expulsion or title 8 removal proceedings as applicable. non-citizens who pose a threat to national security or public safety will be transferred to ice for detention. not everyone is thrilled to see this written out. border patrol union says nothing like publicly announcing that dangerous people will be arrested. while warning them ahead of time exactly where to run and hide to avoid arrest. this entire operation is a sad joke. another pandering p.r. stunt. serious law enforcement leaders don't behave this way. the biden administration says it is prepared for the end of title 42. 1500 service members are being deployed on the southern border to help dhs with administrative task and the government has set up migrant processing centers in central america. stem, some believe the white house has no idea what's truly coming. >> i think come thursday, it's going to be the biggest we have ever seen. more and more people are mobilizing to come across and, our administration, our government is not doing anything to scourge people from crossing.

city's police chief says they respect the right to protest but stress that bringing dangerous weapons like this will not be tolerated. no one has been arrested for the molotov cocktail yet. chaos unfolding outside the subway station where neely was killed a week ago. police arresting # 1 demonstrators yesterday. they face block government administration using a microphone without a permit. two other demonstrators suspected of jumping on subway tracks at saturday's neely protest were also arrested after being recognized by police. mayor eric adams implying those at fault in the protest are not from new york city. telling reporters, quote: agitators that come from outside our city with molotov cocktails, we should all be concerned about that. adams also revealed he has reached out to the neely family to give them his condolences but yesterday family members were speaking out against the marine veteran who choked jordan rejecting the veteran's attempt to apologize. they responded, quote: it is
