in a criminal scheme with a foreign national. we're being told that justice has had in their possession a document showing biden directly exchanged money for policy decisions when he was vice president again a foreign national bribed vice president biden in exchange for policy decisions. this isn't just cracked out hunter, this is a direct link to the president of the united states. senator chuck grassley, who broke the news, says these allegations are very credible. listen. >> we have credible information that this possible criminal activity took place. i do have faith in the whistleblowers that bring it to me that this document exists. we have a rough idea of what's in the document from the credible whistleblower. we get this information, the

document exists, and we will have to get the document. >> jesse: this is grassley's wheelhouse he doesn't mess around when it comes to whistleblowers. grassley is the real deal on this stuff. that's bad news for biden. this could be hard evidence that joe was doing political favors for cash. and the fbi and the justice department knew it and they sat on it. just like they did with the laptop for over a full year and the run-up to the last election. and since this is another election cycle for biden, i guess it was all part of the plan, another cover-up. but, now, oversight chair jim comer issuing a subpoena to the fbi chris wray ordering them to release this document immediately. and grassley is telling the white house they better not cover it up by classifying it. >> do you believe that the subpoena will ultimately be successful and chairman comer will be able to obtain this document? what level of confidence do you have? >> it will be successful unless

>> jesse, thanks for having me on. a document like this really comes down to one thing in my mind. this is probably an fbi 302 investigative report. say that because the whistleblower, in order to make the connection, and to assess that it's credible of credible information like senator grassley has assessed, means that they had to have sat down with whoever is providing the information and they are not going to do that without making sure you get every detail you can from someone. so my guess is jesse, someone called up the fbi and said, hey, we have legitimate evidence that joe biden received a payment in exchange and we want to come talk to you. and somebody saw that and noticed that nothing was being done with it and has come forward and informed senator grassley and representative comer. >> jesse: so we don't know what foreign country we are dealing with. it could be china.

it could be ukraine. what kind of action would the vice president be wheeling and dealing for with the country like a ukraine or a china? think about how rare it is to have a whistleblower to come forward from doj or the fbi. it's incredibly rare. they would have to have very solid information that whether they are coming forward they are not -- they are not embarrassed about it or not concerned about the credibility. so here, the country at issue certainly ukraine and china, but, remember, when joe biden bragged about getting rid of a prosecutor that was looking at the burisma company that hunter hunter biden was a board member. it could be something like that. and that would be considerably expensive in order to get the vice president to take such action on a national stage as he did. and then he bragged about it. so, if it's like that. that would be significant money.

>> jesse: can you cover something like this up. says the white house might classify the document and we will never ever see it? >> yeah, you know, his comments are significant. it's a warning shot to the white house to don't play games on in this is not one you want messing around. you don't want to mess around with chuck grassley. i'm going to tell you that he is like a pit bull. he will stay on an issue. he is on the substance. he doesn't care about the politics. and he's warning them don't play politics with it. even if they do though, if they do classify this, chuck grassley has the ability, the intelligence committees on both the house have the ability to review those documents in a scif. and so at some point somebody outside of the white house and doj has to look at these documents. >> jesse: what does it mean to you that the fbi has just been sitting on something this explosive? >> i am, you know, it's mind boggling to me, jesse. because this is -- it's not just explosive.

this is enormous information that would have immediately gone to the attorney general himself and to director wray. now, once that happens. if the decision was made to stall, to bury this or to buy time. that could only come from director wray or attorney general merrick garland. >> jesse: they have this silly rule, you know, no big investigations during elections we're in an election. we are always in an election,, brebrett,. >> can i remember a sitting congressman violating the law. do you know who wanted action immediately the department of justice when i was u.s. attorney somplet somewhere between 15 years ago and now we have a department of justice that doesn't seem to care about our elected officials whether they are corrupt or not.

what happens to you? >> well, did you go into horrible, horrible withdrawals. you get really really dope sick. i think that's the term that's used. and you pretty much do anything to get more, including, you know, shoplifting, stealing, committing crime, whatever it is that you need to do to generate money so that you can get that fentanyl to get that fix. and if you are homeless on the street, that's a pretty hopeless existence. so when people are telling you no, i just prefer to stay this way and stay on the street, that usually underlying issue underneath that is drug addiction. and so we need figure out a way to stop the drug addiction to give these people a chance at some hope at recovery. >> jesse: it's up to each individual, is it not? we can't keep expecting the city of san francisco to fix it. they won't do anything right. it's got to be up to the individual. they're not victims. they're individuals that have choice. they have freedom. they have free will. >> so, that's true.

and they are also slaves to addiction. which kind of complicates the issue. so the way i look at it is that there is a subset of people on the street require intervention. that means we're going to have to go from and not necessarily give them a choice. take them to get medical attention and put them into treatment to try to get them clean and hopefully along the way those people will find recovery. for the ones that don't want to participate, that want to continue to live out there, you know, we as a community have to make a decision as a society has to make a decision what we want to do with that. do we want to create shelters and put them in shelter, housing, whatever? but the street cannot be the permanent location for these folks to live because it's creating great harm to themselves and great harm to the community. >> jesse: how did you kick drugs, tom? >> well, i was held accountable. i had to go to jail for a few months to sober up. and then i went to six month drug treatment program and that really changed my life. and so, like i said, there is a subset of us that need that kind

candidates. >> yeah, jesse, thanks for having me on. first off, i think it's terribly unfortunate that every time the united states military is showing up in the news, it's over things like this anymore these days. the american people see this and think this has become our military and so first and foremost, i think it's important that i should say and i failed to do this often enough, thank you to the good men and women who nobly serve our country in uniform every day of their lives because they show up believing in the greatness of the american ideal. and because they are willing to lay their life on the line in defense of this country. and so, i have to wonder who it is that our senior military leaders, in fact, think they are appealing to in the recruiting process by hiring a drag queen as their digital ambassador? i mean they are certainly not incentivizing our men and women in uniform to stick around if they are decent people who believe in the western nuclear

family as we often refer to it. they don't want their kids in this stuff. they don't want to stay after hours and participate. it's not helping our recruiting efforts. what's surprise something not that it's taking place. we have known for the last couple years during the biden administration this has been taking place more and more. what's surprising is that senior military leaders continue to push an agenda like this despite the fact that it's hurting our recruiting efforts and it's hurting our retention and frankly it can't help our lethality and readiness. >> jesse: someone had to have approved this in the navy. and say i'm going to put a drag queen out to dance and wiggle and that's going to attract recruits to join the navy. someone had to think this was a good idea. in what world is that a good idea? >> well, this is a really unwise strategy. frankly, shouldn't call it a strategy. it's unwise decision-making by our senior military leaders,

what also is surprising is i know that we have senior ranking members of our military in all branches of the military who are appalled by this stuff and, yet, you are not hearing from them. you are calling on the late, so to speak, lieutenant colonel matt lohmeier. why is it that we also seem to have a crisis of courage among our senior military ranks. you are right. there are people that have to make decisions about these things and what's disappointing to americans generally is that this is a partisan issue somehow. why is it the democrats and republicans on both sides of the aisle in congress can't come together and say hey, overnight, we are going to unite and eliminate this kind of thing from our armed forces? why is it that it's conservatives that are speaking up in defense of our troops who can't, frankly, speak up freely on behalf of themselves? you know, conservatives have been interested in reaching out to me in the wake of me being fired from my command to discuss
