what kind of corrupt arrangement are we witnessing here? and the staff couldn't even save biden. he went on to confuse obama with trump. are they trying to stop the question from being asked? are they trying to stop the president from answering it? i don't know. and it happened twice during the interview. later, staff tried to cut the president of the united states off from answering a question about hunter biden and we'll have more on that later in the show. if biden can't make it through an interview with msnbc without help how is he going to make it another four years? >> it is fair to say that there's not a fortune 500 company in the world looking to hire a ceo in his 80's. so, why would an 82-year-old joe biden be the right person for the most important job in the world? >> because i have acquired a hell of a lot of wisdom and know more than the vast majority of people. i'm more experienced than anybody that has ever run for the office. and i think i have proven myself to be honorable as well as also

effective. >> jesse: biden is neither. can he barely keep a lid on a bribery scandal without the help of the entire system. honorable is not really how i describe our exit from afghanistan. or how his family stiff as 4-year-old girl for child support or calls half the country nazis. and when is biden proven effective. price up. wages are down. the border is obliterated. two thirds of the country now agrees. joe biden is a mess. >> our brand new poll conducted "the washington post" shows major challenges for president biden. his approval rating is at 36% a career low. this poll is just brutal for president biden. >> absolutely, george. and you talked earlier about that record low approval rating for president biden is actually 6 points down just since february. and the skepticism over his leadership extends deep inside his own party only 36% of democrats think their party should nominate joe biden for a second term. 58% say they will prefer someone else.

please, sit down. as we approach memorial day this weekend -- memorial day weekend, i'm rushing it and a busy summer travel season. >> jesse: not only does joe not know what day it is, all the things going on in the country monday morning he delivers remarks on baggage fees with buttigieg. the president just doesn't have the pulse of the american people. and this has to scare the heck out of the white house. and now former president trump opened up a 7 point lead over joe biden o'er joe. seven points. president biden says nothing's his fault. it's the media wants. >> why do you think your polling is where it is. >> i don't think -- by the way, every major one who run re-election their polling numbers are where mine is now. >> polling aside, sentiment in this country despite all these wins is not very good. >> all they have heard is negative news for three years. everything is negative.

i'm not being cripple of the press. you turn on the television the only way you will get a hit is if there is something negative, you know, you don't -- anyway. jess jets biden has got the greatest press coverage of any president besides barack obama on his honeymoon. the media doesn't touch his corruption. they cover it up and ignore the border and the crime wave and inflation and they spent the first two years of his presidency covering january 6th. biden should be thanks the media. wounded animal. blacks, latinos, independents, youngsters are ditching him. he needs a life preserver during an msnbc interview. his son may be about to be indicted on wednesday. congressman james comer and senator grassley are holding a major press conference revealing evidence that joe biden took bribes and we'll have grassley later in the hour toe explain what he has got. is the biden protection react going to be able to save him like it did in 2020 when everything had to go right for

joe biden to win. when covid put him in a bunker. the cia, fbi, and big tech colluded to cover the laptop up and the media triggered race riots? the media knows exactly what's going on kamala's on deck but joe doesn't seem ready to let go. >> you have officially announced you are running for re-election. and then in your first video you feature vice president harris ten times when obama was in that position, he didn't mention you, sir. what are you trying to tell us? >> look, i just vice president harris hasn't gotten the credit she deserves. she is attorney general of the state of california. she has been a united states senator. she has really very, very good. and with everything going on, she hasn't gotten the attention she deserves. >> critics would say you are elevating her because they think you wouldn't serve a full term. >> ha ha.

>> jesse: ha ha ha. this is all part of the plan whether joe likes it or not. with numbers at 36%. and down 7 to trump, someone else is making plans i think we know who. turn it over to adam carolla comedian and host of the adam carolla show. you heard the president say he is wise. when you think of joe biden, is wisdom something that pops in your head? >> no. not at all. i have never heard him say anything that's wise. and i don't know why he can't internalize it a little bit. like why not just say look, maybe i have made a few mistakes. maybe i need to course correct. maybe we got off to a rough start. but the future is going to be bright. he deflects and he office skates and he basically denies every piece of criticism that comes his way in such a knee jerk fashion that people are starting to see through it.

remember, we were asking him about hunter and he is like "i have never discussed business with my son, ever." why such the knee-jerk reaction? so, essentially, he is the chef in a restaurant that everyone hates the food at. and every time we come back to him and ask him to change up the menu, he says screw you. it's the waitress' fault. >> jesse: it's always the waitress. you are right. because you just say, listen, putin invaded, you know, we have had a tough time with covid. we had to dig us out of that hole. that's all we want is a little humility and acknowledgment, things are not that great. what does it tell you though, when white house staff has to jump in and tell msnbc of all people you're not allowed to ask that watch out. it speaks to their mindset. so, if you had a child that was

well-spoken and had all the gifts in the world. you don't watch him with that close eye. but, if you had a child that was a special needs child, you watch them intently and if somebody came up to them and said hey, you want to play with my dog? you jump in and go, no. you don't understand. this child has issues and needs and i don't think this is a good situation. so just the fact that they're standing there just out of camera with in a 3 point stance ready to pounce on any hard question is a horrible indictment of who they think he is. if you go to a bar with a friend and that guy is a mad mma guy and he gets into it with another guy, you just go i'm going to the bathroom. if you know the guy is a weakling, you just in and go there's a misunderstanding. i got to protect my friend. they're in protection mode which

>> jesse: we are learning more about jordan neely the homeless drug addicted died subway.

also daniel penny, the marine who put him in a chokehold. the homeless man was throwing far badge at people and shouting things like "jock if i die." i don't care if i get a life sentence. the marine stepped in and tried to de-escalate and until it got fiscal. the marine's training kicked in and put the homeless man in a chokehold and he died. key are still waiting on toxicology. the "new york times" two reporters to do a deep dive on the marine, daniel penny, and didn't find a single negative thing about him. he was a decorated sergeant who left active duty two years ago. he was looking for a bar tending job here in new york. and one of his friends heard what happened. he said noe danny and knowing his intentions it was to help others around him. now jordan neely has a very, very different story. neely dropped out of high school when his mom was murdered and descended into hell. he was on new york's top 50 list of dangerous homeless people. that's not an easy list to

crack. he was committed to mental hospitals a bunch of times. a heavy drug user, smoking synthetic called k 2. neely was arrested over 40 times. in 2015 locked up for four months for attempting to kidnap a 7-year-old girl. he was also arrested four times for punching random people in the face. twice on the subway. now, in november 2021 he broke the nose of a 67-year-old woman. and her eye socket. he was charged with assault and locked up for 15 months. last february he cut a deal with one of alvin bragg's prosecutors. mary wise gerber typically white liberal east sider. pled guilty and took medication and went to a treatment program he would walk. given the tamp stamp of approval another white liberal' upper west sider who runs the alternative to incarceration court. you know, a court that finds

ways to keep dangerous people out of prison. so these two white liberal women got together and cooked up an alternative to incarceration for neely and got him killed two weeks after cutting this deal he ditched the program and warrant went out for his arrest. social worker spotted neely on the subway a couple times after the warrant was out. never went back to jail. he peed all over him. and then one time when they went to call the police, neily threatened them. weeks later neely died after this physical confrontation with a marine. this is a very complex situation. it's tragic. but we're learning more about it every day. there's an investigation that's playing out but protesters they want marine charged with murder. jumping on train tracks and getting in cops faces why? i don't know. cops had nothing to do with this.

holding people up on way to work like a hostage situation and media made up their mind. >> how does this guy get away doing a chokehold that police can't even do and whack all those other people standing there watching him die. how is that not a crime? no one else on the train no one else was at risk. >> he can't say self-defense. he was not at risk. so to let this go forward in any way is to sanction vigilantism. >> what he has done is is illegal. he is an exmarine is he a exmarine who is trying to kill. i don't think anybody on that panel has a law degree. lock him up. a jury of his peers at msnbc found him guilty. able black city cop shot down in chicago hear any national attention about that. hear any protest about that. ariana preston deserves justice, too. the media doesn't cover it unless there is a race factor.

and they have spent the last decade trying to divide us along racial lines. it's skyrocketed under obama. around the same time race riots were tearing through our cities. the word racist and racism started position up in headlines everywhere. look at that in 2019 the "new york times" and "the washington post" saw it increase nearly a thousand percent and the results you are looking at them. look at this. over the years, more and more white liberals disagree with this statement irish italians, jewish and many other minorities overcame their prejudice and worked their way up. blacks should do the same without special favors. 2010 to 2016 white liberals disagreed with that doubled. 14 years after america's first black president, we are the most racially divided we have been ever. well, in recent decades. and today everyone is a white supremacist. >> being hispanic or being black

does not or being anything does not make you immune from being racist, from being radicalized from being a white supremacist. jess yes all those black whited supremacists out there. this is how far they are willing to go for their race hustle. jordan kneely's life didn't matter to them. when he was slugging old women in the face, kidnapping kids, threatening to kill subway workers. they didn't care. these white liberals sentenced neely to death on the streets and they don't feel any shame about it. now the media is just using his corpse as a talking point. malcolm is a former mma fighter and columnist. you can't get to work on the subways, malcolm. people don't know the details of the story. why do you think this is playing out in this particular way? >> honestly, if you are asking me, i think the media loves the confusion. they feed off of calling anything outside of their

narrative disinformation while, you know, feeding you pretty much something that doesn't actually tell you the whole story but, you know, just leaves you more confused but too confused to ask questions or dig into details. that lovely intro you gained 90% of the people even heard about jordan neely don't know the half of it. that's a really wrong rap sheet and the fact cutting cut all of these deals by the same system that mind you mayor de blasio took $1 billion to simply, you know, try and build up, that's horrible. you know, if that is as good as this system does, that it just cuts this guy out on the street and lets him go be a danger to himself and other people, would've, woo.i don't know who t policy. that's the media. >> jesse: the new yorkers keep voting for the same stupid policies that make everybody less safe. when you see the fact that the "the washington post" and the "new york times" almost like all

of a sudden like it came out of nowhere. just start -- just beating everybody over the head with race and racism at the same time, what do you think the reason is that they're doing that, specifically? at this point the old adage if it leads it bleeds, i say they want a lot of bleeding at this point. and, again, might sound uncouth. at this point, what do you call it? you have congress people literally coming out, working in tandem with people ceding these narratives before we even have all the facts. you know, on my columns follow me at malcolm flex under score 48. >> on my columns i tell everybody, tackle patience. at least 48 to 72 hours before you have all the facts. after we even got word aoc and ayanna pressley on a media blitz calling this a modern day living rooming and media all too happy to just disseminate those lines

and those narratives. it's just, you know, what do you want? you want more instances of what they can mark as white vigilantism. marginally self-defense not proactive maybe proactive defense because everybody that train was probably in fear for their life, that subway. and you can tell by the 911 calls, you know, it was six minutes from the first call until the responding emt twitter calls highlighted that they believed he had a weapon. yet, the media will never tell you that because, again, they want people to be doing what they're doing right there on the subway. getting on subway trains and getting into the faces of police officers. they love that. >> jesse: as a trained fighter, when you saw the chokehold, how did you see that? number one neely looked like he was struggling the whole way. part of that is called sinking a

hold or submission in. i don't know that it was ever like fully sunk in. and something you said about the toxicology report. i think that's really important but we are not getting that you know, kind of reminds me of the manifesto of the nashville shootings. we are not getting that information. so, it's like one of those -- that's an important component to understand what happened. but then we also have, you know, important independent journalism and reporting thanks to twitter pretty much showed even after this incident peppy, he had him in a recovery position on the side. people on the train car were trying to reassure penny answered looked devastated. >> jesse: that's not what murderers do. they don't try to help the guy up and clear his airways after that. malcolm, thanks very much. go check out his substack. >> um-huh. >> jesse: coming up, a second whistleblower drops a bombshell in the hunter biden investigation. plus, r.f.k. jr. announced who

>> jesse: while y you were out o dinner friday night joe biden said he is proud of what is in the laptop. >> sir, there is something personal affecting you. your son, while there is no ties to you, could be charged by the department of justice. how will that impact your presidency? >> first of all, my son has done nothing wrong. i trust him. i have faith in him. and impacts my presidency by making me feel proud of him. >> jesse: joe has been getting away with that line for the last five years but now no one is buying it anymore. there is too much evidence. the mountain of it that the biden family is about to get scrutinized even heavier this week thanks to a whistleblower who says the fbi has been signatures on a document laying out biden family foreign bribe scheme since at least the summer of 2020 before the election.

congressman james comer and senator chuck grassley will drop these details at a press conference on wednesday. now, comer told fox what we can expect on wednesday. listen. >> we have reviewed documents from the legally protected whistleblower highly credible whistleblower that would implicate joe biden in a pay for play scheme in trying to set up a deal to receive funds to he and his family in exchange for foreign foley decisions. now, that fits a pattern, maria of what we have seen with these bank records. and on wednesday, we are going to present to the american people all the information that we have received thus far. >> jesse: just another reason that it could be difficult for joe biden to even make it to the next election. joe's body guards in the government can't continue to help him out at this pace. they buried damning evidence against him for years. comer and grassley now have their foot in the door. isn't it strange that these two

politicians have managed to get more information on the biden family finances in five months? than the department of justice and the mainstream media did in 40 years? and the only thing better than one whistleblower two whistleblowers. this week a second whistleblower has come forward with damning testimony against the department of justice he claims the department of justice buried evidence of a foreign pay to play scheme featuring vice president joe biden and hunter. but, cummings a former federal prosecutor says that back in 2018 he told the u.s. attorney for the southern district of new york that he had proof joe biden wrongfully used his influence to protect burisma. so, his son could get paid. this was even before biden announced his run for president. now, at this point, he was just an old guy living it up in delaware. but cummings says the authorities ignored his claims.

cummings, who will join "primetime" exclusively tomorrow says he even offered to fly in a ukrainian prosecutor who could provide witnesses to corroborate it. jeff burman the u.s. attorney at the time never wrote him back a year later the department of justice secretly tapped his phone and tried to gain access to his contacts. sounds like retaliation for me. the worst part of the cummings story is not unique. permanent washington has been covering for biden for years let's just be honest he is easy to manipulate. here's the problem with cover-ups eventually the truth finds its way to the surface. chuck grassley senior member and he joins me now. senator, what can you tell us about this document that we keep hearing about that is so explosive? >> well, it comes from credible whistleblower disclosures and it

is a fbi document investigatory that seems to imply that then vice president biden was involved in some criminal activity we have subpoenaed this document. my focus right now is on the fbi and the department much justice. what have they done with this document? did they follow up with it and the public has a right to know. and it seems to meet fbi ought to get this document to us by no later than the deadline wednesday when we set that in the subpoena. it's five or six pages. it's got a lot of information in it to to but the details we wot know until we get the document. focus on the fbi doing their job.

just like you said about the prosecutor divulged something in the last week that took place in 2018, 2019. did the fbi properly follow up on it? evidently he is telling you that it was not followed up even when he could produce somebody from the ukraine that would verify it. this is very crucial to the credibility of the fbi and the confidence of whether or not we're going to have equal justice or whether there's bias in our law enforcement. meaning political bias. in other words, treat republicans one way and democrats another way. >> jesse: you have been a straight shooters with the fbi over the years. do you have confidence that they're going to comply with your subpoena? >> well, i will tell you they are not just up against chuck grassley minority member of the united states senate in this case. they are up against congressman

comer whose powerful chairman of a committee in the house of representatives and between the two of us, we are going to get to the bottom of it. and people ought to know that chuck grassley doesn't give up until we do get to the bottom of it. >> jesse: all right. that's what i like to hear, senator, thank you very much. and we will be watching closely on wednesday. >> thank you. >> jesse: well, for decades, americans wondered who was really behind the murders of jfk and bobby kennedy? there's a lot of conspiracy theories. they call them conspiracy theories. implicating everybody. the mafia, the cubans, the soviets. but bobby's son and presidential candidate r.f.k. jr. has another idea. the cia was behind it all. who do you think really killed your uncle? >> well, i think there is overwhelming evidence that the cia was involved in his murder.

i think it's beyond a reasonable doubt in terms of my father's death, in terms of my uncle's death, the secretary of defense overwhelming that the cia was involved in the murder and cover-up. >> jesse: overwhelming evidence of a 600 year cover-up of the murders of possibly two of the most important americans in the last century? and now r.f.k. jr. says he has the receipts to prove it. >> i don't think there is any doubt if you look at this huge monumental mountain of evidence and confessions and so many people have confessed to their involvement. anybody that has doubts about that i would recommend a book by jim douglas called the unspeakable. these released incrementally. when you put them all together the story is very clear.
