that is up 13%. but what is going to happen once title 42 is gone and those numbers seem to be a drop in the bucket as you say, 40000 migrants now waiting on the other side of the border to try to come in. but last week they report about 7500 apprehensions. those are encounters every single 24 hours for a week straight. the numbers are going up because people know it's an angry title 42 gives a border patrol slight advantage of the mission they can expel people under title 42 and a much quicker manner within the hour depending upon transit and logistics. once title 42 goes away they will not have that option everybody's going to be processed for deportation. what's happening now and what's been happening for the last two plus years to many people are not being encountered at all by law enforcement or southwest border for the coming into the country unnoticed by anyone. and then some people are coming into custody for just a short time. they are processed and released me that encourages more people to come to the border breed that encourages more people to be in

>> the shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. last night in cleveland, texas that is about 45 miles north of houston. the suspect has been identified by authorities 38-year-old francisco a mexican national parade they say he had been drinking and find an ar-15 style rifle in his yard last night. officers say a neighbor told him a baby was trying to sleep and asked him to stop firing his gun. that is when he allegedly resorted to violence. css is property he will do whatever he pleases on his property. the man went back in the house next thing they know is walking up the driveway with a rifle in hand. >> the sheriff says he then went into the neighbor's house and shot five people in the head killing three women, two men in an 8-year-old boy. the victims are all from on honduras and range in age from eight to 40 years old. also he is known to law

walshe it's back to court in august, eric protects a right thank you. ask eric, thank you for the army issuing a ground stop to all noncritical aviation units yesterday but it falls to deadly midair collisions in the last few months. the latest on thursday, three soldiers killed when two apache helicopters collided in midair over alaska. charles watson has a story. most eric and arthel this is a significant decision by the u.s. army. the first time in nearly a decade it suspended operations and grounded aviation units. the army said the move grounds all aviators except those participating in critical missions until soldiers can complete additional training exercises beginning on monday. the decision was made after two fatal midair collisions in the last few months and killed a dozen soldiers. the most recent crash happened

earlier this week on thursday. two army helicopters collided in alaska killing three soldiers and seriously injuring a fourth. we are told the soldiers who were part of the first attack battalion 25th aviation regiment and alaska were on their way back from a training exercise when the fatal accident happened. military investigators are expected to arrive at that crash site today but meantime the army released a statement saying quote during this stand out we will on safety and training protocols to ensure our pilots and crews have the knowledge, training, unawareness to safely complete their assigned mission. now we do not know the cause of either accident just yet but one source tells fox news they suspect a lack of flight hours for young aviators could be a consuming factor. general keith kellogg lit weighed in on that idea take collision because you see a rush of accidents you start the question is are they getting enough time they need in the

the last day of national crime victims week. since 1981 the department of justice has recognized and honored victims of criminal creditors in our country. some victim advocates say a lot more needs to be done to toughen up the laws. one of them speaking out is jennifer harrison. jennifer's boyfriend, kevin davis, was brutally stabbed to death back in 2005. his murder has simple romped at her to start victims rights in new york a group that make sure we have the laws, programs and policies needed to protect us. jennifer harrison founder of victims rights new york joins us now. good to see you. first, as someone is horrible occur you personally what is the significance of victims rights week what does that tell other victims and their families about how we do care about victims?
