6:01 pm
we will explain that straight ahead. first, happening right now, a georgia man suspected of a deadly deadly rampage earlier today at a local hospital has now been apprehended thank god. here with the very latest from atlanta her own jonathan. jonathan? >> local authorities are holding a news conference releasing details announcing that they have apprehended the suspect without incident, without any further violence just outside the city of atlanta, northwest of atlanta, in the suburb of cobb county. they say 24 old deion patterson fled there in a stolen vehicle after allegedly opening fire in a medical office waiting room here in midtown atlanta and it all started at 12:08 when police received a call reporting an active shooter in an office building associated with northside hospital system. 39 real world died at the scene and ambulances to the other four victims also women ranging in age from 25 to 71.

decision on felony charges and gun charges after meeting with hunter biden's lawyers late last week. make no mistake. charges are very high at the biden white house tonight but not just because of the president and his deadbeat son and his potential arrest. he is a great artist, by the way. of breaking moments ago, the big guy himself has been directly located in a serious crime. i'm talking about the president. in fact, a brand-new legally protected highly credible whistleblower disclosure might end up being the biggest story of the year. listen to the spicher according to the bombshell disclosure, detailed by senator charles grassley, and congressman james comer. the doj and fbi are now in possession, they believe of evidence that will prove that joe biden took foreign bribes. this document describes an alleged criminal scheme

involving the then vice president, biden, and a foreign national related to an exchange of money for policy decisions. in other words, the very definition of a high crime also a serious felony that is proven true could result in impea impeachment, possible imprisonment of joe biden, your president. [cheers and applause] now, the allegation is not nearly that soon -- the document includes a precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed as well as his purpose. night, we don't know if federal officials ever even bothered to investigate or authenticate these very serious and precise claims in any way, shape, manner or form. the hunter biden laptop, that was in the fbi's position since december of 2019. we still don't know for sure if investigators even attempted to verify the contents. although john sullivan will be here in a moment. he says in his reporting that in
6:05 pm
fact the fbi did verify that the laptop was authentic in the spring of 2020. that turns out to be true. the next logical question would be, well, then, why was the fbi meeting weekly with big tech companies warning them of being victims of a possible four disinformation campaign in the lead up to 2020 election? and the head of twitter integrity at the time, a guy by the name of -- telling the agm missouri now senator eric schmitt that the misinformation out, maybe about hunter. a new rudy giuliani had a copy of the laptop. of course it was going to be late. meanwhile, in a very defensive public statement, the biden white house accused republicans of loading anonymous innuendo and "when it comes to president biden's personal finances, everybody can take a look. he has offered an unprecedented level of transparency." not quite. in the spirit of unprecedented
6:06 pm
transparency, let's -- perhaps the white house should call on the fbi to release the document in question right now. of the whistleblower's allegations are just baseless and politically motivated attacks, as the white house is claiming, i don't think i will be a problem. don't hold your breath. hohouse oversight committee char comber has already subpoenaed the document but don't expect the also transparent white house leading a helping hand. don't expect biden to be transferred either. or honest for that matter. we are still looking for answers to the following questions. how much money has the biden family made, how much were the deals with china and russia and ukraine and kazakhstan and about a dozen other countries and how much profit did they make? and what were the countries expecting in return for these deals? why didn't hunter or did hunter register as a foreign agent? while working on behalf of foreign nationals?
6:07 pm
and the big question is, what did your president, joe biden you know and when did he know it and then joe biden made any money from any of these deals with hunter biden and his foreign business partners and if he did make any money, how much money did he make? remember, hunter complaining bitterly that they took half his income and he had to pay for. 's home repairs and set aside 10% for the big guy. they know him as joe biden. so why according to chairman comer with 12 different members of the biden family reportedly now breaking in proceeds from these countries. as a chairman comer outline, what did the biden set up all these "llcs" that seemed to be shell corporations to distribute that money? and here is the big one. why did biden lie to every american over and over and over again about never once talking to his son hunter about his foreign business dealings?
6:08 pm
he said he -- are never one time ever talk to hunter about any of these foreign deals but yet we have even photographic evidence. now, is your president compromise? with china, with russia, ukraine? did he take bribes? is this smoking gun evidence? has it been destroyed? is the doj even investigating a very serious allegation? or will they use the case against hunter to shield the president and blocked document disclosures and mitigate any potential fallout by narrowing the scope of this investigation. all right, that is a lot to absorb. here to answer a lot of these questions, editor-in-chief john solomon. [applause] great to have you back. why don't i let you and -- in your own words describe how serious this is for joe biden and hunter biden? >> listen, anytime there's an allegation that a confidential human source, informant told the
6:09 pm
fbi he had evidence that the soon to be president, former vice president is involved in a criminal scheme and it is a serious matter, let's just go through what we absolutely know to be factually true. we know this involves a confidential human informant. why? because it involves a 1023 form. there is a form that an agent fills out when he talks to an authorized confidential source and he records the information and it usually happens within a few weeks of the contact off and at the same day of the contact. the period is june 2020. this information comes in in the spring and summer of 2020 in the middle of the 2020 campaign. how do we know that? the subpoena. i think fox has that now. you can look at that. 2020 is the approximate debt of the document. i heard reporting from multiple sources that the allegation involves the country of ukraine. i know that sounds familiar because we have been talking about that since 2019 with those we don't know more than that. we know it involves the country of ukraine.
6:10 pm
if that came in the summer of 2020, about six to eight months earlier, the fbi obtained a set of the most on the laptop from hunter biden. one of those e-mails is a -- april 2014 e-mail where joe biden gives a speech in ukraine touting natural gas the same week that his son is being put on the board of burisma and hunter biden rights his business partner saying we should tell burisma about this. it shows we are adding value. they were taking credit for the line in the vice president's speech touting natural gas which was the product of his brand-new employer burisma. so there is reason to have looked at this. the question that they have is, what did you do? did you follow up on this? did it go into a circular and get lost? that is a question we have to wait for and get answers. >> sean: let's get the grassley/comer letter. they say, the doj and fbi possess an unclassified fd 1023
6:11 pm
form first i want you to explain what that is. secondly, and it describes an alleged criminal scheme involving than vp joe biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for a policy decision. now, john, it does not get any more clear than that. explain what the form is and explain how serious the charge is. >> with the fbi interviews a witness, they fill out a form. it is a witness report. when they have a contact with an authorized informant, they fill out a different form. we know this information came from an informant provided to an agent. it is put into this report. the day. yes, they scheme involving the selling of policy for 20. very serious. that was the allegation that was about -- that hung over burisma that created a conflict of interest. maybe policy changed hands and we know now that this involves ukraine. were part of ukraine?
6:12 pm
we will have to wait and see. we will see what the document produces. i have confirmed that this document -- exist. it has not been destroyed. there's a good chance that it will be produced. >> sean: why do i suspect that [indistinct] is involved and the stock images -- am i overly suspicious? do you all believe that? >> yes! >> sean: that they probably have not but it might just -- i don't know, end up in a fireplace somewhere. >> we saw some fbi text messages disappear, remember? there have been good reason for that suspicion. the documents, there are witnesses that know what are in the documents. i think congress has a good chance of getting this and then the question is, was it checked out giving all the body of evidence we now have about it, was just checked out? if not, why? because it comes in in december of 2020, right in the middle of
6:13 pm
a presidential election. >> sean: all right, john solomon, thank you. great news. great information. now for more on hunter biden's imminent legal woes, welcome to, of the hit show the five, our very own judge jeanine pirro is here. [cheers and applause] great to see you. by the way, i did not get that reaction when i came out. i'm just saying. it is great to see. congratulations on all your success. okay. i want to start with a different question. okay? so abby lowell who got john edwards off and albiol who got senator menendez off is now the biden's attorney. he is one of the best attorneys in the country. i think you would admit. he is representing them. this is not a slamdunk, is it? >> let me ask you a question. [laughter] >> sean: by the way, behind me, it says, piero.

i did not know that. >> if you sign a pistol permit application and you lie on that application and you get the permit, you get the gun. what else do you need? i don't care if god comes down to represent you. you are guilty of lying and submitting a purchase statement for a gun. [applause] >> sean: we are asking, do we have a dual justice system in america? >> of course we do. >> sean: i would have been in jail already. >> me, too. here is the thing. yeah. you would have to identify it. but yes.
