breaking reports there are indictments possibly even as early as this week. the week is -- he will announce his reelection plans. according to fake news cnn, hunter biden's lowers are meeting with officials in the coming days. hunter's criminal case has been revived from the dead. only days after a career irs supervisor filed for official whistleblower protection accusing the federal government of shooting a hunter from criminal charges. now, this claim is cooperated by nbc, "two senior law enforcement sources telling abc news about growing frustration inside the fbi because investigators finish the ball of their work on this case about a year ago." now, they recently reportedly have sufficient evidence now to charge hunter biden. but thanks to the irs whistleblower, we can now only make the conclusion that the attorney general of the u.s. is

now apparently standing in the way and then attempting to cover his tracks in front of congress. now, that raises the question, did the attorney general, merrick garland, lied to congress? thus far, the trumpet appointed u.s. attorney in this case has been prevented from bringing charges or even exercising his authority. in fact, a whistleblower reportedly now has a hard evidence that the testimony you are about to hear from merrick garland is absolutely false and that he knew it at the time. take a look. >> there's delaware u.s. attorney independent charging authority over certain criminal allegations against the president's son outside of the district of delaware. >> he would have to -- if it is in another district that he would have to bring the case in another district. but as i have said, i have promised to ensure that he is able to carry out his investigation and that he be able to run it and if he needs to bring it under the jurisdiction, he will have full authority to do that.

in one case the application, another case is that a coincidence? >> i don't think it is a coincidence and it just proves how fragile this political pressure has been for all this time. what has the doj been doing for all of these years that in less than one year, the republican congressman uncovered not only did they uncover what sara just described there but what is foreshadowed in the weeks to come which might be six specific decisions on the part of the president that renders him vulnerable. the fact that 12 now family members were benefiting to the tune of millions of dollars from multiple countries. everything we thought we knew has been amplified and exacerbated in the tune of 10 months. so what has the doj been sitting on this? why was the iris sitting on this among new hires a month -- commit clamors of gun possession and now here to come to find out it is the biden family while hunter hides out of the white house away from child payments.

>> sean: and let me ask you, when we look at merrick garland here in the whistleblower, i think the whistleblower deserves whistleblower protection. but now is there a possibility that mirrored doors merrick garland lied under oath to congress? any possible charges in the case of tony blinken in terms of he had no knowledge about the laptop but he got 51 intelligence officials, former officials to sign a document that joe biden used in a presidential debate to get away from the idea that hunter biden's laptop was real when everybody in the fbi knew at that point it was real. >> remember her democrats were accusing trump of trying to unduly influence the federal election which is arguably a crime. so the same standard to apply to tony blinken. as for merrick garland, there are only two possibility. he either knowingly died or he was utterly oblivious when two

of his u.s. attorneys that report to him who were appointed by joe biden, according to the whistleblower, blocked the plan criminal charges against hunter biden. look at the moorthy's investigators and the house oversight committee examine these 162 -- 170 suspicious activity reports, banking records, the more shocked and appalled that they are if hunter biden is only charged with two misdemeanors and two felonies, that will be the sweetheart deal of the century. i would take those four crimes and multiply them by a factor of 10 or 20. every single transaction, every wire transfer that goes into a biden family account, if it is influence peddling and money laundering as it appears to be those are set for crimes. you are talking about potentially hundreds of crimes here. we will have to wait and see how this works out.

but i guarantee you the more thatthat the house investigatorg into this, the more they are going to find influence peddling, tax evasion, tax fraud, money laundering, and violations of the foreign corrupt practices act. >> sean: sara, let me go back to you. we talked about suspicious activity reports and new shell companies that james comer was able to discover. i go back to the question, with all the money coming in from china, russia, ukraine, and all the other countries, you know, what did joe biden no? when did he know it? did he get any of this money? we know he lied when he said he never talked to his son about his foreign business dealings. and i want to get a final an answer, how much money did they do in business with these other countries because i think the american people have a right to know whether or not joe biden profited from these countries and whether or not that is impacting his decision-making as

president? >> absolutely, sean. i think one of the most important areas that can be investigated right now is whether or not and we already saw with antony blinken. we already said what happened with michael morrell and the coverups that were emanating from the highest levels are intelligence apparatus. but what we need to know now is actually what they are going to uncover in those suspicious activity reports. those stars reports that were apparently being covered up by people within the justice department's and actually people within the u.s. treasury. so if those whistleblowers coming forward with the information and they are able to bring those charges forward, then we're going to see the whole entire ramifications of what the biden family was involved in. not only in china but what we're looking at and as far as those banking situations with china and his own personal business but actually with ukraine as well. and burisma and the other involvement of his family members and now we are looking at 12 separate family members.

had happened is i had an opportunity to write a piece of legislation. the total cost of the bill was $684 billion. over 10 years. that is how much money would be basically appropriate for this bill. and $384 billion went directly to energy. i had a chance to write the energy portion which would give us energy security. for ukraine were weak breaks out, sean. putin recognizes energy. we can't help our allies. we see what is happening. we are not even energy independent ourselves. you cannot remain and be the superpower of the world unless you have energy independence and energy security. we have the gas. we have the oil. we have the goal. we can do better cleanup than anywhere in the world and so this piece of legislation was balanced 10 years, we are going to have enough fossil to run our country and to help our allies around the world and we also will be investing in the new technology for the future. now, they have disregarded the

completely. what was agreed upon and they know exactly what we agreed upon. this was energy security and you have not heard the word energy security out of their house since it was passed. it is all about environment. >> sean: i look at this, sen senator, and it really scares me because we were energy independent. now we are energy depended once again. that is hurting not only your state or economy, think about the benefits of being energy independent. it is good for national security. we don't need to count on countries that we know don't like us or the lifeblood of our economy. it is good for high paying career in the energy sector and to be energy dominant and we could be providing our western european allies with the energy they need because we have so much in terms of natural -- natural resources. >> we are producing more than we have in the past. 2019 for a short period of time, we were producing about 30 million barrels of oil a day. we need that -- in order for us

to be truly independent. we are producing about 35 trillion cubic feet of gas aa year. we need to do 35 to 40. we are basically shipping 13 billion cubic feet a day of allergy overseas to help our allies and it needs to be between 20 and 30. we can get there but they have to basically commit themselves. they let me make it very clear. if this administration does not honor what it said it would do and basically continue to liberalize that, we are $384 billion is what we're supposed to invest over 10 years and they blow that out of the water, six or seven or eight, i will do everything i can in my power to prevent that from happening and if they don't change, then i would vote to repeal my own bill. >> sean: let me ask you this, senator. you have been critical of joe biden. he said he will not negotiate directly with kevin mccarthy. we have a third ceiling plan

coming. they have not spoken in 82 days. i don't know why joe biden refuses to meet with kevin mccarthy. kevin mccarthy has put out a plan that is far more fiscally responsible, cut down the debt and deficit. it reduces the rate of growth to only 1%. i think it is a good plan. you seem to think it is a plan. why isn't the president willing to talk to the speaker of the house? >> i can't tell you why but i can tell you one thing. i have put everything i can to say that this is a responsibility. this is his job. this is the responsibility of the leader of the free world and the president. he has to negotiate and that is what we are all about. we are the greatest party in the world and that means you have to sit down and work and negotiate and come out with differences. if kevin mccarthy is able to pass his legislation and send it to the senate, there's a lot of good things in there that i know we can work with. there's a lot of things i don't agree with but you have to be able to start negotiations.
