of jerry springer show but unfit for the white house. and lots to unpack, begin with the big guy, that guy, president joe biden, how rich after decades of a public servant? two massive houses on the beach and a net worth of $10 million. so how did this happen on a meager government salary? did joe profit from his son's shady international business deals. based on texts and e-mails and hunter's laptop from hell, there is evidence that hunter complained bitterly about turning over half his salary to pops and mansion repairs and hated it. and one e-mail that discussed a 10% pay out to the big guy. and that's the tip of the iceberg.

on investigation of the house oversight committee and 20 shell companies that we learned and formed during the time of biden's vp and to 10 million from foreign nationals to biden and friends. hunter biden. and jim biden. and hunter biden's girlfriend and ex-wife and current wife. and three of joe biden's grandchildren, wonder what they did the money. and why did these receive from foreign nationals. and money from a chinese state energy company allegedly filtered through five llc's before winding up in the hands of four different biden family members. sounds sketchy. and not just china was it. take a look. >> hunter biden and his

associates capitalized on a lucrative financial relationship with romanian national and convicted of corruption in romanion. the bidens received 1 million for the deal and 16 of 17 payments of associate accounts that funneled the money occurred while joe biden was vice president. in fact the money stops flowing soon after joe biden leaves vice president. this is a pattern of influence peddling. >> the proceeds of this romanian deal was discussed during hunter biden's divorce. what were the foreign nationals expecting, what were they trying to buy? what was of the expectation and

why the money spread out across the entire biden family after funneled through llc's and appearance is off the charts. but the biden white house refuses to answer questions about the shady family business. and voters are deeply concerned, take a look at this. >> i am really disappointed that politicians continue to come in office and leave extremely richer. >> it's unethical, you have foreign nationals funneling money into the llc and dispersed to the biden family. it's unethical and national security threat and treason. >> i don't think you rise to that level of power without having skeletons in your closet. why is that okay narrative that we go along with that. this person is corrupt and spend taxpayer dollars to investigate and nothing is going to change.

>> there is a documented web of suspicious payments and one whistleblower accusing biden of bribery. and tony barbolisky and can't forget about the laptop of hell and in 2019 and verified in the spring of 2020. my question tonight is this: what is going on at the doj, do they exist for democrats and hurt republicans? do we have a two-tier justice system? do they care about justice? or the rule of law? is there equal application under the law? joining us now is south carolina congresswoman nancy mace. >> the biden family needs to

answer for this and the doj needs to get off its ass and investigate. we have done the work for them and can't screw it up now. if any allegations are true, and someone named biden needs to be charged and into account for actions. >> joining us is nancy mace, i agree they need to get off their ass and to the bottom of this. it's interesting because congressman comer, the chairman earlier said to the doj do not indict hunter biden. is the reason for that, you now believe that the committee is getting far deeper into the biden family and their business dealings with foreign nations. especially hostile nations and runs deeper than what they would charge hunter biden with? >> yes, that's the case and as you said, sean, everything you said is 100% true. and just the tip of the iceberg.

we have doj and fbi who are indicting trump on misdemeanors and will not investigate biden for betraying his country. i have to tell you no one can accuse me of being hyper partisan and in the tank for donald trump, my lord, the amount of evidence is ridiculous. and they weren't hiring hunter for his brains or brawn, but for access to the white house. and we see this pattern repeat itself over and over again. the reports at the treasury would appear racketeering and money fraud. why able to enrich themselves with tens of millions of dollars and the kids and family tree is big and made a lot of money off of joe biden. >> we talked about romania and

china and only part of the china story. but there is one story that we have full understanding of. and that is burisma, the oil giant in ukraine. and joe biden said you are not getting it until you fire a prosecutor in ukraine and looking into burisma and hunter biden had no experience in ukraine, energy, oil or gas, nothing. and joe had to know that this guy looking into his son and the investigation stopped and joe biden leveraged the billions of tax dollars is that impeachable? >> if the evidence proves out and it would be. and you are looking at a president that lies to the american people. and it's the bars and stripes if

you have a "r" by your name. unchecked by mainstream media. >> congresswoman, joe biden is on tape bragging about that and hunter biden on good morning america admitting no experience and getting paid all of this money. what more evidence do you need? >> i love the constitution and due process, it will be up to us to show the american people if doj won't do its job, we do their job for them and to show the investigation of bank records and only have four banks and there is up to dozen and maybe more. and when looking at the report for treasury and only looking at two bidens, and come to find out nine of them and a lot of investigation to prove the case. and we have to show that the american people can trust us with the evidence that we collect. >> how many countries do you believe ultimately involved

here? and how many more llc's do you think might exist? >> we know over 20-llc's and countries around the world. these were our adversaries and this is communism china getting access to the white house. and if you look at the trips of joe biden and hunter biden and add it up, corruption at the highest order. the most corruption of anyone in american politics i think it will end up being. >> what about the 1023 document and unwilling to give to the committee. >> i believe that it shows that the evidence exists and it is true. and certain members of the committee have their eyeballs on it. and i want the american people to see this documentation. sunshine is the best medicine,

bring it to light and show america what is going on. >> congresswoman, thank you. and here with author, "get trump " pam bondy. what is your take? >> if congressman comer can prove this was a web of shell companies to protect family members from payments they should not have received. it can be clearly money laundering, it can be bribery, it can be racketeering. and most importantly sean, if congresswoman mace and james comer can prove that nine members received money from our foreign adversaries -- our foreign adversaries that should fighten all americans more than anything. that includes the chinese

to be true. i agree with the congresswoman, don't rush to evidence and see what the other side has to say. and make sure you apply a single standard of justice. in get trump in my book, i go through every case and show that a double standard has been applied to donald trump. that other people would not have been investigated or prosecuted for similar acts and now what we are seeing very clearly. a situation where they are not going after people against whom the evidence seems much stronger and more compelling. and if proved clearly establish more crimes than the evidence so far against donald trump. we must have a single standard. >> that i agree with professor, let's go to the case and we have biden on tape bragging. go to the tape pam, and bragging

on the scale of a presidential election, doesn't it? >> absolutely. they conspired with the biden campaign. to deceive the american voter. and that as mike pompeo said about the involvement that we find at least one cia employee in soliciting signatures to sign that dishonest letter alleging that the laptop information was russian information. mike pompeo said that is dangerous for democracy. you see we have cia engaged in a political operation to rig the election. we also knew that the fbi was doing that because they prebunked our story. they knew it was coming because they were spying on rudy giuliani and went to big tech and in the weekly meetings they prebunked our story. they said expect a story about hunter biden to come in october. it's hacked information from the

russians and i don't have any faith in john brennan or james clapper, that is going to speak in these closed door sessions with house republicans. because they are trained liars and we know that both john brennan and james clapper have already lied before congress and never any sanctions for them. and mike pompeo is right, this is really dangerous to have this political activity inside the cia and fbi. and if one cia employee you know there were others. >> you have to ask, john, this is two presidential elections in a row and two with john brennan and i don't know if clapper is involved from in, would not be surprised. if he says put my name on this after 19 minutes with no

investigative work at all and no knowledge at all about the veracity and authenticity of the laptop is that not in-kind donation to candidate biden? >> that's the question that the federal election commission is investigating. just a few weeks ago they told parties they have open matter under review, that's a fancy word it's under investigation. this may count as a political contribution that was not recorded or disclosed to the american public. that investigation ongoing and that opened a few weeks before these bombshell revelations. and these will inform that in a bigger way. i will make one argument, it's three straight elections that the intelligence committee got involved. and in 2012, mike morrell, was the first official to come out and said that donald trump may be a russian asset.

in 2012 as obama trying to survive the benghazi scandal and altered and take out the terror attack and leave it as anti-muslim in egypt. and three elections we had manipulation by our intelligence committee. >> miranda, we have former intelligence officials and one of the people involved in leading this effort and secretary of state, tony blinken that played a big role, what should happen to him? >> to be impeached and at least shamed and not in that job. when an adviser to joe biden in campaign and called mike morrell and testified under oath that blinken's call to discuss the story about the laptop, was the

that statement and credible and why explain? >> let me start explaining, 1023, open source, it's not a secret but source reporting document and fbi runs confidential human sources. the f1023 is where you document what a source tells you. into a system and safe from anything. they do not reveal source information, when i left the fbi, three things they told you, never reveal classified information and source reporting investigation and sensitive techniques. and doesn't shock me not willing to turnover 1023, this is from congress, it's a subpoena. in my opinion i don't believe they will turnover this 1023, but time will tell. for a whistleblower to come

forward, it takes a lot of courage. when i took the oath of fbi to uphold the united states of america and not an oath to uphold the administration, or guidance of doj. i uphold the constitution of america and for the whistleblower felt it necessary to report this information. and i commend the whistleblower. >> i do too, tammy if it's chronicled and talking about senior officials in the house and senate. why not provide them an opportunity to see in a private scif and not make it public but give them a roadmap for their investigation? >> this is what bothers the american people and should and the federal law enforcement and

what they did against trump and it's politicalized. if our federal law enforcement is using its power for political ends. this is not a danger to democracy, this indicates that democracy is broken. and it's a reminder to the american people, we have law and order issues here. americans very often at the local and state levels complain about the need for justice reform. when you get a signal from federal law enforcement that the rules don't matter and you are not going to comply with the subpoena. the reality is that the fbi is not an island to itself, it's not sovereign nation and doesn't get to say no to the senate or house. this is why they exist, why oversight. so we make sure that laws are not broken and partisanship is

not driving persecution. and it was a six-page letter sean, that they sent to say no. and patronizing and there is a reason why we call it confidential and keep it confidential. these are our elected officials. the people who work for us to deal with the fbi and anyone else in the bureaucracy who is hired or appointed so that we know things are on the up and up. and they are blatantly saying, we have no time for you. as much as they were blatantly setting up donald trump for example, lying to the fisa court and fake dossier and this is the kind of behavior that doesn't just start over night. and infested in the system and why oversight exists to deal

with this. and their refusal reinforces the need to get this information. >> nicole, if they believe this source and the whistleblower, the question is why won't the fbi at least meet with them privately. look at the allegation and maybe answer the question, whether or not they did follow up or did the investigation into what is alleged here? >> you know sean, that's a great question, if i was the fbi director things would be different. but i'm not. i can't give you a fair answer. >> i think you are better than the one we have -- go ahead. >> i don't know, i can tell you that the whistleblower is coming forward for a reason. i don't know this fd1023, but think about it, the whistleblower is coming forward and the fbi can't confirm an investigation. if an investigation going on -- >> maybe that's the point, maybe they are protecting biden, isn't

and pops doesn't want to dip into the pocket for a grandchild doesn't recognize. jonathan turley, this urks, a four year-old girl and grandfather is the president of this country and does not recognize her. they put up stockings for christmas and the other six grandchildren and one for the dog but don't recognize the seventh grandchild. that's pretty heartless to mow. >> as a father of four, i can't imagine what navy will go through when she gets old enough to see these tapes of her grandparents saying she doesn't exist. having a stocking for a dog but not for her. and the media has been pretty much the same. this is one single mother's story that the media doesn't want any part of.

and people they just dismiss her as a former stripper. this was a woman who was working to try to pay for one of the most universities in the country, it-tech and went toe-to-toe with a powerful family and the media doesn't want any part of it. and there is a thing called karma and it has come around, all of these controversies involving the laptop have found their way in this case. hunter biden is trying to reduce his contributions and fighting and questioning her ability to take the name. and all the controversies in front of judge and raised the laptop because it includes about his financial well-being. and the lawyer questioned whether the laptop was authentic.

and the judge pushed back, your his lawyer, is it his laptop or not. and the guy sort of back peddled. and it's bizarre as they try to keep on all of these different front this denial going. it's not going to work. it's collapsing and they don't seem to have a plan for what to do. >> what was your reaction this week to james comer and his presentation all these shell companies, all the money coming in from china and romania and only the tip of the iceberg. and distribution and grandkids getting money sent to them from foreign nationals. i wonder what work the grandchildren did to get that money, jonathan? >> well sean, it looks like a family business. it looks like distributing money from a family business. the question is what business was that? and why would you create layers of llc's and accounts to clearly

hide the trail of this money. but i never thought i would see the day where we had such a clear sort of state media concern, where you here had all of these connections. up to $10 million going to all of these biden family members and the media, ah-ha, they didn't show direct connection to joe biden. yeah and you can have influence peddling and indeed hunter biden saying paying some bills of the president. and goes to the extent that the media engage in this willful blindness. and somehow laying out $10 million and elaborate concealment scheme from shady players in the world and you the media, you don't have a picture of joe biden with an envelope. >> what do you think that the
