with donald trump compared to ron desantis. listen, plain state politics is different than playing in the big leagues. you saw that with scott walker. he was a great politician and would win the presidency. he tanked when he ran for president. the same with ron desantis. >> they are two different people.
7:10 pm
if you spend time with desantis in the room, he could be good. he is compelling and has a good story. he is just plain different issues. i disagree with you on the abortion issue. it didn't move the needle for him at all. the needle is moving backwards. >> to your point, is he trying to drop president trump into a debate about abortion for the base? i think sean has hinted at that. >> maybe. but you better get better advisors. karl rove, i don't know. >> god bless karl rove. we are not going back to the bush years. >> that's not really what i mean. get people that understand the campaign. he doesn't have any techno kratz around and it is showing. personality matters. personality comes across on tv. i served with ron desantis. these members served with ron desantis and they are endorsing donald trump for a reason.
7:11 pm
>> let's go back two years. how many of those people out there, although smart commentators, would be saying what they are saying now? trump is finished. how many times have they said trump is finished? january 6th killed him. nail in the coffin. >> maybe ron desantis is coming back. i don't know. i'm only as good as my sources. if you talk to smart people who run and win campaigns, donald trump hasn't won many campaigns lately. if you talk to those folks, they tell you ron desantis could come back. he has to right the ship and get techno kratz in there who knows what they are doing. they have to do it soon are else heal will be toast. >> why are the media seeming to revel in this moment of ron desantis's problems? do they want trump to be the nominee thinking that trump in the general will have trouble in pennsylvania, arizona and georgia? he has been hitting brian kemp
7:12 pm
consistently since 2020. >> they think donald trump is an easy win for that. they want to take him out early. they will do that to the top two or three republican candidates and try to take them all out. >> it doesn't look like glenn youngkin will get and. >> desantis has told people that the mike pompeo news is indicative that if he gets in he will clear the field. he has said that to donors. the other thing is that the donors that trump cannot win. then they listen to joe biden for five minutes. >> wall street wanted him and wall street got him. >> you don't think he can make it. >> we already knew that. he could barely speak during the 2020 campaign. larry ellison said he is willing to put in $100 million for tim scott. >> that's a razzle-dazzle factor. i love tim scott. he has it.
7:13 pm
but can he stand on the stage with donald trump and the razzle-dazzle factor of donald trump? i don't think he can. >> it's a personal narrative. does it translate into a political movement? personal narratives are great but they don't encapsulate those issues that trump totally galvanizes. >> trump does have the personality. desantis has a damn good record. i am telling you, when he starts presenting that, and be honest, tim scott is a smart guy. everyone knows he is running for vice president. where is his record? >> he is more of a bush republican. he is not a trump guy. >> the last debate ron desantis was in was not impressive. i am talking about a debate. he was not very good. he did not match the record. donald trump on the stage is incredibly good with the base. >> do think charlie crist could beat him? >> here is what we have to
7:14 pm
remember. the donor class does not know politics. they know money. >> they like china too, don't they? >> we have to go to 270. witch candidate can get to 270? charlie and john, good to see you guys. all of that will have to be released to the public. the documents released must happen now. the manifesto was written we were promised to see at least part of it. we haven't heard anything about it. why hasn't the public seen any of this. it's been a month since the national shooting. i am asking the same question. where is the manifesto? here's a partial list of what police took from the shooter audrey hale's house. 30 journals, a suicide note, a memoir, multiple laptops, phones, notes and more. they called the national police again to find out when any of this will be released. they told us the investigation
7:15 pm
was still ongoing. they provided zero information on a timeline. we can see how they will spin this. metro national council member councilmember told us the manifesto was a blueprint on total destruction saying it would be dangerous in the wrong hands. what? what she really means is it would expose a leftist protected class. here is tennessee congressman tim burchett. he is demanding the release of these documents and says it's the fbi who is behind the delay. congressman, why is biden's fbi stalling? >> they have a history of this. you remember when steve scalise was shot on the baseball field? the shooter had a list. it was called a republican hunting list. the fbi refused to label that as a domestic us domestic terrorist activity. they have a history of protecting these folks. the trends community is a protected class. the fbi is the federal bureau of
7:16 pm
influencers. it's ridiculous. they continue to do this. they are not in the business of influencing the public. they are in the business of investigating crimes. they currently are trying to put their influence out in the community to protect one class of people. it is just not right. >> former police officer turned author at the criminal justice college said that the public, what the fbi is concerned with, and i think law enforcement, is their something in there truly damaging for the transgender community, they are hesitant to do it because they are afraid of a violent backlash against that protected class of people. congressman, there will be a violent backlash against random transgender people because we learn more about this one killer? how does that hold water? >> it doesn't. it's ridiculous. that's why this community is
7:17 pm
infected the entire white house and administration. and unfortunately the one sacred fbi has now been overrun basically by a group of woke people. this is just not working, ms. ingraham. it's a complete travesty that this information is not out. we need transparency more and government. every time they do this they are always covering for somebody or some group. we know it and you know it especially in the media. >> let me just get into this. i want to mention this. speaking of the fbi, congressman, here is andrew mccabe's thoughts on cnn. >> the list goes on and on of the individuals who left manifestoes. the synagogue shooter, the el paso shooter, even the shooter in nashville at the covenant school left a note. we haven't heard details about it. and many of these manifestoes you see themes around racism, anti-semitism. >> some sort of note, your
7:18 pm
reaction? >> i am not surprised. this bunch has been trying to protect this group of folks. it is just not feasible, ma'am. there is no rhyme or reason as they continue down this path. it is out of control. this fbi needs a cleaning just like the rest of washington does. they are part of the swamp and they are helping to perpetuate that it's not a myth anymore. its reality, ma'am. they are out their pushing the agenda. we don't need this anymore. >> the bottom line is the people have a right to know. they are pushing for gun control, gun confiscation if they had their way. they are pushing for all these changes because of killings like this. yet they will withhold information from the very people who they claim they are protecting? it's obvious what they are doing. it is up to every state legislature, member of congress
7:19 pm
to say, guess what? if this is a national concern we want the data on blood toxicology. we want to know if they were uncertain antidepressants. we want to know if they were smoking pot. we want all of it. if you are not going to give it to us we will get it a different way. we will go to court or whatever we have to do. you can call me laura, congressman. ma'am makes us feel older than we are. we appreciate it. thank you so much. just how dangerous is it to let biological males compete against girls? the horrifying video and exclusive interview with the high school girl who survived that ordeal, next.
7:24 pm
yesterday schools and colleges from allowing transgender athletes whose biological sex is male to compete on girls and women's sports themes. unfortunately, the left hates women despite what they tell you. this is likely to fail in the senate work if it gets miraculously through, well, biden has already promised he will veto it. as ridiculous as all of this is, what is worse is to pretend that it isn't happening. here's the number one democrat in the house, the detestable
7:25 pm
hakeem jeffries. >> to me this is not about politics. this is about being there for all of america's children, including transgender children. the extreme maga republicans are trying to sensationalize an issue that doesn't really exist. >> i suppose hakeem jeffries hasn't really seen the video of what happened to peyton mcnabb, has he? she's a female high school volleyball player forced to compete against a male. i have to warn you this is hard to watch. no, due to that spike mcnabb suffered severe head and neck injuries resulting in long-term concussion symptoms. this week she spoke publicly about the ordeal for the first time. >> for me, i know that my time
7:26 pm
playing is coming to an end. i am here for every female athlete behind me. allowing biological males to compete against biological females is dangerous. i may be the first to come before you with an injury, but if this doesn't pass, i won't be the last. cement joining me now the young woman you just saw, peyton mcnabb the north carolina high school athlete and riley gaines up former swimmer. both rfi wf spokeswomen. peyton, why did you feel that it was important to speak out now? >> well, i figured if not now, then when? this is something that is definitely really important and it needs to come to an end. >> how long did you play volleyball before the incident in question? how many years did you play? >> i started in middle school. i've been playing for seven years before the incident.
7:27 pm
2. if biological boys were young men are allowed to play in girls volleyball or women's volleyball, how long do you think women like you are young women like you will choose to play given the dangers at hand? >> i really don't think that girls will want to play. the fear of that happening and what happened to me happening to them, i feel like that will definitely stop some girls and women from participating in sports if this continues. >> riley, the biden administration proposed these new title ix rules that would bar federally funded schools from banning these trend flaps athletes. here is your former competitor and another man lia thomas and his reaction. >> this is not enough. during this time of intense anti- trends backlash they need
7:28 pm
explicit protection from discrimination in order to live our lives. for fall kids deserve the opportunity to compete and play in the sports they love without compromising. >> riley, your reaction to that. >> if you watch the full video it's about a minute and a half long. , says things like it breaks my heart to see trans women and girls lose out on opportunities. everywhere in this dialog where thomas says the word trans women you can replace this word with women and girls and that's exactly what we are seeing. we are seeing women and girls lose out on opportunities. for thomas to come out and basically say this is what makes us happy. it is good for our mental health. they are denying what this actually is for, women and girls. that's the same thing you saw from the representative who goes on to say we are doing this for all of our youth and every
7:29 pm
american. but again, they are doing this and the guys are being inclusive. it is really exclusive. it's exclusive to women and girls. it permits something like what happened to peyton to happen to any girl. they are denying it is happening. what they are really doing is saying they don't care if it does happen. >> peyton, you said this continue to happen, the injuries like you suffered, a severe concussion. let's take it a step further. let's talk about other sports that involve more violent interactions like girls lacrosse , girls basketball. does that mean the wnba should be open to male basketball players? i would love to have megan rapinoe when he was playing on the field against any decent college athlete, male athlete, who happened to be a young man when he was playing college soccer but decided it was going
7:30 pm
to make a transition. none of this ends it working in practice. it just doesn't work. >> no, it doesn't. let's think of someone like lebron james playing on a wnba team. that thought is comical, right? that's exactly what this is. it's a mockery. it's almost funny what is happening. you see desantis ad where he had the big satire. in reality, it's supposed to be satire, but it's actually happening. it's funny to laugh at, but it's not funny when it happens to someone like me. >> we head kind of a long distance shot from when you were hit by that spike. that was brutal. i don't know how hard that hit your face. how long the pain went on from
7:31 pm
that. that is a ball hitting you. imagine if it's an elbow or a shove or a lacrosse stick. what then? peyton, you can close it out. >> yeah, that is really the whole fear. it would be really devastating for that to become the norm. that's where i've almost feel scared of how many times this is going to have to happen before people see the issue with it. how many girls and young women have to suffer before all of america wakes up to this? peyton and riley, thank you both for speaking out tonight. >> thank you so much. erica adams and joe biden tried to run on their swagger. this just in. we have learned who the true standard of beauty really is. raymond arroyo has it all.

welcome to in a highly anticipated decision the supreme court votes to preserve access to mifepristone for now. the order is a temporary victory for the biden administration puts on hold a lower court ruling to rollback fda approval of the drug. mifepristone has been approved in the u.s. since 2000. >> the manhattan's da office withdraws its appeal clearing the way for republicans to question a former prosecutor about the case against former president trump. manhattan district attorney alvin bragg will file a suit asking the court to block elements of the congressional inquiry. he called it a quote brazen and unconstitutional attack of an ongoing investigation.

7:43 pm
>> you are so fast. >> i hope baby yoda is not the appetizer. here is my problem with this. when you are a non-actor it takes people out of the story when suddenly you see someone like lizzo. she is playing a popstar, okay maybe. but to have her appear in the star wars universe, it takes you out. >> star wars is 1977? raymond, did you see that recent post declaring herself the beauty standard? >> i just finished showering and doing my beauty routine. you know what i realize? i am [ bleep ] gorgeous. i am the beauty standard. what's up [ bleep ] ? >> kind of aggressive for a beauty standard. is she really the beauty standard? >> she is pretty. >> this is a good segue to my wish 3.5.

i saw the brave people, the first responders, the innocent civilians, all rushing into save us not knowing if a third or fourth bomb was getting ready to go off. just knowing they wanted to help. they are the reason i was able to get off the street that day and all the people that had survived into a nearby trauma hospital. with rebecca's angels we have now funded over 500 families. we have given them trauma therapy. it is our way of giving back in this horrific event. we have seen the hearts and souls of millions across the world. it is our time to give back. >> rebecca, when i first saw you, i think it was a few months, i believe, after it. or maybe a month after the bombing. you had one leg that was completely screwed together like some cage. and your other leg was doing a little bit better.
