it's not easy. their job is to maintain order. and when the rule of law isn't i couldn't know held and when bliss aren't respected, cities turn into ticking time bombs like what we are seeing here in new york. a homeless man was on a subway car throwing garbage at passengers, threatening them. saying things like this. i want food, i'm not taking no for an answer. i'm ready to go jail. i will hurt anyone on this train. i don't care if i get a life sentence. i'm yesterday to die, yelling it. people were scared. women were terrified. they were trapped in an underground subway tin can with this guy here is a witness. >> he started yelling language. i don't care if i die. i don't care if i am going to jailing. i don't have any food. i don't have any beverage. i'm done.

>> jesse: then a 24-year-old former marine confronted the homeless man, gently at first. tried to de-escalate but it got physical and the marine in order to subdue him and prevent him from attacking put him in a chokehold. >> jesse: you saw other male passengers also helping subdue that guy. and the homeless guy, jordan neely, unfortunately, died. what a senseless tragedy. even though it was an accident. new york's medical examiner ruled it a homicide and we are still waiting on the toxicology report. the nypd took the marine in for questioning and released him without any charges, yet, this is a delicate and complicated situation. we don't know anything about the former marine, not even his name. and there is no video leading up

to the chokehold the homeless man who died jordan neely had a long rap sheet to say the least. he has been arrested 40 times. active warrant on him for a felony assault beef when he died. he was a schizophrenic drug addict michael jackson impersonator who performed for tips. where are his parents? well, his mother was murdered and stuffed in a suitcase by the step-father and his real father not in the picture i know it's cliche but everything starts in the family. now none of this means neely deserved to be killed in a chokehold but it also doesn't mean that the marine deserves to be charged with murder. there is ongoing investigation but some people have already made up their minds. "i don't care if i die." this is going bad plays into the

defense for this marine. something called justification. it's pretty simple. it's pretty much what it sounds like. i had to take the actions that i did, however, risky to mitigate a commensurate risk. in other words, what i did was justified because of the risk that this guy posed. now, we don't have video of what he said so we don't know what risk he posed. he had an open felony assault warrant. jesse, in this town nobody wants to charge felony assault least of all alvin bragg. look why he has that warrant broke orbital bone of a woman in the subway. you add some of these facts up and start to say to yourself you know, if i were in that car, maybe i would have done the same thing and the narrative that he held people going around he held onto the chokehold 15 minutes no it's three minutes. i will have it on my website. the full video is there it's

smoking gun document because they say there is in-house memo showing a human source or in other words, an informant provided the fbi with this info before the election. and they have the fbi dead to rights, listen. >> not once has the fbi or the doj counter acted anything that publicly about accusations making for evidence that we had given to us by whistleblowers. and i think that speaks for itself. and so right now. it's up to the fbi. >> this memo could have been anything from a phone call to a full blown sit down. this fbi informant could have been anyone. and the foreign national, god knows where he could have been from, russia, china, ukraine, mexico, dewoo don't know. if the justice department deep sixes it and classifies it they

are involved in a criminal cover-up. there is no doubt about it. look at everything the fbi knew before the last election. did they do anything with it? no, they conspired with big tech to censor the new york story about it and all those spooks writing that stupid letter. they knew the laptop was real. the fbi knew tony blibs was blowing the whistle they went to him before the elections. the fbi has hunter biden on wiretaps talking business with chinese spies. they knew about burisma. trump was impeached for exposing it. and don't get me started on the treasury department because those wire transfers from overseas to those biden family bank accounts, they were raising red flags everywhere. and then on top of all of this, they ghost an informant who told them the vice president was taking bribes from overseas? the american people deserve to know this. but, instead, they covered it up at the highest level. so when is it going to end?

steve friend is a former fbi whistleblower and senior fellow at the center for renewing america. so, what does the fbi have on biden or what does joe biden have on the fbis? >> well that, remains to be scene and hopefully congressman comer will get the information that he is seeking fd 1023 source reporting document, they have to determine first that the whistleblower came forward with that information, that that is, in fact, true and then they have to find out if there was in fact an investigation that followed it. if there were an investigation, that's called an incentive investigative matter fbi a sim multiple levels of approval. special agent in charge. special agent in charge all the way up to headquarters, section chiefs, unit chiefs all the way up to the department of justice a lot of folks involved in this and questions of all of them if it was in fact deep sixthed.
