you work hard and play by the rules and pay your bills and this is what happens. how do you feel? todd: it's annoying and un-american and an administration that givings the shaft to those responsible and dot right things and rewards hemothat do the exact opposite and look at criminals, it is incentivizing criminals by not having any consequences to him. it's giving drugs to the individuals in portland and other -- i know it's not directly them but getting funds vis-a-vis the federal government. if we don't incentivize good maher but bad behavior, what are going to be the consequences to the country? shouldn't be shocked and look at joe biden and how he handles the federal bank account, he's spending like a drunken sailor now, why doesn't he think those people should not be rewarded. he wants them rewarded and will lead to a ridiculous debt cycle and in 30 to 40 years, our kids and grand kids pay for them.

joe: if you have a 740 fico score, then you're paying a 1% fee. nicole, i'm old huff to remember 2008 and what caused the great recession at that time and primarily the housing market and imploding as a result of us giving loans, the government, loans to people that couldn't pay them back and took down an entire economy. we would have learned from that but doesn't appear to be happening here. >> i'm all for trying to help people that need a bisof assistance and trying to buy a home and getting out of college and put together a family and don't have the income but shouldn't come at the expense of other people and those with credit scores are those who have been able to keep their debt down and paying higher rate when is other people who maybe haven't been able to do the same

are paying lower rates. this is actually the affordable care act of the similar that you're take out risk-based pricing and getting health insurance, the higher the risk, the higher potential fees it'll be and you're risky and that's the way it should be. what this is doing is take us more towards socialism and that works for many countries and the united states should reject that and it should be weighed heavily in the ballots and talk to equity to a more socialistic state. >> this is socialism for homeowners and biden administration is making decisions to reward bad decisions.

if you spent recklessly and live above your means and have payment and someone that's done it in the right way will pay for you. joe: final word, kennedy. kennedy: it's not a zero sum emissions and if you have good credit or bad that's how you're being treated and they talk about collective and that's another term for socialism. it's how you pay your bills on time and whether or not you were able to live within your means and not overspend therefore not being delinquent on some accounts and you're rewarded for that with a higher credit score, which makes it easier to acquire capital and buy more things like a house in the future. you know what lenders want? people responsible and they don't want to be in the real estate business. bank of america doesn't want a bunch of homes of people that
