they mismanaged their assets and liabilities to the point they're stock a year ago was $150. today it will be wiped out. this was not a bank that was well capitalized versus the other banks so you're going to have a few of these continue because of poor real estate loans that were probably on their books, but there's not going to be a national or global contagion from this. pete: we'll see, first republic banks all over and loo that's a first republic bank right kitty corner from the fox news channel. it's a significant thing and hopefully it doesn't ripple and impact. if you have deposits and haven't gotten them out, that's a serious problem. rachel: that's right. will: one of the most growth index teskying displays -- growtgrotesque displays of powed media is the dinner in washington dc. they're supposed to rub elbows over a fancy tuxedo clad meals.

koenen reported the following and salespeople court voted to aver turn rights and the window into the justices deliberation in one of the most consequential cases in the court before the last five decades. now just as a clarification and reminder, this was not -- the supreme court had not issued the opinion and wouldn't for several more months. this was a leak and this was reported to put it out there for the public. pete: exactly. the leak happened in may of 2022 and the draft ruling had been written in february so the court had been fulling over this for a couple of months and leaked bay person with proceedings and politico covering the sources and the case was pending and this was 23409 something that happened and not supposed to happen by tradition and protocol

remember this, this is all of the tension, the turnout on the streets. all before by the way, again, the supreme court opinion is published and right here in the neighborhood of supreme court justices. pete: this is not the supreme court. this is the private residence of a supreme court justice. it is prohibited by federal law and we saw at that moment was political authority whether it was nancy pelosi or governor hogan of maryland took very little recourse to stop these intimidation efforts. that's not a legal thing they were doing. they were never stopped from doing so. will: we heard from shannon bream, the protests are taking place. pete: that was amazing to hear and happening in the houses of justice today and they got a limited private security and nancy pelosi and speaker was forced to do at a minimum that

but it came only after a public outcry. will: one month after the protest and the fallout from the leak comes the actual opinion that overturns roe v wade. in june, the supreme court published that opinion, june 24, 2022. the protest now spill over into the public in front of the court. pete: there were protests and a lot of celebrations across america and roe v wade was overturned 50 years later and a lot of people working and praying for that moment and grateful for justices not intimidated and ultimately the leaker was not effective and the ruling that came out mirrored almost exactly the draft ruling leaked in may. will: today where we stand on the supreme court leaker as of january 19, they published a report, key investigation and take aways and concluded they could not determine somewhat shockingly for all of us, who that leaker is. they focused on 82 people with access or would have had access
