administration. >> todd: brooke singman has more from former president trump. brooke. >> brooke: republicans want john durham to testify before congress next week after his report found the fbi had no form of collusion with president trump and russia in 2016. now the report reads the doj and fbi failed to uphold their important mission of strict fidelity to the law. senior fbi personnel displayed lack of analytical rigor toward the information they received, especially information received from politically affiliated persons and entities. john brennan briefed obama, joe biden and other top national security officials about hillary clinton being accused of vilifying donald trump in 2016. "russian intelligence analysis alleged clinton stirred up a

scandal of donald trump for linking him to putin. the intel community does not know the accuracy of this information or the extent of the analysis is exaggeration or fabrication. i spoke with president trump after durham's report was released. trump says james comer has to hold his investigation accountable. this treasonous charade was started by the democrats by comey. house judiciary committee chairman jim jordan says the baseless investigation kicked off years of trump attacks. >> going after president trump in his election and campaign. in 2020, 51 former cia agents and intel officials working with

to handle this investigation without a bias. i think there is a serious argument they are not capable of handling this investigation. just yesterday there was a report that a whistleblower before congress said the fbi removed entire irs investigation team into the hunter biden investigation and he's claiming it was politically retaliatory. one finding durham had and is important and if this goes toward the fbi statement, he found none of the corrective measures the fbi has put into place since 2016 would make a difference in preventing the scandal because the problem is that the fbi abandoned duty to fidelity. this was approach to suppress truth and push life. there are no corrective measures that could have fixed that.

that kept track of the new yorkers of concern. prosecutors revealing neely had been making threats and scaring passengers when penny attempted to restrain him. that is not stopping manhattan district attorney alvin bragg from charging penny with second-degree manslaughter and rushing to do so, according to penny's attorney. >> we were told there was going to be a grand jury presentation and that would take some time and be a deliberate process, not rushed. then suddenly we got a call one night before danny was asked to surrender and said he's got to surrender to the police department tomorrow. what do you mean tomorrow? this was going to be a long process and suddenly it's tomorrow? >> daniel penny turned himself in yesterday. he faces time if convicted.

investigative team from multi-year investigation into hunter biden. according to the "new york post," a whistleblower who supervised the investigation claims the decision is retaliatory. they wrote a letter to congress that reads, the investigators who worked this case for year and are subject matter expert is the issue our client intended to blow the whistle on. hunter biden could be charged with tax fraud as part of the investigation into foreign business dealings. a pattern here with the stories had in this a block. republicans calling out the justice department and fbi for looking other way as key informant for biden corruption investigation has gone. >> federal bureau of investigation and our justice department have basically just turned a blind eye to all of this and come down to the point

you have been through this a number of years ago issue the people in the room that we were trying to reach were recent surviverors, maybe lost a loved one last year or the year prior. talk about the strength that you receive in that room from your fellow survivors. amber, we'll begin with you. >> it is a journey that you have to go through and with support from cops and listening to different survivors helped me get through what i was going through. i am struggling and it is a journey you have to continue to go through to get to a better place, a new life. >> todd: we showed pictures of our panel and showing pictures now of the vigil, one of the most emotional experiences one can have in this of well. how has this helped you and

helped your children cope with this loss? >> it certainly helped my children realize they were not the only kids in this world that were experiencing the death of their father on a very public scale, which was something our family had never gone through before and to be able to have their peers to relate to and for me to have other mothers i could talk to about how to help my children through the process. it is invaluable and you find people from all over the country you can relate to that resources are not necessarily available in your home town. >> todd: amber, what stands out about the spirit of support for this week? you folks travel to dc for a really long time and not just one or two events, it is spirit of support throughout the week. what stands out most about that? >> it is the fact that returning
