11:00 pm
a slogan. it's a reminder that we have a mission to make a complicated world clear. we are fox news, america is watching. hi, thanks for watching fox news tonight. i'll be back tomorrow on fox friends and back here tomorrow night. it's my privilege to toss over to sean hannity, who's ready to go. according to all reports, sean ,reports are true now. >> there's no excuse in the morning if you show up late just because you work tonight. i don't want to hear it. i just want a cup of coffee, get the alarms running. you'll be all set. better joe biden wake you up. >> how's that? and i'll text you to tell you i'm on . >> all right. all right, brian , thank you . and welcome to hannity. we have breaking news tonight on a new disturbing report about former cia director donald trump and the russia hoax. now, if you ever doubt it, there is a deep state this
11:01 pm
will likely change your mind. now, investigative reporter john sullivan, he will join us and tell us the latest. he has all the details tonight. but tonight, we begin at 1600 pennsylvania avenue with your buddy. joe biden is headed back to the basement, his 2020 for reelection bid is officially now underway. so i guess that means we can expect to see a lot less of joe than usual. by the way, it's official he has given fewer press conferences than any other president in the last 40 years. and according to nbc, news, it will be several months before he even holds one single campaign event. and no doubt those events will be few and far between. he didn't even hold a rally to kick off his campaign today. instead, the biden camp, they released a heavily edited ,pre produced video attacking, of course, maga, republicans, all attempting to make joe look lucid and capable and other words, everyone around him knows that he is cognitively incapable of making such an announcement without screwing it up. but that is a preview of coming
11:02 pm
attractions. now, while republicans shake hands, kiss babies, take selfies, they do press avails, town hall speeches, put out position papers, hold rallies, attend debates, joe biden will be hiding in his bunker while his campaign floods the airwaves with negative ads and negative campaigns. and by the way, biden's campaign strategy is to be out of sight, out of mind. and it is unclear how he's going to run. another bassman punker campaign because he doesn't have it as an excuse like last time. democrats say they have no other choice. they say joe is simply too weak to frail. such a cognitive mess that he cannot pull this off without it becoming a political disaster. as of now, seven out of 10 americans do not want joe biden to run for a second term, a majority. and democrats, they prefer somebody else. and according to a harvard harris poll, nearly 60% of voters have doubts about biden and his mental fitness,
11:03 pm
and nearly 70% say that he's too old to be president . now, here's the very liberal editorial board. i don't often quote the new york times. they don't particularly like me. biden should take voters concerns about his age seriously. the new york times is saying the article notes what is a glaring omission in biden's most recent physical quote, his cognitive abilities went unmentioned. the times continues. if he runs again, mr biden will need to provide explicit reassurance to voters. many of them have seen family members decline rapidly in their 80s. but mark my words, they will never, ever, ever be any explicit reassurance at all. he's already refused to take a cognitive test and publish the results. you might recall the president did the very same thing, passed with flying colors. his results are great. everybody knows that joe biden would not do well because he's a cognitive wreck. you don't have to be a brain surgeon. for example, here he is today attempting to attack republicans. >> take a look. the speaker, the former
11:04 pm
president and the magarey extremist were cut from a different cloth. they treat these folks. they treat these folks and they think they're a threat. they think that somehow we're going to go back the threat the magnet republicans poses to take us to a place we've never been. >> that's the best they can produce. now. i guess for a short time later, biden attempted to describe america supply chain. >> take a look at this, folks. look, think how many people have no idea what the heck a supply chain was. no, i'm serious. you said two , two and a half years ago. well, the supply chain people look at i mean, really bright people look at the . yeah, the well, guess what, because of the pandemic and factory shut down in asia, i had no idea they're supplying
11:05 pm
the essential material to us. >> i'm serious. come on , man. now, does that seem like a guy who fully grasps the complexities of the supply chain crisis in the country? now, this is what you also have to remember. china, president xi, russia, putin, iran, the mullahs, kim jong un , north korea and all our allies. they're all watching this now. his troubles don't end there. apparently, joe is totally detached from reality. now, today, he proudly announced that his economic plan is a massive success, except for all the bad things that are actually happening that have nothing to do with him. >> take a look. i know folks are also struggling with inflation. the first pandemic disrupted the supply chain, causing prices to rise across the board. putin's war on ukraine disrupted energy supplies and food supply. the americans pay more for prescription drugs than any advanced country on earth, any
11:06 pm
advanced for the same exact drug. our economic plan is working. we now have to finish the job, but there's more to do. >> all right. joe biden is 80 years old. >> he's been in washington, in the swamp now for over five decades. he needs just a little more time to perfect his economic vision. just four more years. that's it. now, in reality, biden does represent everything that is wrong with washington. his economic, his energy policies. they have caused economic troubles for almost every american. he is a career politician, a long time grifter. he takes his responsibilities for nothing. he blames trump for everything. he's really never worked a single day in the private sector that we know of in his life unless you count his role atop the family. biden's syndicate that made a ton of money. but despite a variety of seasoned shell corporations, that syndicate is not really a private entity, is it? since by public office is the sole commodity of the syndicate
11:07 pm
. now, we have many more developments on this coming up in a moment. but beyond the blatant corruption, biden is known around town for three things lying, cheating, incompetence. he's a plagiarizer, a serial liar, an ego bigger than his own brain. and worst of all, to quote former president obama, don't underestimate joe biden's ability to f things up as president. biden, well, humiliated america and afghanistan, and he failed to deter vladimir putin in europe. he won't hold china accountable for anything not covered , not the giant spy balloon that floated all over alaska in the continental us collecting secret data about our nuclear capabilities right in plain sight. and meanwhile, biden pumps so much money into the economy that inflation reached the 40 year record high and it's still going up. he also restricted oil and gas production in this country that caused energy prices and the price of everything to buy in every store you go to to skyrocket. and , of course, energy
11:08 pm
dependency on countries that we all know hate our guts. and despite all of his vaccine and mask mandates, well, more americans died from covered under biden's first year under his watch and under donald trump. and let's not forget the crisis at the border. america's immigration system is a train wreck and he seems to want it that way because he's inviting people in. he's not enforcing the laws of this country. and speaking of that supply chain, that's a train wreck. the energy grid is a train wreck. the economy is a train wreck. america is less safe , less secure, less prosperous. and now joe biden wants to be what, rewarded with another term? i think america deserves better. here now with more on biden's big announcement today, white house correspondent, our own jackie heinrich is with us jackie. >> well, it wasn't with a lot of fanfare, but it was an announcement. yeah, sean, you know, the calculus seems to be that president biden, they think, can win voter support in
11:09 pm
twenty , twenty four the same way he did in 2020 with a mostly online campaign that's really less about him than it is about trump. biden announced his reelection bid on social media with no event or fanfare, no questions from reporters, officials redirected us to the campaign, citing the hatch act. but right now, the only contact we have is a generic email address. biden's announcement video doesn't mention a single achievement from his time in office, but says he needs four more years to finish the job. defending democracy from extreme maggot threats to abortion rights, voting access and even social security. despite gop leadership emphatically saying cuts to senior entitlements are off the table. and this video was reportedly shot over a weekend this month, but it recycles themes from 2020 and the midterms with no mention of top voter concerns like inflation, border security, crime, and china. now, if he wins a second term, biden would. eighty six years old when he leaves office.
11:10 pm
and despite pressure to show everyone that his age is not an issue, there's no big blitz of campaign stops on the horizon. his advisers just want him to keep being president because there's no serious primary challenge head on . >> well, he likes to hang out in delaware at the beach 40% his presidency has been spent there. not a bad life anyway. >> jackie hindmarch, thank you tonight. we appreciate it. all right. joe biden is now the oldest major presidential candidate in the history of the country. and even some of his supporters, his biggest supporters, are clearly concerned about this cognitive decline. take a look. >> i think the president is going to have to deal with the whole issue of age. he is 80 years old, i might add . i'm 82. i do believe that he's up to the task. and that is something that we just cannot pretend it's not on people's minds. so i think he has to show
11:11 pm
the energy that he's been showing over the past several months. >> all right. joe biden can barely saunter across the white house lawn. he has held far fewer press conferences than any of his predecessors. i mentioned he spends around 40% of his time on vacation. so i'm not exactly sure what energy that james clyburn is is witnessing anyway. here now, with more, former white house physician, texas congressman ronnie jackson. now, you are the doctor for both president obama and president trump. >> correct? that's right. and bush, okay, and bush. and you gave the cognitive test to donald trump and you told him when you gave him that test, you must release the results and they are going to be what they're going to be, period. >> right? absolutely. i told him, like he said , what's the downside? i said, the downside is you don't do well, you know, the public is going to hear about it. i mean, just it's the way it is . we released all the information from his physical exam and his cognitive exam. all the objective information
11:12 pm
was given to the press. and i stood up, sean, in front of the press and defended it for an hour and 15 minutes. >> yeah, well, the interesting thing is i've looked at it. >> it's not a particularly easy test, is it? no, it's not. >> i mean, there's a lot of things that they could do out there. i mean, the unfortunate reality is that we have a angry, confused old man leading our country right now. i mean, this is just this is an unacceptable reality for us right now. he tells people that if you're concerned about my cognitive or my mental abilities, i want you to watch me. watch me. we're watching him, sean, and we're terrified right now. we are terrified. this man, like you said, i've served three presidents. i know what it takes mentally, cognitively, and physically to do this job. this man is a walking disaster. right now. he's going to get us into trouble. i'm blowing the alarm bells right now. i'm sounding the alarm bells every single day. right now, this man is going to get us into a war with china ,russia, iran or north korea. he's incompetent and he cannot he probably will not make it
11:13 pm
the remainder of the two years that he has in this term to think that he's going to try to serve another four years after that and be our commander in chief and our head of state for six years. it's terrifying. this man doesn't know where he's at or what he's doing. it's crazy, sean. it is absolutely crazy in the left knows it to the left knows but are more concerned. the china knows that. russia knows that. iran knows that north korea knows it. and our allies know it seems to be a great danger. and i call it the new axis of evil. that's china, russia, iran. and now they're peeling away some of our allies that donald trump had. that would be saudi arabia, egypt, the uae, and they seem to be forming alliances that i didn't think would be possible two short years. the question is , does everybody around him know that? in other words, his family has got to see what we see? why is this? why isn't there anybody in that family that goes up to pops, as hunter says and says that
11:14 pm
it's time you really got up to this shot to care too much about you , to let you continue ? the reality is shown is that their existence, their power, their authority, their position, their ability to work in the white house and live in the white house day in and day out, whether it's his family or whether his senior staff, it's all tied to the fact that he's a the united states when he's not president anymore, their jobs and their influence in their their authority all goes away. it evaporates the day he leaves . and so these are people that are not concerned about the survival of this country, the national security. they're not concerned about our future in a well-being for our kids. these are people that are concerned about tomorrow and the influence that they have tomorrow. it's pathetic and it's very unpatriotic and un-american. and , you know, everybody, can you take this guy and say he's not the man that john . >> but it really is an age, is it? for example, bernie sanders is a year older than him.
11:15 pm
bernie sanders seems very sharp to me recently. donald did an interview with me. he did one with tucker. he did with mark levine. he was sharp as a tack. he sat there for well, over an hour, well versed on every issue of the day. having a serious conversation totally, completely in touch with where he is and and very, very articulate. and but that's not joe biden. that's that. but go ahead. that's not joe biden. that's a perfect example on bernie sanders is a year older than biden is . the man's very articulate. if if you listen to bernie sanders talk, you know, i mean, he's crazy, but you're not confused. about what he wants to do and what he's trying to explain to you. it's not donald trump is four or five years younger than him. the man can stand up unprompted ,that any teleprompter, anything else, and he can talk for two hours. and he's very articulate and he's very easy to understand. and he's very easy to relate to this man. he thinks he's going to campaign for the next
11:16 pm
two years from the basement like he did last year, and that the press is going to protect him. he did his rollout for crying out loud from a heavily edited video that we got. this is what we're going to get for the next two years. they're going to sequester this guy, try to keep him out of the eye, keep him out of the out of the press and just hope that he can campaign from the basement. >> it's not going to work and he's not going to debate, you know, kennedy or any other candidate if they come on board . congressman, thank you . appreciate it as always. now, while biden is racking failures, look at this south dakota shining example of what could leadership can do. the state is now home to the lowest unemployment rate in american history. anyway, joining us now is south dakota governor christine romans with us. governor , i mean, you are not only do you have the lowest unemployment rate of any state in history, but my understanding is you have twenty five thousand job openings that may or may not require a license or any specific skill set. >> is that true? it is true.
11:17 pm
and we have people that are interested in moving to south akoto to fill those jobs. and we've done incredible work to have all licensing reciprocity. so if someone wants to move to south dakota, needs a license to practice, we will recognize that license no matter what state they come from. today, i announced a historic investment in apprenticeship programs. we will train teachers in the classroom to be teachers, train plumbers on the job, electricians, barbers, cosmetologists, whatever requires a license, you can earn a wage while you get that license and further your career. and sean, what south dakota is doing is incredible. in spite of the headwinds that president biden and his administration are sending our way, we are being innovative. and it's because we've given our people the freedom to make decisions for themselves. and when they bring big ideas, we go after them and make them happen. >> here, let me let me make sure i understand this. so if you have a medical license in another state, you can move to south dakota and it would be valid there or nursing license or any license at all.
11:18 pm
immediately, immediately. >> in fact, we have more . three thousand. yeah, three thousand jobs immediately. that would be filled today if people decided to move here. we have actually gone out and identified people across this country that are interested in moving to south dakota to fill these open jobs. and we're talking to them about housing the school system. they would like the community they'd like to be a part of and specifically individually recruiting them to come fill our jobs that we have opened. because frankly, sean, the state that has the workers, the people that get up every day and go fill these positions and allow our businesses to be successful, that's a state that's going to win. and our state has been winning for years since i've been governor . we're going to continue to do so and set an example for the country. you know, there was a period of time in north dakota where they were paying people to train them to drive a truck because of the in the energy sector. and they would train them. they would house them and they would make an average of about one hundred , one hundred and twenty five grand a year. many people that were making
11:19 pm
thirty five , forty , fifty grand a year, you know, moved to north dakota and they started making real money and all the overtime they could handle. and those people were then able to save money by house, get to get a new truck, get a new car ,get whatever they wanted and it literally transformed their lives. so it seems like some states get it and then other states don't get it. i don't understand the states with heavy regulation and high taxes. >> i guess that's why people live in those states . i think that's exactly right here in our state. >> and comes are going up faster than anywhere else in the country. and this year we didn't raise taxes. we cut them and we don't have an income tax. we don't have a personal property tax. we have a sales tax that was at four and a half cents per dollar. we have cut that down to four point two and we cut the unemployment tax and saved millions of dollars out of taxpayers and businesses pockets. so we're looking for opportunities to let people keep their money, let them use it in the best way to help their family.
11:20 pm
they're thriving because of it. joe biden's announcement video was one of the weirdest things that i've ever seen as it's talking about and lack of vision. i was looking at that thinking, what does this guy define as freedom? and if people really want to see it, they need to come visit us in south dakota. in fact, just pack up and move because you're going to want to stay here. >> all right. you shut me down the last time, but i have to ask the obligatory question, and i don't blame for shutting me down. but there is a lot of talk that you might be considering getting in to the presidential race and the nominating part of the race. are you considering in any way, shape or form a run for the presidency? >> i'm super focused here, sean, in south dakota. but i'll tell you , this country cannot afford four more years of joe biden. so we need new leadership and leadership that loves this country, not one that is clearly not healthy. >> that's not a no. >> you can i don't know if it's
11:21 pm
going to do any good, but you sure can. all. >> but that's not a no. would you consider it? >> are you considering it? it's not a no. but also, sean, we've got so many people that are talking about it and running that i think it's best if i stay focused where i am and continue to visit with my family and pray and do the best thing that we think is right for our family. but then also still continue to serve this country because we need people that will step up and do hard things these days to to solve our problems. so if i had an answer that was clear , i'd give it to you today. >> i promise. that's a half a no maybe and a possibility anyway. >> governor , thank we appreciate you being with us. >> all right. when we come back , john solomon breaking news and investigative report. secretary blinken now finding himself in hot water yet again. we will explain all of that. >> steven miller will check in tonight and much more straight ahead. this.
11:22 pm
jj never missed a beat day and day by day. suddenly apj is working on a weekdays, living like a freak day like this work takes one day pay day. hey, it's nice to see it day by day. by day. and it's not a friday any day today. >> ron desantis tried to cut seniors benefits in congress. the senate voted three times to cut social security, even to privatize medicare. worth. desantis wanted to raise the retirement age to 70 ron desantis would make us work longer to get less. >> president trump promised we will protect medicare and social security. president trump delivers, and he always will make america great again. inc is responsible for the content this advertising.

>> it's a buyer. today's huge dollar room, carpet, hardwood and laminate. ninety nine dollars a room when you pay for padding and installation. ninety eight , three hundred and today nail fungus is nasty. >> opti starts improving the appearance of fungus damage toenails in just two days. it's clinically proven formula penetrates the nail for results you can see quickly. >> opti nail give fungus damage, toenails makeover. >> a huge weekend of the usfl action kicks off on fox that saturday at 7:00 eastern. the memphis showboats take on the houston gamblers. see you later, then sunday at four . let's go to new jersey generals battle the michigan panthers this real pro unbelievable real football for real fans. let's go . week three usfl action heats up this weekend on fox.

11:26 pm
ion. the number one choice of online sellers go to ship station .com slash , try and get two months free. all right. breaking tonight, shocking revelations about the former acting cia director who played a very key role in the hunt, providing a laptop cover up. now, according to john solomon, investigative reporter, the same official, mike morrell, was one of the first members of the intel community to falsely accuse donald trump of being a russian asset. is going back to twenty sixteen . so just how long has mike morell been playing dirty politics on behalf of the democratic party? all right. here with the latest editor in chief, just news.com investigative reporter, our good friend, john solomon. is with us . >> john , good to see you . good to be with you, sean. okay, so we know now that morale was at the heart along tony blinken, of getting fifty one former intel officials to say that this has
11:27 pm
all the earmarks, meaning hunter biden's laptop of a russian disinformation campaign. >> correct. that's right. yeah, there's there's no doubt. and the same pattern repeats itself. >> four years earlier, a lot of people didn't pay attention. but slow down, sunny 16 . >> i want to stay on twenty twenty and then work my way back because you broke really big news tonight. i don't want people to understand the significance of it. sure. okay, so they got fifty one intel members. now, the fbi had that laptop in december of 2019, correct. >> they did. and they had authenticated by the spring of 2020. >> you know that for a fact. i do. >> that's news to me. i never knew that they ever authenticated. then why did the fbi that had 100 biden's laptop and december of 2019. you say they authenticated that in the spring of 2020. then why did they have fbi agents speaking weekly with big tech company in the months leading up to the 2020
11:28 pm
presidential election, warning them that they may be victims of a disinformation campaign and it may be about hunter and joe biden because and that ended up with the "new york post" story being censored. >> yeah. listen, that is a great question. it's one of the unanswered questions at the attorney generals of louisiana and missouri are trying to get to the bottom . it's one of the questions that the weaponization subcommittee that jim jordan's methodically getting these bombshell interviews done is getting to the bottom of it's something that james comey is trying to figure out. and the house oversight committee there is a disconnect. i know. listen, we know three things. we know that there was authentication this spring and that a witness was then questioned about some of the emails by the fbi because they knew them to be authentic and they were asking for his help understanding it. in the fall, when dni radclyffe goes public and says, hey, there is no evidence that this is a russian disinformation operation, or directly challenges the claims of those fifty one , the fbi asked to weigh in and they say they have nothing to add to dni
11:29 pm
ratcliffe saying they basically affirm dni radcliffe's claim. so the fbi was on both sides of this. i think that's what most people fear right now. but we got to get to the actual facts before we can fully understand that. that's what jim jordan and the attorney general and james comey are doing right now. >> okay, so i read your piece you released tonight. >> now, one week after then, cia director brennan warned president barack obama that hillary clinton's campaign was conjuring up a russia scandal to harm donald trump a week later, this same mcmorrow that we're talking about in 2020 that helped organize the fifty one intel, former intel people to say that that laptop suggests it wasn't real. biden use that in a debate against trump, but going back to twenty sixteen , he wrote an op ed in the new york times and he cited his cia experience to make the trump allegation that he was colluding with russia and endorse clinton for president . and he said in the intel
11:30 pm
business, we would say that mr. putin recruited mr. trump as an unwitting agent of the russian federation. he said , take us from there. so in other words, he's at the bottom of both of these massive campaign disinformation lies that they put out here that both of them argue had an impact on both elections. >> he's going to show up in 2012. >> we can get that in a second. but let me walk you through the timetable. it's so important. july 24th, the clinton campaign, who at that time was being advised by jake sullivan. now joe biden's national security adviser, then security adviser to hillary clinton, made the first allegation that maybe donald was behind the hacking of the emails of the dnc. then a few days later, the cia director , john brennan, or else former boss walks into president obama and the president and says, sir, we have russian intelligence that hillary clinton has authorized hanging a false russia single on donald trump's campaign house. you need to be aware of this. four days a week after that, mike morell goes kind of syncs
11:31 pm
with the hillary clinton campaign claim and says he's donald trump's been recruited by vladimir putin to be a russian agent unwittingly. now, that's something that's a big allegation that, by the way, has been disproven. it didn't happen. not even bob mueller, with all the resources the ad could find such a claim, but that comes out and then the story begins to blow. the clinton people start building with the dossier. and by the fall, the clinton campaign is , you know, blowing this up at the very end of the election as a dirty trick. mike earles right in the middle of it and he synched so closely with the hillary campaign like he was linked with the biden campaign in 2020. if you doubted there was a deep state, this is and you've uncovered all of it. and i'm sure there's a lot more to come. john solomon, thank you . we appreciate it. all right. now to republican lawmakers. they are now calling on secretary of state tony blinken to resign over the allegations that he was, in fact, behind the infamous letter from fifty one former intel officials falsely claiming that biden's laptop
11:32 pm
was part of this russian disinformation. >> campaign, that fbi officials were warning big tech about. the letter was used by the media mob, joe biden himself on the debates stage to completely shut down any discussion of the very real laptop. john said that the fbi verified it was real in the spring of 2020. anyway, here's a reminder. >> 50 former national intelligence folks who said that what this he's accusing me of is a russian plan. they have said that this is has all the cash for five former heads of the cia. both parties say what he's saying is a bunch of garbage. >> more than 50 former intelligence officials signed onto a letter yesterday saying that the new york post story about hunter biden's emails has, quote, all of the classic earmarks of a russian disinformation campaign. this is what the president was just talking about. the letter's signatories span for administrations, including
11:33 pm
the current one , and include former cia directors john brennan, michael hayden and leon panetta. today, more than 50 former intelligence officers said trump's phony hunter biden scandal has all the classic earmarks of a russian information operation. >> and again, i'm not alone here. 50 intel, high level intelligence agents, people who have worked in the intelligence agencies came out and said this is mostly russian propaganda. every intelligence professional, rachel , that i've talked to over the last 24 hours says that this looks like a russian intelligence disinformation campaign. it talks like a russian intelligence disinformation campaign. this is most likely a russian intelligence disinformation campaign against the biden team. >> all right. now, tonight, the plot thickens. not only was blinken likely behind that disinformation campaign, we are now learning, thanks to fox news .com, that hunter and tony blinken have a close relationship dating back to twenty fifteen here with reaction, steven miller, former senior adviser
11:34 pm
to president trump. let's get your overall reaction to all of this. and blinken and morrell and all these allegations and it seems that they all put cinder blocks on the scales of a presidential election not once, but twice. >> steven. >> yes, well, this is one bombshell revelation after another, sean, and it points directly at tony blinken and directly and mike morell to central architects of these deep state plots to interfere in our elections and to falsely slander donald trump as an agent of russia. now, if you look at tony blinken, one of the new revelations that you just mentioned, sean, is the extent and coziness of his relationship with hunter biden to the point where he and hunter well well, blinken was the deputy secretary of state or having secret email exchanges using tony blinken,
11:35 pm
private email. sound familiar with hunter then forwarding those exchanges to his business partners? while hunter is raking in ukrainian cash ? so what are these two meeting about? what are hunter and tony blinken talking about with each other while hunter is making all of this money? and then you have years later, tony blinken apparently being the person who set in motion a chain of events to create the letter that we just heard, all that sound from where fifty one intelligence operatives falsely attempted to discredit the laptop that we all know is completely real. so, again, all arrows point at tony blinken. this man has to be deposed. he has to be hauled before congress. he has to be put under oath. and what we have here, sean, is a conspiracy to interfere and obstruct the american election. and if we could put someone in

11:41 pm
jean carroll, who doesn't even seem to remember exactly when the , quote, alleged incident occurred. meanwhile, down in atlanta, the d.a. there is saying that she'll make a decision at some point between july and september on whether or whether or not to charge trump with a crime related to the 2020 election. but despite all the attention on former president trump, it is the current president's own son who has now been ordered to show up in person in an arkansas courtroom next week over child support payments. related to the grandchild that joe and jill biden refused to even acknowledge it with reaction. fox news legal analyst greg jarret, fox news contributor ari fleischer. greg, let's start on the legal side of this. >> look, even the mainstream media has been reporting that there will likely be indictments against hunter biden, maybe even this week, the week his father announces he's running for reelection. if you call that an announcement, is this case real? because apparently the judge
11:42 pm
wants to know what is on that laptop in terms of in terms of finances. >> right, exactly. if you want to know how heartless the bidens are, just take a look at this case. >> this is a sad case. >> you know, the president and first lady hunter biden don't even have the decency to admit or acknowledge that this is their child and grandchild. >> and , you know, hunter biden took a dna test. it proved conclusively he is the father, but he was kicking and screaming about child support and eventually agree to pay some . now he wants it torn up. he's claiming poverty and the judge isn't buying it. >> the judge suspects that he's got squirreled away tens of millions of dollars from his influence peddling schemes. and the evidence is on the laptop. so in one of the last hearings, the judge said to biden's attorney , is this your client's laptop? and the guy said , gee, as far as i know, it is not
11:43 pm
my client's laptop at which point the judge said , i want to question your client, bring him in bright and early monday morning. >> i'm issuing an order. he's got to be here now. everybody knows it's under biden's laptop, for goodness sakes itself. authenticating with all the photographs, selfies took of himself and crack pipes and . but his emails have also been verified and confirmed by the many people he was communicating with . so this this really is hunter biden, who's trying to weasel out of the laptop the same way he's trying to weasel out of taking responsibility for his own daughter. >> he is despicable and it's shameful. but it's classic. >> biden why wouldn't joe and joe biden acknowledge that biological granddaughter ari fleischer? and imagine if it was a trump that did that? yeah. oh, if it was donald trump, we'd be hearing all day, all
11:44 pm
night all networks. >> look, you i just think they have bent over backwards to do everything the hunter asked them to do. so if hunter says i'm going to have business deals and let's not tell anybody about them, but i need your help, dad. joe biden has a history bending over backwards to make life easier for his son . and of course, we all suspect that his son made life easier for the father by funneling the money that he received from his lobbying efforts abroad to support his father. how else does he have a beach house in delaware? on a senator's salary? so that is the family history. i'm just glad to see hunter is going to get hauled into court. it's appropriate if you want to get answers and there are still the tax evasion charges against hunter biden on the federal level. and the falsification of a form that he used to purchase a gun in which he lied on that form. those are serious crimes, misdemeanors and a felony that he very well may get charged for federally. >> let me ask about the civil case with jean carroll. it goes back almost 30 years.
11:45 pm
as i said . apparently, she doesn't remember the date. but the allegation, greg jarrett, is in fact, that she's claiming at a very busy department store in new york called bergdorf goodman that donald trump sexually assaulted and her in a dressing room there. >> and i mean, how do you bring a case up like this 30 years later? how would something like that happen in a busy department store? that's going to be very difficult to prove with my mind. >> well, and it's not a zoo like macy's. this is bergdorf goodman. if you've ever been inside, there are more clerks than customers. >> it's like a tomb and they hover all over you . >> and if you walk in and you're a famous rich guy like donald trump, there was probably a whole retinue of clerks following him around. >> so to believe that a occurred in a dressing room at bergdorf. >> i mean, that's a tough sell
11:46 pm
for the plaintiff. >> a lot of it's going to come down to her own credibility. will she withstand a withering, cross-examined? the defense says she has reasons to lie. publicity, status, money, political reasons. and so the you know, the defense is going to say, look, use your common sense. does this really make sense from a plaintiff who says she can't even remember what year this supposed incident took place, much less the month or the day. but this this is in new york . so the jury composition is composed entirely of people who hate donald trump. and the challenge for the defense is to convince those jurors to set their prejudices aside and judge the case based on the paucity of evidence heard. >> know the other issue that's haunting the president biden is don't forget, there is a special counsel investigating a sitting president of
11:47 pm
the united states for his mishandled classified information when he was vice president and senator . and why shouldn't have there been no leaks about that? >> everything involving donald trump leaks. nothing has leaked about that investigation. and i've never seen a white house press corps less curious about a special counsel named to investigate a sitting president . but that is profound and absolutely 1000% correct. ari fleischer, a great point. really good point. both of you . thank you . all right. coming up next, you won't believe what biden said at the white house yesterday. parents are pretty outraged. let's put it this way. it's reminiscent of it takes a village straight ahead. still is enforced overnight. but after all the blasting and casting is done with strong last's grandson of a steelworker, ron desantis worked his way through college, joined the navy as a jag officer , earned a bronze star

yesterday at the national state teacher of the year celebration. biden peddled his latest socialist utopia idea and seemingly endorse the notion that kids, every child belongs to the country. not to their parents. >> take a look. rebecca, put a teachers creed into words when she said there's no such thing as someone else's child, no such thing as someone else's child. our nation's children are all our children. >> all right. really, joe , are you going to tell us that our children belong to the entire nation? are we headed back to the it takes a village era? now, biden's comments did raise alarm from parents who push back against the idea, but that did not stop joe from doubling down on stupid and highlighting his comment in a tweet earlier today. anyway, here with reaction, fox and friends weekend co-host pete hegseth. 2020 four gop presidential candidate. we're going to make larry take that cognitive test. larry elder is with us . i know you .
11:53 pm
so you don't really you don't really need to take it. all right. i get really offended at this idea. our kids can't read , write, do math , science, arithmetic. they don't know computers, but there are teachers, larry, that believe that they have the right to circumvent values that parents should be instilling in their kids and teach things like gender identity even when it's not age appropriate, crt, et cetera. sorry, i want my teachers to teach and shut up and do their job. that's it. they have no right to indoctrinate these kids into their value system. >> absolutely. and that is why i'm running for president and urging people to help me by going to elder for president . >> .com. look, john , this undermining the parents, the parents are the foundation of our children, not the state, not government. and you look at the things that hillary said in the book. you mentioned it takes a village. they're very similar to the things that karl marx said in the communist manifesto. he wanted to divorce children from the state and he wanted
11:54 pm
children to be to be educated in state run schools. now, look at the clintons, the obamas, the bidens. they talk that talk of collectivism, but they don't walk the walk of it. obama went to a private school in hawaii, went to a private school for his first two years in college, finished up at college at a private school at columbia, then goes to harvard. the girls, sasha and malia, were educated at sidwell friends, the same private school that the clintons sent chelsea to . and biden went to private school as did his children. so they talk that talk. they don't walk that walk. and finally, the democrats have embraced black lives matter. and until they were criticized, black lives matter on their website wanted to disrupt the nuclear intact family. again, the very foundation of our society, the foundation of our children. >> it's outrageous. you know, pete, i know you . i know your wife. i know your kids. i've met your kids. you know what your great parents. you don't need some teacher circumventing the values you would like to instill in your kids. >> well, that's what the left
11:55 pm
wants. >> you're exactly right. from genesis to proverbs to ephesians, the bible is said the instruction, discipline, teaching of children of wisdom belongs to a father and a mother. can we still say that a father and mother to parents to instill those values? we partner with churches and schools and institutions to further those values. but what joe biden said today was part the long line of what the progressive left is believe from horace mann to john dewey. to woodrow wilson. i wrote a book about a battle for the american mind. they've taken over government schools to say we're the parent now. your kids are ours. joe biden is an extension of that. every conservative christian patriot out there needs to take hold of their own education because this is exactly what they want. >> i can't say it any better than both of you , by the way, don't you think, larry, it's nuts to run for president ? >> we love larry. but go , larry, that's a rough road, man. all right. thank you , larry. thank you for hannity. straight ahead, overactive are
