republicans are demanding the fbi handover internal documents at noon today. a whistleblower claims those documents will show then vice president biden accepted money for policy decisions and we're waiting to learn whether or not the fbi has indeed met this deadline. republicans also announcing explosive new information about the biden family business dealings during a news conference a short time ago. they say information obtained from a subpoena by the biden family, financial documents show that the family received millions of dollars in foreign cash. and reveals that hunter set up more than 20 different companies, 15 of them after his father became the vice president. watch. >> instead of being honest with the american people, president biden is claiming since the 2020 election his family has not received money from china. that was a lie. in 2020, and he continues to lie to the american people now. the

committee is concerned about a complicated, suspicious network of over 20 companies. the bank records show the biden family, their associates and their companies received over $10 million. from foreign nationals and their companies. >> we see that repeated over and over again. siphoning off 30 percent or million dollars to hunter biden, james biden, hallie biden. why she would need that? and unknown biden bank account. the biden family needs to answer for this. and the doj needs to get off its ass and investigate. >> what we're witnessing with the biden family, frankly, is just a web of concealment. of deception. a lot of people would say corruption. let's be very clear: you have this many companies involved in these

the payment in each of these incidents that they get. it seems like some ironed out deal. romania is one that's interesting. there are 17 payments made to biden family members. there is not a direct allegation to joe biden yet. but 16 of the 17 payments happened while he was vice president. that's big news. gabriel popovich is the individual who is making these payments, some of which go to hunter biden. gabriel popovich is a corrupt man in romania. this comes as payment five weeks after joe biden has the romanian president to the white house and gives a speech on anticorruption. white house council is saying this proves none of these went to joe biden. so this question still remain. but the suspicion is real. when you have 20 show companies, they get $10 million, some during the vice presidency and some after. it seems like an elaborate shell

was fascinating. i thought the number $10 million felt specifically big today. we always hear the biden family, a million this, a million that. when you hear double digit like that and you hear more bank subpoenas are coming, that money trail is undeniable. my dad always said, as someone who did intelligence, who did reconnaissance in the military -- follow the money. because someone will talk. and i thought we got someplace today -- even republican voters have told me -- when you use the word i think, skeptical, at the point that we are in. we hear a lot of talk but we don't see a lot of the receipts or the facts of the evidence. the promise that there is some? it's about to be made public. and there's more coming because more people are anticipated to come out. right? they're going to have to cover. when they do that the one something in return, called immunity. emily, that's how you get people to talk. so how do you

shut up all those people? president biden can barely give a news conference on his own, how is he going to shut people up? >> evidence is now on the table. digging through the shell companies. look, if any of this proves to be connected to joe biden, the biden's own he corleone's an apology. this is a crime unit, as comer said. it's very complicated. my question is nine family members were paid off, including the two grandchildren. what did they do to get in on this grif? >> they have the biden last name. >> or maybe they were running play dates in delaware! somehow they came into this chinese money. ukrainian money. landing in their bank accounts. it's all very curious. we knew this back in 2014, when christopher hines, john carey's

stepson, walked away from hunter biden. he was part of this group, rosemont seneca, that hunter owned. in 2014 he stepped away. when? when hunter biden joined the board of prisma. he saw the problems them. we are now seeing the gross underbelly of all the deals they only had an inkling up. >> so much more to uncover as these questions are raised. again, congressman donald's brought up the velocity of these transactions. in a short amount of time, what is the accounting? it's a complicated confusing arena. they seem to have done an amazing job of being crystal-clear with all the red flags and what exactly they need further from the fbi and more to connect the final dots. >> isn't this what federal prosecutors are supposed to do? isn't this what federal guesser gators are supposed to do? why are we leaving it up to congressional committees? obviously, these suspicious activity reports had been launched by the banks from the time joe biden was vice

president. so this was known to government officials. there were people within the obama administration who were also raising alarm bells because so much of this look bad. so why were people putting this together? yes, you have to continuously be adding people and entities to this in order to launder money. because you can never have too much money going to one place at any one time. you've already reached a threshold of suspicion. that's why you start diluting it. you had the kids, other people with the same family name. because they're the only ones who can be trusted. we are enriching ourselves as a clan. we are in this together. us against the world. that gets people to behave. because who doesn't love free money? the problem with your dad as president? the bar for impeachment is much, much lower. so it's much easier because we've been through it twice. >> the democrats lowered it. >> exactly right. they know that. now republicans are in

hard to learn what title 8 is since he has mistakenly said title 9 more than once. he could fight that. but this campaign? this really got me from mayorkas. we have a new digital campaign in central and south america. that's really going to work. my guess last hour, the vp of the border union says most of the people are coming from villages. they don't have wi-fi or internet connection. that's why the apps aren't working for them until they get to the border. he said so what do you do for those people? they don't have anything but to listen to the smugglers and cartels. they are not going to get the digital messaging about don't come right now. by the way, what is the date they can start coming again? they don't know that! so they will keep flowing. >> record high crossings 10,000 a day, 28,000 being held in cp control. a lot of record highs. >> that's right. keep in mind the new policies which are

obviously too little too late and a week back speak, they still have carveouts. there are still -- they are still in incentivizing unaccompanied migrants. migrants to articulate certain circumstances that would render them exempt from the new criteria. i don't see this stymieing the flow. i see this as -- talking point from the left. if you say this mirrors something that we heard a few years ago, they would say absolutely not. this is so different. it's too little,

too late. this is like after you have a couple heart attacks. you say now i'm going to eat a salad. it's too late. for two years the entire system has been the most open southern border withoutthem acknowledging the crisis. mayorkas had time to go to a hockey game last month but i guess he didn't have time to acknowledge this crisis earlier. the vp campaign on fixing the broken immigration system. they had the house the senate and the presidency. what happened? nothing. so this lipservice , to me, is nothing but cruel and nothing but a joke. >> kennedy, washington examiner, border patrol headquarters in dc has given its nine chiefs on the southern border permission to conduct street releases due to overcrowding at facilities. this would mean not turning over to ngos by driving people onto the street. >> that's great. so they are creating hordes of homeless people. there's not enough room for them in cvp custody. they will essentially be sent to cities that are already overrun and can't take care of american citizens who are also struggling. you know, places like new york city, which is a sanctuary city, has had please stop buzzing people here. we cannot support them. so at

some point, the math has to dictate that this problem has to be fixed. i think it's really rich that secretary mayorkas is saying you know, now, after 2 and a half years, oh, this is a legislative fix that we need. congress desperately needs to step in. why didn't they do that in 2010? why didn't they do that in 2021? they could have fixed it. they could have gotten a consensus within their own caucus. the president would have signed it immediately. that didn't happen. so now here we are. of course when you are out of power that's when you say oh, gosh, i wish we could've fixed it. but these darn republicans -- that is such empty and inhumane talk. again, shame on them for letting it get to this point. >> they could have a bill passed by the house. so -- hate. all right, coming up, governor newsom response to recommendations from california's reparation task force. it may surprise you.

>> reparations. money. gaining traction among activists and california but not backing necessarily of the state's democratic governor, gavin newsom. the states reparation board approved a plan that would give up to $1.2 million to eligible black residents. and it would issue a formal apology for slavery. that plan could cost an estimated $800 billion. does california have it? no! that's more than 2 and a half times the state's annual budget. however, governor newsom is now refusing to endorse those massive handouts. telling fox news digital, here's a quote: "dealing with that legacy is about more than cash payment."

instead he's focus on investing billions to rule out disparities and improve equity in housing, education, healthcare and well beyond. so it took this moment for him to get there and stamina do my job. not just for blacks in that state, do it for everybody. >> yes, he has been intentionally silent. now the statement is intentionally vague. some is like he wants one foot in and one foot out to see if the legislature does. he does because he has a budget shortfall of millions of dollars. a massive deficit. this is not a clear endorsement of cash payments. absolutely. but it is also not a clear signal that he is going to ignore them and say i'm not doing it. perhaps, here's why. because there is pressure on him using executive action. one legislator said it's too little. another one to increase the amount from 640 billion to 800 billion. so i think he's looking at this like what do i do with this? >> emily you see it differently? >> so i took it as -- i agree with you -- deliberately vague. he's preserving his spot to say

oh no, i supported this the whole time. you know? >> when you need black voters? >> yeah. >> keep in mind vice president harris who shares a donor base with him where they come from the same political foundation and california. she has stated she is for reparations. he went on to say basically a bunch of mealymouthed -- you can interpret it either way. it says i look forward to a continued partnership to advance some changes to ensure inclusive and equitable future for california. bolstering resources to address hate. and acting sweet being reforms. he's using all the touchtone burbage without actually enacting or citing specific policy that has uplifted anyone and color of that state. because the whole state is sinking. i think he is carving out a position for himself to say no, i totally supported it. this just isn't the best way

eligible for payments? >> and what is an eligible black person? >> the board is suggesting a genealogical review. imagine what that cost. >> like dna? >> i guess. though have a genealogical board try to trace your ancestry to a slave. >> and if you are biracial? i mean, i'vegot lots of questions! >> what if you have somebody way down the line? and they may have blacked dna three generations ago? i don't know ! where do you draw the line? and as kennedy mentioned, asian americans suffered horrible indignities. irish, catholics. sicilians. they suffered horribly when they came. america is about the promise of today, not the imperfections of the past. with the focus on that, provide that opportunity

>> new york city is considering a plan that ties parking tickets to a person's income. the democrat councilman behind the proposal says fines should be high enough to discourage violators. and that finding everybody the same is quote winking at the rich. the details are still being worked out. but if it were to pass, the city would decide how much drivers would pay and what the sliding scale would look like. other united states cities have tried similar programs, but none currently on the books. you mean they did it surreptitiously? although countries in europe and latin america have programs like this. emily. >> okay. when i saw this, my mind blew up even more than it already does every time i open

the newspaper and see what proposed laws are occurring in the democratic states. that is preposterous! so you are telling me that if somebody parks illegally, they are then going to be researched because our tax dollars by the way are paying the salary of the person looking it up, and that person is on the hook for more? what happens to no person is above the law? all citizens are equal? and include in this analysis a bill that essentially says your bill would also be incumbent on your income. and the disparity by the way is five times. so the lowest amount paid is -- there's five times more of the discrepancy. does that make sense? >> it does. part of the reason for that is if you can find out who can put solar on the roof or by an electric car. people who are wealthy or might use a little bit less electricity of what you are saying? >> usages hardy factored in.

the whole point is usages accounted for. this is just based on income. you be penalized to the tune of five times more of what you make at the bank. >> the same amount of electricity would cost me more than somebody down the block? >> that's what biden wants to do with mortgages. >> this is penalizing americans success. it's unjust and un-american. think about it this way: what if we reverse the math and said i have a restaurant, but the only people allowed in the restaurant are those who meet my income strata? so if you make less than $100,000 a year you can come into my restaurant. that is unjust! it's discriminatory. >> they are doing it in college as well. their passing the bill onto people who can afford it who don't qualify for loans. so you pay much more for college and it is distant this incentivizing people. driving in the city, i drive my daughter to dance. it's like grand theft auto. it's unbelievable. i swear so much when i am driving, i'm constantly apologizing to my daughter. but you aren't seeing bentleys double parked. the

problem is it irresponsible rich people. it's the fact that none of these laws that are supposed to be equally applied are being enforced at all. yeah, i'm a loosey-goosey libertarian. until it comes to things like the inability to freely associate in a city because people are not following the rules. targeting just rich people? it doesn't make anything better. sex i always think, like biden's mortgage plan, and we know what that means. if you have done the right thing with your credit, you've got good credit scores, you actually would have to pay more now to get a mortgage than somebody who has really bad credit. so kennedy, just what you said -- you can make up the difference. it is an attack on success and it is an absolute attack on the american dream. in this country you can go from having nothing to rising. it is the american dream in a target ring. >> it is a completely perverse incentive. and it has the tax base in new york depleted so

much because everybody has fled to florida. i love the backstory. there's a democratic councilman in brooklyn who propose this idea. apparently it came about because he heard of someone who had built an illegal driveway and drove through concrete on the sidewalk. he heard about this person. the person did because they said it's easier to pay the fines than paper parking spots. this one person gave him the idea. so thank you mr. or ms. whoever, because now we will all suffer for your legal driveway. >> a quick question: never i see something like this, again with biden's mortgage or the parking a new york city, it always makes me wonder why flex like this? what's the benefit of a lot like this? >> make it the same if you are a man of the people. and making it fair for everybody. but most of all, and punishing the wealthy because there are fewer of them. that's what this is really about. >> who was going to pay for the city?

woman, they'd be the epitome of cool? why is a man who loves makeup, cries easily and stays at home to tend to the domestic responsibilities valiant? but a woman who does the same, pathetic?" kennedy, what are your thoughts on that? >> i do often cry while i'm doing the dishes at home. i think it's very, very brave of me. yeah, i think there is something to this. we haven't quite figured out where we are. i think our barometer might be a little bit off, culturally. i think she is right. there is room for all of it. stop trying to force people, whatever gender they are, to be your one thing that you feel is appropriate for them and let people decide for themselves. >> what you make of it? >> first of all, she's a very thoughtful person. she has written children's book. she's actually far behind he marvel superhero that she place. i think it's an important cry to nature. to say wait, there's a natural state of being here.
