least in the public in the united states. it was time to write a book and how it enhances our intuition and insight. >> the book is very thorough. i think a lot of it is about slowing down. being more mindful. i have tried yoga a couple times, i am terrible at it. what do you say to people that are skeptics or don't get what it is, it sounds a little bit out there to them about how can help everyday life. >> i think even if you start a simple practice, which is before you get overrun by a situation, you press the pause button and you observe your reaction to react. i have advised people about something that is called the stop formula.

just stop, take three deep breaths, smile from your head to toe, take a deep breath and proceed with kindness and compassion. >> you always try to operate in a place of positivity. is that realistic for most of us. can we do it? >> yes. you just have to have the intention to start your day with a joyful energetic body, loving, compassionate and likeness of being. let your day organize itself around those four intense. >> you talk about how it will bring you to things you want. you don't necessarily need earthly success, earthly wealth. what we are looking for, many of us, is peace and the tools we need to face the day. >> human beings are purpose driven. it does include the progressive
