>> ainsley: a utah mother of three who authored a children's book on coping with grief after the death of her husband has been charged with his murder 33-year-old corey richens poisoned her husband eric with a lethal dose of fentanyl. earlier this year she released that book right there "are you with me" in his honor dedicating the picture book to her late spouse writing to my amazing husband and wonderful father. fox nation host nancy grace joins us now to discuss. nancy, what do you know? >> first of all, word of advice, if you are going to kill your spouse, don't write a book about it and go on local tv pushing it. i watched the interview she gave on local tv pushing her book on amazon and wherever else it was found it was incrediblely touching and the things she said in that interview, knowing what i know now, from reading this arrest warrant, turn my stomach. this isn't the first time, according to this arrest

warrant, she tried to kill her husband. leaving behind three children at the time of his death, 9, 7, and 5 years old to live without a father. three little boys. three years ago they were in greece. he frantically calls his sister, eric calls his sister and says i think she tried to kill me. and he was violently ill. they are going to have to corroborate that somehow, of course, with trans atlantic phone calls and medical attention in greece. but he stayed with her, doubting himself. then we learn, according to the arrest warrant, she contacted an acquaintance who i now know to be a confidential informant, to buy oxycodone pills, $900 worth. then he got ill again from a moscow mule. he probably couldn't taste it because there is ginger beer which has a strong taste, vodka, anti-moscow mule, he has to have epipen and benadryl, horribly sick. she tries to change his will, his life insurance policy.

long story short, that didn't work on valentine's day. he didn't die the way she thought he would, according to police. so she buys more fentanyl and just after that, he's dead. five times, a lethal dosage of fentanyl in his system according to the medical examiner. >> ainsley: didn't friends say -- didn't he tell friends if something happens to me, you know why. it was my wife. look into my wife. >> you know, the first time that happened to me and it happened multiple times when i was prosecuting murders, that's exactly what he said. and it's very eerie feeling because it's as if the victim is trying to speak to us from beyond. he left all sorts of clues. why he left -- did not leave her, i'm not sure. i think because he didn't believe what was happening. and he didn't want to leave his children. he did tell friends if anything happens to me, it's her. >> ainsley: she knows thousand deal with grief if she is guilty of this and ends up behind bars.
