agency of unfair treatment and alleging retaliation. republicans say this is further proof of what it calls institutional rot and anti-conservative bias and adding to the argument just before the hearing, the fbi yanked security clearances of two of the agents. >> working as an fbi special agent was my dream job, my whistle-blowing was a political up oath, but the fbi closed ranks and attacked the messenger. >> my family and i have been surviving on early withdrawals from the retirement account while the fbi has ignored my request for approval to outside employment. >> i swore an oath to the constitution. >> do you believe that the fbi is hostile to you for that reason to keep agents from speaking up? >> yes, yes, no question. >> dana: chairman jim jordan morning the whistle-blowers they would face heavy attacks from democrats. >> we talked to two dozen whistle-blowers, people have come to us and we have

tv right before your book tour starts. >> in texas we would say that this is a lot of hot air, and it ain't a whistle-blower. >> dana: this is one of the most heated passionate hearings i've seen on capitol hill in a long time. as we watch the whole thing this morning, both sides came alluded to, and to your initial thoughts? >> jesse: the primary allegation was that there was a cash incentive program with the fbi. so the more investigations the feud of office, the more cash bonuses are given to the head of the field office, so that's why you are seeing this flurry of investigations, a flurry of arrests, that's why so many january 6th prosecutions, so many parents are being investigated, catholics are now being investigated and it explains why. anybody who even went to d.c. on january 6th was investigated. they were investigated for

money, but they were investigated. and bank of america handed over to the fbi every single transaction that was made by people who flew into d.c. d.c. for january 6th. not only that, the fbi was taking officers off of child porn cases and making them hang out in the parking lots of parent-teacher conferences and making them write down their license plates. they made the betsy ross flag or the bumper sticker that said 2 a a terror signal, so you understand why they say white supremacy is the number one thread in the country, because it is a predominantly white country and you can make a fortune investigating ever everything. a flag waver, small business owner, a trump supporter. apparently, anybody that can be considered whites, you can open

up an investigation and get paid for that. it's a perverse incentive. and then they got retaliated against because they tried to blow the whistle correctly paul popped up the chain of command and sent them to california and locked all the belongings in a storage unit and one family was left homeless for a week. and they said the fbi will crush you if you speak out against them. that's why a lot of people are saying that the fbi needs to be dismantled. we will blow these whistle-blowers and jim gordon at 7:00. >> dana: i never promo your show, i will always do it. judge. >> judge jeanine: not only did they bump up the cash bonuses and we remember with the veterans administration that they pumped up the numbers. and they made the fake stats so they could make more money. whenever you put money with the federal government, you are making a mistake based on the numbers of cases or bonuses for

arrests, it is inconsistent. it's a bad intersection, but worse than that what they did was pumped up the numbers, not just for the money, but if they were doing something that they called a white supremacist investigation and they had four people they were interviewing, it was now the one case. it was four cases, so they could bump up the stats and say, yes, white supremacy is the biggest problem in america today. and what they did to these whistle-blowers is really -- it is frightening, because by the way, there is a whistle-blower protection act and i have no faith and had to be honest with you, but what they did to these people, these fbi agents, and it is the main fbi agents, the middle rung of them that are doing a great job that live in the country and are taking care to make sure that they follow all of the rules and regulations. it is the upper corner of the fbi that is corrupt and has been politicized and weaponize. and so they take these little people so to speak and make them homeless. they made one guy actually move

his family to another town and then forced him to relocate and then as soon as he got there, they put them on unpaid indefinite suspension, and he is homeless. this is the fbi at its worse. but we are and he knew that. and one more thing, the congresswoman i think her name is stacey plaskett. she talks about how this is thief on the police on steroids, are you kidding me? we had the investigation where you set the fbi was basically not doing its job, jim comey was someone who lied and the affidavit was unverified down 20 on and on and then you have the derm report saying that the fbi failed to rappel the mission of fidelity to the law and this woman labels these people as people who want to defund the police. the republicans. and finally it is simply too

easy to say that it whistle-blowers saying something that is against his own interest it's easy for them to say they were an apt or bad at their job. how do you fight the system? how do you fight the institution of the fbi? you can't. so it's against someone who can be a whistle-blower. and this is a perfect example. >> dana: one of the things revealed today, or revealed to me, i did not know that the whistle-blower protections for the fbi employees and agents is different than the rest of the federal government which is something that could be looked at by the congress. harold ford jr., the democrats came ready today and have some pretty strong numbers on their side as well. before they do, it's good to be back, a couple of things, the derm report is a troubling thing. when ever the people, the american people lose confidence in the federal agency, particularly law enforcement agency or have reason to, and uncovering a lot of that is something we need to take seriously and i hope that a

committee might take a look if i were chairman george and i would invite director ray was praising the report saying he was taking big efforts to clean up some of the investigative's excesses to give them a sense of what they have done and they could explode explore the whistle-blower protections for fbi agents. there is been politics in every agency, the fbi, every acronym there is the irs, the r&d forever, and probably a little bias along the way. whistle-blower should be protected in every agency and one of the things that has to be done as you have to cooperate their stories, you do that they should not be punished. and it sounds like with the testimony there are those that believe that they had been retaliated against. if i was chairman jordan, i would call in those and ask the whistle-blowers, will you sign a document that says we can look at your employee file, because these are serious allegations. and i don't like it in engaging republicans so bad, i thought it

was irresponsible of the chairman to make that statement, but if he has the evidence to back it up, you should put forward the evidence. i get back to christopher wray a lot more credit than perhaps some not around this table, but some are in the press, he did a lot to clean this up. and he says it in his own report, i hope the fbi gets back to doing what they do best which is protecting us against domestic and foreign crimes and threats and get back to the great work they did in idaho where they were able to hunt down that guy who killed those four people. >> dana: that was one of the things i would ask you about, tom and whistle-blower testimony one of the concerns that they said they had was that all of the focus on domestic terrorism has really taken our eye off of the ball from foreign enemies and terrorism. and we are back to you like a september 10th attitude. >> we have seen them doing these raids and knocking on doors with pro-life demonstrators and things like that, investigating

catholics and other issues like that. it's obviously rotten and i said to my friend that bothered him, i said they are going to get away with it, because they broke the law legally. he said what are you talking about? how do you do that? and i said they broke it legally, we have seen it dramatize on television shows like "the wire" where you have a lawyer who is doing work for a drug dealer and we watch the way that he worked. he used the law to his advantage to make this drug dealer legitimate, but he was a drug dealer. he was selling drugs to children. that's what this lawyer was doing, but you can't get him on it. that's the way guys like james comey and mccabe operated. they knew that they were above the law because they know what the law is. i think they broke the law. i don't like the word bias. they broke the law legally. now the whistle-blowers might be able to uncover some things. i don't think that they will get it at the top, but some may be
