11:00 pm
country and their own community and their own sense of self back to the light manhood. i really look forward to reading this book in depth. sinter, josh , ali, thank you for being with us tonight. >> thank you . all right. that's going to do it for us tonight here on fox news tonight. >> coming up next, is , of course, the great sean hannity ,who has with him once again tonight all of his friends. >> hello, friends, by the way, ever met. wait, wait, wait, wait. hold on . they have a message for you . they do. what is the message for? well, it's. you go. hi, will . it was hywel. yes, sir. thank show. thank you . welcome to "hannity". we are back with our live audience tonight. in studio, lindsey graham, tommy larin, dagen mcdowell, kellyanne conway, judge jeanine pirro right here on set. but first, a dire warning from a former fbi special agent. listen to this. the fbi will crush
11:01 pm
the government, will crush you and your family if you try to expose the truth about their wrongdoing. now, make no mistake, there is serious misconduct going on at this fbi. >> some now believe that america is once premier. law enforcement agency is now beyond repair, especially the blatantly partisan washington field office, which seemingly operates as an arm of the democratic party. >> so let us be clear . this isn't just about the bureau's anti trump witch called crossfire hurricane, which we have gone into great detail this week. the political rot extends far beyond the former president of the united states . you have pro-abortion activists, traditional catholics, people, moms and dads who merely attend trump rally, even angry parents. how dare they speak out about age appropriate material being taught their kids or crt? how about we stick to reading, writing, math , science, computers?
11:02 pm
but if they speak out at a school board meeting, guess what? speak out against critical race theory. you can be scrutinized by your weaponizes the fbi simply because of your beliefs. all, of course, while hunter, biden and co. they can apparently based on his own laptop, get away with pretty much everything and anything. zero consequences. now, in a moment, tonight, john solomon will join us is a breaking news story. information on the fbi's decision to obtain financial records from americans without any legal process at all whatsoever. or no warrant, no subpoena, nothing. now, those targeted, committed crimes, they merely traveled to washington, d.c. on or around january six to attend former president trump's speech. this is egregious and abuse of power, but those that dare call it out from inside the fbi, they are brutally punished. just listen to today's testimony from three former agents. >> look at this. they see what becomes of
11:03 pm
whistleblowers, how the fbi destroys their careers, suspends them under false pretenses, takes their security clearances and pay with no true options for real recourse to remedy this is by design. it creates an orwellian atmosphere that silences opposition and discussion. the fbi weaponizes the security clearance processes to facilitate my removal from active duty within one month of my disclosures. in addition to an indefinite unpaid suspension, the fbi initiated a campaign of humiliation and intimidation to punish and pressure me to resign in violation of hip-hop individuals. that the fbi leaked my private medical information to a reporter at the new times that i was retaliated against because i forwarded information in my superiors and others that questioned the official narrative of the events of january six . as a result, i was accused of promoting conspiratorial views and unreliable information. i'm hopeful scrutiny from congress and from the inspector general will deter the fbi from abusing the security clearance process to retaliate against others. the way it's retaliated against
11:04 pm
me. >> all right. now, one of the whistleblowers that you just heard from marcus allen, had this to say about the director, the fbi, ray and jan six . >> take a look at this. >> and mr. allen, is it your belief that you were retaliated against because you shared an email that questioned the truthfulness of fbi director christopher wray? >> yes, sir. and you believed that he wasn't truthful based on testimony given to the united states senate? isn't that right? yes, sir. and in that testimony, the senate, you believe that christopher wray indicated that there were no confidential informants and no fbi assets that present at the capitol on january 6th that were part of the violent riot in that right? >> yes, sir. all right. now, marcus, allen's attorney will join us in just a moment. >> but here's the truth. january six , we now know, could have been prevented. according to the federal january 6th, investigators, quote, law enforcement had a very direct role in contributing to this, to the
11:05 pm
security failures that led to the violence, quote, investigate has found that the capital was inadequately defended on january 6th, not because of an intelligence failure, but because of the failure to act on the intelligence. let's let's listen to even the mainstream media mobs. >> nbc's lester holt report. >> listen to this. the january six committee's final report was more than 800 pages, but some material did not make the cut, including much of its findings on the failures of federal law enforcement leading up to the attack. >> the chief investigator of the january 6th committee says the government could have prevented it had law enforcement agencies acted on the available intelligence. >> do you believe the attack on the capitol could have been successfully repelled? >> i think it would have been a lot different had law enforcement taken a more assertive protective posture. >> people familiar with the committee's work tell nbc news members downplayed that finding because they wanted to keep the focus on former
11:06 pm
president trump. this is why liz cheney should be ashamed of herself. why did christopher wray fail to act? what was going on inside the fbi? what were they doing to protect the capital ? pretty much nothing. capitol police chief's son , he was begging for back up in the days before, and that day alone, he requested national guard assistance not once, but six separate times. he was denied it each and every time. and here's what he said to this show. >> watch. there was a number of requests. i went on january 3rd requesting the national guard from paul irving. that was the first request for the for the national guard. i then went to mike steiner, who was the senate sergeant. that intelligence assessment didn't even indicate the level of threat that we now know existed. the significant threat that was out there, the fact that the fbi was tracking 18 domestic terrorist suspects that were coming to the capitol and my intelligence unit on the fourth, fifth and sixth put out intelligence.
11:07 pm
i was saying low probability of civil disobedience. >> now, also, keep in mind that leading up to the 610 president trump and his four witnesses that have already been interviewed by me, that all back up his story, he ordered the national guard to remain available in case something happened. so what was our federal government doing? they knew the building would be packed with lawmakers and the vice president of our great country. they knew a huge emotionally charged crowd would be gathering nearby. they knew based on actionable intelligence that bad actors and agitators would be present . so what on earth was the fbi doing to protect the capital and our elected officials? now, christopher wray gets his way. we will never know. now, this was the complete farce of the joint committee with their predetermined outcome. sadly, nothing has been done to prevent this from ever happening. again. that's not good. we should be protecting our capital or
11:08 pm
our institutions, our elected officials, just like we should have followed through on the five hundred and seventy four riots in the summer of 2020. >> none of them were ever fully investigated. the people responsible for thousands of injured cops, two dozen dead americans and billions in property damage. are never held accountable. now, of course, on the federal le docrats, they're not interested in holding the fbi accountable after vilifying local law enforcement for years and defund, dismantle no bell, they have now entered into a warm embrace of the fbi. now, this love affair with federal law enforcement will likely continue as long as the washington field office does. the democratic party's bidding, for example, the party that once loved and respected whistleblowers well, now threats. >> they seem to now threaten them. >> take a look. mr. allen, have you ever used twitter, yes or no? >> i have utilized twitter, yes . okay, and is your account at marcus eight nine seven zero
11:09 pm
five zero six four five ? that is absolutely not my account. okay, that's not your account. well, on december 5th, 2020 two , an account under the name marcus allen retweeted a tweet that said , that is not my account, ma'am. you haven't let me finish the question, but the football player, you haven't let me finish the question. on this end. the time is mine on december 5th. twenty two , an account under the name of marcus allen retweeted a tweet that said , quote, nancy pelosi staged january six re tweet if you agree and quote, do you agree with that statement? yes or no? that that is . i don't know, ma'am. that's not my account at all. >> i have i'm asking whether you agree with that statement. yes or no. can you please rephrase this to the general? do you think the general idea has expired, staged january 6th? i just want him to answer you answer. yes, sir. i just telling you , your time's up.
11:10 pm
do you believe that, nancy? do you agree with the statement that this person tweeted that nancy pelosi staged january 6th? yes or no? no, thank you . >> it's not as a count. anyway, joining us now to respond, the attorney representing both marcus allen and the irs whistleblower in the hunter biden case, tristant levitte, as well as treston. >> thank you . welcome aboard. thank you . pleasure to show you here. >> why do you think that there is a dual justice system? because i don't have any doubt in my mind that we have that. well, that's a complicated question. but clearly, one of the factors has been that those that are in the ruling part of the fbi and in other places have a one party mind, one ideology, one way of looking at things. and those that question and challenge that they're very willing to to attack. >> all right. so you how hard is it for a decorated combat marine like marcus allen to have the fbi questioning his allegiance to his own country, a man that put his life on the line for all of us in iraq?
11:11 pm
how does that feel for him? >> it's very disconcerting for him. he's simply all throughout been trying to do what he believes is right. he is a person of faith, someone that is guided by his conscience. and he's just been trying to play this straight. and so for the fbi to treat him the way that it did to begin with and for him to have this kind of treatment subsequently, you see, you saw that that exchange there with rick sanchez and that kind of treatment is precisely why he opted to not be interviewed by the democrats initially. this is how they treated steve friend and george hill in earlier interviews. and he saw that they released a report explicitly going after them, smearing these individuals. so, you know, when when they act that way, it tells you exactly what it is that they're after. but so for him, this has been very disconcerting. so your client now has been suspended. do you believe this is retaliatory? and what recourse what remedy might he have? >> yeah, so we actually empower oversight, which i'm the president of, actually represents both marcus allen and steve friend. but so mr. allen has has had
11:12 pm
his clearance suspended. we have filed a complaint with the department of justice office of inspector general. and so they have the jurisdiction. it's a very weak process for investigating retaliation through the means of suspension of security clearance. so it requires that they wait a year after that happens. but he's reached the year. markis, i think is sixteen months without a paycheck since his clearance was suspended. and so we're we're very happy that the doj inspector general is looking at that. he'll be interviewed by him tomorrow and we're confident that they will help, you know, help to write things there because his is a very straightforward case of whistleblower retaliation. >> do you believe that the fbi at the top leadership is now trying to stop whistleblowers like your client from coming forward to silence them? and are they intimidating them and are they harassing them and are they violating whistleblower protection laws? >> yes, to the first three . the fourth one's a little bit tricky. so they're using security
11:13 pm
clearances because that's a method they have available to them. other agencies i've seen do that before. in my career working on capitol hill as an investigator for the fbi right now is particularly aggressively using the suspension of clearances as a way to after whistleblowers. part of the reason that they are able to do this is because the fbi does not have strong whistleblower protections when the modern system of whistleblower protections was passed in 1978, the fbi was given a special exception. it's not that long after j. edgar hoover and they they have had a lot of clout, although obviously their friends and allies have been diminishing as they're there. recent strikes have come to light, but that's allowed them to be able to get away with quite a bit that other agencies wouldn't. >> absolutely chilling. we wish your clients the best. thank you , tristan. we appreciate. all right. joining us now with a full report on the bank records scandal at the fbi, editor in chief, investigative reporter at just the news.com. >> our friend john solomon is back with us. john , good to see you . all right. this scandal is way bigger than
11:14 pm
i think people know. and danger is because it violates all civil liberties. and i think that liberals would be as outspoken as we are. but there their silence is deafening. >> forty years ago, they were outraged by abuses by the fbi that mirror what these whistleblowers today allege. >> let's think about one of the things this isn't a dispute between a manager and an employee here. these whistle blowers are raising fundamental constitutional issues. for instance, they one of the whistleblowers revealed that the fbi went about and got people's bank records who were in washington, d.c. on january six . some of them never committed any crimes or not even suspected of committing crimes. they got him without a subpoena, without a court order, without a national security letter. the bank apparently volunteered them. bank of america. that's the allegation. the bank has not responded to it. an fbi official talked to me tonight saying, well, some people would volunteer us . we don't have a problem taking it. that's an end run around the due process. of the fourth amendment. other whistleblowers like mr.
11:15 pm
friend that you saw in the clip there, he's alleged that they've excessively used force, meaning they've sent out swat teams to go out and arrest people for misdemeanor crimes because they want to humiliate them as different testified today, they've made the process the punishment. even if you don't commit a crime, they're going to make the process of being investigated by the fbi. so onerous that that becomes the punishment. these are exactly what our founding fathers never intended, a powerful federal agency to have the ability to do. >> the idea that they say we we just ask for it. and they gave it to us anyway. the fact is they know what the legal process is . so it's not just an end around. to my mind, that's an end around the law. isn't it? >> it is us. and we had brant tober, we talked to him today, a great u.s. attorney , a great legal mind, said this is clearly extra constitutional, unconstitutional. the fbi, the justice department, they know it. they don't care anymore because there's no consequence to the bad behavior they've engaged in since at least twenty , fifteen weeks early.
11:16 pm
chronicle that here on this great show. >> great work. editor in chief, just the news.com. >> john solomon, thank you . right here with . let's give a warm welcome to the co-host of the hit show, the five, judge jeanine pirro, along with fox's how developments in the book. okay, oh oh oh. it's so i'm not trying to be hyperbolic here. but i watch these hearings today and i'm thinking, oh, my goodness, i'll be polite. what has happened to our country? these are people that are stepping out to make the agency to return the fbi, which was once the world's premier law enforcement agency, bring it back to greatness. by telling the truth about abuse of power and look at how they are treated. and what does that say about christopher wray? how does that say about
11:17 pm
the entire fbi? i think what it what it denotes is the fact that we are living at a time when the leptis succeeds in taking down our republic, when our institutions of government are politicized. weaponizes right in front of us . and there is no consequence when there is no department of justice to get involved and prosecute. we are living in very dangerous times, is somewhat treacherous waters, but i say to myself, you know, america has always survived. but we were in really bad straits right now. and the fact that one of the fbi whistleblowers was then sent out to another state and as soon as we got there, moved his whole family out, they suspend him without pay and he was homeless. i mean, how angry are they with people who try to do the right thing? there's no consequence. john was right. and you believe the first person woman to ever win a presidential campaign as the
11:18 pm
campaign chairman, is that the proper title ? i don't believe that we have equal justice under the law right now in this country. >> i don't think we have equal application of laws. if you're a biden or clinton, you're treated very differently than trump or conservative or republican . you know, look at all the people you worked with . >> yes. that, you know, predawn raids with fake news, cnn cameras and frogmen looking all the legal hurdles they put before donald trump as he now makes a move to run again for president . >> he how do how does this country, you know, deal with this type of injustice? and if we don't fix the constitution, you might as well put it in a shredder and say goodbye sober. >> it's really sad. and we didn't even know what was going on during the twenty sixteen campaign. it turns out through the dorm report, we now know what we all suspected, which is the democrats knew they had a lemon on their hands and hillary
11:19 pm
clinton and they were getting increasingly worried that she was going to lose to none other than donald trump . so what did they do? did she go to wisconsin and michigan? and connect with the people? no, they made sure the fix was in. they made sure the highest levels of our department of justice on that seventh floor in the fbi. everybody from comey to pages struck to nelly or and bruce or remembering fusion gps. if you say too many acronyms, too many people, i can't follow it. yes, you can, because you're smart america. and they will only get away with this. sean and judge jeanine, so long as we are as dumb and gullible as you all think. we are. >> but we're we're a lone voice here. yeah. you got abc , nbc, cbs to fake news cable channels. >> hear they got pulitzer prizes for lying about the fact they should give it back and donate the money to crisis pregnancy centers and charities. in my view and sean, this is what's really important, that this week in the dawn report came out and they revealed so many things. they said what you just said in
11:20 pm
the official report, they said that the clinton and trump campaigns and those two individuals were treated differently. justice has to be not just blind, but not biased. and also talk about chris wray. >> i served with him in the trump administration. he promised during his confirmation hearing in 2017. is he replaced jim comey and all that politicization. he promised to be nonpolitical. independent. >> i want to hear from him now. he claims that he implemented all of michael horowitz's suggestions in terms of cleaning up the fbi. >> but here we are. we get to the twenty twenty election. and what happened? they had hunter biden's laptop since december. 2019. they verified it, according to john solomon, in the spring of 2020. >> but yet we had fbi agents that were meeting weekly in the months leading up to the 2020 election, pre bonking the hunter biden laptop story by telling them directly you're likely going to be the victim of a misinformation campaign. it may be about hunter, it may be about joe biden on . you better be ready.
11:21 pm
>> but they knew the laptop story was coming and they knew rudy giuliani had a copy of it. you know what the problem is with that? the problem is that that is election interference. that is a crime. well, it's not only a constitutional violation of the first amendment and the right of the press to be able to discuss things that are in the news. >> but they literally interfered with an election. we know that by the polls that came out afterwards, it indicated that people would have changed votes. how hard would it have been to verify that laptop? very easy. just find out if someone else sent. did you get an email from hunter or are you a partner? punters. but this is the way people looked at him in the pictures with him in the bracket. >> maybe he didn't recognize the , you know, but. but this is what they did. the irs targeted conservatives . now bank of america handing over those business records of anyone who was in dc on january six . the first thing i would do it is i would take all of my money and my credit cards out of bank
11:22 pm
of america because they violated the constitution. i can't believe they do. but let's go to 2020. yeah, and if they got away with it in 2016. in 2020. what's going to stop in 2012. i was to say that lest we all think that these processes have been implemented, that people learn the lessons. the same players were among the fifty one who signed that letter, that this had all the earmarks and the dirty fifty one . but shall we heard the same people. branon klapper, all these folks were involved in not just giving, quote, talking points to joe biden in the debate to go up against donald trump , but also four years earlier that so many that were involved in this russia, russia collusion hoax and the stupid as the person who had to tell donald trump to golden showers, let me tell you , this was all a hoax from the beginning. you had to tease him that i did. i only learned myself. and it was moments before, by the way, he's the world's biggest germophobia. i knew it wasn't true from the beginning that, by the way, all these people are still around. they still have national security clearances. they still have contracts at cnn and msnbc. we need to get them out.
11:23 pm
they need to be investigated. we don't have confidence in our institutions. and if we're not the world's greatest place for law and order, then we don't have a country. and if we don't have the department of justice, then we don't have a country because they will never be prosecuted, judged insane, kellyanne, they have elected come out senators dianne feinstein, john fetterman, democrats. oh, the american people answer on very serious health concerns. congressman ronnie jackson and charlie hurt. weigh in as we continue. what a great audience we weaponizes. thanks. >> i'm john morgan of morgan and morgan with so many mesothelioma lawyers on television, how do you choose the right firm for you and your family? our goal is to get you as much as you deserve. >> 30 billion dollars was set aside for mesothelioma victims

11:26 pm
11:27 pm
11:28 pm
all right. the non binary logic feeling for providing official sam friend has once again been arrested. this time as , quote, a fugitive from justice. our very own kevin corke has the latest on kevin. >> what what's he up to this time? yeah, very interesting story. we keep following this story. it happens over and over evening to you, sean . now, sam brinson is the former senior department of energy official who you'll recall had access to highly sensitive and classified material by virtue of his job that sam brinson has been arrested. >> now, he had been a fugitive from justice, according to maryland police, but was finally picked up in rockville, which is a suburb of the nation's capital . now, the arrest overnight was related to the theft of, you guessed it, airport luggage . >> it's the third such criminal case involving brant in the latest arrest coming a month after brant escaped jail time. >> in two separate cases, in minnesota and nevada involving luggage theft.
11:29 pm
despite facing up to 15 years behind bars in those cases. now, brendan has been seen on camera and online wearing various pieces of women's clothing allegedly stolen by brinson. of course, he also made headlines late last year after being appointed to the position that oversees nuclear waste policy at the dewees office of nuclear energy as a nonbinary gender fluid person, brinton had departed the agency in december. >> no word on a court date for this latest case. as we get information, i promised to bring it to you. but for now, back to you. kevin , we appreciate it. >> i got to pull out my woke dictionary to keep up with you, but thank you for that report. we appreciate it. anyway, we turn now to another festering crisis from the democratic party, and that is their health. look at pennsylvania senator john fetterman, staff there in hot water today, why they doctored his quotes to make him sound coherent on tuesday when he was not. and his office submitted this official excerpt from a recent
11:30 pm
hearing. quote, shouldn't you have a working requirement after we bail out your bank? republicans seem to be more preoccupied with snap requirements for hungry people. and protecting taxpayers that have to bail out these banks. compare that to what he actually said. >> shouldn't we have a working requirement of three clear billions in your bank? because they seem preoccupied when the snap requirements for works for hungry people, but not about protecting the tax papers? you know, that will fail no matter whatever does about the bank to crash it. >> okay, doctored all that. it gets worse today. he donned his signature hoodie. fetterman made these nonsensical comments about biden's looming default crisis. >> take a look at this. the entire gop debt ceiling negotiation is a sad read ,
11:31 pm
and that's exactly what's wrong about what's wrong in washington. we're playing with the livelihoods of millions just so the gop can just turn the screws against a hungry americans . this is the whole reason why the 14th amendment exists. we need to be prepared to be using it again. remember, say that again. we must be prepared in order to use it. >> all right. sadly, there might be a democratic senator in even worse shape than fetterman today. the new york times reporting that senator dianne feinstein's health declined even more than previously known or thought after a months long battle. supposedly, we were told with shingles it was with reaction. former white house physician congressman randy jackson and fox news contributor charlie hurt. >> dr. jackson, good to see both, charlie. thank you . dr. jackson. i'm not a doctor. i don't play one on tv. i never gave out coveted vice. i didn't give in to the
11:32 pm
pressure to tell people what to do or not. do. i just said to take it seriously, talk to their doctors, look at their health condition and make up their own mind. i'm not going to play doctor here. however, it is obvious both of them have significant cognitive issues just like our president, joe biden. >> you're absolutely right. and you're right. also, you don't have to be a doctor at this point to see this. and sean, during my professional career, i dealt with this on at least one occasion right. high ranking government official had these the same kinds of issues. there is a professional there is a professional, compassionate way to do this. you need to talk to their friends, to their family, sit down and share the objective cognitive testing information with them, convince the family that there's a problem and they don't need to be serving in that particular position anymore. then you sit down with the patient, you talk to them and you convince them that it's time to resign. the staff should be embarrassed. this is horrible that they put this woman in this position. it's not even her fault anymore, senator feinstein, because honestly, i don't think
11:33 pm
she has any clue what's going on . i honestly don't think she knows that she's been gone for three months, evidenced by the statement she made the other day. i think she was legitimately confused about whether she had been gone. and fetterman, he's just an absolute disgrace at this point. he can't do the job either to be a us senator . that's an important position. you're one of 100 . you have to be able to to interview people. you have to be able to make statements. you have to be able to , you know, to ask questions of witnesses. he can't do any of this. he's completely incapable of doing the job that he's been sent to do. and we're going to get in trouble. you have him. you have feinstein and you have president biden. of course, we have three people that need to have that conversation with their doctors in their families. >> you know, charlie, let me go to you . i would say this if i had a family member, we'll pick joe biden as an example in cognitive decline, like the president. it was two things that i would say to that family member as loving a way as i possibly could. well, first of all, acknowledge your own granddaughter and stop ignoring her. and the second thing i would
11:34 pm
say is you are not fit to run for another term. and i would say it strongly. i would say it firmly. i would say it lovingly. joe biden, is there not anybody in this guy's life that pushes him to do the right thing on these issues? apparently not. and it's it's really shocking that joe biden doesn't have anyone in his family that cares enough about him. to sit him down and have exactly that conversation. or john fetterman family or dianne feinstein's family. and i think what's really sort of disturbing to me about it is that it's they're surrounded by , i think, obviously family members that don't seem to care about or be concerned about their well-being. but are also they're also surrounded by colleagues who are so thirsty for power, who will do absolutely anything for power to cling to power. they will prop these people up and push them through the hallways in a wheelchair.
11:35 pm
even though dianne feinstein has no idea, apparently has no idea where she is . or where she has been. you've got john fetterman, who is suffered such profound depression that he stopped eating, drinking and had to be hospitalized for it. >> yet the democrat party in this case, they they are so bent on clinging to power that they would rather put him through this. and , by the way, also hamper his ability to recover from a near deadly stroke in the first place by putting him out on the campaign trail. >> it's it's really, really sick . and , you know you know, i mean ,i don't know i don't know what the answer is when you're when everyone, you know ,the two areas where people should be looking out for their best interest are their families. as you point out, but also people around them should realize, you know what, power isn't worth this. we've got humans at stake. >> clearly, if if if it was a relative of mine, and i love
11:36 pm

i cut his congressional seat now be in trouble. yesterday, florida congresswoman anna paulina luna introduced an expulsion resolution saying that the russia collusion hoax and the lies cost american taxpayers millions. here's a short sample of his endless, unrelenting congenital lies and attempts to push his false lying narrative. there is ample evidence of collusion. well, i think there was direct evidence in the emails from the russians through their intermediary offering dirt on hillary clinton as part of what is described in writing as the russian government effort to help elect donald trump . >> what do you got, heart? >> well, chris , unfortunately, i can't go into the evidence that's big. >> you can't you can't reveal. i can't reveal that, chris . we haven't seen an actual proof of cooperation and collusion. >> so what am i missing here? well, you don't think you have to look at the pattern in the chronology, the russians
11:42 pm
offered help. the campaign accepted help. the russians gave help, and the president made full use of that help. and that is pretty . i could certainly say with confidence that there is significant evidence of collusion between the campaign in russia. >> now, you know, i say people are full of adam schiff. meanwhile, california senator dianne feinstein's condition has been described as , quote, frightening. but new reports allege that nancy pelosi is now working hard to keep her in the senate. through next november. why? to help adam schiff, her preferred candidate. >> here with reaction, a warm welcome. south carolina senator linsey graham here for the full senate has. how are you ? hello. good. you're friends with diane? fine. you had a good relationship like diane . >> she's suffering and hurting and is sad. okay, yeah, but isn't it really worse than that? >> well, you don't.

11:44 pm
media colluded to lie about donald trump for four years. and it's now. okay, let me let me ask you a process question about the election. i contend that democrats, they don't run campaigns anymore. >> they hide like biden, like people like katie hobbs, okay? they they don't shake hands. they don't kiss babies. they don't do selfies. they don't do media veils. they don't do town halls. all they do is run hundreds of millions of dollars of negative ads in there. and that's true. and then they also do something called legal ballot harvesting. right. republicans, they're running, you know, campaign 1.0. democrats are up fifteen point zero. >> right. and i'm arguing that the republican party better get there. adam, together i'm in and they better match and surpass the democrats are doing on process. >> am i right or wrong? you're dead right. so vote as early as you can. right? vote by mail. vote , mail, vote standing on your head. both vote , vote .
11:45 pm
>> why don't they engage the public? what are they going to say? everything's going great. do you agree with me? why don't they talk about the issues? because they can't. you know why they don't talk about issues? because they're all on the wrong side of the issues. they don't talk about our broken border because they can't they don't talk about rampant crime because they don't want to they don't want to talk about anything. the media hides, hides their failures. folks, we got to vote. how do you beat me? you've got to show up. you've got to vote. but here's why i'm optimistic. the american people have had it with this. >> you don't have to live this . >> you don't have to live with borders. broken it 50% the hotels in new york occupied by illegal immigrants paid for by you. yeah, you don't have to live in a world with the crooks are more powerful than the cops. you don't have to live in the world where you have to mortgage your house to to fill up your car. so whether you like donald trump or not, i do remember that world where we had secure borders. >> remember when the bad guys
11:46 pm
were afraid of us instead of us being afraid of them energy. yeah. remember when we were energy independent? >> so let me just say this. remember when putin and china feared. oh, yeah. so here's what i'm saying. we will win this election. if we talk about things that people care about, we need to prosecute the case that they don't know what they're doing. they're going to ruin your family. they're going to make this country, venezuela, this is the last, best chance to stop the march to socialism. you can secure your border. you can have crime on the run. you can take back your streets, you can grow your economy. but you got to fire democrats. if you don't get that, god help . senator linsey graham straight ahead. all who have backed down from plans to honor a group of drag queen nuns are famous hot dogs. trump is going, whoa, he can't make it up. tommy larin, dega, mcdow. stay with us as we continue.

here with reaction, i'll kick host tommy larin, fox business host dagen mcdowell. >> good to see this on wall street. he spent much time, my first twenty six years on the air talking about drag queens. now it's a drag queen. story hour now it's transition time. now it's gender identity. >> how did this all of a sudden we have congress members asking, can you define a woman for me, please, ma'am? >> and i never thought that would happen. this is also telling, though, that people are getting so agitated on the left that they can't have grown adult men wearing dresses and makeup, dancing for children. the fact that that upsets the left is really telling to me and really quite disgusting. but when we fight the culture, it's actually , to me a disservice to the term culture war. it shouldn't be a culture war. children should not be exposed to this. they still cannot have an argument as to why drag queens
11:53 pm
should be doing anything in front of children. there is no argument for it. it's complete lunacy. it's disgusting. it's exploitive and it doesn't belong in the classroom and doesn't belong if our kids even want to do it to young. i agree. yeah, they don't want young kids, you know. drag queens. story hour for first graders. i mean, i've seen that we're debating. >> i want to talk about ron desantis permission to do so. russian permission granted. i'm going to quote kellyanne conway from earlier in the day. ron desantis needs an economic plan if he's going to run for president . ron desantis needs an energy plan if he's going to run for president . and he ought to be focusing on that. >> and this doesn't do that. you wait a minute. you don't think the issue of inappropriate age, inappropriate material or gender identity information crt that that has to get out of our schools? these kids can't read , write, do math or science or know a thing about computers. >> guess what? what parents vote , but the schools are a state

and local issue. and you know what? people care about inflation because people's wages, adjusted for inflation have gone down about four percent under joe biden and ron desantis does not have an economic plan as of yet. and today, disney just pulled a one billion dollar investment out of florida. and these are six figure jobs and he's picked a fight with disney for his. that's a state issue. i mean, i think it's important that we're indoctrinating our kids and then we're not giving them the education that they need for life. now, i agree with david on a point that we need to focus on the economy. right, because the american people care about. >> he's running for president . he's doing this heading out, you know, ending the legislative session. >> but there are a lot of big potholes. all right. this needs to fill, i think, protecting children for generations to come is a worthy cause. and i think if republicans, conservatives don't do that, history will remember that we didn't stand up for
11:55 pm
our children. so you can walk and chew gum at the same time. we need an economic plan. i agree with you. americans care about inflation. i agree with you. however, we have to fight the culture wars because the number of times that we have sat back and not photos, the left continues to get more ground. that's why we're talking about grown men , dancing for kiddo's right now, because we didn't fight the fight. i'm talking about president trump getting ready to hand desantis his hat if he doesn't have a stable economic and energy plan. >> all right. so you're convinced ron desantis is in. do you think he won't come out with an energy plan? >> an economic plan? where is it? well, he hasn't announced yet. well, i know, but he's done a lot of talking. and i think you're certain he's getting it. oh, yeah, absolutely. what do you think? i think he's getting in, but i think he's got more coming. listen, we've got two great candidates, but we can always fight for children and get the economy back in check. donald trump did it. i think ron desantis can do it. we got two great men . what does the left have? you know, of course, if somebody doesn't know, it's thursday, morning. straight ahead, trump versus
