revealing. >> penny's cousin told the new york post it's disgusting, here's a young man who served our country. the handsome, fun kid could be counted on, he was always there for his family and sisters especially. he has always been calm. he comes from a calm family. a friend said, quote, danny was always fun and g goofy, never harmed anyone. he was super inclusive, his family was really nice and had an open door family. the attorney representing jordan neely's family said people on the subway should have offered help to the man. according to the new york times, his public conduct had become so severe in recent years that he was on what's known as the top 50, that's a list of homeless individuals known to the city of new york with untreated psychosis who refused help. rachel: thank you. so yeah, he's had 44 mug shots

because he's been arrested, he's on a list of one of the 50 most troubling and hard to work with homeless people so all the law enforcement we had here, they all know what this man is really like. >> a track record of punching people in the face, including old women, innocent people, kidnapped a 7-year-old girl. so you can imagine the behavior that was leading to penny taking action. >> a lot of people -- we talked about this, that's a picture from when he was 15 years old. he died when he was 30 years old. that's what you're seeing on the screen right now. we talked about the reaction of new yorkers. it will be areasonable sta stane react reasonably. people bring up proportion of force. no one knew what jordan neely would do that day, does he attack people violently, could he kill company.

woman? am i a man? am i binary. we saw it on the cartoons we showed yesterday. there's a gender confusion. i'll tell you what. i want to live in a society where men are men and men understand part of their job is to protect women and elderly in a situation like that. that young marine did that and the fact that our society and the city might punish him for that, i think there's going to be long-term ramifications to us, women. >> what you said is right. they want to, if we encourage them or train them or train them up to have that he protecter mentality. >> not just that, inclined to punish. >> inclined to punish. >> i've heard men say that, who might be culturally or instinct instinctually inclined to threat, they had the have to factor in am i threatening my life by going to jail if i stop someone from doing something horrific. >> the cascading effect,

>> now you to the crisis at the southern border where a record number of illegals continue to flood into the u.s. after the end of title 42. matt fin still live with us in el paso with the latest. matt. >> reporter: hey, pete. well, for well over a year we've been broadcasting images and videos like the one you saw on the screen, showing large groups of migrants crossing into the united states and people sometimes ask, well, what happens to them after they get into the done country and behine

is o example. right now, as the sun has been coming up in downtown, the migrants are slowly waking up after sleeping here on the dirty pavement. we cannot independently confirm the status of all of these migrants. we did see some with court documents and paperwork but we're also told that some of these migrants may have crossed into the united states illegally. this is the overflow. inside there are 140 women and children as well and this morning two full days after title 42 expired on thursday, the biden administration is still finding to essentially quickly release as many migrants as possible under the proposed parole with conditions policy which would allow the federal government to he release migrants without a court date. the migrants would be required to make an appointment on their own. a federal judge blocked the use of that policy this week of. yesterday, he denied the biden administration's request to place a hold on his rulings. the judge questioned why the

biden administration is pushing to release so many migrants on parole after the department of homeland security secretary mayorkas claimed that only a small number of migrants would be paroled. the judge writing in part the arguments about the impact of it not being able to misuse parole under either policy as a processing tool for the surge of aliens arriving at the border are hard to square with the dhs secretary's recent comments that only a fraction of the people that we encounter would be paroled into the country. and taking a look at some of the figures, the headline yesterday from the washington post, quote, at the border a reset but no surge. even though u monday, tuesday ad wednesday each saw a record high 10,000 migrants plus each day before title 42 expired on thursday and here are the latest numbers from el paso this morning, it reports it has released 4,200 migrants into the streets in this city just this past week alone and that's the

highest number for any week so far this calendar year. back to you in new york. >> staggering. matt, thank you. well, democrats' response to the border surge wreaking havoc for one couple after a new york hotel canceled 30 rooms they had for their wedding guests to house illegals instead. the administration also facing backlash after stopping border wall construction here while spending millions of dollars to protect the borders of other countries. watch. >> the omnibus last year provides for $150 million for border security in jordan, a large amount a of taxpayer dollars. the purpose of this is to provide physical security, to keep people from illegally crossing into jordan, is that correct. >> it is to provide physical security to stop drug smugglers, to deal with the threat of

[laughter] >> just you can say the same thing about our relationship with cartels in mexico. monica y crowley served as assistant secretary under president trump she joins us now. if that official was asked the question about the southern border the answer would be entirely different and it's our country. >> well, this is what you get with america last, right? we had four years of america first under president trump and now under president biden we've got america last. it shows you where this administration's priorities are. as well as priorities of all of these sanctuary cities like the city that's canceling the private wedding to make room for migrants coming in. it shows their economic priorities but also their overall political priorities as well. this administration has no problem spending upwards of $200

billion to help enforce ukraine's border from an invasion from russia. okay. and now we've got this woman who is coming in to be ambassador to jordan who has no problem flagging $150 billion -- excuse me, $150 million to help enforce jordan's border. from what? from illegal immigration, possible drug and human trafficking and national security threats. right? well, what are we facing on our southern border, all of those things and more. so again, it's about prioritizing other countries' physical barriers, helping them enforce their borders and enforcing their sovereignty but when it comes to the united states and protecting our interests and our people, they want no part of that. >> monica, it's almost like they -- not only do they want no part of it, they want it to be over. they are leading the charge on the facilitation of as many people as possible coming into the country. >> that's it. everybody has to understand that this is a deliberate act on the

part of the biden administration, this is not incompetence. this is not some sort of bungling effort by secretary mayorkas. this is an intentional flooding of the united states of america. if they wanted to change course by now, they would have, just out of like sheer he desire for political survival for biden and his party. they have not done that. so that tells you exactly what their intentions are. it's about flooding the united states with illegal immigrants. it's about ultimately getting them on a track for full citizenship and voting, so that the democrats have a permanent p democrat voting majority, about flipping the demographics and fundamental transformation of the nation. >> that's why i suggest we hand them a ballot at the border, make it more efficient. >> we give them cell phones, pete, and just like automatic court dates and everything else, they don't have to show their face until 2 2027. >> it's great to see you.

support, just would continue to cover us with prayer and i just think that's such an amazing thg that so many moms do all over the world. to this day, she bears so much for her children, all five of us, especially with my mom being oversea as a missionary and mom home schooling all five of us and having to bear me not being that good at school for a long time. i'm dyslexic and figuring it out. she was amazing to be able to bear so much of that and i know so many moms do and so i just want to say thank you to all the moms and thank you to my mom and i think we'll never know those ripple effects. my mom wrote a book called ripple effects. it's one of the biggest influences on my life because it is a book on influence, on the decisions we make that ripple effects for generation to ebb generation and i know that what my mom has done in our family is
