america. llacrossthat are standing with . sir, thank you so much forfo joining me tonight. r joininman. thank you so much, lord .u. god bless you , man. thank you . god bless you too. thank you so much for watching.. fox news tonight, rollin gor with all the breaking news. i hope you have a great mento evening. my mentor and friend, the great sean hannity, is up, by the way, lawrence, that's for you . thank you for that. lawrence is a dear friend and also a great job. i know you've had breaking news. the last two nights are going to phenomenal job. thank you , jim . hello, audience. how are you all doing? obviously, we're back with our audience. this is a very, very busy news night now in just a moment, we have a real explosive new development developments about joe biden and a possible scheme to exchange money for his policy decisions. also, hunter biden might be indicted as early as tomorrow.
11:01 pm
you explain that straight ahead. but first, happening right now, a georgia man suspected of a deadly, deadly rampage earlier today at a local hospital has now been apria handed. thank god it with the very latest from atlanta, our own jonathan sorry, jonathan . >> hi there, sean. well, local authorities are holding a news conference as we speak, releasing details. police announcing that they have apprehended the suspect without incident, without any further violence. just outside the city of atlanta, northwest of atlanta, in a suburb of cobb county. they say 24 year old deion patterson fled there in a stolen vehicle after allegedly opening fire and a medical office waiting room here in midtown atlanta. it all started at 12 08 this afternoon when police received the call reporting an active shooter in an office building associated with northside hospital system. a 39 year old woman died at the scene. ambulance took the other four victims, also women ranging in age from 25 to 71 to
11:02 pm
the level one trauma center at nearby grady memorial hospital. two of them underwent emergency surgery. third victim had a less invasive procedure called interventional radiology, while the fourth victim continued to be treated without surgery in the trauma center. the u.s. coast guard says its investigative service is working with local authorities because the suspect had served for four and a half years with the coast guard before being discharged in january . and sean north side hospital says that this facility here in midtown will be closed tomorrow. they're urging patients to reach out to their providers to reschedule their appointments. >> back to you. all right, jonathan , thank you . our prayers with the family, i know everyone agrees with that. >> we have a fox news alert. it is a big one . a federal indictment against hunter biden now appears imminent. the president's son could be arraigned as early as tomorrow. he could wind up going to prison. "the washington post" is now reporting that prosecutors are
11:03 pm
now nearing a decision on felony tax charges and gun charges after meeting with hunter biden's lawyers late last week. so make no mistake, tensions are very high at the biden white house tonight, but not just because of the president and his deadbeat son and his potential arrest. he is a great artist, by the way. breaking moments ago, the big guy himself has been directly implicated in a serious crime. i'm talking about the president, in fact, a brand new legally protected, highly credible whistleblower disclosure might end up being the biggest story of the year. listen to this. according to the bombshell disclosure detailed by senator charles grassley, and congressman james comey, the doj and the fbi are now in possession, they believe, of evidence that will prove that joe biden took foreign bribes. now, this document, quote, this is in the document, describes an alleged criminal scheme
11:04 pm
involving the then vice president biden and a foreign national relating to an exchange of money for policy decisions. in other words, the very definition of a high crime, also a serious felony that, if proven true, could result in impeachment, possible imprisonment of joe biden. your president. >> now, the allegation is clearly that serious. the document also purportedly includes a precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed as well as its purpose. but tonight, we we don't know if federal officials ever even bothered to investigate or authenticate these very serious and precise claims in any way, shape or form. now, remember the biden laptop that was in the fbi's possession since december of 2019? we still don't know for sure if investigators even attempted to verify the contents, although
11:05 pm
john solomon, he will be here in a moment. he says in his reporting that, in fact, the fbi did verify that the laptop from was authentic in the spring of 2020. if that turns out to be true, the next logical question would be , well, then why was the fbi meeting weekly with big tech companies warning them of being victims of a possible foreign disinformation campaign in the lead up to the 2020 election? and the head of twitter integrity at the time, a guy by the name of joe roth, you know, telling the ag in missouri. now, senator eric schmidt that the misinformation oh, it may be about hunter. well, they knew rudy giuliani, trump's attorney , had a copy of the laptop. of course, it was going to be leaked. now, meanwhile, in very defensive public statement, the biden white house accused republicans of floating an anonymous innuendo and quote, when comes to president biden's personal finances, anybody can take a look. he has offered an unprecedented level of transparency, not quite so in the spirit of unprecedented, transparent,
11:06 pm
let's say perhaps the white house should call on the fbi to release the document in question. right now, if the whistleblowers allegations are just baseless and politically motivated, attacks, as the white house is claiming, and i don't think that will be a problem. but don't hold your breath. house oversight committee chair colmer has already subpoenaed the document in question, but don't expect the oh so transparent white house to lend a helping hand . in fact, don't expect biden to be transparent in any way, either or honest for that matter. you know, we're still looking for answers to the following questions. how much money has the biden family made? how much will the deals with china and russia and ukraine and kazakhstan and about a dozen other countries and how much profit did they make and what were the countries expecting in return for these deals? why didn't he or did hunter register as a foreign agent while working on behalf of
11:07 pm
foreign nationals? and the big question is , what did your president, joe biden, know and when did he know it? and did joe biden make any money from any of these deals with hunter biden? and his foreign business partners? >> and if he did make any money, how much money did he make? remember hunter complaining bitterly that pops half his income and they he had to pay for pop's home repairs and , of course, set aside 10% for the big guy. we all know is joe biden. so why, according to chairman comber or 12 different members of the biden family reportedly now raking in proceeds from these countries. >> and as chairman holmer outlined, why did the biden set up all these quote, losses that seem to be shell corporations to distribute the money? and here is the big one . why did biden lie to every american over and over and over again about never once talking to his son hunter about his
11:08 pm
farm business deals? he said he never, never one time ever talk to hunter about any of these foreign deals. but yet we have even photographic evidence. now, is your president compromised with china, with russia, ukraine, did he take farm bribes? is this smoking gun evidence? has it been destroyed? and is the doj even investigating a very serious allegations or will they use a case against hunter to shield the president and block documenter disclosures and mitigate any potential fallout by narrowing the scope of this investigation? all right. that's a lot to absorb here. now, to help answer a lot of these questions. editor in chief, just the news.com, john solomon, one , i let you go. >> it's great that you're back . why don't i let you , in your own words, describe how serious this is for joe biden and hunter biden? >> well, listen, any time
11:09 pm
there's an allegation that a confidential human source, an informant, told the fbi he had evidence at the soon to be president , former vice president , was involved in a criminal scheme involving bribery. it's a serious matter. now, let's go through what we absolutely know to be factually true. we know this involves a confidential human informant. why? because it involves a ten, twenty three form. that is a form that an agent fills out when he talks to an authorized confidential source ,an informant, and then he records the information. it usually happens within a few weeks of the contact off and the same day of the contact ,the period is june 2020. so this information comes in the spring and summer of 2020 in the middle of the twenty twenty campaign. how do we know that the subpoena that that fox has now, you can look at it gives the date of june 21 is the approximate date of the document. i am reporting from multiple sources tonight that the allegation pay to play involves the country of ukraine. i know that sounds familiar because we've been talking about that since 2019 with paris, but we don't know
11:10 pm
more than that. but we know it involves the country of ukraine. if that came in the summer of twenty , twenty , about six , eight months earlier, the fbi obtained a set of emails on the laptop from hunter biden. one of those emails is a april 2014 email where joe biden gives a speech in ukraine touting natural gas on the same week that his son is getting put on the board of bereavement. and hunter biden writes his business partner later to be convicted . devin archer saying, we should tell you about this. it shows we're adding value. they are taking credit for the line in the vice president's speech touting natural gas, which was the product of his brand new employer. birthmothers. so there is reason to have looked at this and investigated the question that grassley, ankomah and the other lawmakers have is what did you do? did you follow up on this or did it go into a circular and get lost? that's a question. we have to wait for and get answers. >> all right. let me ask you let's go to the grassley colmer letter. and it said it has come to their attention that the doj and fbi possess an unclassified
11:11 pm
ten twenty three form. first, i want you to explain what that is . secondly, and it describes an alleged criminal scheme involving then vp joe biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions. now, john , it doesn't get any more clear than that. explain what the form is and explain how serious the charges when the fbi interviews an everyday witness, they fell out of three to four formants a witness report when you have a contact with an authorized confidential human source and informant, they fill out a different form, the fauci ten , twenty three . so we know this information came from an informant provided to an agent and it's put into this report. we know the date is june 2020, as i mentioned, because that's what the subpoena mentions. >> yes. a pay to play scheme involving the selling of policy for money . very serious. that was the allegation that was about that hung over briskman that it created a conflict of interest, maybe policy changed hands that we know now that this involves
11:12 pm
ukraine. what part of ukraine will have to wait and see? we'll see what this document produces. i confirmed that this document does exist. it hasn't been destroyed. so there's a good chance that it will be produced under subpoena to the congress. >> why do i suspect that maybe bleach is involved and this document disappears? why am i am i overly suspicious or is do you all believe know why do i believe that they probably have it, but it might just. oh, i don't know. no, end up in a fireplace somewhere. >> we saw some we saw some fbi text messages disappear. remember, they had to be recovered by the inspector general. there have been good reason for that suspicion. the documents out there, there are witnesses know what's in the document. their agents had handled it. i think congress has a good chance of getting this. and then the question is , was it checked out, given all the body of evidence we now have about pay to play? was this checked out? and if not, why? because it comes in in the summer of 2020, right in
11:13 pm
the middle of a presidential election. >> all right. john solomon, thank you . great news. great information. now for more on hunter biden's imminent legal woes, we welcome the co-host, the hit show, the five. >> our very own judge is here. great to see. by the way. i did not get that reaction when i came out. i'm just saying it's great to see you . congratulations on all your success. okay, i want to start with a different question. okay, so abbe lowell, who got john edwards off, and abbe lowell, who got senator menendez off, is now the biden's attorney . he's one of the best attorneys in the country. i think you would admit he is representing them. so this is not a slam dunk, is it? >> let me ask you a question or the way behind me. it says pirro, i didn't know
11:14 pm
about it. >> if you signed a pistol permit application and you lie on that application, go to jail and you get the permit. you get the gun. what else do you need? i don't care if god comes down to represent you . you are guilty of lying and submitting perjury. statement for the gun by we're we're asking, do we have a duel justice system in america? if it was on "hannity", i would i would have been in jail already. me too. i would have been there for you . okay, but here's the thing. least that i have a friend. yeah, we did know. but you'd have to identify as female to get into my jail day. yeah. i know. now i have lost control of the show. go ahead. okay, but here's the problem. america has lost faith in the criminal justice system. a good reason.
11:15 pm
i gave thirty two years of my life as a prosecutor, a judge and a d.a. i believe in that system. i'm a believer, but i have lost faith for good reason. we watched jim comey of the fbi ,not the attorney general, say hillary clinton didn't commit a crime, that anyone could prove. i could prove it. you could prove it. okay, and then we see the attorney general today call her parents domestic terrorists because they're concerned about their kids. one parent in particular whose daughter was in school and they didn't want to admit it. okay, people protests in front of supreme court justices homes and not be arrested on a statute that is clear on its face that requires an arrest. now, i'm not going to go on and on , but there's a reason. there's a reason. no, no, no. i want to answer the question. we're talking about violation of tax laws. we're talking about foreign lobbying. we're talking about money laundering, and we're talking about lying on a pistol permit application. now, this whole thing started
11:16 pm
with the treasury department submitting a hundred and fifty transactions that they thought were unusual, usually related to tax evasion or money laundering, now related to china. and foreign countries now born of foreign terror. foreign. yeah, yeah, yeah. okay, that that lobby where you have to admit you're that you're a lobbyist in other countries, now, paul manafort went to jail for six months for that and saying we don't know if we can prove that hunter knew we were supposed to register as a foreign minister or not. i mean, the same standard should be applied. right? but he didn't. but he knew he had more reason to know than anyone, because in one of the emails, he says, we have to be careful that we don't violate fara. so don't tell me he didn't know about phare right there. you've got a crime. you've got a crime with the lobbying and you've got a crime with a gun. and you also have the crime, tax evasion. i know people who've gone to jail after they paid their taxes.
11:17 pm
i do. okay, he paid his taxes. why isn't he going to jail for two million dollars? >> shouldn't she be the. >> i think she did, judge. yeah, i'm bringing the audience . it's very hard for me to book the judge on this show. >> don't you think she should be on at least twice a week? it makes it so hard. yes. at nine o'clock. i will. all right, judge, thank you . congrats. we love having you . yeah, we love you . all right. by the way, by leaving, you could you could sit there for a minute. we're going to have the very latest on hunter biden's child support trauma after blowing, what, twenty thousand dollars a month in rent on his malibu mansion. thousands more on a porche, an untold amount on fine dining, luxury travel, a new set of the year after he had cracked teeth. hunter just doesn't have enough money left over to make child support payments, especially for an innocent four year old little girl that none of
11:18 pm
the bidens are willing to even recognize. but now let's turn to some pressing news out of russia. this is scary, where a small drone exploded near the roof of the kremlin. russia is now blaming ukraine and accusing them of trying to assassinate vladimir putin. oh, so sorry, vladimir, but u.s. intel, well, he is evil. everyone agrees he's evil. he's killing innocent men , women and children. but u.s. intel experts are not so sure with some speculating that it could be an inside job designed to rally support for putin. and the brutal war against the ukrainian people. a war with no end in sight, no leadership from joe biden. europe is not doing much and joe is handcuffed zelenskyy, which means we are wasting our time and money because we don't have an engaged president . but here at home, another mounting crisis, no end in sight. the situation at the border has completely deteriorated. and joe biden doesn't seem to care. in fact, he may not even realize what he's doing here.
11:19 pm
>> now with more, it's texas senator ted cruz is with us . senator , great to have you . >> thank you for joining us , john . great to be with . >> thank you for having me. we appreciate it. senator , you want to weigh in at all? i know you're you know, alan dershowitz says you are one of his best students. do you want to weigh in at all on these allegations? i mean, look at this letter from grassley and comar, and they're saying that they believe the doj and the fbi possess an unclassified fauci ten , twenty three that describes an alleged criminal scheme involving then vice president biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for a policy decision that would be a high crime and misdemeanor, which, senator ? >> it absolutely would. in fact, it doesn't have to be a high crime or misdemeanor because the constitution specifies that impeachment lies for treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors. bribery is explicitly noted in the constitution.
11:20 pm
and i got to say, the evidence not only against hunter biden, but the evidence against joe biden being complicit and profiting from this corruption is growing and growing and growing. every week on my podcast, i've verdict with ted cruz. i've walked listeners through the detailed evidence that's growing. and here's the tell look. i think the biden department of justice is going to end up indicting hunter, but if they indict him just for the gun crime or just for a tax crime, they're going to try to explain it as he's he's a troubled soul. he's got substance abuse issues. but look how fair we are. and now we can go target donald trump, which is what the biden department of justice really wants to do. that will be the tail if they focus on individual crimes to hunter and they seal off. what makes this a matter of public concern, which is the connection to joe biden, the millions hunter made selling access to daddy when he was vice president . he made it from karisma, the ukrainian natural gas
11:21 pm
company. he made it from communist china, 10% for the big guy. and merrick garland, biden's attorney general, does not want to get near the growing and growing evidence of corruption. >> going straight to the president , the united states senator, we're near the end of title. forty two . we see what's happening in el paso, in texas, in your home state. how bad is it going to get? and by the way, our thoughts and prayers for the families, five families murdered in cold blood , including an eight year old kid. thank god we got that guy last night. >> well, look, it is it is horrific. the crisis at our southern border is the worst in history we've had over six million people cross illegally under joe biden this is deliberate. it is their intended effect. and next week they're going to lift title forty two , which means the numbers will go up. joe biden and kamala harris and the senate democrats, they want six million to become ten million to become twelve million to become fifteen million. and they don't care about the body bags that are piling
11:22 pm
up. you noted the horror that played out in cleveland, texas. this monster murdered five people in cold blood , shot an eight year old child. he was an illegal alien . he'd been deported four times. and yet under the biden open borders policy, he was allowed to stay. i didn't find him. they didn't deport him. they didn't send him away. the democrats blocked kate's law, which i wrote, which would lock up aggregate aggravated felons. if this monster had been in jail, five people would still be alive. that eight year old child would still be alive. and yet none of the democrats want to change course. they want more of the same, more death and suffering and chaos. >> it is easier to get away with aiding and abetting in the lawbreaking because that's exactly what he's doing. well, it's very simple. >> no. one , he flat out lies about. he sends out karine jean-pierre, who says illegal immigration has decreased 90% under this administration. that's a flat out lie. no to the corporate media
