along. they raised interest rates to try to slow down the economy, because the academy is creating 253,000 jobs. if you want a job, it is likely out there, get out and get one. an interesting point, the manufacturing sector, something we've been worried about, been talking about manufacturing recession for six months and the manufacturing sector gained jobs this month, that is a good thing we are still manufacturing and producing goods in this country. wage gains, what we're making on hourly and monthly basis is increasing issue good, we're getting raises. thatten moos inflation is sticky. federal reserve might have to move or bring inflation down, inflation has been a problem in this country. >> lawrence: back to the jobs a little more, inflation is up, talk about the price when you go to the grocery store, average day stuff you need. what type of jobs are we talking

about, high-paying jobs or lower-wage jobs? >> interesting, recently lower-paid jobs. we got in another private payroll report, leisure and hospitality. those are jobs that are coming back because we lost those in covid. you want people in the leisure and hospitality sector to be coming back, as well. good news, if those are lower-paying jobs, it won't be as tricky for inflation the way higher-paying jobs has been like. we're seeing bank crisis, as well, thinking about recession as white collar recession, some higher-paying jobs you might start to see layoffs, but low-paying jobs, lower wages are hanging in and that is good for the economy. >> lawrence: so informative. i want to play this from senator kennedy, play it. >> how much will it cost to get us carbon neutral? how about 50 trillion, is that right?

>> rachel: joining us on founder of met, jane decasa, so glad to have you. tell us about the organization. >> brian: this is elizabeth. >> born and raised in brooklyn, new york, horseback riding is limited. >> brian: i see it on the parkway. >> we have a small stable on gold coast equestrian center. we provide opportunities for all ages, start with k-12. >> brian: how is lawrence doing? >> he looks awesome. >> rachel: is he doing texas proud? >> definitely you fit the bill, paup rauzy is a great horse. >> brian: how do you describe this horse? >> quarter horse, been with us a very long time, he brings opportunity from the beginners all the way up, he is

definitely, i consider him to be a special horse and he'll be with us forever. all our horses are with us forever. >> rachel: how did both of you get into horses? >> my mom took me on vacation when i was a child, to the mountains and i fell in love with horses. i said, i want to ride horses. she said, no, it wasn't in the cards living in brooklyn. when i was 12 years old, i met a new york city police officer, who changed my life, got me into horseback riding, went off to cloj and how do i bridge college and horseback riding together. i rode at the university and went to the military scomb i rode in the military, i did anti-shipment and defense for the u.s. navy. how do i continue to do that? in april of 2010, i created this nonprofit to provide this
