were in the girls locker room showering after gym class when all of a sudden they see a biological male. in the shower. yeah, stripped down. showed off, showered in front of them. all of them while saying, i'm trans by the way. that's what parents they happen in a wisconsin high school last month and they also alleged the school did nothing when they found out. one parent did get an apology phone call 13 days after the incident.more than a month after a parent received an email from the principal who wrote, first let me apologize for the incident that occurred. let me reiterate the situation of your daughter was and should not have happened. we will continue to work to ensure no one has a similar experience. the principal provided details about the schools transgender locker room policy. ãbrewer prolonged liberty.

privacy and locker rooms. >> it seems, from the facts that are alleged that this individual who is a male, identifying a something else he exposed himself to the girls. it's out happened? >> right. these girls. >> yes, sir no cory? did that happen yes, sir no? it's a simple question. did he expose himself to those girls? >> a biological male was fully naked next to freshman girls in the shower, yes. by the way they have their swimsuits on.it was their practice to rinse off and shower after his class with their suits on. as you have mentioned, yes i biological male identifying as transgender, 18-year-old all accounts has been disputed. approach them and said i'm trans by the way. fully undressed and showered next to one of the girls. >> was there room that this individual could've showered

further away but chose to shower next to the individuals. as awful as it is i'm trying to picture this. >> we don't have all those details other than knowing this was an open shower area. he was in there with them. i think that's part of the problem is apparent hearing about this happening to your daughter or hearing it happen to other girls in the school. it's shocking enough. the fact that when the district learned about this they did nothing initially and really the ultimate response has not been adequate to date. that i think is more appalling. the district was about to be provided of the girls involved they said, you know what they can come to us. while they come to us if they want to. that's completely backwards. it's not in compliance with title ix. the title ix coordinator was not notified when this allegation was first made.
