it wasn't a family member or close friend. al sharpton. watch. >> put their arms around all of us, who keeps choking us to death? we will stand up and there will be no justice, there'll be no peace. >> i don't know but but i have a question. why is al sharpton giving the eulogy? did he personally know jordan neely prior to his death? of course not. but you see al sharpton is a race hustler. he is there to politicize this tragedy. why else was aoc at the funeral? sharpton wants to fire up the bales so they donate to groups like blm who could really use the money right now. but don't just take my word for it. listen to this. blm donations have dropped 90% since the summer of love. in 2020, the group raked in $90 million. a lot of which was spent on mansions for the blm leaders. but in 2022 they raised just

[bleep] [bleep] >> your baby is going to come out [bleep] >> stop crying. >> at no time the video went viral and without any context at all people decided the pregnant woman was racist. look at these tweets. quote: a suspected white supremacist woman tried steal city bike from a black kid. ben crump a celebrity attorney came to notoriety during the deployed case made an outrageous statement on twitter before taking it down, quote: she grolsly tried to weaponize her tears to paint this man as a threat. this is exactly the type of behavior that has endangered so

many black men in the past. it got so bad that the hospital she worked for, imagine that, placed her on leave. saying in a statement, quote: we are aware of the video involving a healthcare provider off duty and away from the hospital campus. the incident in the video is disturbing. the provider is currently out on leave and will remain on leave pending a review. as a health system, we are committed to providing an environments for our patient and staff that is free from discrimination of any kind. again, all of this unfolded without any context at all and so what really happened? well, the facts are in. and it turns out the woman has the receipt to prove she was the one who purchased the bike. here's her lawyer on "america's newsroom." >> she got off a 12-hour shift at bellevue hospital. and she tried to go home. she went to a vacant bike where no one was touching, no one was on. she mounted the bike, she paid for the bike. she ended up actually pulling

back off the docking station, and then around that time these individuals were claiming that that was their bike. someone pushed the bike while she was on it back into the docking station so it locked again. these receipts show that she rented the bike. the serial numbers match, so there is no question that the bike that she is on in that video is a bike that she reserved. >> rachel: so, no, she didn't steal the bike from a black man. she was tired. she was six months pregnant and wanted to go home on the bike she paid for after a long shift. the left always jumps on these stories and racializes them. why? well, it comes back to what we said earlier. the racial division industrial complex is a big business. but, you need fresh content to keep it alive. so they wait for people like daniel penny and this white woman to make headlines and these are the hustlers who twist the narrative. they stoke racial division. they turn americans against each

other. they rake in the money and they drive people to the polls to vote democrat. congressman byron donalds is here now. congressman, i saw that video and a couple things struck me. first of all, as a woman, i noticed her screaming for help. help, help. and nobody really coming in and interfering and helping her. and the second thing is, it's pretty obvious. you don't need the receipts to know this woman is coming off of work. she is pregnant. why would she want to steal a bike? why did this get so off the rails? >> well, first, it's good to be with you this evening to be honest with you. i don't understand what is going on in this story. when i was growing up. we were taught first of all you don't even really argue with a woman you don't know. second darrylly you don't argue with a pregnant woman. like she is pregnant. what are you even doing getting into an argument with her. can you figure out the situation of the bike pretty quickly. but this is ridiculous on its face. i think it's more indicative of the climate we are in which a

lot of it is being driven by media, constantly trying to racialize everything and then the story that don't fit the narrative that they are trying to pursue, they just sweep under the rug like they don't even exist. you know, if you had a white kid trying to take a bike from a white woman, nobody would care. whatever the case might be, nobody would be thinking about it. it's not about the actual story. it's about trying to continue to push the narrative because the narrative is who sells, the narrative is what gets clicks. the narrow stiviano what keeps people looking, and unfortunate that our media has been so frankly disgusted in covering these stories that all they are trying to do is continuously seeking to divide us opposed to bringing us news to the. >> congressman, it's not just a media story a political story. you see the fbi going out and looking for white supremacist and catholic churches and among

pro-lifers clearly a political angle that the democrats benefit from. also called karen. i have to tell you i'm so sick of that term, congressman. there is no way that that term is obviously used to demean white women the reverse of that would be pejorative term for black women would not be tolerated. >> no, i agree. that's exactly what those terms are used for. but i also agree with what you are talking about. look, the democrats use race to help them in elections. let's be 100 percent. they use the fear and anger of something in our country that was disgusting. you know, black people being discriminated against in america slavery, jim crow, et cetera has all been terrible what they are doing now is they are weaponizing that history. they're weaponizing that deep seeded anger for political gain today. and that's what is dividing our country and we have got to get past this. look, we got people in our country, whether you are black, white, hispanic,s number one thing we want is we want our

kids to thrive and be successful. earn money in our careers. start a business and just live life in harmony and peace. when you have a political party who tries to look at everything through the vein of race, and when these stories pop up, they start showing up that's the that stuff is actually dividing our country more than anything else. >> i think that love makes the world go around. i look at you and me we are both in interracial marriages. back in the 150s, 4% of americans thought interracial marriage was okay. today # 8% 13 to 80-year-olds say it's okay. they want to take us backwards, don't they? >> no. i agree. look, let me say it this way. i'm in an interracial marriage. interracial marriages are cool to be frank unless you are dealing with a black republican. because if you are a black republican then being interracial marriage ain't cool. that's the fact. i was there any democrat or pundit to debate me on that.

children. >> there's no such thing as someone else's child. no such thing as someone else's child. our nation's children are all our children. >> when you see our kids and i truly believe that they're our children, they are the children of our country. >> these are kids. these are our kids. they belong do all of us. >> rachel: they won't stop until they make what's ours theirs. just look at what is happening in central indiana high school where the school had no problem with keeping parents in the dark about their children's gender disfor i can't. the school called it a gender support plan. there is nothing supportive about secretly encouraging confused, innocent children to transition genders and use cross sex pronouns without telling their parents. and that's exactly what pependletonheights high school. according to a former counselor at the school, staff was not required to tell parents if their precious children were

transitioning or using cross-sex pronouns. and can you imagine the parents' reaction when they found out. >> imagine my surprise and quite honestly my anger that the school would think that this would be a decision for them to make. we as parents are responsible for the mind, body and spiritual stability of our children. there is no way that that should be taken from us as parents. every single person here has lied to us parents. who have children that we trust you with. i send my kid in there i don't know what the [bleep] you are doing. i'm not in there. i trusted you. my trust is at zero. and that's half the parents in this community. you should be ashamed. >> rachel: those are the thoughts of every loving parent. in fact, this latina mom thinks they are being pretty calm compared to what i would do. we only know all of this because of that brave guidance counselor kathy mcchord who spoke out and leaked this story to the public.

and she is alleging she was fired for speaking out. we reached out to south madison indiana school board and we haven't heard back. buff now kathy mcchord is suing them and she joins us now along with her attorney wagner. great to have you both on the show. kathy, i'm going to start with you. why did you decide to leak this. >> well, actually, when everything started with this new plan in the fall of '21, i was very much against it from the beginning because i just feel like schools and parents need to work together for the betterment of the kid but i went along with it in the beginning. and then in the next year a reporter approached me, who had talked to some parents who found out about it and asked if i would be willing to sit down with him to confirm the things he had found out about this plan. and so i did that. i answered his questions honestly which he pretty much knew everything about it at that point anyway in the next few weeks i was fired.

>> rachel: the school says she was fired because she gave misleading statements. she doctored the documents. >> my producers looked at that document from december and said it's exactly what she said. it's exactly the same document she didn't doctor anything. >> that's exactly right. she got it exactly right. kathy gave truthful answers when the reporter approached her about gender support policy and the school board had never approached the community with. no one in the community had been told about this poehler before it was enacted and they hadn't been given an opportunity to voice their concerns about it. we heard in the video from the school board meeting after they found out about it. >> rachel: you know, kathy, if the school was proud of this policy, they would be shouting it out loud. obviously, they are trying to keep this from the parents. what has been the reaction that you have gotten in your community from the parents? >> oh, the reaction was overwhelmingly supportive. i have just been so humbled by it. they bought t-shirts that said

keep kathy. they put signs in their yards and pulled out everything they could to try to convince the school board that this policy was not right and that they were in the dark about it. all did i was share that information with them. >> rachel: kathy, how long have you been a teacher a guidance counselor, an educator? >> 25 years as a counselor and 37 years in education. >> rachel: how does it make you feel? i mean, you have been for a long time. i mean, when you first started, did you ever think that a school would be doing something like this transitioning kids in secret without talking to kids? how far have we come? >> oh my goodness. absolutely not. i would have never thought that. and, you know, the thing that goes back to even back years ago, the kids are going to do the best when their parents and the schoolwork together. and with all the problems that kids are going through now, that's ever more important than it probably ever has been. >> rachel: yeah. well our country needs more teachers like you, kathy. kathy vincent, thank you.

>> thank you for having us. >> rachel: of course. well, it disint doesn't stop there, the left wants to turn our children into their gender guinea pigs. look at what they are already doing with your tax dollars in an experiment at that time boston's children's hospital. the university of california and leury children's hospital in chicago which disappoints me because that's where my daughter had her heart surgery. fauci's nih pumped 315 confused teenagers who think they're transgender or nonbinary with gender affirming hormones. instead of studying the damage that masks did to our kids, psychologically, socially, even efficacy of it, the nih pushed the left's radical gender ideology. and what happened? well, 11 of those teenagers experienced suicidal thoughts and tragically two of them committed suicide. tudor dixon is a former michigan gubernatorial candidate and the

mother of four. tudor, i mean, there wasn't even a control group in this study. how the heck do they call this a study? >> i think that's the important thing to remember. these are researchers and while they may be medical researchers, they are doing this because they want to see what the next steps are in science. this is an experiment. our kids are not lab rats. it is not the time for us to be pumping them with these drugs when we don't know how it's going to effect them psychologically. we don't know how it's going to effect them physically. you hear out of these studies there could be cardiovascular issues. bone density issues, sterttle. think about this, you are making a decision for children as young as 12 that they will never have their own children. and they are manipulating parents by saying the alternative is suicide and, yet, you've got two kids that committed suicide within this 315 person study. and 11 who considered suicide. so, how are we possibly

justifying using our kids as lab rats and how are we not having doctors across the country stand up and say stop! this is outrageous. we have never done this before. and we are not going to do it now. >> rachel: yeah. it's all taxpayer funded which is all the mors going. again, another indication of how egregious this study is and how they probably know they have done something wrong is that it's taking congressman, republican congressman and their actions to get them to, one, admit or divulge the ages of the children that committed suicide. and they won't tell us, yet, if they informed the other members of the study, the other children in the study that other children had died or had suicidal thoughts. again, it's requiring congressional action to get this very basic information that should be totally transparent. >> but what is the incentive for this? that's what you have to say. why would you allow this to happen and why would these hospitals allow this to happen? i got to say it seems as though

it's money. these are very lucrative medications and surgeries. if you can open an entire gender clinic and get a lot more now they are saying they are going to reduce it down to 8 years old. 8 years old you can start transitioning the child. think about the amount of money 8 to 18 years old. this has got to be what these hospitals are looking for. remember, during covid, when they shut down hospitals they said we are shutting down elective surgeries and the hospitals were totally freaked out because they said that's where we get all our money. those elective surgeries were things like knee replacements, we aren't talking plastic surgery. this would be a lot of elective surgeries that would be very lucrative for hospitals and research study centers. we certainly don't want our kids to be used in that way. >> rachel: yeah, they are going to turn these kids into lifelong patients. it's shameful that the nih was involved in this and shameful very good hospitals with great reputations would involve

themselves. i have to wonder what's with these parents? >> you know, i really do think this is manipulating a lot of these parents as well. if you have somebody come to you, you live in this world and a lot of these places where everybody is very, very liberal and wanting to be inclusive of this, it can be very manipulative to have a doctor come to you and say the way you save your child from suicide is to do this. you are either going to have a dead daughter or a healthy son. parents are manipulated into that. and i think we have been pushing people along this line. i know that that sounds crazy as a mom myself. i can't imagine that happening. but i just think that this is a very tricky way of talking to parents when they are very concerned about their child's survival and life. and it is not okay for a medical professional who has agreed to do no harm to convince a parent to cut off healthy body parts or inject their child with medication that will cause sterttle and physical problems. >> rachel: well, now, tudor,

announcement? well, it certainly looks like it. and then of course there is the media has already thrown his hat into the ring as he graces the cover of "time" magazine. but hits fight with disney taking a turn. the house of mouse announced they are canceling their $1 billion expansion in florida costing the state thousands of jobs and millions in tax revenue. social conservatives would say that this is a price worth paying for, to protect the innocence of children in public schools. but desantis' fellow g.o.p. candidates are dunking on desantis. >> i just don't believe it's in the interest of the people of any state for a government to essentially go after a business that though disagreed with.

report. one of my concerns and how it effects this race. i believe there is going to be zero accountability. and nobody is going to have their pensions removed. nobody is going to go to jail. this was essentially a a coop. is electing donald trump the only way that conservatives can get revenge or justice for that. >> it's interesting you say that because what crossed my mind this is really the major issue about the establishment not just because of trump. he was practice which means the next president who would be a republican will face the same dynamic. the trump too many would be prepared. i don't think there is a way to truly know what this experience

would be like. ron desantis does not know yet. that's another reason why everybody needs announce. everybody needs to start running because that's where they find out about themselves and we find out about them there is a different kind of pressure. so great about the debates. everyone must appear and you find out whether or not if you can't deal with donald trump, then you can't run the country. it's that simple. >> rachel: i think it might be the only way to send a message that never again will we -- >> if we don't. >> they will think they can get away with it. absolutely. one of the things heard from conservatives they are very concerned about jared kushner's involvement in donald trump's administration and the last administration. does he need to signal that he is only going to have america first type of people advising him? >> those abraham accords were just awful. >> rachel: i agree. no one is saying the abraham accords. you get what i'm saying. >> exactly. i want to remind people about his involvement. we don't know the details of that specifically it was

successful administration despite everything. and jared and ivanka were part of that. but i think any kind of tweaking is really going to be about, you know that, they want to have more control or they want to change something as everyone who is running should be themselves trump and everyone else should be themselves. that's the key. there should be no adjustments it whatever anybody wants who is running. >> rachel: really quick on disney is that a smart thing for trump to go after and other candidates to go after or is that an issue that parents love? >> disney in a way was like florida's establishment smaller state dynamic of what trump was doing. you must be able to go against the behemoths that want the certain kind of status quo. you must do that but you also, in the process, must be able to convey to your constituents why you are doing it. what the differences are. i'm not so sure disney wouldn't
