>> this is the beginning of the investigation. we started out questions. we don't have answers to the questions until they respond. if they don't respond appropriate we will sue them because of the discovery process. we want to know whether they misled. they have protection under federal law if their vaccine causes harm to individuals. but they don't have protection under state law if they misled consumers about the efficacy, the effectiveness of the vaccine or whether it stops the transmission of covid. so we want to look at that to determine if they misled texas consumers. >> ashley: what's the latest angle you are taking on this. i know there are lots of different angles to this. what's the latest one. >> really just asking questions, you know, about what they actually have in their trials. what information, what science they have. what information they had before they put these vaccines out. and then was that information, did it match up to what though told consumers as consumers
