12:00 am
warrior series, preorder today at fox news books. .com . all right. haprogram we know we will be doing another live audienceve show you guys like you have fun tonight. >> tomorrow night.ur guest and a few of our guests include judgee pirro, dagen mcdowell, tommy larin, kellyanne conway, linsey graham in studio. if you want to be a part of the show, go to hannity .com. and the tickets are a million dollar piece. now they're free anyway. here's laura . >> let not your heart be troubled. wow. it's almost late tonight. how are you ? well, wait a second. you know, i noticed when i was on your show about eleven minutes go , whatever it was, you conveniently cut out my perfect spirals to the crowd. i mean, where was the video of that when you guys noticed that? >> wait a minute. do i look like the guy that's pushing the buttons and they're giving all sorts of signals? >> yes. you think i'm giving signals? yeah. you threw a perfect spiral
12:01 am
every time. yes. all right. well, thank you , hannity. and good seeing everybody. i have a great show. thank you for stopping by . all right. always great to see you . >> thanks so much. all right, everybody, i'm laura ingram . this is the "ingraham angle" from new york city tonight. taken for granted. that's the focus of tonight's angle when addressing black voters on the campaign trail. >> president trump regularly raised a provocative question. we can never fix our problems by relying on the same politicians who created our problems in the first place. >> look how much africa american communities have suffered under democratic control. to those i say the following, what do you have to lose? well, it turns out minorities are losing a lot. and joe biden is america. they've gotten poorer as their streets have gotten
12:02 am
more dangerous, especially in urban areas. and it's tragic. >> regular everyday people need to be safe if they're harassing people who are vulnerable and nobody gets involved, it could create a dangerous situation. >> i almost got attacked by a homeless man a couple of days ago. i do worry about the crime and homelessness and people being pushed on the subway. it's really dangerous. >> now, this is all happening courtesy of democrat rule, especially in urban areas. well, tonight from new york , a bastion of liberalism, we see the democrats firewall of support beginning to crack. now, how could it not every sane person out there sees the perverse incentives that are created when subway subway heroes like daniel penny are cuffed and charged while deranged psychos are free to terrorize an attack. >> that's what happened to elizabeth gomez. i don't even feel like i'm the same person that i was seven months ago after an attack. he just wanted to damage me because he damaged me.
12:03 am
he damaged my life. i would never be the same again. i'm not that person that i was. sevim months ago. and if i had somebody like penny about, maybe things would have been different. he wouldn't have suffered so much pain and suffering in these things that i go to . >> yeah, she lost one of her eyes. so many hard working minorities have been victims of hideous assaults, assaults committed by career criminals, by the way, career criminals who are they were the real victims. forget the hard working people because in his mind, the streets, the subways, the buses, they belong to the criminals. if you use any of them, you're taking your life into your own hands. frankly, it's your fault. and if you fight back , oh, boy, you'll probably be the one who gets thrown in jail. that poor bodega clerk, josé alba, who fought back last july against a who would have robbed and brutalized him. he narrowly escaped the same fate as daniel penny. >> i think about it all that
12:04 am
guy wanted to do and make a decent living, support his family and come home alive at the end of the day. but there was even a five minute long debate about whether he should have been charged is obscene. now, thankfully, new yorkers who've been living in this crime spree were up in arms and rallied to support mr. albar, causing alvin bragg to drop the murder charges against him. the signs of discontent among minority voters aren't limited to crime. look what happened after residents discovered illegals are being housed in school gymnasiums. reports that as many as 20 gyms. >> we're going to be used for this purpose. i gave up my college. we need it for the kids. give it back me, gave us say. >> now it seems like this city officials scrambling for some type of cover story. >> you have exhausted options
12:05 am
for traditional shelter sites for the migrants. we are now turning to temporary alternative options like gyms and large open spaces for some relief. we always set up the school gyms as an emergency respite. the respite means short term and it means for a place to go to get yourself settled. >> how condescending banquet. we know what respite means, sweetheart. none of this is credible. no one believes what she's saying. everybody knows that democrats support liberal immigration policies and if they like open borders because they want votes and their donors want cheap labor, the only force capable of closing the floodgates is an angry and frankly energized american electorate. and more blacks and latinos are beginning to see just how much they had to lose by sticking with the democrats and , of course, their destructive policies now look no further than what's going on in another
12:06 am
left wing paradise, chicago. >> they value fraudulent asylum seekers over there every day. residents, wow. >> this crisis may constitute an emergency for the city of chicago. it does not constitute an emergency for the south shore community. >> what's important is that we really establish that this is a humanitarian crisis and we're here. you're not the center of you're not to this in or out. >> i think it would be very fair for every homeless immigrant that you bring in, that you scoop up one of the homeless individuals in our community. >> i think that would be fair. well, you notice there's suddenly an explosion of nimbyism, as in not in my backyard. please. these people are talk for good reason. they're feeling the consequences of failed liberal policies firsthand. of course, i made a huge mistake in electing their brand new mayor, brandon johnson, who could actually , if it's
12:07 am
possible, be worse than lori lightfoot. at his inauguration speech, he compared the death of adam toledo, who was killed after shooting a gun at passing cars to the death of an off duty police officer named ariana preston. >> you know, the tears of adam toledo, his parents, the tears of adam toledo's parents are made of the same sorrow as the parents of officer preston's parents. >> and it's a wonder they have any police officers left in chicago. he, by the way, had the nerve to then show up at officer preston's funeral. a complete fraud, but so is the entire democratic establishment. at this point, people like eric adams, lightfoot, they complain about migrants only when the migrants arrive in their cities again, it's not
12:08 am
in my backyard ism, but if they really cared, they'd be burning up. the white house switchboard's not trying to pass the buck to republicans. it's absurd. meantime, their constituents are left twisting in the wind. they're vulnerable. they're scared. and now some are furious. this all gives republicans a huge opening. now, although historic republicans have struggled with minority voters, this is in large part due to the fact that before trump , most republicans didn't even try to reach out to black and latino voters. that was a big mistake. but trump's outreach efforts were far better and he did improve support among black men and among latinos. that's why the democrats are so frequently hurling charges of racism against conservatives and against institutions that value objective merit. as he pointed out last night, their transparent goal at this point is to keep minorities compliant and frightened, frightened that white
12:09 am
supremacists are a bigger threat to their future and their families than a dismal economy, an open border and skyrocketing crime. look, this is a lame argument and conservatives bother to show up, bother to make their case, bother to stand with the people who are being brutalized. they may just find willing converts who say to themselves, at this point, with things this bad, what do i have to lose? >> and that's the angle. joining me now is rosie vélez, grandmother of a student in new york city's one seventy two , and joe borrelli, republican leader of the new york city council. rosie, let's start with you now in new york's is that as of tonight, there are no illegals staying in these public school gyms, but they may be getting housed there again if needed. so you're sleeping outside one of the schools in protest believing they may possibly
12:10 am
be coming back . why is this issue so important to you? we're looking out for the safety of our children. this is an elementary school. so we are concerned about the safety of our children. and also that we are concerned about the migrants coming in due to the fact that they don't have the facilities for them. to to live with dignity are no showers. only three bedrooms, four for the children and one for the adults. rosie, are you a democrat or rosie? are you a democrat or republican ? if you don't mind my asking, i'm going to tell you the truth and then we embarrass democrat at this moment. >> so you voted democrat. that's fine. i mean, most people in new york do. are you . is this what you bargained for
12:11 am
when you were voting democrat in the cities? just what you thought you were going to get? not not not really. what i would suspecting was due to the fact that we have so much crime in our community. we have so many homeless now only here in central park, brooklyn. but all around the city. so what we what i was expecting was, let's fix our home first. let's take care of our our people first and then bring whoever they have to bring in immigrants, immigrants. >> they're more than welcome . all right. joe , it's interesting. >> and you do get the sense that in urban america, people are slowly beginning to see, wow, this is fast decay. >> it's happening right before our eyes. people are waking up and we know that liberals fall over themselves to tout diversity. i hope every liberal on the city council and state legislatures saw the video from all these protests because you saw new yorkers of every
12:12 am
race color, creed, angry that their child or in this case their grandchild, school is less safe because they're allowing people who are unvetted criminals, perhaps just to be in there. >> jim , i think this is such a travesty. we're talking about ten billion dollars i'm sorry, eight billion dollars per day per day. imagine that. what that could do for her community in terms of policing or actual services. >> and they're not going to do that because we're giving it all to these this migrant crisis to which there seems to be no plan and no offramp. >> well, rosie, on this issue of the border, i mean, the reason they're coming to the united states is contrary to what the administration saying the border is open. if you come into the country, you get a foot over the border . you say i have a credible fear of persecution in my homeland. you get to get a bus ticket and sometimes phone cell phone and you get to go where you want and then figure out. so what's your message to joe biden tonight?
12:13 am
close the borders, take care of your house first. take care of our people first. the americans, and then bring whoever you have to be at the moment, we're not in no position to help no immigrants or migrants at this moment. we're taking away from the american people. rosie, do you believe this could be an issue that galvanizes more latino and hispanic voters to at least take a look at political alternative to the democrats, given what's happened both on the national scale with the presidential race and perhaps locally? i'm sorry. did you do you do you think that this would maybe be a turning point where some latino voters might look to the republican party or to an independent to fix this problem? well, let me tell you , i used to do campaigns in this neighborhood, many, many
12:14 am
campaigns. and yes, yes, a lot of people change their minds. i hear a lot of people saying, this is it. i'm voting republican . >> joe , republicans across the country have to realize this is an opportunity to solve a problem to help the people. don't forget the cities. >> don't write them off. no, no, no. look, look at the lee zeldin campaign last year, we had success here in new york city in the immediate suburbs by appealing to people like rosie, who are just sick and fed up with what's happening, the democratic party. all right, joe , great to see you tonight. rosie, thank you . both of you . now, it isn't just the democrat politicians turning on their own constituents. it's the democrat law enforcement officers supported by democrat activists, cash radical soros backed massachusetts us attorney rachel rollins is resigning after a lengthy doj watchdog investigation revealed she not only unethically attended a partisan biden fundraiser,
12:15 am
but she lied under oath about leaking sensitive doj information to the media to try to help a democrat win elected office. now, so not only was she coddling criminals, but unethically supporting politicians in the process. >> of course, all liberal. it's a double whammy. it's shocking how no one saw how radical, how corrupt, how pathetic she was from the very beginning. >> at what point did you decide to run for district attorney ? >> i was really tired of turning the tv on and seeing an incident involving law enforcement where overwhelmingly black mail comes in contact with overwhelmingly white male officer and people were losing their lives. >> joining me now is arkansas senator tom cotton, who sits on the senate judiciary committee and has been a vocal opponent of racial rollan since 2020 one . >> senator . she's just one person one day. but you warned about her from
12:16 am
the start. how many racial rollin's people like her who think like her, who conduct themselves like her, do you think could be out there? >> well, laura , i'm afraid a lot of them are out there. we know there's a lot of stories. prosecutors like rachel rollins in boston earlier, krasner, philadelphia, george gascon and l.a., she was the first to be elevated by joe biden to the position of the u.s. attorney . i warned 18 months ago that she wasn't just a radical criminal ideologue, but she had a history of ethical lapses and bad judgment. in fact, we insisted that we have recorded votes both in the judiciary committee and on the senate floor for this us attorney nominee. the first time that had happened in twenty eight years. and the democrats moaned and wailed and complain. we're obstructionists. what they should have done is taking a closer look at her record because now they bear responsibility for the fact that she has resigned in disgrace, that she committed so many ethical violations in office in boston that
12:17 am
the inspector general referred her for criminal prosecution. what did merrick garland do in just three weeks? he declined to prosecute her for lying to investigators. but if it's michael flynn, or if it's congressman jeff fortenberry or if it's steve bannon, he's more than happy to pursue his political opponents. for lying charges or other process charges. >> just another example. of the double standard that merrick garland has when it comes to law enforcement. yeah, they have the zeal to go after someone like a van. and of course. but senators markey and warren, your colleagues, apparently they don't care about any of this. they're standing with rollins. their statement that they released reads in part, rachel rollins has for years dedicated herself to the people of massachusetts and equal justice under the law. senator , it's official. i mean, standards, the dignity that biden promised, that's all out the window. it's about raw power for these people. >> and i think a lot of the reasons why those democrats
12:18 am
stood by rachel rollins, even after we raised those red flags, so much so that it took kamala harris coming in and breaking a tie vote for a mere u.s. attorney position is that she's part of the george soros left wing activist network of anti law enforcement activists around the country that throws around so much money and so much political weight in their party . no one was willing in the democratic party, was willing to cross this pro crime. powerful network of left wing activists. >> senator cotton, it's i mean, i'd say it's surprising, but sadly, it's all too predictable. and it must stop. we must stop it. senator , thank you . now, last night, angle explained how the left basically wants to keep the public frightened, vulnerable. silence, basically cowed. well, wait until you hear they're using the government and intel agencies to help in this effort. congressman jim jordan, mollie hemingway, charlie hurt, they're all here ahead

you don't look forward to three six . that's eight hundred eight five four two zero three six. >> our last night we told you how the irs allegedlyblower retaliated against a whistleblowe wr who accused the white house of mishandling the hunter biden investigation. well, tonight, we've got our hands on a brand new report
12:24 am
that's getting released tomorrow by the houseco weaponization committee. now it highlightmmittes evense more whistleblower testimony on government abuse and retaliation. one whistleblower says he was told to inflate the numbers of domestic violent extremism cases, including breaking one up into four separate cases. he says this wass dondoo e soere thes the fbi could show congress there were these cases that were on the rise. now, this whistleblower says that he was then transfer to auy new unit across the country. and when he arrived for hisd soe first day, the fbi placed him on unpaid indef suspension, effectively rendering his family homeless. imagand leaving them without any personal effects, including even as young children's clothing. now, this is just part of what my next guest in his committeeeo uncovered, congressman jim jordan, chair of the weaponizationizan committee, joins me now. sungressman, this seems surreal. l. now that whistleblowers said there's hardly any recourse because the fbi justemv

investigates itself. >> yeah,es we want to promote. yeah, he won a promotion. he was transferred from kansas, took to virginia. the day he gets here, he learns that they suspended hisce t clearance, said they questioned his allegiance to the country. o the a guy who did two tours io our armed services. for our question. bes allegiance won't let him get access to all his belongings. is clothhis clothes, his furnita children, a two week old newborn wouldn't let him get access to their clothes, their toys, their winter coats.s that's how bad it was.as we so here's what we know. t theseg we know from the durham report that these these agencies have been weaponizes and they'll go after a presidential candidate. but it's worse today becauset il they will target the people. a parent at a school board meeting, pro-life, praying at a clinic, a catholic attending mass . they will target peoplpeople ifl and if you're brave like mr. o'boyle and you come forwarduthn and tell the truth, then just lill try to crush you . they will retaliate againste you .
12:26 am
just like they did to garitoo sv boyle, a guy who served our countr y and now with two hundred and fifty days without getting paid because he took his clearance from me. >> well, they're trying try to frighten peopleing thtelling the truth about what they're really doing. they want to intimidate people from speaking the truth.o yo are they not tryinu thg to do t? >> that's exactly what'sr happened over the last year and a half. we've had so've had ns of many u whistleblowers come talk to us, but now they're afraid. we've harviewed d and we've intd most of these people. we've talked a lot otef we'vrve interviewed someone for a sitcor down interview. and the three that aret to comig forward tomorrow are folks who were willing to gopublic pu. others are nervous about going public. they've come and talk to uare a they're afraid about going public because of this retaliation. designed to all designed to chill. and it's not just limited to the fbi. the democrats on the committee leaked material from these individuals interviews and they went to the press, the everyonea in the press, the nen yourw timr "the washington post", and they all had to issue corrections becauswith thee what the democrd him wasn't accurate. thop brave the hostility
12:27 am
towards these guys, how they're trying to chill and stop brave people who haven't who believe in the constitution, who were driven by theiiousr conscience to come tell us what's going on . they're trying to stop. maat goes all the way to the committee. helpnow if a republican wins the white house and lord help us if that does not happen. but if let's say it's it's trump , don't you believe that he has to completely dismantle the fbi? and remake it into what it was originally supposed to be? i mean, this is cais be san be t this point. ne yeah, but you're right. we're going to need a new president is going to come in i and put the right people at aft the top. the vast majority, the rank and file agents are greates c people. after all, they're the onesom coming forward and tellin us what's goinus what'g on is g. wash the folks at the top. there was one situation where the washington field office did open an investigation.s they said to the folks inn into boston ope an investigation into one hundred and thirty eight people who attended the january jay 6 rall six rally here in d.c. open investigation because they were on a bus with two other people
12:28 am
who did something wrong. and they said , why?e open i what? why should we open investigations? one hundred thirty eight , they refused to do it, but they weressured e being pressurd to open an investigation to create these numbers aboutem. domestic extremism. >> and for all that's wrong,'s and by the way, just moments ago, steve friend who has that. whistle blower who's been on our show, had his security clearance revoked. this happened tonight. congressman, this is we gote ha a notice tonight. n notice tonight on on three of the four individuals who've talked to us . three will be testifying tomorrow that their securityr ve has been not just suspended butd revoked. steve friend is one of thoseivls individualtomorrs, is a good mat he'll be testifying tomorrow as well, telling his story. he talks about how the fbieting. actually sent agents to a school board meeting. he'll talk t aboutha that tomor. >> this is how ridiculous itt so has gotten. all right. well, you geleep t some sleep and we'll be watching. congressman, thank you . inw, whether oistlr noe-t targeg whistle blowers, they're looking for inventive ways to target you . ant what's nex

on the bureaucracy's to-do list ahead of the twenty twenty four election using the unholy power ofpent the pentagon to silencagone dissent. now, under a rebranding effort called perception management, iot the intercept reports that this previously undisclosed office was d in march of 2020 two . coincidentally, just days afteri the administration approvedsfer the first transfer of weapons to ukraine. joining me now is molly hemingway, editor in chief of the federalist fox news contributor and charlie hurt, washington times opinion editor and fox news contributor as well. molly, is it too far ofs poin a stretch at this point t to think that this effort arose over any desire to speak out wat against the ukraine russia conflict? >> they didn't want anyone raising any question questionss >> well, information warfared im is a big and important part of waging a war. y we're obviously doing this proxy war in ukraine against russia. but there is a major problem with our government being
12:30 am
involved in the dissemination of propaganda and silencing anything that counters what it wants. the narrative to be, open particularly when we haven't really had a good open debatenve about whether we should haveme this involvement in this conflict, whether we wanthist to risk world war three , whether we think we do a good job of managing war efforts like this. but our federal governmentpriate is involved in really m inappropriate anti first amendmenimic t behavior with how ite handles what it calls information and disinformation . therharlie, this is our government. it works for us e can .be they're supposed to be servants of the people. but more and more , it feels like the people are the to the government, does it not?>> abs yeah, no, absolutely.time ofere was a time, of course, when these sorts ofms by disinformation and programsweres done by the government, wequ wee squeamish about even directing them abroad for fear that thatea it could leak back into to ourot country domestically. in fasand fast forward to today and where you have the situation, especially
12:31 am
as we're learning more about the durham reporere yot, where you actually have intelligence agencies within the government who are actively weaponizes ordermation to use against domestic politicians in order to push a domestic political agenda. and , of course, c you know, our there is also a time in this country where you actually had liberals, true liberals, liberal who actually believed that government should be held accountablbee, should be prevented from doing that kind of thing, and that we, b the people, should be the ones that are making the decisions around here. and i think something that jim jordan just said that i think is so important, it'usts not just the swamp, it's not just the weaponization ofbureau the government by by unelected bureaucrats. it reaches all the wayed to democrat lawmakers in congress who are supposed to be the the the line of defense to protect our interests. right. and they've completely gotten into bed with these people. yeah. i mean, speaking of that, mollyy

and the drone report, i want to play a moment fromn toda congressman dan goldman today. check this out. y.we want to talk about a waste in time and money that john durham investigation is an embarrassment and it should go down as one of the biggest abuses of power and waste ofn tr money in the department ofon bia justice's history. but there's no confirmation bias here. >> this is a guy who servedleadc as leaoud counsel in the first impeachment inquiry against promising durhamwaste of is a wf time. are you kidding me? it's noty surprising to hear him say this. this is one of the main russia collusion hoaxers. and this durham report does show just how horrific the russia collusion hoax was, how it involved the fbi colluding with media partners, democrats in congress, other people to engage in this war on the american people using disinforusing m nation that was bought and paid for by this guy's ally, hillary clinton.iese democratic national committee againsand the democratic nationl committee against the american people. there amere should be should be
12:33 am
for his liesmisc. i mean, he's mischaracterizing and lying about what is in the durham report, which shows widespread corruption at the fbi. i mean, one of the things thato durham said that i thought wass so sobering is he said we don't even want to come up with new rules and guidelines because we already have them. and until and unless car the members of the fbi begin to care about fidelity, bravery ory an integrity, nothing matte. i mean, that is a very sobering assessment of the current fbi. >> it's got to be remade. i mean, that's got to be defunded. reconstituted. charlie, the people who weret ra the most vociferous about russia collusion are now the biggest objectors to the durham report. is nt that clever? >> no matter who's coming over?i yeah. oht wi, noll.ize for anything be it worked it all w we'll never apologize for any of it because it worked. it all worked exactly. as they wanted it to work. and , of course, you know, you look at so many people in the media who pooh poohed everyi aspect of it, they they peddledo

the lies. n they did all the work for on behalf of the government, on behalf of democrats in congress, they did all thisd thy work and they denied all of the questions that you and us and others were raising about this.rt but but now now, of course, that the report comes, they say ,oh, it's old news. >> so you will never get anmoll, apology. >> now, molly, charlie, the truth is out. and i think the reverberations continue. >> thank you so much.thanks now, m the dhs is targeting religious and pro-life americans as domesticlling terrorists, but new chilling documents reveal their plan and whdoheir play the hollywoodo turning to dylan mulvany to be its spokesperson. >> raymond arroyo. has it all seen and unseendegena is next. age-related macular degeneration may lead to severe vision loss. and if you're takingt form a multivitamin alone, you may be missing a criticaull piece, e preservation preservation redds, to contains the only clinically to a proven nutrient
