openly hostile environment for black and lgbtq americans and that desantis is making "aggressive attempts" to erase black history and to restrict diversity, equity, and inclusion programs in florida schools. the group's leader was doubling down on all of this earlier. >> the governor has perfected -- to gain c campaign contribution. we should not use race or othering as a tool to weaponize against people. unfortunately for a large percentage of floridians, that's what he has done. therefore we are advising african americans and others that if you travel to florida, beware that your life is not valued. that we have a political landscape that could cause harm. >> dana: team desantis responded to the travel advisory calling the whole thing a stunt.

air force, he was stationed at eglin air force base. my dad grew up there in the panhandle of florida. he was the only person of color in his class as a third-grader and he has told this story, he remembers it vividly. he is sitting in the classroom. the teachers asking the kids, tell me your name and where you're from. my dad says my name is mike and i am from s samoa? the teacher said is that in africa? all the kids laughed at him. he was chased away from white labeled water fountains. he directly experienced how things used to be so frankly there's that positive and negative to the story, the negative is the naacp's racializing and weaponizing racism for political benefit. the positivist, it's a testament to their success in the civil rights era that they have done so much good that the florida my dad grew up and is not the florida my kids are growing up

needed them. and i was think about this. the whole thought that this guy is arrested 42, 44 times. ensure many more contacts with law enforcement. he is on a list of the most mentally ill, dangerous people in need of help. so he's out, no one is helping them. families lawyer not helping. al sharpton wasn't there for him but we put illegals in the roosevelt hotel and we have americans that we know are in desperate need of help, so much so that we put them on a list of the top 50. we just leave them out there. ultimately to die. he didn't get any help at all. he didn't get anything he deserved. i want to say one thing about daniel penny. i was impressed that they came out and said what he said. we did not do that. this is a guy, there is a lot of passion around this case. the issue of race, the more you know about daniel penny, the more you realize this guy is not

a guy who was concerned at all about race. he is a guy who is very inclusive. he always has been. everything about his life attests to that but there were other people in that train car. i believe an african american holding down jordan neely but was smart for him to do the interview. i think at this point, enough. you've come across has a very regular guy, 24 years old, fat from the marines where he was a sergeant, give him credit for that and he's in college studying to be an architect. he is a long island kid who grew up and did what he said he would do again. and that's a strong character. a >> jesse: to think you will ever get his reputation back? >> tulsi: i absolutely do. he is speaking clearly about what's in his heart and i think that a lot of people who can relate to him in the same way that i do. we are part of a generation of people who saw the attacks on 9/11 and were inspired to step up and commit to serve and protect. for those like penny who have

this protector mind-set, it's not something you just toss aside maybe when you take the uniform off. it's some of it's part of who you are. if he says somebody that is in danger or senses that there is a threat, he's going to put himself out there for -- without any care for his well-being. to try to serve and to try to protect. one of the most negative things to come out of this, what's happening to him, what message does this send to people if someone is in need of your help, they are going to think twice. am i going to get sued? am i going to get arrested for just a bit about trying to help somebody being hurt? >> jesse: subways are not going to get more peaceful after this. and people like al sharpton, dana, force people to deny that they are white supremacists. that's the point. they want you to say "i'm not a whites premises." >> dana: 's insects might event do not say anything. he would've wanted to say something. his lawyers might not have wanted him to. but this a battle of public

i see this, these creeps and they try to play up the human suffering. if they are being dragged away. they are hyperdramatic. they know there are cameras so they play it up. there will be rioters and looters for example that say i can't breathe but they always play for the camera as though they are the one suffering. we have to start factoring the suffering they cost whether it's a traffic jam that keeps people stuck in leo trying to get to the hospital or they lose their job. or the cost of destroying great art. it does contribute to human suffering. i think we have to be a little bit freer and more interaction reactions to these people so there is cost. >> tulsi: what do you think the cost should be? >> judge jeanine: the human suffering, we are all suffering. prosecute them. they know who they are. sue them or put them in jail. make sure that there's that attached the conviction for the cleanup and we shouldn't have to clean that up. plus, what is it about these
